I absolutely love Chick-fil-A. Their food is so delicious. It is a little bit pricey. But definitely worth it. We actually eat there 2 to 3 times a week. Would suggest to anybody to eat here. I haven't eaten inside though I have been in multiple times To get my food. Sometimes it's faster to go in than it is to go through the drive-through. The staff is very friendly and are more than happy to go out of their way to make your visit amazing. I don't know anybody there personally and that's what makes the experience all the better.

Stopped by here while in Stephensville. Great location. The food was cooked perfectly and the staff were very friendly. Very thankful they finally have a Chick-fil-A that’s off campus. This is definitely a welcome business to this growing city.

Breakfast was amazing, filling and all. The cook even made an extra breakfast bowl when they switched to lunch. I love their burrito, burrito bowl, hash browns, and yogurt parfait. Coffee wasn't that great but it is probably out of their control. Interior was clean and welcoming. Staff was on top of getting the food out fast and efficiently.

Usually a good experience. Service is ok. We used the drive thru the girl. Taking the orders outside was polite and efficient. Recieving our food was the issue. Chaos at the pick-up window is the best way to describe our experience. We had a larger order, and it was incorrect. I hate buying food and never receiving it. Yes, it was on the receipt. Guess it was ultimately my fault for not checking each item. We also did not get our dipping sauces, which was a disappointment. The young kid at the window was laughing, having just a great time, which more i reflect on it makes me even more disappointed. Will be a long while before we patronize this place

They do not double check their drink handling, I have repeatedly been given non diet or zero sugar drinks even though I'm diabetic. I have called them about this three different times now, they gave me another one I didn't check because I was distracted got about halfway through before I realized it was regular soda My blood sugar peaked out at over 300 just because they don't care about people's medical conditions. Aside from that the food's great, and the employees are extremely nice. A+ would almost die again

I hope they will please be more careful in preparing salads so that every time is 'excellent'. Thank you. ETA: Another review from November 22, 2024. I ordered a COBB SALAD. I paid extra for blue cheese crumbles and DID NOT GET THEM. The salad had precisely TWO tiny tomatoes, NO EGG. PLEASE Dear Chick Fil A management: train everyone who is making salads in how they are to make them. They should not be leaving out ingredients we are paying for and certainly not leaving out EXTRA ingredients for which we are paying extra. The salads are different from day to day, depending on who is making them (and seems there is little to no oversight).

Our order was missing a few items and when going back to the counter to ask an employee for help they acted like it was an inconvenience for them to talk to me. Food is nothing special and over priced. Having a family of 5, dine-in experience is very important and this place lacks that in so many ways.

Unfortunately this time they have messed up my order. Not to happy with having to go back to get a simple straw but that was 1 of many mistakes made with this order. The order was placed through the mobile app so I should not have had any troubles.

The chicken was so small it was absolutely ridiculous. So overpriced and unacceptable. I will never recommend this chain a total rip off. Plus got a refund that will take 3 days to go back on my card.
