Slow down! Soft tacos from Chipotle are usually mushed together but these ended up literally inside of each other! People are nice, place is fine, usually asked what kind of beans, what kind of rice, etc. Business was slow but it seemed like I was rushed through and the food was lacking because of it.

A bit sad, I was really hungry and the bag literally couldn't make it through a 10 minute drive. Gave out and lost all my food to the pavement. Oh well just a bad experience but also, kids at the front, I know you have a long day but I also just worked 12 hours so if I want to change my order last minute don't give me attitude or give me all the attitude you want but at least be charming about it don't look so miserable. We only got one life

Chipotle has gone down hill recently. It's more expensive with smaller portion and poor food quality. We ordered it to-go and our guacamole had a quarter of an unripe avocado with some pit still in it. This inedible piece took up a quarter of the container as well. And good luck getting help. They make you talk to a buggy AI that doesn't even provide any solutions.

Im a lover of chipotle but this store always scams you. Its like they are afraid to fill your bowl with thr food youre paying for. If I said I want extra chicken, I was 2 whole scoops, not one and a half. If im paying 3 dollars for guacamole, I dont want you shaking off the guacamole on the spoon to give me less. Management either needs to be changed or stop being lazy and teach how to properly serve people a normal serving. Paying almost $20 for a half a bowl. How disgusting.

My father and I came to this restaurant with a good mood and ready to eat, we left with a negative attitude because we waited in line until they took our order and a customer behind us had a question to get rice and beans for the kids meal and the worker was being rude saying they cannot do that and asked the manager and the manager said they can. The worker then stared at the customer behind us and made a rude comment rhat bothered the customer and they said they would like the manager to make the food instead. the manager looked at the worker with a look of confusion because she kept going, being rude and making comments behinds the counter. the manager then skipped us and same with the worker and left our food we were ordering and completely ignored us. we looked around at each other and the workers annoyed and frustrated because we were waiting patiently for our food and they were being rude to the customer behind us just for them to completely ignore us. we decided to just walk out leaving our food sense they didn’t say a word or even look at us. TERRIBLE customer service i will never be going to this location again maybe 👀

We’ve been to this location a few times now and every time I get really really sick… this location is always really dirty and the food itself looks like it’s been sitting out too long. Guac is always brown… I’m upset I get charged extra for brown guac.. it’s just so dirty and the crew does not work well together… this location will close due to making too many people sick… mark my words.

Someone hold this night accountable! Takes a lot for me to leave a negative review. Sista with the hair extensions for the Love of God please smile and be friendly! Whole floor in front of food containers. Soaking ! Walking through a whole lake while ordering . Manager in the back visibly texting while orders aren't even caught up out front ! Rats running around our front . I literally thought I was living in the twilight for a hot second ! Please let a manager hear my pleasure!

When I arrived there . There is one employee standing infront of register. He is good but he called someone from the inside to take my order but she is not good . She had no smile as well as rudely face and behavior regarding their customers. I ate food and its also not fresh . I love chipottle but i ate form other branches but this branch i try first time but its my bad experience

I love the food in Chipotle, but not all the staff in this store are nice. I had waited in line for 10 mins to just order a large guacamole, and it was not even full. The staff even ignored me when I was trying to order. They did not even treat anyone else who is not Asian like that. One of the staff even laughed at me when I told her my order was not taken. I am not coming in again because this place has some anti Asian staff that I don’t have to deal with

Every time I go here I'm behind a spam order. Someone who has 15-20mins worth of food to buy on the spot. Put those people in a slow line and serve the rest of those who have 2min orders Thanks I'm sitting here eating the worst burrito I've ever gotten from a chipotle because you "rushed" to get this done.
