I stopped by Which Wich in San Diego and had a great experience! The ordering process is fun and customizable—you get to mark exactly what you want on the bag, from bread type to protein, cheese, toppings, and sauces. Everything came out exactly how I ordered it. The sandwich was fresh, well-stuffed, and flavorful. I especially liked the bread—it was warm, soft inside, and slightly crisp on the outside.
Friendly service, nice open space to eat and fresh, delicious sandwiches. I highly recommend it!

First time eating at Which Wich. Ordering was easy on the kiosk and our meal came out super quick. Thanks for the yummy sandwiches !
The staff and the vibes are always welcoming and friendly and so lovely. I've had occasions where some sandwiches don't taste as good as I thought they would but ordering my usual turkey sandwich always goes well. The employees are obviously working hard and are very accommodating.
First time coming to this place and the food was very good compared to Jersey mikes and subway. The sandwich tasted great and I would recommend to anyone to come here and experience this joy.
Dominic is very friendly and took the time to ask me how my day was going and made sure to get my order perfect. I appreciated his pursuit of excellence and kindness!
Food and service were amazing however the outside construction was frustrating to deal with loud noise and weird smells will come back once it’s done
My first time visiting a Which Which. The directions with the paper bag survey weren’t crystal clear so I didn’t realize which base sandwich I had ordered (it’s written on the bags in different slots). Luckily it was delicious! Even though it’s not a sandwich I would have normally ordered. About as expensive as subway but better bread and taste overall in my opinion. The fries are decent. I’m filling out this survey for a free cookie as a local promotion.
Bread was warm and soft. Food tasted great and was well seasoned. The staff was really patient with us since it was our first time visiting. Definitely coming back.
Very friendly and attentive staff! Even with the construction going on nearby, the service was great and the experience was still enjoyable. Don’t let the construction deter you from visiting — it’s definitely worth stopping by. Highly recommended!

This was my first time at Which Wich & had the best experience. The ordering was easy & thorough through the POS, Madalina had exceptional service & a smile on her the entire time! The sandwiches were exquisite!
This chain has so many options and the sandwiches are good. You get to pick among so many flavors and textures.
There was a time when Which Wich had this awesome system where you could actually build the sandwich you wanted. Grinder with a whole buncha options? No problem! Weird Elvis inspired peanut butter and turkey sandwich? If that’s what you’re into… And for the Wichers that wanted to share their experience, you could draw on the bag. But now you get this unfriendly, uninspired tablet that does not allow you to custom your sandwich unless you choose a basic BYO with no way to recreate the sandwich you loved. Sorry Which Wich… you’ve lost the way.
Friendly staff and great sandwiches! Being from out of town I wasn't sure how to order at first. Look at the board for what you want, grab a bag with the number of the protein you want then mark it up with all the addons you need! Great sandwich and fair price for the size. The bread was good and the amount of food you get was enough to fill me. Would eat here agian!

$17.50 for a 12 inch sub. The employees were very friendly and there is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I might just pay closer attention to the wich of the day if I were to go back bc it is a tad pricey.

Good food, but slightly pricey. Very nice staff.

Pre movie meal on a Thursday nite at 7 pm. The store was empty, there were 2 people waiting for their order. It took almost 40 minutes to get four sandwiches, leaving us no time to eat on site before the movie. The sandwiches were mediocre. The bread was dry and tasteless. The fillings were ok but were lumped unevenly on one side of the bread so that some bites were all filling and some were all bread. Definitely not worth $12. My friend added avocado for an extra $2 and could barely see it. Overall, very disappointing. They can and should do better.

First time ordering from here and received a sandwich with brown, rotten avocado. Seriously? I won't bother ordering from here again.
I was so excited when I started my new job that there was a wich wich close by. I ordered the Callie Roll sandwich which is crab salad with avocado. I asked for no cucumber and I paid $3.50 for extra meat, and there were parts of the sandwich that had no crab and it had cucumber. It was supposed to be avocado slices instead it was this pre made and seasoned Guacamole that was disgusting and I also added salt and pepper, but with the pre season guac and salt and pepper It was not edible. It was disgusting! never again. Super disappointed
$20 for a foot long? Times are crazy and food chains like this keep popping up and charging us regular people more and more. Do better.

Used to love coming to this which wich but now the service is terrible. Took almost 30 mins for 2 subs and had 2 workers arguing over the food. Definitely will be finding another sub spot. We'll which wich its been good but not worth it anymore. Mission valley location.
Not sure what’s going on here maybe they’re going out of business? I waited 40 minutes for just two sandwiches, and the only other customers already had their food. The guy behind the counter seemed new and overwhelmed, while a woman with long black hair and a hat kept disappearing into the back after briefly answering his questions. No real support, no sense of urgency. If that was management, it’s no wonder this place is struggling. Wouldn’t recommend save yourself the wait and go elsewhere.
