The lady that works the register with the glasses and the smokers cough needs a attitude adjustment. Can get coffee elsewhere. Not worth the hassle at 5:45 in the morning

I've been coming to this Dunkin for 7 years. Use to be my absolute favorite property. As of a few months ago, I'm met with nothing but attitude and a drink made wrong every time. I'm usually there after 1pm so the crew at that time is rude and argumentative, usually Broc and the other two girls. They constantly mess my drink up and argue with me about it. They've even gone as far as talking about me while I'm waiting for my drink. I've spoke with management twice and of course nothing was done. I will never come back to this property, don't waste your time or money.

Manager didn't care about a door dash driver who delivered to customer with unsafe delivery conditions. Expected them to remake drinks after a fall and got a pathetic response from manager that that's not their problem.

Coffee is not worth 3.99. Come on. The apple fritter is just a cinnamon bun with apple jelly. My advice for these places that use to create a convenient option for Coffee has been turned into a full service resturaunt. It just doesnt work anymore. 3.99 and a 15 minute wait for microwave food. Even people living off the government are smart enough to not buy 3.99 Coffee lol. Next issue is how teenagers prop these places up for success and they cant get paid decently.

Th3 Fractured Skull says.. They never give me my total or my receipt. Make sure to ask for your total and receipt. That way YOU get YOUR points and they aren't given to someone else. Yes this does happen around here. The receipt princess doesn't like when you get your receipt.

My iced coffee is full of brown chunks that aren’t coffee grounds and my cold foam is curdled. I’ve always gotten the same coffee for years and have never been to this one just stoped on my way through. Can’t drink it.

I wish I could give it zero stars. Employees are beyond rude to customers. When I talked to management about it I was told to go there at a different time when different employees were there. What exactly does that solve? You have 3 incredibly rude and your solution is no one comes when they are working? What am absolute joke. I’d avoid getting anything there if Ava and Brock are working

Early afternoon 3/18/2025. I came in to the store as a doordasher to pick-up a delivery and was treated very disrespectful by an older woman working behind the counter. I noticed that the bags were not sealed and the drink lids didn't have the tamper protective stickers. I politely asked her to put stickers on and seal the bags. She became very snotty with me and said, "we don't do that her." I told her it was standard procedure and that I'm not suppose to take the order without them. She responded very snarkley with, "Well you better tell all the other dashers." and proceeded to start slandering Doordash to her co-workers. First, these seals and stickers are not just for liability purposes, but to help prevent the spread of pathogens. Something I believe a good food merchant would want to take very serious in our post covid world. Second, doordashers don't communicate with other doordashers. We are independent contractors we don't have work meetings and discuss how certian restaurants do or don't follow protocol. Exactly, what was I even supposed to "let the other drivers know?" It's not on us to spread the word about how she doesn't want to do her job correctly. We are all part of this delivery process from vendors to cooks to wait staff to drivers and we should all work together so that we keep the machine going and all have jobs. We don't deserve to be mistreated because someone else's refuses to do their job correctly. I would assume she has a code of conduct as well as a handbook of Dunkin standards she needs to follow. I'd be happy to change my review rating if I was assured that this person is delt with and held accountable.

Wow, I don't know how this place got that many good reviews, I just came in today at 4:10pm, stood in front of the counter for 10 minutes. Not one person came to the front. Mind you they had 4 workers with headset, I guess they were focused more on the drive thru lol or Maybe because I'm brown I don't know i dont wanna use the race card. Confused. I had to walk over to the drive-thru section to get their attention. The older lady in the front moping straight-up attitude came to register without washing her hands. I always leave cash tip in the jar, but based on their service and her not even greeting or saying anything and not washing her hands after moping. I had to skip on tipping. I ordered the chicken roasted peppers wrap, and the chicken inside was cold loll amazing. Like this is multi-million franchise, and they can't get this correct. Sad. I came by passing through this neighborhood and would never come back on my travels.

They don’t let customers use the bathroom Only for employees when the bathroom operate at location and they probably got permit to operate as need bathroom for customers If a food service establishment has 20 or more seats and opened after 1977, it must provide a toilet for its customers. All other food service establishments are exempt from this requirement. Food establishments are not required to allow public access to their employee toilets. Customers are not permitted to walk through the kitchen or any food storage or preparation area to get to the bathroom.

Stopped here driving through town and my order was messed up. I wanted a plain bagel but they were out. Instead I ordered a chicken bacon sandwich on ciabatta. After asking for it plain, it came with some funky sauce as well as being chewy. Not a fan. Beautiful location, though!
