To whoever was just working before 2am on September 16th was the best and sweetest costumer service I've ever had. She smiled and welcomed me even when it was so late and was just so amazing and attentive to what I was ordering. Above and beyond employee!!

Francisco is the best!! Every time we come in here, he is fast, friendly, and clean! He washes his hands & gets new gloves after every single customer. He makes the sandwiches so well, they are the best quality sandwiches from any Subway I’ve ever been too. He toasts them just a little bit more so it stays hot. He is the best, give him a raise and a promotion!!!

I love coming to this Subways because of Francisco, he is always very kind and friendly. The sweet onion pro teriyaki is my all time favorite sandwich. 100% recommend this location!
This Subway operates very well. The store is always clean. The staff is nice. The ingredients always look fresh; the sandwiches (and cookies) are delicious.
The ladies working the night shift tonight 06/26/25 were absolutely amazing and provide me with great customer service eventhough they had other customers who weren't as friendly the remained professional and handled the busy time very well

Nice place to eat out when everything else is closed. Subway has always been my favourite sandwich. The one thing I don't like is ....It's not Halal anywhere in Salt lake City ,so only option left is Tuna and Pattie sandwich. Good to eat anywhere anytime... A quick snack. Love their Coupons. My late night snacking!

Recently came here again after a short break. And I was happy to see that the people working here now are very friendly and overall efficient. Would come back again
Don't get a Reuben here even if they have signage up. No sauerkraut, no thousand island, and little meat (unheated unless you get it toasted). Here is what I ended up with. Their other sandwiches are good and seem more consistent store to store, but not these.
The last three times I've ordered on the app, I've picked up sandwiches that are missing ingredients and there's hardly any of the other ingredients on it. I've never had sandwiches with this little of filler. I won't be using this location ever again.
I have placed a mobile order for tonight and it is supposed to be ready by 9:45 pm and it’s not even flipping ready. I have a pregnant wife that is hungry and I am hungry after working a 10-11 hr shift. And I expect it to be done by then they need to re train her or someone tell her to get off her butt. My food isn’t flipping hot and not toasted
Gave me the complete wrong sandwich and refused to correct it when I tried to point it out! There's no mayo no mustard no avocado smear no bacon..... I'm absolutely infuriated with the service I received it's very clearly on my receipt and they didn't give me any of it

I would like to report an issue regarding unauthorized tips added to my transactions. During five separate visits, a night shift employee (guy) added tips to my card without my permission. Please review all transactions made during the night shifts on the dates I visited and check the charges associated with my card. This happened five times, and I did not approve any of those tips. I am requesting a full investigation and a refund for the unauthorized tip amounts. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
I ordered online and my wrap came super soggy and had barely any ingredients in it, it was also cracking down the middle (due to using a stale tortilla) When I tried to contact the store they answered the phones and said literally nothing to avoid communication. This location needs some serious retraining. Don't order from here unless it's absolutely last resort. Even then it would only disappoint. All my money wasted and I didn't even get to eat.

Despite a recent back injury that prevents me from preparing my own meal, I was turned away by an employee who was prioritizing their lunch break, even when another employee is working the counter. I recognize this as a clear example of poor customer service. Consequently, I understand the basis for the establishment's low ratings. I recommend a review of staffing practices to ensure employees are committed to providing service and earning their wages.
C I think was their name, but they were not in a good mood. They were rude the entire time I was in there which wasn’t very long maybe 5 minutes tops. Not a very good interaction.
Horrible customer service I recently visited this Subway location around 11 PM and left feeling extremely disappointed. From the moment we walked in, the larger lady at the front displayed a horrible attitude that soured our experience. Despite entering with a happy demeanor, her unwelcoming service was palpable. Instead of a friendly greeting, we were met with indifference and a lack of basic courtesy. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than valued customers. I believe management needs to address this issue seriously. If there’s no improvement in her attitude, it might be time for her to go. Until then, I can't recommend this location, and I hope to see some changes so that others can have a better experience in the future.
They got me and my partners sandwiches wrong, and only got 7 dollars back as a refund, never ordering from this store again
Placed an online order. 2 sandwiches and 6 cookies. My sandwiches were not ready although the app said they were. Both employees were arguing loud enough for me to hear when I walked in the door. Arguing about what had been added to both sandwiches. Both sandwiches were blatantly incorrect. Toppings were mixed between sandwiches. Toppings that were ordered were missing. Toppings that weren’t ordered were added. Was handed my sandwiches without my cookies. I mistakenly did not check the accuracy of my order before leaving. When I checked the sandwiches when I got home I unfortunately found an order that barely resembled mine. Will never come back. I hope it goes out of business. If I speak of this place to anyone I know it will only be to speak of how horrible it is.
Girls that work here are really rude and condescending. Not friendly or good service at all don't go here.
