What can I say great food. The best cheesy bacon fries. The burgers are thick with fresh ingredients. The bread is never hard or too soft just love them. I just wish the prices would go down and not up because all fast food prices have been creeping up.

This Wendy's has the best breakfast of anybody in town. Love their sausage gravy and biscuit. Friendly folks in the morning and then the evening crew with the baconator on a pretzle bun is awesome. I went back to this Wendy's at 9:30 am and it was completely opposite to my usual service and food. Cashier at the window reprimanded me for not knowing how to order a new item on the menu. Then she tried to short change me by $5. Got home and the gravy biscuits were pathetic. Each one had a very small dollop of super thick gravy sitting on top of the biscuit. Not enough to cover 1/2 of the biscuit. Bad service and bad food. I should have gone to McDonalds.
What a wonderful woman works in this Wendy’s . Her name is Tiffany . She does her job 100 percent. But the most important thing is that she does it with soul and she has a very kind heart! It's nice when people surprise you with their kindness and quality service. Thank you, Tiffany, for the wonderful atmosphere!
Went there today and ordered the new Jalapeno Popper Salad. I opened the croutons and poured them on the salad. I smell something terrible. I look at the package and the expiration date is Dec 2020. I called and no one answered. I will back to return the food. Returned and the manager was awesome. She took care of it with ease and graciousness!!

I bought all of the French fries available right before closing time because I'm the worst. I'm also the best. However this review is about Sam! She was working in the drive thru and was an absolute ray of sunshine at 2 in the morning. We need more people like Sam in this world. There's also a grumpy short dude walking around talking smack about customers who like to "walk up to the window". It was 2am outside of the hotel I was staying at. I'm not driving my car through a parking lot so I can take it through the drive through because some dude doesn't want to make more French fries. I was a server for 9 years in restaurants, and that dude was rude. Sam, you're an angel. Thanks for the fries. 🖖
What a experience!! I pulled in this morning and parked and was greeted by a employee that was working drive thru. She waved and said good morning. She is awesome Wendy's ypur lucky to have a wonderful employee like this. Thank you for the breakfast we will be back
I've been to Wendy's restaurants all over the country. This is the best one I've ever been to and been going to it for 18 years now! Great customer service. Staff is very fast and friendly.

OUTSTANDING customer service from ALL employees I encountered during my visit today. I wasn’t feeling my best but to see everyone so politely cheerful & helpful uplifted my day! Thank you all great customer service goes a very long way! Keep up the great work you all we understand your job may not always be easy but with those positive attributes your guaranteed to enjoy your shift. Also my food is ALWAYS fresh and I always receive the amount of condiments I request without any issues. Thanks again guys! Kudos to management your staff are great people to be proud of!
Friendly atmosphere! Good service no complaints at all. The other customer in front of me took forever looking for that 1 penny to pay her bill, but the cashier Lin was patient and cool, gave her everything she asked for. Everything was good to me!
I don't think I have ever visited such a great location. The restaurant was very clean, plenty of tables and room to sit down, very modern looking. The staff was amazing, did not feel rushed no attitude, very relax and amazingly polite. This is my new favorite Wendy's for sure.

Wendy's is fantastic! The food is always fresh and tasty, and their menu has great variety. The service is quick, and the staff is friendly. It's my top choice for a quick and delicious meal. Highly recommend!

The organization seems too be ran somewhat good because I witnessed a cashier in Hillsborough Wendy's help customers. She seem too do it genuinely and not like she has to do it as a job requirement. The food was provided very swiftly and accurate, nice, hot and delicious. I will be going back whenever I'm in the area? Maybe breakfast, even though I prefer Mom & Pops grittle style breakfast
Five stars for keeping the temperature at a comfortable level (not like a meat locker!) so didn't need a sweater. Four stars overall because it's tricky to exit if you want to go east on Hillsboro Blvd. Breakfast was delish and presented with a smile.
Up on arrival we were greeted and taken care of by a staff that was very friendly and helpful. We placed our orders, got our drinks, then set down. Our food was brought out to us. When we got our food it was warm, and tasted very good. I got the single hamburger meal with fries and drink. My wife got the same. The burgers tasted great. I'm sure the fact that we were starving helped. When in the area we will be back for more.
It was my first time buying breakfast from Wendy's, the food was very good, the service fast however, they only gave half of the cup of coffee and they didn't give the cream I had requested. I didn't realize this until I got to my destination. That's the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars
While I was starting to eat my meal they came to me and told me they were shutting down because the place had become a crime scene and I said well I'm going to finish my meal they said okay finish your meal but the police had blocked everything off somebody had taken their life in the bathroom. I know disrespecting anybody but I prayed for them and knowing that God has him now he is in his hands he will know what to do.
A group of four friends ordered via the drive thru after dropping friends off at the airport. I have not eaten at Wendy's in over a decade. The drive thru was crowded late on a Thursday evening ! We ordered the $5 meal, a great bargain with ice cream and a soda, 2 $2.19 small chili's, and a chicken sandwich. It came to $16 so it was quite the bargain. The chili was very good !

The service was good and quick. .., I asked for a regular plastic straw and was sadden there was only paper straws.. I understand and believe in the cause but. For a food chain that serves drinks with lots of ice and the paper straws being so cheaply made is hard for the paper starw to not dissolved in your drink... Wish there was an alternative maybe different lids ...
This Wendy's was recently updated with brand new wood and tile which is nice although I liked the older diner style designs that Wendy's used to have. The food and service here varies. Sometimes you get really good chili and other times it tastes very watered down. Same thing with the service, some days they are really attentive but when it's really busy you might stand there for seven minutes waiting for someone to take your order. It's still far from the worst Wendy's in South Florida.
We went through the drive through. They made no errors and were fairly quick.
I paid for 3 extra pieces of bacon on my sandwich. They gave me 1. I ordered a BLT… they served it to me without lettuce or tomato. The fries I were given were cold, as were the nuggets… nothing fresh nor correct about my order and the girl wanted to argue with me about the bacon she charged me $1.30 for! No one here Can read of follow simple printed instructions on a screen. As someone who’s first job was at Wendy’s, this location is a disgrace.
The bathroom smelled horrible. Upon entering the restuarant there was an odd not so fresh smell inside. I'm not sure if it was the carpet or what. It looked very clean..it just did not smell very fresh. I was with a party that had kids and the kids wanted to eat right then. The food seemed okay but at 2:00 pm in the afternoon we were the only patrons. They really need to step their game up or I could see that business closed really soon. Ijs.
Went for breakfast. Drive thru was very slow. 15 minutes slow. We were overcharged for a special. The food looked like it was unwrapped and rewrapped a few times. And half the sandwiches (ordered 8) were not fresh. We had to drive forward to wait for our food while the car behind us got their food and drove off. Worst wendys experience ever.
I started Door Dashing part time. When I had to pick up food from here I was treated like second class. I strongly believe that restaurants that agreed to accept Door Dash or Uber Eats orders should accommodate more appropriately, not get frustrated when we come to do business. I really hope that restaurants start thinking about how sooner than later. The order should have been ready prior to my arrival and handed off to me in a reasonable manner.
Poor customer service. Cashier wasn't friendly at all. Took her sweet time coming to the counter to take my order. Chicken sandwich was dry and tasteless, nuggets stuck together during cooking. Please try to avoid this place.
Despite, as a chain, having one of the better fast food burgers, this location manages to make the experience a poor one. Staff which barely acknowledge your existence, consistently incorrect orders, and burgers which are often cold in the middle from having sat in the holding bins too long all contribute to an overall unenjoyable experience, and thus, my 2-star rating. If management turn this place around, I'll update my review.

Terrible service there was a huge communication barrier. I ordered tea which was only behind the counter but it gave me the cup to get from the coke machine. I tried to make a second order but as soon as he handed me the cup. He walked away and I had to find him after figuring out that he had to get me the tea. Then he didn't pay any attention and was going to get me sweet tea instead of unsweetened like I had written down as well as told him 4 times before that. Likely I was the only one inside because it took me over 5 minutes just to order repeating myself several times I had the order texted to me. I showed it to him as well and I still had to correct it twice on his screen before I paid for it. This may be the worse experience I have had at any fast-food place in my life. I will not ever return to this location again.
Me and my wife went to this Wendy’s while we were in Deerfield Beach. The first bad sign when we were placing our order in the drive through was it was like the person that was taking our order was rushing us as we were trying to place our order. Every time we gave her a item she was saying is that it with a attitude. We ask for everything fresh, but instead got cold fries. My chicken on my sandwich looked to be re -dropped in grease, my wife had no bacon on her Baconator . After all that the manager tried to tell us that’s how it comes....nooooooo it doesn’t. With the attitude from the manager also, we ask for our money back. Lesson we learn please check your bag.
Went to order at the window and made a joke about the high price of the food as I pulled up, asking the cashier if he added his tip. He responded with not yet he didn't, we each had a laugh, and I talked the kid who had taken my money ($50.00, food was about $24...) about hard work, how I had started at his age, and commended him on his journey. Thing is, when he gave me back my change he actually gave me $15 instead of $25, and I caught it about 3 seconds in, he had turned back around to the register quick, and I called him out on shorting me. Now, I dont know if he meant to do it or not, but something about the situation says that he sure as hell meant to. I got my other $10 back without hesitation, and he offered no apology. I don't think I'll ever know for sure if he really was trying to pull a quick one cause of my joke, but regardless, he didn't apologize, and they took forever. One star. Count your money here.
I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. I have one question Where's the meat. Where did it go? It used to be a nice full breast. I actually stopped eating it because they weren't cooked enough for me. Now you can hardly see the piece of chicken. Looks like a chicken breast sliced into three or four sections. I don't even think it's an eighth of an inch thick. Very poor value and it had no color to it. It was just a white piece of chicken. Very unappetizing. The value for the sandwich is unacceptable there's no value to it at all. The grilled chicken breast sandwich is just overly priced for what you've done to the chicken breast.
Messed up both my orders, asked for grill chick they gave me spicy. Asked for only cheese they gave me everything but cheese. But they want to rush me during as I'm placing my order. Why cant Wendy's teach their employees to listen to the customer instead of trying to beat a timer.
Used the app for drive thru, this place blows you off to curbside pickup and then never brings your simple order of just 1 burger while 3 other people get their food. Horrible. Don't use your app in this place. They don't care for it. Or go inside and wait. Bad management obviously
The Drive through worker named Stephanie and the assistant manger named James literally tried to create an argument over what I ordered and after I simply stated sir I’d like my refund He stated he Can’t do that and I’m simply Elated I feel Bleses actually !!!because now I will never spend any money in a Wendy’s Again💯
Don't order delivery, my driver has been waiting for my order for 40 minutes and we're still going. They won't answer the phone. Very frustrating. I feel very bad for the driver. Update, food arrived after an hour (they're 4 mins away from my place). Cold, the order was wrong, I hate pickles, they were in both sandwiches, do not order from this location.
If you are ever forced to go to this Wendy’s, always check your order before you leave the drive-through line because there is a 99% chance that it will be wrong or missing something. I don’t know how this location is still in business.
I had the new Cajun chicken. It was extremely dry. The fries were undercooked. Very disappointing.
Breakfast was really bad. I definitely was sold leftover chicken. It was so hard and it ripped like I was biting into skin. It was horrible I bought 3 sandwiches and they all were like that. If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely horrible. Don’t go here if you want leftover chicken from the night before!!! I’m so disgusted.

when I first came in, there was already a line of at least five people impatiently waiting. I ordered my food and waited at the counter for at least 10 minutes with absolutely no help. Two employees in the back started arguing over which order was mine, to which I tried to help when one of the girls said “can you just wait “ eventually after 25 minutes me and a bunch of other customers ended up just walking out. Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been through, don’t waste your time or money.
Had a god awful experience with this store Saturday night. The manager I had the Displeasure of dealing with took away the cashier when I was trying to ask her a question of why my free 10 piece nugget wasn't added to the order. When I went to ask him why it wasn't on there and show him that I had the young lady scan the discount and he just kind of rushed me out of the way, saying they were too busy to do anything to help. I waited for about 10 minutes in store before this to even place an order. waited another 15 minutes to try and get my discount corrected. In short: -The food was mediocre at best. -The customer service of the employee and management was poor. -Will Never visit this Wendy's again.
The food quality was horrible. Cold and unfit for offering to a human. The only thing that earned my 1-star was the low quality people who made the experience unpleasant. I only wanted a refund for my uneaten cold food, but that made the employees unprofessionally enraged, and incapable of having a conversation with. I decided to leave and absorb the loss of this trash food I paid for, but I certainly won’t be back, and I intend to make sure no one I know makes the mistake of coming to this location in the future.
Went to drive-thru to be told they're doing a shift change, I waited 5 mins and then drove away and went though the drive-thru again thinking they should be done by now, just to be told the same thing. I drove past the window looking in and there were people standing in the kitchen and drive-thru not doing anything. I feel bad for whoever owns this Wendy's, because the people working there are too lazy to work. I went across the street to McDonald's instead.
Had this delivered last night and it was inedible. Fries were cold, nuggets were cold, chicken sandwich was cold and hard with stale bread, soda was flat and my frosty was half melted. Completely inedible and a waste of money. Will never get food from this location again.
They treat deliveries as less priority. After waiting in the drive through line at 11.27pm they sent you to the parking lot until the line clear up . Manager dont understand that deliveries are also customers who pay delivery for a reason but theypdeserve same treatment. They didn't take my order , told me system was down. But still serving some people after me. Waiting to pick up online order for 38 mins. They told me they are waiting for nuggets. I see how they serve nuggets to other customers after me. Very disrespectful treatment at 6pm friday 6th.
Downloaded app for the free frosty and the app didn't put in the order correctly so they refused to give us the free frosty which is the entire reason we Downloaded the app. Then on top of that the burger was saturated in ketchup and cold. Not good for business
This is by far the WORST Wendy’s I ever been too. They never have things in stock. Never any sour cream for your bacon and cheese potatoes, I even ordered a avocados chicken salad and didn’t get the avocados. The location is convenient for me but I will rather take the drive else where. Sometimes I have to repeat my order when I get to the window when they were BEEN suppose to take your order prior. I’m not sure who’s running this Wendy location but it’s trash and just unorganized. Save yourself the trouble and go to another location. I won’t even be surprised if they shut this location down. It’s completely unprofessional and horrible!!
3 years of getting my orders wrong at least 1 in 5. Just can't give them any more of my business because when I tell them about it, they just don't care..... All I experienced is straight attitude. Cashier at drive thru messed up my order. To busy having so many side conversations that she did not get it right. On top of that. I paid at the 2nd window and another employee asked the cashier if she collected payment from me. The cashier's response was I don't know. Oh, "Yes you can not hear. If stop with side conversations while taking orders then you will hear the customer's order".
Arrived at 18:36 at the drive thru and still waiting 19:05 they made me park to deliver to my car still no food
Absolutely THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EVER EXPERIENCED!!!! I waited for over 10 minutes at the drive through (and I got there around 9:35pm). When I finally got to the drive thru window, the chick at the window jumped down my throat, saying that I was the only one who complained. Meanwhile she kept going on and on about how she is only one person and I could have come inside to order. I will NEVER order here again, and I WILL be calling to speak to a manager tomorrow! ABSOLUTELY ABSURD!!!!!!!!!

I went in to the Wendy’s location on Hillsborough Boulevard this afternoon around 4 PM. I ordered a biggie bag and we’re using my app to click on you. Get a free any size drink along with the five dollar purchase. I kept clicking on the app on this offer and App kept saying oops oops oops. The representatives at Wendy said there’s nothing they can do. That’s the problem not theirs even the manager. Jose was quite rude and said he can’t do anything about it. Oh well. I find a customer service would be horrendous and very poor and disappointing. I will never go back to this Wendy’s again.
So I came at 1:20 am trying to get some food. The women at the window told me not to snatch her phone out of her hand after saying “I heard you the first time”. I will never come back to this Wendy’s. Whoever was working the drive through microphone deserves to be fired if she doesn’t wanna deal with her own job. Disgraceful. Nobody should ever be employed with such disgusting morals. You asked for this job. Do it.
I don’t care how hungry you are, or how badly you want a frosty from this Wendy’s, keep driving and find another one. Horribly slow service. Understaffed and not even nice about it.
Rude miserable employees that get angry when they mess something up and you expect them to correct it. They had a miserable attitude the second I pulled up and only got angrier when I got the wrong item and asked for the correct one.
Went through the drive-through spent $35, they told me to park my car on the side and wait they came back with the food. I left way home open the bags. I got half my food try calling them 10 times. Apparently they do not like to answer the phone going to try to go back over there to get my food later. This is ridiculous. The funny thing is this happened to me many times over there in the past few years hopefully they can train their employees a little bit better

I’ve lived around this Wendy’s for 2 years and it has to be the worst group of employees I’ve ever experienced at any fast food place. I stopped stopped coming to this Wendy’s about a 14 months ago because of how consistently rude and condescending their staff is. They consistently stop taking orders and close down almost an hour before the listed closing time and mess up orders. Tonight I decided to give it another try after over a year of not going since my last negative experience. After pulling up at 1:30AM (30 minutes before they are scheduled to close) I get greeted with “how can we help you” I ask “are you all still open?” “No we are closed.” I ask “I thought you closed at 2?” The response is “Well why would you ask if we are closed then?” Not only did they lie about the closing time I, yet again for more times than I can count, get a rude and condescending person to take my order. This is the third time in 2 years that I’ve driven off because I refuse to place an order from such rude staff. I will never come here again.
First of all, bad treatment with the customer, the orders take longer than normal, those of one occasion have happened to me, it is incredible how this kind of thing continues to happen, lack of control in the delivery of uber eats orders, it happened to me particularly and they act without caring about your problem
Terrible! Got my order wrong, gave me a single burger when I ordered a double. Fries were stone cold. Cookie was hard as a rock. And to top it off, the rude guy at the window couldn’t make correct change, said they just round up. Pathetic customer service and a complete waste of money.

This place’s service is always terrible. They talk with attitude, my order is always wrong and they never have any ingredients. Unfortunately I enjoy Wendy’s and this is the closest one to my house so I’d say I come once a month maybe and it’s always disappointing. The workers can at least smile, but instead give attitude and roll their eyes at you after they messed up.
One person working she had attitude with me right away. Couldn't understand a word she was saying. Asked for seniors coffee. Was told they don't carry any coffee. What a joke breakfast menu with no coffee. Worst Wendy's i have ever seen. No wonder 930 am Saturday morning and I was the only car or person In the restaurant. Never again didn't eat the food didn't trust the server or the food. Wasn't worth getting sick .
I am beyond disappointed with Wendy’s. I had ordered my food through Uber Eats today 01/31/26 and I had each of my delivery drivers cancel on me, until one of them told me that Wendy’s was basically empty and the employees were in discourse, weren’t even prepared. Then proceeded to tell all my drivers my order never existed, I am sad to say I will no longer support this business, Had me and my 2 younger brothers waiting almost an hour and we didn’t receive our food. Im am disappointed.
This is going to be a long one I did a mobile order around 10pm last night, when I pulled into the drive thru I told them I was picking up my order and they said pull forward to the next window. When I pulled forward they didn’t know who I was picking up for, and when I told them who I was picking up for I was told to pull forward into one of the mobile pickup spots, I sat there and watched multiple people go through the drive thru and leave before someone brought food out to my car. It wasn’t mine. They asked if I was the order for another person and I told them no. I then again sat there for 20 minutes, again watching multiple cars get their orders, when another person who I’m assuming also did a mobile order pulled into the drive thru as she pulled forward and sat there waiting for about 10 minutes. She got her order before I did. Finally after waiting for what was about 30 minutes. The cook from the kitchen brought out my food. SHE WAS THE ONLY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE FROM THIS. She was extremely apologetic and professional. She said the managers weren’t really sure what was going on. I will not be surprised if she ends up leaving because of the supervisor/managers. While yes, I was missing the chili I ordered (which I didn’t realize till I got home because at this point it was almost 11pm, I am beyond frustrated by the fact that I could literally see who I assume was the superviosr/manager just standing there. I can’t express my frustration as well through just word, as it wouldn’t convey the emotion as well. I will be positing this to google as well. I understand why this location has 1.5 stars across most platforms for reviews. I attempted to call Wendy’s customer support but they are apparently closed on weekends, I also tried calling the store and they didn’t answer.
Unfriendly at counter, food not correct, sandwich put together like no one cares, the soft drink was good, , I won't be back
I had the worst experience at Wendy's drive thru. The woman that took my order was rude and treated me like trash and as if I was wasting her time by ordering food. I held my temper until I got to the window to pay but could not hold back when she got the order wrong and tossed me the food. I asked to speak to a manager and she lied and claimed to be the manager "Sarah". The name on the receipt states her name is Metchina... I explained that everyone has bad days but it's unfair to share her nasty attitude and dark mood with customers just so she can have company in her misery. I will not return to this location anymore and now know why no one in the nearby neighborhood recommends going there. I rarely take the time to write negative post because as I said earlier everyone has bad days but this experience was mean and hate filled so I had to take the time to express my overall disappointment.
I was driving Uber eats and had to wait in this restaurant tonight with nobody inside and a line waiting to order for 20 minutes. Then the worker tore the bag next to the delivery sticker to put sauce inside. I asked if she could put another sticker on where she tore the bag she tears a sticker in half and put one half on each side of the original sticker. I left. Then I delivered the order the recipient who obviously though it may have been tampered with. To the franchise owner you need to rehire your staff your losing money and patrons.
Worst service ever。We stood there waiting while the staff looked at us and ignored us for about five minutes. No one came to help. The five people in front of us decided to leave, and eventually we also left. If the owner reviews the security camera footage, they will see how poor the service.
Sent a mobile order which was not ready. It seems like every car that ordered through the drive thru was parked waiting. Finally received my food about 10 minutes later and the bun was stale. Burger dry. And not hot. The server was kind and apologetic although this was no fault of his.
Walked 20mins to this Wendy’s on lunch 5 employees in the store and it took 40 mins to receive fast food. The store wasn’t busy they even was messing up in the through customers were coming in. Ended up asking for a refund because they fixed my friends fries without gloves touching the fries. He asked could they be remade the MANAGER was argumentative about putting on gloves touching remake them. She stated it wasn’t required she wear gloves.
The employee at this Wendy's, besides being rude, started eating french fries on top of the french fry container. Then she looked at me and saw I was watching her, so I left. What I saw was awful.

Worse service I ever had at a Wendy's! Very slow to get my order. I asked without cheese and it came with it. I had to wait again to get my hamburger they way I asked for. The employees looked overwhelmed, not knowing what to do.
Ever since these new managers came into the store things have gone south fast, I order from this location almost every other day and out of nowhere, i get a burger that is a single patty split in half when i ordered a double stack... Thats the lowest of low..you cant even give the proper portions, you have to take a whole patty and split it in half to make a double stack?! Come on.... And EVERY time i get a 10 spicy chicken nugget they are ALWAYS HARD AND GROSS!!! I WANNA KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS LOCATION?!
Terribly horrible service. Need to hire new employees. Totally unacceptable, incompetent staff. Totally unprofessional, unorganized staff. Went somewhere else. Goofy young kids hanging around in parking lot.
This is strike 2 so I'm leaving a review. I made a mobile order through the app. Picture of a frosty in a car and everything. Lady at the drive through told me it's a carryout order, whatever. I go inside and explain and the lady in the front said 'Well, that wasn't me.' Apparently she's been doing this for over 10 years or something, as she explained to a doordasher just trying to get his delivery done without getting reported by his client. Anyway after some waiting I check one of the bags and it had my name on it. It had like 4-5 of those stickers to keep the bag closed. Foods gone cold and I'm trying to rush out to get to work. The order was wrong. They forgot my 4piece nuggets, and my medium coffee I was up charged for ended up being small. And I got some flavored sprite or whatever that I didn't want. I'd go back and get my stuff but it isn't worth the effort. I don't have another hour to spare. I'm probably not going to come back unless there's a new management and staff sign.
The place is clean, the staff in the kitchen seems to be highly efficient, but the young cashier girls seems to be miserable and does not have anu clue of what customer service means. Wendy's higher management needs to look into this, I would definitely never return to this location, as a customer, I do not appreciate being treated the way I was at this location.
I went to Wendy’s for a salad before I head into work. I clocked in and went to go and eat it and then boom I see a roach sitting on top of my apple. I work in a hospital already being around sick people and now I feel sick. I am never coming here again. I called them and they hung up on me once I told them my issue.
