We come in here quite often and although everyone is normally great the crew tonight really had it going on! Super friendly, fast, and efficient. Way to go Joshua, Ruben and Evan. Kudos to your hard work and great customer service as busy as it gets; especially the drive-thru.
What a great team! Joshua, Ruben, and Evan, really did a great job. It was pretty busy inside and the drive-thru but they handled it well. And they're customer service was above and beyond. Thanks guys!
Dairy Queen still has the best ice cream. Love the hamburgers, chicken or steak basket. The butterfinger blizzard is yummy.
Ray and Summer were amazing. They provided outstanding customer service and very friendly and courteous. Outstanding service, delicious food, and clean establishment. Make this location your next stop. Highly recommending this location. If you do come, do not come on Friday or Saturday eves...they are very busy and the line is horrible. I recommend visiting this location on weekdays.
Used the drive through so don't really have an atmosphere rating. The food was good, and the service wasn't bad. My only question is why can I not find the "flamethrower" burger? This isn't solely toward this location. Seems like my kind of burger, yet, when I order it, I receive blank expressions like this thing doesn't exist.
Place was clean and well lit, including the restrooms. Ordered a chicken basket but they gave me something different. It was still good and ate it without sending it back. It looks like they have the workers doing extra hours but they still worked with a positive attitude. Got a Sunday and it was a nice end to the meal.
Everything is great but their menu has items on it that you can't order because "they do not sell it" this includes drinks... Very confusing for those who order in drive thru...
Definitely don't recommend this place. I ordered a number one and it was not even a burger to fill the bun. I waited ten minutes for my food and I was the ONLY person in line.... Pretty ridiculous. The fires tasted stale and they were just re heated. The drink was just ice and a little soda. I'd suggest you go to subway, fuzzys or taco bell right there if you are in the area and looking for a lunch spot.
Not all Tacos are created equally! I went to get a few tacos for taco Tuesday. The one by my house in Highland Village has never let me down. This one did. Tacos are $1.00, great deal. But here they charge .50 cents per taco extra for cheese. My photos show the “cheese”. The shells also stale. Meat was ok.
My order was wrong, so I called from home and asked if I could return the items and get a refund. The manager stated I would just need to receipt and since it was close to closing, to come the following day. I went to get a refund and the different manager stated all refunds had to be completed the same day, and that they wouldn’t be able to help me. The employees all act like it’s their first day on earth, they are condescending and lie. The drive thru box has been broken for months. It’s worth driving to Denton if you really want DQ.
We’ve been at this location numerous times, every time has been a drive-through order. I’ve never gotten out of the drive-through in less than 10 minutes. Tonight we’ve been sitting here for about 20 minutes now, still no food. I also noticed there Or no gloves, being worn by anyone preparing the food, nor hair nets
If I could give negative I would. This place needs a new manager. He is totally unprofessional and has had multiple complaints with nothing being done about it. My son went to pick up his friend from work and this grown man hops into my car. You do not just hop into a vehicle without consent or the knowledge of the other individual especially when they're a minor. This man does not need to be working around youth in the capacity he does!
I ordered a large blizzard and a patty melt. I got my blizzard faster than the patty melt. It took 30 minutes to get my patty melt, in which that was my entire lunch break. The staff was friendly and professional and friendly.
I’m honestly ashamed of what I witnessed a couple days ago. I’ve came here on more occasions then I can count on my fingers and everything was always amazing the food service everything. The new manger has ran things into the ground. Most of the people that I came to see left because of him but that’s not the reason of the review. I came and everyone was under a bunch of stress the customers and the workers. So many people so many orders and only 2 people but the manger is just sitting in the back not helping at all. Wonder what else he does. Feel bad for the new hires.
I am writing to formally report two very concerning experiences I have had with an employee named Josh at your location. On my first visit a few months ago, Josh assisted me at the drive-thru. He was extremely rude, unprofessional, and appeared careless with his work. When I received my order, the items were tossed around and scattered in the bag, which made for a very disappointing experience. Despite this, I decided to give the location another chance several weeks later. Unfortunately, when I returned, Josh was working again. I placed my order through the drive thru speaker and he was very rude and impatient. After this i was told to pull around to the front for my food. I waited 20 minutes as i watched other customers receive their beverages and food. This left me not only frustrated but also embarrassed, as I was treated in a way no paying customer should ever be. I believe this employee is racist. I value your business and would like to continue being a customer, but these repeated experiences with the same employee have made that very difficult. I respectfully ask that this matter be investigated and appropriately addressed so that future customers do not face the same treatment. I will NEVER visit this place again!!!!.
I am highly disappointed in the service I was provided. Tonight I decided I wanted a blizzard and fries. Once I got to the establishment, waited in a long line, and placed my order. I specifically said, Large Fries and a LARGE cup of nacho cheese! It was my turn at the window, as we all know it takes a moment to make blizzard and fries. So I was watching in the window. I saw the cook put my bag on the shelf saying it was ready. The cashier then went to pick the bag up and sat it by his register. He turned around to take care of another customer, as he turned around my bag fell on the floor, which he bent down and picked it up and sat it back by the register. The cashier took care of something else. He then came back and opened the window, handed me the bag I’m speaking of. I asked him, “Are you really going to hand me the same bag that fell on the floor?” He kept telling me, “this isn’t the bag that fell!!” So I took the bag along with my drink with maybe 20 ice cubes. He then pulled the blizzard 1/2 melted out of the ice cream fridge (didn’t flip it for me for obvious reasons) and sent me on my way. I got home only to find My Large fries were 1/2 empty and my LARGE cup of cheese was less than 1/2 full. So I am not sure what I spent 13$ on since i really ended up with old grease fries and 1/2 of them! As you look at the pictures, this is at the point I pulled them out of the bag! So you can see the cheese was laid over in the bowl (but he swears it was not dropped, 🤔!) VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE THIS TIME!
I arrived in the drive thru with three cars infront of me. I get to the window with still two cars ahead, they then proceed to tell me to wait a minute… all the cars get there food and drive off before taking my order. 2-6 piece combos and 2 small Blizzards $40! I pull up to the window and the cook is wearing no gloves and is proceeding to white his hands on his pockets every 10 seconds. I asked them to put on gloves. I finally get my food and the car behind me is still at the drive thru I’m sure her order wasn’t being taken yet either. I get home and my blizzards were wrong and looked like they gave me the smallest portion of fry’s ever. I am not one to ever right reviews but this has to be the poorest service I have ever experienced.
Ordered a butterfinger blizzard thru the drive-thru & all I got was a cup of ice cream, when I asked where the candy was, the guy just said "it's in there", it wasn't though. I was in a hurry so I went home & put it in the freezer. When I ate it later that night I only found one lone piece. How lazy are they over there? Also I don't think they used just ice cream, it seemed to be mixed half & half with whipped cream, which I didn't want. I've noticed that they seem to have trouble retaining staff, maybe management should take a good long look at themselves & improve things so they can keep staff. People don't bad quit jobs, they quit bad management.
I came in tonight (6/7/2022) at about 8:30pm. Ordered a burger, fries and drink. After several other people ordered after me and got their food, I went and asked about mine. They said they were making it. Another 10 minutes went by and they brought it out. A burger, fries and a box that contained chicken strips and fries. I didn't notice the box with the chicken strips until I had already started eating my burger and fries. I figured I would just throw it away. Just as I finished my meal, someone must've inquired about their chicken strips. The kid came out to my table, told me he made a mistake, took the box and gave it to another customer.... after it had already been sitting on my table for probably 10 minutes. That's just nasty. Not only was it cold by then, but I could have done anything to that food.
