This was just gross. It's hard because the level of quality is not the same across the locations in this chain. I've had some really solid and tasty meals at some of their locations but I guess the bottom line is that I just need to avoid the whole chain if it's going to taste this bad and upset my stomach this much. It was kind of cold, greasy and just tasted bad. Everyone in my family agreed, including the ones who pushed to eat here. The service was fine and we ate in our car so I can't speak to the facilities.

I ordered two cheeseburgers plain kid meals. They remade them but asked for the old burgers back. I really hope they throw them away. That's concerning, we don't know if they throw it away. The employee that brought the food was wearing gloves. Do they actually change out their gloves every single time. I sure hope so.

That was one of the worst fast food experiences ive had living down here. Got tots when i ordered fries. The tenders and onion rings were double fried, hard enough to hurt teeth and gums. Very weird because ive done this very same order all over Washington, Idaho, and Oregon and never had this bad of an experience. Im probably not going back to this sonic anytime soon.

Nasty Food !!!! The food is nasty , the service is bad , they have all these young people in there that look confused and do not listen to the order correctly, the burn food and the manager looked clueless when I complained , you can tell she didn’t care. I would not recommend, what a waste. They need to get together and have a meeting about quality, I will message the GM next ! This is the third time they messed up , and chicken tenders were burnt also . Smh

I never ever wrote a bad review before, but this is the fourth Time within a couple months, that the ice cream has been complete mush! We bought two blasts, and It's not even hot out...Iv complained twice before, and I'm too embarrassed to say anything anymore. There's only two genuinely nice people that work here, which is a girl named Courtney and some white guy with a beard.

Ordered plain kids cheeseburger and it still came with everything on it! Went straight to the trash after my son took the first bite! Money literqlly down the drain! Ordered a large mozzarella sticks, didn't receive it. Ordered Honey BBQ wings, don't even know what the hell they gave me honestly! If I didn't live 20 minutes away, especially with all that traffic on Haun rd, I would have gone back for a refund! I will definitely not be going back here! Don't come here if you are wanting a correct and fresh order!
