Good service, the young man who served us was very kind and friendly, he asked us details about our order and even he and several waiters heard people tell me that there was a bit of a wait, it took approximately 15 minutes for the food to arrive, I consider it to be fast, seeing the number of orders that were coming out, I feel that the product in relation to price is good, maybe not the best meat, but it is a matter of analyzing what you are looking for, if you want very good quality meat but burros that look like flautas, or burros that cost 400 pesos, for 220 the large size and quality of the product I consider them a good option. As for drinks, there are few options but the necessary ones and at a good price.

Very poor customer service, we went to the place with high expectations. Starting with the treatment of the waitress who served us in a very indifferent, unfriendly manner and the wait time for our order, (which we ended up canceling and leaving the place) was more than an hour, when they had told us that the estimated wait time was 30 minutes. While we were waiting, they served two more tables that arrived after us and one of them even finished eating and we without our food... much to be desired in their customer service. In the end, we asked about our order, which they hadn't prepared anything in and we decided to cancel it, the waitress indifferently and without caring, answers us that it is not their responsibility to determine the order in which the orders come in haha ​​​​xd Anyway, much to be desired in terms of customer service, I cannot comment on the food because I have never tried it haha ​​​​I highly recommend that they train their waiters well. Do not be indifferent and be empathetic with your customers.
