This McDonalds is always full of transients by drive-thru, coming up and asking for money and today drive-thru was full of trash. They need to clean up and sanitize.

Too much waiting time, you can no longer order directly at the checkout and only through the machine, so that in the end you pay at the checkout, what a waste of time it makes one wait, if you only go for a soft drink, avoid the pain of coming to this place because it will take half an hour for them to serve you and in a bad manner.

They always have such a bad attitude no matter how polite you are to the staff members they don't respond. My daughter ordered lunch and they gave her an empty chicken nugget container they forgot the chicken nuggets and we had to go back to get them!

Very disappointed with this place. I get to the window and it's a dark skin lady with glasses it seemed like she was the manager. Well I get there and when I was going to show her the code she seems annoyed by it gave the worst attitude didn't even say thank you. Once I'm at the next window it's a tall guy giving me the order and he seemed to be bugged cuz I ask for sauce and on top I got no napkins. Once we left he slammed the drive thru window like dammm people

Literally the manager kicked us out saying it was closed. We had already ordered and we were waiting for our food at our table. There were 2 other parties there still eating at there table , also there was people ordering food and waiting for it. She was really rude. She was being a grinch. I literally went to get my grinch meal and she ruined my whole experience. Rushing me and not being able to eat my food after a long days work .

Arrived in the drive through 7 minutes before breakfast ends. Only one car in front of me. Spent the next 5 minutes listening to them argue with a Spanish speaker who wanted to order from the lunch menu that they were only serving breakfast. Spanish speaker finally ordered from the breakfast menu then continued to order from the lunch menu. At that point the drive through employee told them they would be serving lunch in 2 minutes and asked them to wait. When it was my turn they refused to let me order from the breakfast menu. They should have asked this lady to exit the drive through and wait inside for the lunch menu.

I never do reviews or anything I generally do not . But today I overheard I think it was a manager, tell one of the employees that they don’t do nothing right and I genuinely think that is unprofessional they should really not let ignorant people be managers. No one should talk down to anyone no matter their position especially for fast food. I think her name was Ruth. If I’m not mistaking me and my wife were shocked we’ll never come back here again. Hope the employee makes a report.

We stope to get breakfast after an early morning at the hospital this is my first and last time at this McDonald’s. The service was fast and food well it’s McDonald’s it was hot and we went through the drive thru we parked I got 2 sausage McMuffins with egg and ate one in the car saved the other for later on well later on came by and took my sandwich out of the bag and I could not believe it. There is a big bite I asked my family if they bit it and they all said no i thought well maybe they are not telling me I showed them and they all looked at me and said someone at McDonald’s took a bite of your sandwich my son told me mom throw that out then they all told me to throw it out so I know it was not any of them plus I had the bag of food by my side all the way home and there was nothing else in the bag I took it out of the bag it was wrapped well and there just is no way. I love far so I’m not going back I just posted so you guys check all your food before you leave the area.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Every time I go here it’s an issue. Something is cold, I’m missing an item, I’m in the drive thru for an hour. And after getting this partially RAW BIRGER I WILL NEVER EVER EAT HERE AGAIN!
