E' una scelta molto adatta per una cena romantica in centro a Varese: l’atmosfera è curata e raffinata, con la possibilità di cenare nel cortile/giardino interno quando la stagione lo permette. L’esperienza punta sulla qualità più che sulla quantità; il menù non è lunghissimo, ma i piatti sono ben presentati, la qualità è indiscutibilmente di livello superiore ed il personale è molto discreto ed elegante. C'è anche un tocco di originalità, spesso le portate vengono rivisitate con ingredienti particolari e freschissimi. La posizione è centralissima, il ristorante dispone di più sale e su più livelli, inclusa una parte esterna all'interno di una corte riservata. Il locale è molto silenzioso, i tavoli sono molto distanziati ed il servizio è rapido ed attento. Consigliato.
Ho trascorso una serata bellissima in una location incantevole! Cibo di qualità, materie prime ottime, presentate con eleganza e cucinate in modo esemplare. Tutto strepitosamente buono. Personale , cordiale, preparato, attento, gentilissimo e molto ,molto professionale. Non avrei potuto festeggiare il mio compleanno in modo migliore. Pranzo domenicale con il mio compagno. Troviamo per caso questo bel ristorante in una corte. L' ambiente è ricercato, in menù ci stuzzica. All' interno troviamo un ambiente essenziale ma caldo e accogliente. Personale gentilissimo e caloroso. Cibo ottimo! Il risotto con ossobuco è uno dei migliori mai mangiati. Secondo il mio compagno la trippa con polenta merita la lode direttamente in cucina. Ma quanto mi piace quando lo chef e la sala sanno fare il loro mestiere e in cassa sei contento! Bravi! Torneremo!
Ambiente incantevole, al ristorante si accede attraversando un piccolo giardino con fontana al centro che sembra "Fuori dal Tempo". Abbiamo pranzato all'interno, servizio professionale e rapido. Il Cibo è di ottima qualità, materie prime eccellenti e impiattate con maestria e cura. Abbiamo apprezzato le proposte originali presenti nel menú e le porzioni ideali per poter arrivare al dolce e gustarlo come meritava. Nota di Merito proprio ai dolci non sono Davvero belli da vedere ma incredibilmente Buoni. Torneremo sicuramente.

Dopo averne sentito parlare bene da parte di amici, abbiamo deciso di passare il compleanno di una nostra amica qui…che dire, tutto perfetto! Ho mangiato una battuta di fassona come antipasto (penso una delle più buone mai mangiate) e dei garganelli con ragù di diaframma buonissimi! Super consigliato! Davvero tutto ottimo a partire dal servizio, al cibo e all’ambiente.
Tutto squisito dalla prima all’ultima portata. Consiglio il salmone marinato, si scioglie in bocca e la pasta mista con patate, davvero eccezionale! Anche il personale è stato super gentile e disponibile. Tornerò sicuramente!

Molto bella la proposta dei Rubìtt: 3 piccoli assaggi di specialità da scegliere fra 10 proposte ricercate e originali. I sapori sono equilibrati e raffinati, i vini proposti sono di livello (infatti costano), buoni i dolci, anche questi fuori dal comune! Il servizio è discreto e puntuale, i camerieri sono veri professionisti. Il conto è adeguato, soprattutto perché si esce davvero soddisfatti 😊
Ho cenato qui venerdì sera in occasione del mio compleanno. Ci hanno riservato un tavolo nella loro cantina ed è stato tutto veramente perfetto! Una Piacevole scoperta... Il locale devo ammettere è davvero bello e molto ben curato, situato dove prima c’era il Nordic Grill mi ha davvero stupito. Con la possibilità di sfruttare la zona esterna acquisisce sicuramente un maggior fascino. Piatti davvero ricercati e di qualità sopraffina, ottima l’idea di consentire di scegliere 3 tapas come antipasto, permette così di degustare più pietanze in un’unica portata. Risotto davvero ottimo e la pluma di maiale semplicemente sublime. Dolce pochi ma di ottima fattura. Ci tornerò sicuramente molto presto.

Excellent Italian atmosphere with a very tasteful scenery and well-thought-out design. The dishes are clearly above average. Waiters are helpful and polite, though at times they seem somewhat forced to smile and show a slightly tired demeanor.
Very beautiful restaurant hidden in the center of varese downtown. Loved the courtyard setting and the food was very good if a little on the salty side. Recommend the pigeon! Overall great experience! I would come back to try their dessert next time.

This is not the first time we've come here. Every single time we come, we're surprised at the creativity of the chef, the perfect combination of flavours, the freshness of ingredients. This is our place for dinner whenever we have something to celebrate. The decor is modern and elegant, the staff is professional, very kind and helpful, the menu changes every season, and every dish is an new experience for your taste buds. I wanted to try La Posteria early in our trip but several in my group baulked at it. Boy did they miss out! My only disappointment is that I was too late to try the piccione - they had sold out. A reason to go back! Beautiful location, super close to my hotel. The waitress was excellent, and didn't mind me stumbling through my limited Italian. She suggested the braised beef as an alternate segundi - what a great choice. Perfect portions to actually order a primi, segundi, dolce, and cafe. Next time, I will insist that my colleagues trust me and just roll with it!

La location, lo sappiamo è molto bella siamo nel cuore di Varese, I piatti sono molto buoni (tranne i dessert) che abbassano il voto. Dalle 22 chiude la cucina, quindi un nostro commensale rimane senza secondo( potevamo essere avvisati). Ad ogni modo lo trovo imbarazzante di Sabato sera. Camerieri molto gentili, tranne il responsabile che non mette mai a suo agio i suoi clienti. ( Ma questo è risaputo). Avrebbe tutte le carte per entrare nella top five della città, ma c'è da lavorare. Ad ogni modo, merita assolutamente una visitina.
Ristorante in una graziosa corte nella zona della movida varesina. Ambiente curato e informale, cucina con poche proposte ma ben preparate, abbiamo provato l'uovo poche in crema di patate e topinambur, come secondo la guancia brasata (l'avrei preferita stracotta.. gusto personale) accompagnate con del buon nebbiolo. Staff giovane e molto professionale. Prezzi leggeremente superiori a quanto proposto, ma abbastanza in linea con i ristoranti del centro di fascia medio-alta.
Locale situato nella zona "modaiola" di Varese all'interno di una casa d'epoca con ampio giardino. Bello dunque l'esterno ma anche l'interno ha il suo fascino. Personale gentile e tutti molto giovani, però un po' freddi. Partiamo con l'assaggio di 3 antipastini e un taglierino di salumi, per poi proseguire con dei raviolini con le cozze e degli gnocchi. Concludiamo con due dolci: un cinnamon roll su crema inglese e gelato (un po' secco) e un cremoso al cioccolato. Si sentiva la qualità degli ingredienti ma diciamo che la quantità lasciava un po' a desiderare e i dolci non mi hanno stupito, lavorerei un po' su questi due punti.
Locale molto carino situato in una vecchia corte: con la calura è possibile mangiare sotto al portico, in alternativa c'è anche una bella sala interna. Abbiamo optato per la degustazione di tre rubìtt, composta da: bao e pulled pork, vitello tonnocciolato, carpaccio di salmone / nizzarda di tonno. Il mio preferito è stato il bao con pulled pork, un gusto quasi dolce e goloso. In successione il vitello tonnocciolato, molto fresco e con una salsa molto gradevole. L'ultimo della lista, il tonno alla nizzarda: pesce fresco, ma non mi ha convinto con gli accostamenti. 2 su 3, super promossi. Consiglierei di mettere in lista anche un bel maxi bao con il pulled pork. E infine un bel dolce: provate assolutamente il babà al rum, accompagnato dal gelato al cioccolato con sentore di arancia, una bontà assoluta. Spumamisù buono, ma surclassato alla grande dal babà. Per accompagnare il tutto un bel prosecco della Valdobbiadene. Coperto di 3€: per la mise en place, giusto e corretto. Approvato e consigliato👌
Provato per un sabato sera a cena. Si mangia discretamente ma le porzioni sono un po' ristrette rispetto al costo. Apprezzate le proposte vegetariane. Il 4 stelle per il conto un tantino alto
Cibo ottimo, molto curato. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la scelta degli antipasti, tra cui trovano posto anche piatti della cucina contemporanea. Non posso dire che il servizio sia all'altezza del posto, ne il bagno e per questo non metto 5 stelle. Per il resto consigliatissimo, ristorante abbastanza intimo ma in cui è possibile andare anche in gruppo. Anche l'esterno del locale è molto carino, essendo parte di una corte interna.
Tutto buono. Personale attento. La qualità è calata ultimamente ma comunque uno dei migliori locali di Varese secondo me. Il cassiere dovrebbe essere un po’ più sorridente. Spesso sembra infastidito dalla clientela
We had a great time at 'La Posteria' for a Sunday lunch. I highly recommend the starters, which come in three small portions of your choice. The courtyard is beautiful and the service is very courteous but a little disorganised (we got the wrong order, they forgot the appropriate cutlery). Nonetheless I will surely visit them again!

The location is stunning and the service was good, but i found the food to be pretentious and lacking. To me it felt like they tried way too hard to be a high end restaurant when in fact they are not. The portions were small and prices high, which is fine when the food is amazing, but it wasn’t. Food was disappointing, quite expensive for food like that. Stuff was nice.
The food was fine. Yet my wife ordered Ravioli and did not like the souce, so we returned the uneaten dish. When we got the bill we learned that they charged us for the full price of the uneaten dish. It is legal, however it demonstrates that they don't care about the satisfaction of their customers. We will never visit them again. We also informed our hotel.

I visited this place for lunch, yes it was Sunday and my favorite ristorante was closed. Well, first impression was very good because the place is nice and confy, a lot of people what is good. Negative: the waiter did not know a menu, we were waiting 25 min for dish, i ordered secondo salmon, and it was two option full or half and i chose full, when we got our dishes it was a surprise because the portion were very small, so i know Varese city and there are many other places with excellent menu and NORMAL quantity for such price, i'm not exaggerating but the portions are very small. Well, ok its a kind of nouvelle cuisine but i most likely will never visit them and will not be a returning customer.
