A nice, quiet place, and the burros fulfill their purpose of filling you up and leaving you feeling pleasant. They're much better than other places, but they still seem to need a touch of seasoning to enhance the flavor. But they're still good.

They were good, but I ordered it without avocado and they added it. I suppose it's out of habit, but they need to be more careful when ordering with specific requirements. They shouldn't make every order the same; sometimes customers have certain preferences that should be respected. At the end of the day, the cost is still the same even with one ingredient missing.

The largest donkey ($180) looked like a small donkey, had little meat and no cream because they had run out, and the meat was very salty. :(

The food is delicious, but overall hygiene leaves much to be desired. The bathroom looks like something out of a prison. It would be one of my favorite places to eat if they fixed that issue. (And it's not just the bathroom.) Good prices, overall good taste, and good service. The drinks could be much better.

Everything's fine with the donkeys, they're expensive, but in short, everything is very expensive. What I can't stand, and it's my reason for not coming back, is that we bought two donkeys and they gave us one sauce and one cream. $300 pesos and it only includes one sauce and one cream. Please think about it before you go. Mr. Frank would be very embarrassed.

Since they moved across the street from the SNTE (National Union of Education Workers), the food has changed a lot. The meat is saltier, and the times I've gone, they haven't had salsa, cream, or some other ingredient. It was better at the old locations.

Today, Sunday, April 14th, I had a very bad experience. I ordered a small burrito to go, and they gave me one that looked like it was from the day before. The tortilla was hard, the avocado was old and black, and the cooked tomato was almost falling apart. Very bad, and I've never had that happen there before.

The worst quality burritos, tough old meat with skin, never any cilantro salsa. They started out well, but nowadays they're the worst in Hermosillo, a shame.

Terrible service...only one person working, who took the money and made the burritos. Then another guy from the store came with some hot dog buns and Wi-Fi and started preparing the burritos without washing his hands...we waited for over 30 minutes...I thought to ask if it would be much longer and he said, "Yes, I'm ahead of schedule with your order, but if you want to leave, no problem..." They never offered us a drink even though I asked...TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ZERO QUALITY. I WILL NEVER RETURN.
