This a great stop for lunch as we're another hour from destination. Perris, CA right from exit on 215 S... easy & convenient, and of course, we wanted to try the "Filet of Fish" sandwich which is a new addition to our Carl Jr's favorites. The Drive thru line was fast and efficient - the cashier was very polite & courteous to suggest that we could probably go to the big store across the parking lot (Starter Bros.) to use the rest rooms (we did!) as theirs is currently not open to the public. Our food was delicious, fresh, hot & the best criss-cut fries I've had! The cashier was very personable and even wished us a nice day! A must 'stop' for a yummy Angus burger & fish sandwich for sure!

I ordered two Western bacon cheeseburgers for takeout. I live less than half a mile from Carl's jr. Both sandwiches or tasteless. There was not much sauce and the onion rings were about the size of a quarter or half dollar. Both my wife and I were unable to finish the sandwiches. A couple of days later I went to Carl's and showed the manager photos of the terrible sandwiches. She said she was sorry and that she would make sure that the cooks new about the trouble with the sandwiches. I don't think she really cared one way or the other.

Went to this location with my girlfriend maybe 2-3 weeks ago, ordered two bacon swiss, 6 jalapeño bites, waffle fries, and 3 tenders. We paid for 2 bacon swiss, it says on receipt, and we got two Original chicken sandwiches instead! Everything else was crispy and hot. Just got the wrong sandwiches sadly.

This is false advertisement I really should sue this is ridiculous I came to this store at 11:15 pm I ordered a #2 lettuce wrapped forgot pickles on burger ? got home food is cold and they forgot my drink on top of that what in the word did I pay 2 for 6$ on the new chicken wraps and received this they didn’t have any ranch I just seen them receive a order this is ridiculous management needs to be updated this is false advertisement this what I received verses what is advertised this is insane

Would put 0 if allowed. My girlfriend order a few items 2 kids meals 2 chicken sandwiches, and 2 combos 1 famous star and 1 double western. They forgot the chicken sandwich. Which is like 4$ nothing crazy. But they refused to reimburse me over the phone, and told me to drive back and get my burger or reimburse which is a 40 min drive both ways. 0 cars behind us in line and they're excuse is they forgot because they are busy. Im sure they are busy, busy not doing they're job which is to make sure we get our food. 0 customer service expect us to pay for their own mistakes with my time. Complete bogus should reimburse are whole meal for wasting my time. Will not be going back which I have been going here since I was a kid 20+ years. Losers.

Update your hours! Even the app thinks you're open. I ordered online and when I went to pick it up at 2:30am, it was closed even though it said it closes at 3 but i guess they close at 12. Wouldn't be a big deal if carls would let you cancel your order on the app. Its a huge hassle.

Disgraceful. They pulled me over to the parking lot. Forgot my sauces and I had to get off to get them. I wish I would have inspected my food bc they charged me for the superstar I ordered but gave me a burger with one patty and old lettuce. Yet another fast food place that loves to cheat the community. There wasn’t even a line to excuse their mistakes. This is rude and just plain theft. I always remember a face tho. No worries. 😉 I’ll be sure to check you slimy people next time.
