Great food - a little pricey but delicious (we did order the ribs which were the just expensive item - well worth it though). The bread and butter was amazing (heirloom blue corn sourdough from 6100 bread bakery next door- yum!). The melon salad was bright and delightful with just a bit of spice - so good! The diner decor and style is fun. The building is cool and funky. I definitely need to go back for dinner to try the lamb and a few of the shareables. I also want to try the lunch menu.

My husband and I came to 6100 for bread and decided to stay for lunch. We shared a smoked brisket pastrami sandwich, and it was so yummy and light. I loved it. I believed they used the milk bread from 6100 bread. It makes the sandwich even better. We’ll come back for this again.

I have been wanting to try Le Hut Dinette for while and it did not disappoint! The restaurant has a vibey yet home feel. The service was excellent and the food was amazing. Can't wait to go back to try their other menus!

Seriously delicious, rich flavorful and seriously yummy… Had the pastrami sandwich, shared chili fries and my guy had the tacos. Service was quick and friendly would definitely do again. The crunchy chili oil is a win and the ranch has dill….

A diner with a fine dining flare. Everything was rich and flavorful, and I enjoyed the diner presentation of food, only to be surprised with taste and quality of the food. Service was phenomenal, as we were well taken care of. Parking is all street, but didn't have any trouble finding parking at all Food- 5 stars Bread and butter- the sourdough bread was really good and hearty. Try to share it with a group of 4 or more, as it gets pretty heavy Tuna tartarte- the tuna was solid, but they do a great job with carbs here. The chip that it came with was fantastic and it was a perfect complement to the tuna pork and peas- I wanted to try some of the Heritage BBQ aspect of the restaurant and went with this dish. Excellently smoked, not surprised. It doesn't blow you away, but very solid Potatoes- crispy and flavorful, with the help of that beef tallow. Very enjoyable and hearty Service- 5 stars Our server was fantastic. Excellent with explaining the menu and making sure we were always taken care of Bottom Line Enjoyed the unique vibe of the restaurant. Definitely something worth trying and expect a hearty meal!

Super cute dinette! Love the ambiance! The staff were super friendly and so were the owners! And the food was delicious!! Perfect place to grab a bite to eat. The chicken salad sandwich was the best ive had! Paired with tallow fries, yummm. I'm a huge fan of heritage barbecue and knew this place wouldnt disappoint!

Excellent pastrami sandwich. Coleslaw is perfect with a hint of heat. The chicken bone broth soup was delicious. Service was terrific. About $26. Definitely recommend. They close from 3p-5p daily to prepare for dinner service. Also, they use the amazing bread store next door for all their breads. Really nice atmosphere. Owned by the heritage bbq folks.

10/10 for Le Hut 😋 the brisket taco was nuts and the fries were insane. Plus I tried a bite of my friends patty melt and it was next level. Highly recommended

Top notch hospitality, great music and super delicious food! Roy, Drew and the rest of the front of house team were accommodating, kind, and friendly! The pork and peas is amazing! The pork melted in my mouth!! Highly recommend. I also loved the blue corn sourdough bread with lemon tallow butter… drooooool… and the spring salad was an incredible combination of flavors 🤩 if you enjoy bread pudding, GET IT!! What a great place with good people!

The last bite of my patty melt was as good as my first! And from the atmosphere of 50s-60s music to the friendly staff, the whole experience stood out to me as a place I'd become a repeat visitor to.

Had a nice Saturday Lunch on the patio. The server was fantastic and the food was delicious. I shared the French toast with my friend. I had the pastrami sandwich which had this great smoked flavor. The bread is ridiculously good. Plenty of street parking.

I’d heard so many great things about Le Hut Dinette, and the food definitely lived up to the hype! I ordered the fried chicken sandwich — it was absolutely delicious and worth the buzz (I’ve heard it often sells out, so I made sure to grab one early!). The only downside was that the restaurant was quite warm inside and our food took a while to come out, which was a bit surprising since it wasn’t too busy. Still, the flavors more than made up for it — I’d definitely recommend giving this spot a try!

Cool, hip new spot. Went in to try the ‘acclaimed’ patty melt and left feeling it’s definitely overrated. Quality meat and nice bread, but honestly not something you can’t find at other quality diners. $32 after tax and tip for a melt + fries. Uncomfortable, backless counter stools too. Service was great though. Genuine, friendly and takes their time. Unfortunately the manager/owner was also alittle ‘too cool for school.’ Not a smile, nod or attention to any guests…just focused on taking photos for Instagram.

Hot summer day, they did not have ac on. Hot, stuffy. Tiny space. Food was great 👍. I was not aware that you need reservations, so call ahead.

I’ve been a huge Daniel Castillo fan; love Heritage BBQ so when I heard this spot had opened I was in town/in the area to see an Angels game I was like I must try. One of my California restaurant pet peeves is how single diners get treated. It’s always the bar no choice. I’d like to be treated like a regular customer not a piraya. I literally made a reservation weeks in advance I walk in immediately I am told all we have is counter seating. Everyone else with a reservation got a choice. I think it’s not okay I get I am a single person yet to just throw me at the counter seating without a choice is poor service. My waitress was friendly; I went with the “famous” patty melt. It came out pretty quick. It was very cheesy yet the execution fell flat. The burger itself ran that line between raw and cooked very close parts of the middle were still raw. The patty melt itself didn’t have much flavor it just fell flat for me (caramelized onions and pickles the sauce which there wasn’t much of it wasn’t very flavorful maybe if there’d been more on the sandwich??). The standouts on the plate were the beef tallow fries and the house made ranch-yum!! Order a plate of those fries. Overall at $22 that’s pretty steep for lunch I’d maybe try their tacos if I stopped by again. It’s a fun happening spot hopefully can work on being more welcoming to single diners in the future. You definitely need a reservation to dine here; lots of street parking. Decent lunch or dinner spot!!
