Nike helped prepare the team lunch for the Weiss High School Men's Basketball organization tremendously this morning wirh the last minute order! She prepared 16 sandwiches by herself with a smile and in a timely manner. Kudos to you Nike! We will be back!

i love coming here since the staff are so sweet, esp tammy and niki. always greet you when you walk in and the place is always clean. wish the sandwiches didn’t get so expensive nowadays but that’s not their fault ofc !

Tammie Great customer service fresh ingredients. She was nice enough to cut up my meat, salami, pepperoni, and bacon. That’s awesome cause not a lot of places do that the restaurant establishment is clean.

this subway is my favorite subway, i live closer to 2 different subways and i still make the drive over to this location because they make everything amazing and they are super nice and always know exactly what we want and the manager is super nice and sweet. great subway

I usually don’t ever get subway but the first time trying bmt and this specific store has made me come back multiple times after that! All of the people that work their are super nice!:) Very clean here

We come here all the time. The staff is super friendly. We love the manager Nike. The store is super clean and just a great subway location. They are super fast here. Even when we got there and had just walked in behind 5 people, it still moved really fast. We probably go there about once per week or two.

This subway is very clean and the staff here are hard working always on their toes and they provide great service. Today we were attended by Karina and Nike and they prepared very tasty sandwiches for our family. The service is fast even when there are too many people. I visit this subway regularly and I highly recommend this place.

Horrible customer service. Lady at the register all tattooed up doesn’t know how to use the cash register and was on her phone. New guy doing everything. No ice tea out and up charging for bottled water when everything else is sugar. I’m diabetic. Throwing attitude the entire time. I had to ask for the manager name 3 times to which she replied Nike. She’s not here. If you’re too inept to work this job then find another one.

Disappointing experience at this Subway. I ordered a 6-inch sub on Italian bread and a footlong on flatbread, both toasted. The 6-inch was a menu item, and I was customizing the footlong (flat bread). The employee, who seemed new, placed the protein and cheese vertically and folded it “burger style” after asking a coworker who confirmed (incorrectly) that it was right. I didn’t want to give him a hard time, so I let it go. When I got in my car I realized I was charged for a footlong meal (which was actually my 6-inch) and an additional wrap — even though I never asked for a wrap. When I questioned it, no one working knew how to issue a refund. One of them (the new employee ) called the manager and handed me the phone. After 20+ minutes of back and forth trying to void the transaction, I told them I just wanted my money back and didn’t want the food anymore. I got my refund (voided ticket) about an hour later, which is still pending on my account. Unprofessional, untrained staff, and poor customer service. The store was also extremely hot inside — no wonder no one is ever eating inside. I won’t be returning and will gladly go out of my way to visit a better-run location.
