It's a small but pleasant taqueria offering a wide variety of dishes and specials. I had a pastor's sandwich, prepared with lettuce, tomato, avocado, and onion. I also added pineapple with habanero sauce, pico de gallo, and salsa verde. It was a very good sandwich at a good price. The service and attention were excellent.

Food business located on the Ignacio Zaragoza pedestrian street at the corner of Ignacio López Rayón Street in the Historic Center of San Luis Potosí. The best thing about this establishment is the service of the staff, as they serve promptly and courteously. The food takes a while to be brought once ordered, especially if there are other diners in the establishment. Unfortunately, the worst thing about this place is the food. It's not inedible, but it's bad. This may be due to the overly extensive and varied menu, which doesn't allow them to focus on anything in particular. The tacos have hard tortillas, the overall protein lacks much flavor, and the texture isn't very helpful. The highlights are the salsas and toppings, which, while not spicy, have good flavor. I definitely recommend walking a little further to Los Volcanes (similar quality) or heading a few blocks further to Tacos El Vaquero (the best in the area). Correct.

What's really annoying is that you want to pay by card and the terminal isn't working, and the owner gets all worked up, asking how you're supposed to pay then. You understand you have to bring cash, but if an establishment advertises having a card terminal, they should make sure it actually works. We had a terrible time because the owner got so upset and practically told us it wasn't her problem that the terminal wasn't working. Honestly, the food tastes good, but that kind of defensive attitude leaves a lot to be desired. If their terminal isn't working, they should at least offer bank transfers.

Be very careful with the issue of tiny cockroaches called "juanes." They're a constant presence on the walls, tables, and who knows, maybe even in the food. There's way too much grime. The walls, grill, floors, etc., need to be thoroughly washed. Even the screens are covered in grime.
