Brilliant fish and chips cooked perfectly. Proper chips and great curry sauce and mushy peas. Will definitely be going back to try more of their menu. These two lovely ladies deserve to do well there first season open with added challenges.

We were missing good old fish and chips and saw this being recommend via FB. So we drove from the other end of the island to give it a try. So glad we did brilliant food, nice service as well. Next time I'm trying the sausage in batter with curry sauce and chips. Ooh they also do Knickerbocker Glorys which bring back childhood memories didn't get to try but it's on the list!

It's a chippy in Menorca. What an idea. The lovely owner from East Lothian, Scotland, moved here a few years back and started this place. It is a traditional Brittish Chippy. It has all your favourites, reasonably priced and to top it off, they have chippy sauce. Well recommended, great staff, great food and great atmosphere. Well done.

I have eaten in america, spain, corfu, canary Islands, all over uk and 100% the best chippy is Gigis in Menorca, Half chicken and chips was 10 star, so tasty and perfectly cooked, get on a plane now and try it yourself, and you will agree I am positive. Just came again, sept 2025 and had chicken and chips again, it truly is the world's best, full of flavour cooked perfect, nice and moist, such flavour, will come again on Friday before we get back to uk and horrible fish and chip shops xx

Had a treat here for my birthday and was completely blown away! Even beat our local at home in London! Fish was melt in your mouth with a fantastic light and crispy batter, chips were wonderful and reminded me of my Nan’s home made ones as a kid! My partner had calamari which was better than what we had in Cuitadella the day before and as a calamari maniac having had them from Spain, Greece and Mexico he said they were the best he had tasted! Fresh and in a light batter ccompanied by a lovely fresh and cold pint! The tartare sauce was also fresh and lovely! An absolute must! Thank you!

Came here for a classic English fish and chips whilst on holiday. After seeing many positive reviews I was expecting great tasting food coupled with a warming atmosphere. After having been greeted by the lovely staff I dove straight into the fresh cod and chips in front of me and boy was i impressed. The fish was soft and flaky with not too much batter to overpower the succulent cod. This is a must try if you are abroad in the area. 10/10

Had a lovely meal of Cod, Chips and Mushy Peas My Friend had the Scampi and Chips (and a third of my Mushy Peas, large portion). Both were large portions and we struggled to finish. Personally worth a visit (Certainly if Your Hotel food becomes a little same old same'O). Staff are Very Friendly (British) and Service was quick, Cold Beer on Tap. 10 out of 10.

Visited today with my daughter who loves there marshmallow ice cream. Got myself cod and chips, not forgetting my little girls ice cream and oh my, this place is a little gem. Absolutely perfect fish and chips, beautiful crispy light batter, covering a delightfully stunning piece of fresh fish. Even my wife said it was amazing, and she's not the biggest fan of fish and chips! The staff are also really lovely. I will be back before I return home to the U.K. ABSOLUTELY EPIC!

Second to last day of our holiday we fancied some home comforts, we chose a chippy tea and we weren't disappointed. The service and conversation while waiting was excellent. The food was piping hot, even with a walk to our apartment. The onion rings are especially nice, a little on the pricy side compared to uk, but very much worth it. Would come back again and recommend!

Perfect for satisfying your fish and chips craving, plus all the usual chippy extras like bread and butter and mushy peas. It's quite an extensive menu. Good dessert menu also. Staff are perfectly smiley and friendly, and the bill wasn't bad either. Highly recommended for you F&C cravings.

Well what can I say? Fish, chips and mushy peas in the middle of Minorca. A very welcoming smile and chat as you arrive, comfortable seating and products ( tomato sauce/ mayonnaise) responsibly sourced from 100% recycled materials, and non left over on the tops of bottles. The premises were immaculately turned out as were the owners/waiting staff. The fish was cooked to perfection and that means no thick coating of batter to make the fish look bigger and deep fried until crispy. No old oil taste here just really well cooked and presented. Chips excellent and I think if I'm not mistaken the mushy peas were done in the traditional way of soaking the day before and no awful green dye. I just loved it. Photo attached.

Als je goedkoop uit eten wilt een gek bent op gefrituurd eten: hoe moet je zijn! Zelden zulke lekkere uienringen gegeten maar ook de andere gerechten waren lekker. Nagerechten: geweldig! Op Menorca krijg je bijna nergens zulke lekkere toetjes. En de dames van de bediening met hun roze sneakers zijn super!

We visited Gigi’s on two occasions as we were missing home style food. On both occasions the food was amazing and the staff there are lovely. Definitely one of my recommendations for when visiting Menorca again.

A fab wee diner, staff are so lovely and very welcoming. Really great fish and chips, in big portion sizes, and an extensive menu if you fancy something else.

Visited twice while here in menorca and both times is was excellent, food was delicious and just like back home, staff where nice and friendly, it's about a 5 min walk from Los delfines apartments, they also do take away aswell. Will visit again if we are ever back in the area. Staff are English aswell so easy communication.

Absolutely outstanding chippy to find a place like this outside of the UK was incredible. A taste of home was needed after monotonous all inclusive food this place definitely fulfilled. I'm not one for taking pictures of food but I did on this occasion albeit not the greatest image. We went back again for our last night and again the same fabulous standards. Staff are incredibly friendly and we will be returning when we next visit the island in May.

Encantados con la comida y con la atención. Fuimos a probar los fish&chips que estaban muy ricos y el goujons de pollo, el rebozado estaba muy crujiente y con un toque de especias muy rico. Probe la salsa mostaza para acompañar a las patatas y el pollo, le daba un toque diferente que me encantó. Para terminar, pedimos postre de tarta de chocolate con helado de vainilla y Nata que nos dejó un estupendo sabor. La atencion fue muy buena, aunque los ritmos de sacar la comida fueron algo más lento de lo acostumbrado. Personale molto gentile, posto semplice ma con un ampio menù anche per vegetariani e vegani. Ho mangiato la salsiccia vegana ed era molto buona. È più una tavola calda che un vero e proprio ristorante.

Friendly British staff, prices are high for the quality of food which is a shame. I had the scampi and chips with curry sauce and it was use as you'd expect from home in UK. The curry sauce was something of its own tho, all my family said it was different but not in a bad way. Give it a go for those sceptical or have fussy children as it would be an easy choice.

Lovely little home from home replica of a British chippy. Very nice and welcoming staff, and a great choice of food. Nice to have proper chippy chips, some of the best I've had in a while. Generous portions, even the kids menu is a well priced and a decent plateful. Only constuctive criticism would be to of allowed the fish to drain a little longer so it wasn't as greasy. Hit the dessert menu with choc fudge cake and after 8 sundae, both polished off without any issues. Would quite happily go back again

Viande pas fraîche, le Burger est pas cher pour une bonne raison. Vous voulez manger des frites ? Vous aurez juste du plastique à l’huile de friture, si vous voulez avoir mal au ventre foncé.

Upon arrival we were left to tend to ourselves after waiting a considerable time. Upon retrieving the menus and seating ourselves we were greeted with passive aggressive comments about many things including, picking up menus for our tables (we did this to decide what to have as nobody brought them out and they were not on the tables), splitting the bill and the fact that they forgot to bring out two of our drinks (somehow that's our fault) . The portions are small and overpriced aswell as very greasy although that is to be expected from a chip shop. You are seated within a foot of a busy road on uneven ground. Considering there were young children present this did not seem safe and therefore acceptable. The only time a member of staff was polite to us was when we tipped them and left (safe to say the tip was considerably smaller than it typically would have been) . If it wasn't for the children desperately wanting fish and chips we would have left immediately. All in all a very unsatisfactory service. *Edit* have reduced to one star due the sheer denial of responsibility and general attitude towards the review. Irregardless of how "busy" you were I don't feel it appropriate to be passive aggressive with customers which at least one member of staff most certainly was. This was felt by almost every adult within the party so i'm confident it hasn't been misinterpreted. We have and will enjoy our holiday, thank you kindly.

Went here based on all the glowing reviews, but either they’re fake, these people have never had decent fish & chips, or we were just unlucky. The batter was wet and soggy, the fish tiny for the price, the chips limp, and the curry sauce watered down. Couldn’t be bothered to go back, but if we’d eaten in, we’d have definitely sent it back. Ended up making sandwiches instead - very disappointing and can’t recommend.
