It was my first time trying Shake Shack. I did ask at the counter to help me decide the burger but was faced with I dont have time to help you make a choice… However cheeseburger decision was very tasty

Love their burgers! I always get them well done. They are nice and juicy and the best with lettuce tomato and onions. My baby had a mix of ice cream chocolate and vanilla with Oreo topping and he loved it. The staff was very accommodating attentive and friendly.

I was astounded that I even got a seat in here on a Saturday afternoon, usually it is packed out but on this occasion it was fairly empty. Burger was absolutely AMAZING with lots of melted cheese between two patties just how I like it. Shake Shack is obviously more expensive than McDonald's or Wendy's but it is worth it - I have yet to visit a branch of either in the touristy part of Manhattan that's decent, clean and isn't populated with rude staff.

The burgers were incredibly delicious. The shakes are a MUST TRY! We tried chocolate as well as cookies and cream shake –pure bliss! Thick and yummy! The only downside was the wait for seating. Service was quick and efficient. The food was definitely worth the wait. Overall, highly recommend this spot for a tasty, satisfying meal!

I yesterday had the pleasure of dining at shake shack and it was a delightful experience. Aside from the perfectly cooked shroom burger and the cheese fries, the cashier was very friendly. This restaurant is kind of the one that makes you feel comforted and happy. It was super nice to have a delicious burger in a cold windy night.

The food was fantastic, as expected. Everything was fresh and made to order, so do give them a few minutes to prepare your food. I loved every bite of the burger, and every sip of my cookies and cream shake. Try to avoid visiting late in the afternoon, and instead get your brunch here in the morning if you don’t want to wait in long lines

Delicious burgers and milkshakes. Friendly service. Reasonable prices. Gets very crowded and hard to find a table to sit at. Does have some counters to stand up and eat also. Has a restroom for customers. Free cups of water.

Second time at this branch. Good amount of seatings despite its prime location, came with restrooms. I ordered via mobile app and it took 20 mins to get the food. Had the truffle cheese burger and though the appearance looked sad, it tasted great!

Stopped by Shake Shack Theatre Street, NYC for a late-night bite, and even at 10 PM, the place was packed—a testament to its popularity, but also a reminder that you might need to wait for a table. Ambience was nothing special, just your typical fast-casual setup, but the food made up for it. Tried the Truffle Burger, and it delivered-tender, juicy patties with deep, rich flavors that didn't disappoint. The milkshake? A standout! Fragrant, creamy, and indulgent without feeling too heavy. Bonus points for table delivery, which made the experience smoother. If you don't mind the crowd, it's a solid spot for a satisfying, late-night burger fix. Would I return? Yes, if I am looking for a quick meal.

Despite the wait, the experience was worth it. The burger quality was excellent — juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. Pretty popular and crowded. Not easy to find table during busy times. Fast service and good number of options. Food is ok. Tried veg burger. Didn’t try their shake. Cheese fries are bit different.

Stopped by Shake Shack with high expectations, fueled by some fantastic memories from their Korea locations. Unfortunately, the experience here didn't quite measure up. I tried the Shack Stack along with two limited offerings. Korean Style Fried Chicken Sandwich and the Korean BBQ Burger. While the Shack Stack was somewhat decent enough to try, I wouldn't rush back for the burgers in general. The BBQ Burger and Chicken Sandwich were particularly disappointing. The BBQ Burger had a slight hint that reminded me of Korea, but overall, the quality of the burger didn't live up to expectations. As for the Chicken Sandwich, it lacked any real connection to the Korean flavors I was hoping for. Real miss on execution for both. Another downside was the service. The attendant seemed somewhat reluctant to assist us, which didn't help the situation. It's a reminder that not every experience can be perfect, even in a city known for its incredible food scene. There are always exceptions, a sign of the human element in every establishment. This location might be a hit for some, but the miss for me.

My food' took more than 20 minutes to come out. I spent 40 dollars to be disrespected. For some reason the people who ordered simultaneously witlh me, their food came out timely. I had to go up to the counter to ask what happened with the 40 dollar order I paid for. When I asked them what was going on with the food, I was met with stubbornness, disrespect, and anger. Do not order from this place, do not ask for respect from this place, order from somewhere else

It pains me to due this but out of principle I have to rate this location a 1 star. First off, I tried ordering on the app in advance to get my order done ahead of time but it has me running around in circles so Shake Shackntech management better get that fixed because I have no problem ordering from any other fast food app. 2nd the location has no kiosk so I can't take advantage of any online offers which would've greatly discounted what I wanted from there and without that I can't use any of those offers because I can't redeem them ordering in person. I have non ssue with the woman behind the counter because she explained the issue with me with the utmost of courtesy but at the end of the day, I still can't get my food with a great deal over there so this place is utterly useless if you want to order your food ahead of time.
