The girlie with yellow hair is such a joy. I was able to call in to edit an online order and the man there took care of it no problem. The young lady in the green was also a huge help to clear up any confusion. Got my order properly and they were so friendly the entire time

It’s a smaller restaurant. The staff are very nice and chatty. Hot Hot Hot. Everything is piping hot, the way I like it. The chicken pieces are huge and hot crispy delicious. Best bean and rice here. Gravy is really yummy. I really enjoy eating here. I’ll definitely return. 5 stars.

Baby listen...this is one of the best locations ever. It is near my job and when I tell you the chicken is always fresh and hot and crispy, sides always steaming hot too, AND the biscuits are always super soft and moist (no crunchy edges and you aren't going to choke on them). The customer service is also always top tier on the many occasions I've gone. Always nice and accommodating when possible. My peppers are even firm and full of juice each time.

Everything was Fresh and tasted amazing 👏🏼 The Bacon Cheese Chicken Sandwich is a new Favorite for me. The Strawberry Bisquits were good just was expecting a different taste.

This Popeyes is amazing. We got our lunch catered by them and it was amazing. Everything was fresh and tasted fantastic! We got a 50 piece chicken plus 8 sides and 2 gallons of tea for under $100 dollars. The staff was so friendly as well. Definitely will be returning. Thank you guys for everything!

This is the best popeyes in town. Always Fresh chicken, buttery biscuits and the best taste. People are friendly especially the lady with the golden tooth. She's very kind to everyone. I love that.

Had to write a review about this place because i was pleasantly surprised. The tenders were taking a little long so the lady gave me a free drink and additional tenders. Not only that the food was all super fresh and delicious. Best chicken and customer service i’ve seen in a while.

I love the customer service that I got. The manager was very nice and very pretty I must add. Even though it was extremely busy Leonia was very patient and polite. This is a monthly visit for me. However, tonight, the chicken was overcooked, way too much batter, very reminiscent of KFC. I am not sure if I will switch locations, although, all the other times I've been here, it has always been delicious! Very disappointing!

Been to many Popeye's with family of four. Not all, good. This location, chicken was fresh. What you would expect from a good franchise. Also our order taker Angie was great, very friendly and accommodating. Thank you Angie!

When it comes to Popeyes, they said that the worst the service is the better the actual food will be. Let me tell you, the food here was great.

just rude ash. i was standing on the left side, which is usually for pick up. i wasnt at register. i was standing for about 5-7 minutes before one employee (who was still in the back) asked if i was there for pickup, i said yes. i waitied again and they asked again, i said yes. i finally got my order about 20 minutes and i heard them in the back said “i heard you asked if they was here for pickup and they didnt answer” i literally did answer, but yall was in the back where you probably couldn’t hear. they forgot my mac n cheese and sauce, but i didnt even bother with the sauce, i did get the mac n cheese. every popeyes always takes long, and unfortunately some have bitter, rude employees. please do better.

This place is Terrible!!!! The staff are Rude and they give you old food. Went today ordered 10 piece tenders meal. Everything was terrible!!!! Made us wait about 15 minutes because according to the older Caucasian woman. They were waiting on the chicken tenders lie!! Tenders were cold and fries were as well Everything was cold and disgusting!!! I Highly recommend you go to another Popeyes!!!

I'm not gonna lie, this is the worst Popeyes I've been to. My hotel is down the road and usuallt eat Popeyes a lot but this location is the worst. My chicken has been overcooked twice now and I usually get spicy but I've gotten regular chicken each time I've ordered spicy.

I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at the Popeyes location on June 17, 2025 around 6pm. When I placed a mobile order through the drive-thru, the staff seemed unacquainted with the process. Despite my explanation, they insisted I drive around again. The manager intervened, and the interaction became unpleasant. What bothered me most was the staff discussing me negatively after I left the window. I hope you'll address the issues with your staff, as their behavior reflects poorly on the establishment.
