I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with attentive staff who make you feel genuinely welcome. The food was beautifully presented and full of flavour, with each dish prepared to a very high standard. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into both the ingredients and the service. A wonderful spot for a relaxed evening out, I’ll definitely be returning.

The highlight for me was the fresh fish tartar, expertly prepared right at the table by the attentive staff—a wonderful touch that felt both personal and fresh. The dishes showcase local ingredients with a modern simplicity that lets the flavors shine. Their unique cocktails complemented the meal perfectly, all enjoyed alongside stunning Mediterranean views. Quality and care are clearly at the heart of this place.

ONDA Mallorca hat uns rundum begeistert. Das Ambiente ist modern, stilvoll und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Der Service war herzlich und aufmerksam – genau richtig zwischen aufmerksam und lässig. Besonders beeindruckt haben uns die delikaten, frisch interpretierten mediterranen Speisen: knusprige Gambas mit Zitronen-Touch, Carpaccio vom Meer in raffinierter Kombination und aromatische Austern mit Aprikosen-Mignonette. Die Zutaten sind hochwertig und perfekt auf den Punkt zubereitet. Preislich liegt das Ganze bei etwa 30 €, was in Anbetracht der Qualität absolut fair ist. Ein perfekter Ort für Genießer, die Wert auf Kreativität, Geschmack und eine entspannte Atmosphäre legen – wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

We came back to Onda several evenings during our stay in Peguera – and for good reason. The quality of the food is outstanding, the terrace sits high above the bay with stunning sea views, and the atmosphere is relaxed yet refined. What truly sets Onda apart, though, is the exceptional service: warm, attentive, and professional throughout. Highly recommended.

A hidden gem in Peguera! ONDA Mallorca serves beautifully presented Mediterranean dishes with creative twists, like burrata with truffle and perfectly balanced arroz meloso. The starters, especially the local bread with beet alioli, set the tone for a fresh and flavorful meal. With an average price of around €30 and a modern cozy atmosphere, it’s a spot I’d highly recommend for both visitors and locals seeking something special.

Everything about this place feels special — from the atmosphere to the creativity in every dish. The food is full of flavor and beautifully presented, but what truly makes the experience unique is the team. Gonza, Rui, and Cristian made us feel at home from the very first moment — professional, friendly, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a fantastic evening. The food was absolutely brilliant, fresh ingredients and nice presentation. The atmosphere was intimate and all the staff were very kind, engaging and respectful. We loved the location too. Definitelly coming back!

We had several meals at Onda, the restaurant at Aethos Mallorca, and every one of them was outstanding. Dinner was a highlight. A well-curated menu that felt both special and approachable. We had fish, dry-aged steak, oysters, carpaccio, tomato salad, and more. Everything was a 10 out of 10. Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and beautifully paired with excellent wine. Breakfast was just as impressive. Great selection of fresh, high-quality options, fruits, vegetables, warm dishes. And even small details stood out. The food was never basic: it wasn’t just scrambled eggs, but scrambled eggs with pickled red onions. Not just ketchup, but a house-made version with a twist. Every meal had that extra touch. It was also great to see how much they focused on regional products from Mallorca, from the sparkling water to the wine to the food. That added something very grounded and authentic to the experience. And the staff? Incredible. Friendly, fast, service-oriented, and somehow always one step ahead. They often brought what we were about to ask for. It felt natural, never forced, just really good hospitality. Onda isn’t just a hotel restaurant, it’s a place we’d gladly come back to on its own. A real highlight of our stay.

Cada plato estaba perfectamente sazonado y ofrecía una combinación única de ingredientes frescos que resaltaban los sabores locales. El personal es súper atento, siempre pendiente de que no falte nada en la mesa y de que todo esté a la altura de lo esperado. Me senté en la terraza para disfrutar de las preciosas vistas que ofrece el restaurante, aunque al caer la tarde empezó a hacer algo de frío. El equipo, muy amable, nos trajo mantas y nos ofreció movernos al interior para estar más cómodos. Sin duda, es uno de los mejores restaurantes en los que he comido en la isla. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Fuimos a la roof terrace a tomar algo con unos amigos y disfrutamos de unas vistas espectaculares en un ambiente muy relajado. Después teníamos mesa reservada en el restaurante de abajo, donde la comida fue de 10 en todos los sentidos. La chef salió personalmente a presentarnos cada plato, lo cual fue un detalle genial, y el sommelier estuvo muy atento, compartiendo la historia detrás de cada vino. Una experiencia redonda, muy recomendable!

El lugar es muy agradable con vistas al mar y las montañas. La atención fue excelente, atentos a servirnos amablemente en todo momento. Las entradas, los platos principales y los postres espectaculares. Comimos gambas crujientes aromáticas, tartar de wagyu, y burrata con trufa. Despues bogavante y lomo. De postre flao mediterráneo y un postre helado del que salía humo!!! Todo espectacular!

Estuvimos alli la semana pasada y la verdad, es espectacular, tanto la atencion de todo el personal, como el ambiente y como, por supuesto, la comida, todo fresco. La verdad es que se nos escapaba un poco de presupuesto (eso pasa por no mirar) pero la verdad que bien pagado esta. La carne en el punto exacto que queriamos, no se, todo muy bien y riquisimo.

La comida de Laura está buenísima, todo con mucho sabor y hecho con cariño. Se nota la pasión en cada plato. Sin duda volveré, fue una experiencia genial.

Una experiencia absolutamente inolvidable. El restaurante Onda, está ubicado dentro de un hotel espectacular literalmente sobre el mar en Mallorca, con unas vistas increibles. Pero lo mejor, sin duda, es la cocina. Cada plato que probamos fue una obra de arte, y el chef solo demuestra una cercanía que se agradece: salió a saludar a los comensales, nos explicó algunos platos y transmitió una pasión auténtica por su trabajo. La atención del personal fue impecable, amable y muy profesional. Un lugar que no solo recomendaría, sino al que volveré sin pensarlo!!

Llegué con la expectativas altas porque me habían hablado ya de este lugar, cada plato fue mucho mejor que el anterior gracias Laura por la dedicación que le pones a cada detalle, sin duda volveré!

El servicio es muy bueno están muy atentos absolutamente a todo el ambiente no es muy ruidoso puedes hablar con tu acompañante con facilidad y sin levantar la voz la comida muy buena ni muy hecho ni muy pasado todo a su punto todo super bien presentado no tengo ninguna queja volveré sin dudarlo

This is a must-do spot for a sunset dinner if you are in the area. The setting is beautiful and hard to beat for views! Nina was my server and was so helpful and warm. I honestly never leave reviews because it’s rare that a restaurant truly impresses me these days, especially in Mallorca. I ordered the sliced fish (raw) with a soy/ginger dressing for starters which was honestly amazing, close to one of the best fish dishes I’ve had. It didn’t initially sound super appealing written on the menu with zucchini and hazelnuts but my gosh, it was good! I had the prawn linguine for mains and I’m not sure what happened here but it was really not up to scratch of the standard of the rest of the restaurant - it was quite dry, lacking flavour and almost watery in flavour? I often order a seafood linguine a lot at restaurants but this didn’t seem to have any strong flavour of olive oil, garlic, parsley etc as the description said. An olive oil based pasta is generally quite light in flavour but for whatever reason this was tasteless. HOWEVER - I loved the experience and atmosphere and the staff at the restaurant, and my starter of the fish was phenomenal, so it did not taint my overall experience. I’d just recommend some further recipe testing on the pasta 😇 Thank you Nina!

Very beautiful view. The food is nice, but nothing extraordinary for the price. The service quality is a bit inconsistent, sometimes it’s great, sometimes they forget your order. The sommelier managed to sell us full menu of white wines when we asked for the recommendation 😆

Arrived in our own car to be greeted with the card machine which parking cost €25 which was fine and I’m glad they told us there and then but it just felt a bit abrupt. They did advise free street parking was available not too far away. It would have been perhaps nicer if they added it to the bill at the end of the restaurant as they knew we were going As it was May we were seated outside. Everyone was visibly cold putting their jackets on as soon as sat down and zipping up etc. As the restaurant was in shade at dinner time. We asked if their gas heaters could be switched on and we were told yes but nothing happened. Then we asked again and then told all of the heaters weren’t working as they had run out of gas! This just felt a bit silly because we would have thought one of the two guys waiting in reception with the card machine could have quickly popped to the shop to get some more gas ? A 10/15 minute round-trip? Blankets were offered and accepted. We then tried to order some Minuty wine but this was “all finished”. We asked to try a Pinot Noir instead. We were brought a Chablis over instead of the red. Anyway when he came over with the red wine by the glass the bottle had obviously been open for a period of time as it had turned and was off. So we just decided to not drink. Anyway we had some burrata and that was lovely. However we also ordered two chickens and beef entrecote ordered rare. Three chickens came out. So I was left waiting to have my beef while the others were eating their chicken. The vegetables had gone cold by the time my main arrived and no fresh vegetables were provided nor offered. To be fair this isn’t a bad review I just think it could have been a more positive experience - If the heaters had gas, wine was available and not off, with a bit more training or experience with waiters it would have been better. This is the start of the season so you would think they would have full stock of Minuty etc. Does has the potential to be really nice though. Just needs refinement which I hope they can find soon. Also they did apologise for everything and take the wine off the bill. Unbelievable views too.

The food was good and the service was attentive, but given what we ate for €171, I was genuinely shocked at the price. It was highly expensive for what we had (2 persons). I do not believe it was worth as much as what we paid, we had 1 starter to share, a main each, 1 side and 3 glasses of conservatively poured wine. I'd urge the hotel to reconsider its pricing strategy as this is not in keeping with the local surroundings. I won't return due to the cost, however wish the hotel well in its endeavours

Today we decided to check out a new place, ONDA restaurant. The menu has a very humble selection of dishes. We decided to try 4 different dishes and they were all equally awful. They managed to spoil even the Green salad. I highly recommend that the management take a closer look at the menu and try the dishes they offer to the guests themselves.

Not quite there unfortunately, never had to leave somewhere without eating a main course. After sending main back decided to leave staff very apologetic but nothing knocked off the bill. Seems like they have rushed to open for the season not even a paper towel to dry your hands in the toilet.
