This raising cane's is quick , food Is always extremely fresh , manager /supervisor is super kind. While eating he passed by us to ask how everything was and if we needed anything. Dining area was super clean .

Really great Cane's location. Never really had a major problem here. If the drive thru is long you can order inside and get your food in 2 minutes and it feels like skipping the line. Fries are always crispy here. The lobby is also really nice, never too hectic compared to other Cane's. The parking lot is a little small, but I can't blame that on the owner.

This place is the best place for my son and I. We get the same meals and we both love the sauce. Always a great experience when we eat here. Strips are great but the sauce is amazing. I use it for my strips, fries and toast.

We have 2 locations near us of equal distance. This particular location is our favorite for drive-through and dine in. Orders are always perfect. When we dine in, the staff are always in a great mood and they just work well together. You leave with a full belly and in a great mood.

3.31.25 first time at Fredericksburg location around three o'clock, the drive thru was busy! Inside only three customers. The atmosphere was welcoming, with clean tables! Ordered the 3 finger combo, it was delicious! The fingers tender, the crinkle fries just right tender and crisp,the texas toast was toasted perfectly with a crunch with every bite! The sauce elevates the fingers taste, and gives it that extra kick of deliciousness! The sweet tea was awesome, great tasting had several refills. The staff gave service with a smile, making my experience enjoyable! 😃

CHICKEN FINGERS IN UNDER 2 MINS!!! I was absolutely blown away at the service today especially during LUNCH RUSH. 2 ppl taking orders, and a runner at the window made for an insanely fast drive thru. The food was excellent. The tenders were juicy and the skin was very crispy. The bread was well toasted, yet soft and full of flavor. The sweet tea was the perfect amount of sweet. The fries were the only thing that could use improvement. They were limp, soggy and close to being cold. Very minor when looking at the big picture.

I ordered the 6 strip meal but only received 5. I told the woman at the front and she gave me two extra strips for the inconvenience, which is nice because I usually split the meal with my girlfriend. Everything was juicy, delicious, and the lemonade was fantastic! Awesome place!

I've never had Raising Canes until today....its down the street from me and I've seen so many times but i had a bad experience with chicken strips from a couple of places that i had stopped eating strips....it's been atleast a year or 2 i haven't eaten chicken strips from anywhere....i saw a YouTuber eating it and it looked good so i had 2 try it....i got the chicken strip sandwich combo with an arnold Palmer drink....2 my surprise it was so delish....so soft and tasteful....the coleslaw 2 was good....ty

I like the chicken figures, over 4 piece box and specifically ask for a neutral dipping sauce. Saw him mark something on his order notepad( was taking orders outside at cars) When I got home, no extra dipping sauce. Checked receipt, not marked on there. Instead, "ketchup" is on receipt. I mean it’s Cane’s. Of course the taste is great. But my favorite part about this location is paying for AIR when I ask for “no slaw extra fries.”

Seems to be a popular place. Restaurant kept clean. Would be a great place for a group of kids after a sports event. Service was amazingly fast. Their menu is very limited. The chicken is good, the sauce makes it really good. The establishment looks pretty nice and fancy with a lot of decor. This is a nice place for the family and friends. If you feel not to cook and want to take a day off from the kitchen this is the place to go. 3 stars for overall experience from the food, facilities and services.

Ordered 70$ worth of food. It was fresh just missing a few of the important things. Missing fries and extra sauce and toast. If I paid 70$ for food I’m expecting everything to be there.

I had an Uber Eats order from this location, and idk if yall were busy. That's understandable, but my order was messed up. I had ordered a 1 Caniac Combo and 3 Box Combos. On all 4 orders, I had asked for no coleslaw. On 2 of the Box Combos, I had said extra fries to replace the no coleslaw, then on 1 of the Box Combo that was supposed to have the extra fries I had order a Lemonade with that order. And then on the Caniac Combo and 1 Box Combo, I had asked for extra cane sauce. Instead, I had gotten 4 Box Combos, and all came with coleslaw, and I had gotten 4 drinks and all the drinks where water downed Dr. Pepper. I had already sent a message to Uber Eats. I was told to message the location as well, just so the know, I guess.

The drive thru was so rude and wasn’t friendly at all. I get it you don’t want to work but that gives you no reason to act like that. Very disappointed, I normally love canes

02/15/2025 I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience at Raising Cane’s has been beyond disappointing lately, particularly at this location. The customer service has been terrible—unfriendly staff who acted like they didn’t want to be there, drive-thru and at the counter. They never follow my order instructions at all! I asked for extra sauce—didn’t get it. Requested no ice in my fruit punch—got it anyway. And to top it off, I specifically asked them to tie my bag tightly, yet they completely ignored that request. My bag wasn’t closed at all. It’s frustrating when simple instructions aren’t followed! On top of that, the fries were lukewarm, and the chicken lacked its usual crispiness. I’m never ordering from nor coming back to this location. Definitely not worth the money nor frustration. Wouldn’t recommend this location at all. Do better!

If I could give no stars, i most certainly would. DO NOT go through Uber Eats with them. They claim that they are not partnerer with them and the driver has to have some 'special card' to pick up someones order, which is absolutely ridiculous. Yall lost yourselvws a customer.

UPDATE: It has been weeks since I had contacted Cane’s corporate with no response, very disappointed in the way they handle misunderstandings throughout their locations. My boyfriend and I frequent Cane's often. I have a military ID card I use for military discounts. I am a dependent, my boyfriend is not in the military. We have used my card for a military discount many times before with no issue, usually it is 20% and the receipt says "20% Military". On Tuesday, June 23, we came to the drive-through and like usual, I showed my ID card. I was in the passenger seat so my boyfriend handed the card to the cashier. She leaned down and said "we don't do discounts for a child" I was confused and said that I'm 18, what are you talking about? A manager (I'm assuming) appeared behind her and claimed that no military discounts are to be made for dependents, but this last time, he will give us the discount. It was a 10% discount that said "10% Hero" we asked because it is usually 20%, I even have a previous receipt in June that shows 20% off from this exact location. This manager pretty much said he will let all employees know to never give a military discount for dependents ever again, and that it should not be happening. We did not get his name, but I was extremely disappointed. Not because of this discount issue, but because this employee referred to me as a child, how embarrassing, she used such a poor choice of words as a dependent is not just a child. Military families serve and sacrifice just as much as their sponsor, and this makes me hesitant to encourage my retired military father to come eat here if they can't even respect me. I am very dissatisfied with this experience and to be honest, we are not planning on going as much because of this. The manager was very rude and condescending, he tried to act as if this 20% discount never existed when I have proof of it. My boyfriend even asked if this policy had recently changed and the manager claimed it always has been 10%, we are lying and that a 20% discount has NEVER existed. He said he'd give us that 10% discount one last time like he is doing us the favor if it were up to me, I would've left right there. It is not my fault that this policy is not specific or he is not ensuring all employees follow this policy, but I do find it strange that now there is this change when previously, it was a 20% discount. This manager needs training in customer service, and I do hope something is clarified and done about this issue so it does not happen again.

AVOID — Super wet soggy tenders at this location. This Cane’s used to be great. The last few months everytime I go here the breading is wet and has fallen off half the tenders. They are not following correct cooking and storing procedures here. This is by far the worst Cane’s location in San Antonio. Shame on this owner, take their franchise away. I paid $37 for nine soggy chicken tenders and some fries.

Worst place in San Antonio!!! Waiting on a truck to pull out of a parking spot a man honked a few time. He did not get us to move so her went inside and an employee told us we had to leave. If you aren't a white man apparently you have no right to be at this location. This place should be ashamed of their employees

Absolutely disappointed once again with this canes! I ordered my food extra crispy all the way and again it was not even extra crispy anything! Bland fries with no where near what canes standards are for fries, I see no salt crystals! Then we get to the drive thru second window where the young lady has no customer service, no smile, no welcoming attitude, and can’t even say hello! I made a complaint to a shift manager who didn’t really offer any kind of understanding or apology. Unfortunate that this is what canes stands are now when they used to be great! Will not return to this canes again and for everyone else I suggest avoid the drive thru because they never seem to have staff that cares in it!
