The store was super clean , food was amazing I asked for fresh everything & that’s exactly what they gave and the store manager was super polite and accommodating to all my request, so much so that I was gone take my food and leave but once I saw how everything was running I had to stay and eat my food there. One of my all time stores to visit definitely will be coming back and also sending family and friends to visit and get that great experience. Thank you Popeyes for that ‼️

Popeyes hits the spot every time for that crave-worthy fried chicken! Grabbed the spicy 3-piece with Cajun fries and a biscuit—chicken was crispy outside, juicy inside with perfect heat and seasoning. The biscuits are always buttery and flaky, and the mac & cheese is creamy comfort food. Sides are solid too, though sometimes the fries could be crispier or portions bigger. Food is reliably tasty and satisfying for fast food.

Ordered pickup, waited a few minutes for spicy tenders which was fine since they were fresh. Everything was good and hot besides the Mac and cheese which was plain tasting. Would order again from this place.

Unfortunately, this was my first time visiting Popeyes in Staten Island, New York the food the chicken unfortunately they gave me was burnt. They never gave me my biscuit. I had to go back twice to get everything I needed they have poor customer service. I will never go back.

I ordered on DoorDash 30 min before they was closing my food came totally raw and un cooked . Biscuit hard as a rock and the fries tasted like cardboard absolutely nasty .. i better get my refund back on cashapp or im coming there causing a scene .

Worst service ever and all items were stale and rottin , fries were old and customer service was horrible he asked me 60 cents for a bbq sauce . Chicken was old and hard Fries were hard as hell and he mixed some chicken crumbs with the fries . Mac and cheese was old as well . Please improve food quality. Never returning back again !!The night staff is very rude and offers horrible customer service.

First off we waited at least 20 extra minutes for our food. Everything was bad and half the size it’s supposed to be. The tenders were thin. The fries were half way frozen. The beans and rice were uncooked… VISIBLY.. there was no way the person who packed the rice did not see how OFF it looked. We called and they asked us to come back? Come back and wait another 20 mins for uncooked food? We were denied a refund. Waste of $50 and time.

staff especially night management has been all around terrible been coming here for multiple months and it's leadership is declining it's a new establishment so this is embarrassing to see the associates are nice but the managers seem to not focus on quality control or customer experience 😔 it's a shame.
