$10 Tuesday bucket brought me in. This promotion will bring me back. I won't pay the $20 regular menu price though. It is a shame in the last few years chicken went from inexpensive, to extremely pricey. I really do love the original recipe
Excellent service, front counter attendant named Divine was friendly, professional, ensured my order was correct. She handled and resolved an issue I had with my drinks quickly and with a smile. It made feel at ease.
Ordered the 8 piece family meal with the two sides and an extra side of coleslaw. They didn’t give me the coleslaw that I ordered but I know I was charged for it . I didn’t bother to check for all my food in the bag, unfortunately. I also didn’t get my receipt. And the biscuits were undercooked.
Today's food was really bad. Hardly anything was correct, items missing and the one drink i did receive tasted like it's lines/dispenser hasn't been cleaned since 1979. C'mon KFC get it together.
(They closed dining room early and expected me to leave out the door to the dumpster when I'm disabled!) I showed up prior to 8:30pm on 9/01/25 and a worker came out of the front door and turned his back as if he was locking the door. I am disabled and parked in the handicap and the only reason I was willing to walk the 30ft to the door was because I really needed to use the bathroom. He made eye contact with me and I asked are you locking the doors already, got no answer but he went back inside. After using the bathroom (mens was "closed") and ordering (my receipt time said 8:32pm) I decided to eat there. The other family was just leaving as I was going to the drink station which had no ice. I chose the closest table because I was in pain. Then 2 guys came out and the skinny guy asked the bigger guy to time him as he went out the front door and back in the door on the side of the building by the dumpster at that time I had barely sat down and was getting my food ready. I had no idea they locked the door until I tried to leave around 8:51 and discovered the door was locked so I waited because I heard one of them say get the keys but the bigger guy wearing all black told the door was locked and the lock was broken on the inside and that I had to exit across the dining room then walk around the building to get to my car! I was like you see I'm using a cane and in the handicap spot right?! So I held my ground standing at the front door until one of them had to go out that door and unlock the front door for me and it still wasn't 9pm yet! As I passed him I said if I wasn't disabled I would've gone out the door to the dumpster but added it's not even 9pm yet. After I got in my car, a car pulled up and when the dad got out with his child I had to tell him they already locked the doors. However, on a good note the biscuit was the best I've had in a long time. So if you want to eat in the dining room I guess you'd have to assume it closes at 8:30pm
I ordered the mac & cheese bowl online & the portion size was not even enough to fill the bowl! The chicken pieces were so small. No effort to giving you what you pay for. Don't order online and expect them to give you a good portion size for the fees that's charged.
Went from being one of the best KFC in the area to the crap. You order on the the KFC app and it says its ready then you go and wait another 20 minutes. Good service guys stop just hitting that button to say its ready to make your numbers look good for the boss and be honest. I only went there because it said it was ready. Ok so tried them again 2 months later and this location still sucks. This time they forgot all of my sauces and my gravy for the potatoes. Of course I find this out after I get home so now I am just pissed and I give up on this location.
Went and ordered for my daughter and my mom - kids meal and a #2 Kids meal I ordered an extra side - Mac and cheese And mashed potatoes and a2 pc tender meal Got home- no mashed potato’s and her tenders were over cooked and too hard for a 3 year old to eat - tried calling and always busy - I’m sure the phone is off the hook Horrible horrible
If you value customer service and being treated with professional courtesy this is NOT the location to visit! The leadership is HORRIBLE! To come into a store with an elderly parent and ask to utilize the bathroom prior to placing an order and being waved away and spoken to with rudeness is unacceptable! Manager Deann or whatever her name is should NOT be allowed to manage ANY location. If the capability of giving ZERO stars was an option that would be the rating. A call to their corporate customer service did nothing. No response from the DM. This must obviously be acceptable behavior which is shameful.
Extremely disappointing experience. I rarely leave reviews, but my recent visit to this KFC was unacceptable. The potato wedges were clearly old — they tasted stale, greasy, and almost inedible. The chicken was dry and overcooked, lacking the quality and freshness KFC is known for. For the price paid, I expected a hot, well-prepared meal, not food that seemed like it had been sitting out for hours. Management needs to pay much closer attention to food quality and customer experience. I won’t be returning unless major improvements are made.
Terrible experience! Employees had such a bad attitude. The radio by the menu is so scramble you couldn't even hear them talk to you. They never repeated back my order at the menu nor at the window so when I asked them if they could to make sure everything right they want to have an attitude. Then they got something wrong and I had them fix it they want to have more of an attitude and start speaking Spanish. Haha jokes on them I can speak Spanish and called them out. KFC you need to really check your employees thanks.
Order online around 10:15 pm. Pull up to the drive thru 10 minutes later only to be told to pull back around to the front and they will bring out our order. Sat out in front for another almost 20 minutes before they finally bring out our order, only for our chicken and sides to all be cold. Not exactly sure what we were parked for because nothing was fresh. I don't mind the wait if their cooking it fresh as I work in the food industry. Oh and then we got 2 dipping sauces for 10 pieces of chicken, which I've seen field mice with bigger legs than their chicken. Smh.
Everytime I come here I have to pull around and park. Wait over 15 minutes for a freaking famous bowl to come out.. like are you freaking kidding me? Everytime.. no other car does. 5 cars have gotten their food in drive thru while I'm literally still waiting for mine. It's ridiculous.. this location definitely needs a new manager.
They forgot one of my order, no way to call the place( French fries) , come back three weeks later for another order or $50+ and order two large fries, it’s not even a full order of fries, also told him about the missing fries from previous order but he said nothing he can do. Did not want to argue with the worker there so just take it as it, never again will return to this place
Couldn't give me complete order or refund. Food overcooked, missing items. Staff inattentive. Sticky and dirty floors. Told me I had to contact corporate. Tried three times for over an hour and a half on hold. I'm done with KFC forever. Just got customer care and they read a script and put me on hold again forever.
I ordered on the mobile app 12 renders, 2 legs and a breast an hour before close. Upon arrival I’m informed they’re unable to make anymore chicken despite having an hour until close. Instead, I’m giving substitutes that are cold and rubbery that had clearly been left out and they needed to get rid of before close. The Dr. Pepper I ordered was completely flat and tasted like soda syrup as well.. they even messed that up. For as much as KFC charges, you’d think you’d at least get 50% if your offer accurate and hot, but at this location don’t expect that. I’ll be going to the numerous other chicken locations near here that actually serve their customers edible food and charge less.
Date: April 6, 2025 Time: Between 4–5 PM Location: KFC – Richardson Beltline, Dallas, Texas We came to KFC around 4–5 PM. There was no one at the counter. Only three employees were inside, and the place wasn’t crowded at all—there was just one other family there. Despite that, our order wasn’t taken promptly. We had to wait for about 5–10 minutes. After placing our order, our name was called in an extremely low voice. Naturally, we didn’t hear it because we were chatting. When we went to check on our order, we found it had already been bagged and was just sitting there. We hadn’t asked for it to be packed to-go, but no tray or any notice was given to us. If it’s KFC’s policy to always serve food in bags, as one of the employees told us, then there’s no need to ask if we are dining in or taking it out. Later, when we asked for sauces, they were shoved into our hands. A tray was basically thrown in front of us. Sorry, but we are paying customers and we don’t deserve to be treated like this. All we wanted was to sit, eat our meal, and leave—just like anyone else. We were kind, polite, and respectful the whole time. We didn’t do anything to deserve this kind of attitude. Considering the restaurant wasn’t busy at all, we don’t understand the lack of basic courtesy and the obvious sense of frustration from the staff. Why? The manager should really identify such unmotivated employees and take action. Customers are the reason this business operates. Without us, there’s no business at all. There is clearly no timely service, and if you’re looking to lose customers, this is the way to do it. We will not be returning, and we’ll also be sharing our experience with others. The employee who took our order was named Moris. He appeared to be around 20–23 years old, with dark skin and black hair.
