Rest of my meal was good. But the shamrock shake I ordered had way too much syrup and it was not blended well. It tasted very bad like straight up toothpaste

Ordered to pick up. Picked up my bag there was no napkin, ketchup. I called the lady from the D/T window and asked for ketchup. She really threw a pack of ketchup into my bag. I said you gave me just one ketchup for a midium fry? She threw couple more. I thanked her and left. I would mind if that ended there. Came home, opened my McChicken to find out the bun was over toasted. Providing picture please have a look. Not saying anything else. Thanks. BTW - There is another McDonald's on South Broadway closer from my home I like to visit your place better. Never had issues!

I usually buy happy meal here. The service staff often changes, so sometimes I meet good people and sometimes I meet bad people. But today's packaging box was so tattered, it looked like it was picked up from a trash can. It made me very worried.

Does not participate in specials even though breakfast ads are run on television. Either honor your corporate promotions or don't be a McDonalds. Used to be a great location. Now a automated quality mess.

They rounded my order at 17 dollars. I asked for receipt and they can't b bothered. Also food shrinkage is a joke. Every thing is smaller in size . Fries, burgers, what a joke. And they also are a bit more expensive than other McDonald's. NEVER AGAIN

It's very dirty. The last two times we've had to wipe our tables ourselves because there are no clean tables. There are a lot of employees who don't do anything. I ordered food and waited 20 minutes for two burgers, fries, and a kids' set.

Place never gets my order right. Place is terrible. No one want to works anymore. Screw this place. Rather get crappy Burger King atleast my order is right every time

They messed up my order twice already. The first time, I ordered a spicy wrap combo and an extra spicy wrap on its own. I went through the drive thru to pick up my order, just to get home to see that there was only two spicy wraps. I called and the manager told me to mention it the next time I order, so I can get the one snack wrap that I never got. I go again two weeks later, never got the spicy snack wrap I was owed, was given the wrong order. They said I can keep the wrong order and that they will make the correct one. Tell me how they messed it up AGAIN by putting cheese in the orders that have the label NO CHEESE on it. I am disappointed because this kind of mistake never happened till recently, I don’t know what changed, but I suggest to lock in.

We visited 818 Old Country Rd in Plainview Ny tonight at 8pm the place was in such a state of disgust! There were 4 in total customers sitting in the dining area no one in line and myself using yhe Kiosk to place my order. I then used the bathroom which was so disgusting!! 2 of the stalls were absolutely gross. They both had urine on them and there was toilet paper everywhere. This bathroom was definitely not tended to in you could tell many hours! The dining area was just as disgusting. The tables were so dirty and trash was left on them. The floors were unswept and mopped. There was sticky areas and liquid on the floor. Yhe trash bins were so full and literally over flowing. The employees that were working were actually working but a couple of them were just standing around. The gentleman that gave us our food was barely professional. He mumbled our order and just left the bag. Thank God it was to go because I would never stay in a place like that and to be honest I was leary about even eating the food coming from a place that looked the way it did. Poor management and poor work ethics on everyone's part. I will never set foot in that place again.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I have payed for a side of mcsauce and they decided that it was a healthy idea to put it in a 4 piece nugget completely disgusting THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO COME HERE ASAP
