The waiters are the best! The buffet is a little limited but always well taken care of by the staff. It took a while to get the meats and chicken from the kitchen. Requested a fiscal receipt (factura) let's hope they deliver.

Absolutely every knife we ​​were given was cold. At the end, they give you their suggested tip, and I didn't accept it. I only gave 10%. The place was clean, there were plenty of servers, but the food was awful. I would never go back. And I don't think I'm the only one thinking about not going back, since it was Sunday, 4 p.m., and there were only three of us at the table.

From the start, the waiters aren't good at explaining the buffet and take a long time to return to your table. There's little variety at the bar. They mention a seafood selection, but there are only two aguachiles, ceviche, and they serve you a tostada with two shrimp. They didn't have all the tacos mentioned on the menu. The swordfish meat is dry and overcooked, and there's little variety in seasonings; everything tastes the same. The drinks are very slow; I had to ask for a separate container of ice. I'm disappointed. The price, quality, and service aren't worth it.

He visitado varios de los restaurantes que se encuentran en Aguascalientes bajo el esquema de bufette espadas. Y sin temor a equivocarme puedo decir que este es el peor al que he asistido. El abasto de las espadas es muuuuy lento, se te enfría la comida esperando entre una espada y otra. Los meseros son muy tardados para estar llevándote las bebidas. Y para terminar varias de las espadas llevaban los cortes crudos, no termino medio, crudo. Eso sí nos sirvieron como 10 veces chorizo en sus diferentes variedades y pan con ajo como 15 veces

La comida en general es muy salada, entiendo que es para provocar sed y que consumas más bebidas, la atención es selectiva ya que no a todos los comensales se nos atiende igual además en distintas ocasiones pedimos los llevarán un corte y no lo llevaron, las limonadas no tienen sabor.

Pésimo servicio! Asqueroso todo, no carne, la poca que dieron estaba cruda, seca, refrigerada. Nada de lo que ofrecen es real. Lo único que valió la pena es la atención tan bonita del mesero intentando arreglar la mala atención del restaurante. No volvería y ni siquiera tuvimos que haber pagado por algo que no comimos. Duramos 3 horas esperando la carne y solo vinieron 3 veces a traer "Cortes" y 3 veces puro chorizo. Este esto está a punto de quebrar, porque no es ni lo que fue cuando comenzó. Desepcionante y su gerente o el dueño no se que sea, ni hablar..... Ni se asoma para que den servicio. Cero estrellas!!!

Primera y última vez que visito ese lugar, tenía muchas expectativas (he probado mejores cosas en otros bufetes). 1. Se tardaron muchísimo en traer las bebidas y para colmo sin sabor. 2. La carne y la comida estaba dura, insisto esperaba carne suave y con sabor y fue todo lo contrario. 3. Me salió un plástico en alguna de las guarniciones y lejos de una disculpa o cualquier otra actitud, se acercó una persona y preguntó prepotente que en donde exactamente había salido el plástico, no solo yo me di cuenta de su actitud, fuimos todos los de la mesa. 4. Los postres también muy secos. 5. Los baños asquerosos dónde ni siquiera tienen la atención de revisar las condiciones en las que los dejan. 6. Exigen el 15% de propina como si la atención hubiera estado excelente, no recomiendo nada el lugar y de haber leído que no tienen buenas opiniones me evitaba ir.

Terrible service. The food is reheated and cold, there's no variety, the customer service is awful, they run out of things, and it's supposed to be a "refeel" place. To top it all off, the day I went they told me they didn't have lemons. You're your own server at this place. Save yourself the trouble; don't even go in. I went on my birthday, and they supposedly gave a complimentary dessert, which wasn't true, and then they still asked for a tip.

The food is horrible, inedible, and they didn't wash the salad properly. It took a while to bring the salads, so they weren't that attentive. Obviously, I got sick; we barely ate anything, and we decided to leave. The only thing I can say about it is that the waiter we had was attentive.

Terrible, the food was so-so, super expensive and little meat, the water jugs were $270.00 each with a liter of hot, tasteless water, the buffet was $290.00 plus drinks, and the worst thing was THEY DEMAND A 15% TIP and they complain, the waiters demand a tip, in this case they wanted around $700.00, just a tip, plus the expensive part of everything else, I wish they could correct that, for now we will never return, God willing! 😔😔😔😭😭😭😱😱😱🙁🙁🙁

After a year of going there, the quality has significantly decreased. I honestly don't recommend it. I didn't feel well-served, and I didn't think the prices were fair... They didn't have many of the items on their menu (a basic meat buffet). It was only 5:30 p.m., and there weren't many people. It took a while for the cutlery to arrive. The drinks (without glasses) arrived before the cutlery needed to eat. They aren't clear in their advertising, as they have buffets with different prices. The tacos (colorful) and the seafood buffet are the only thing that changes: two different items (octopus and shrimp, which don't look fresh and are served by the waiters). The price is 50% to 70% higher than normal. The drinks leave a lot to be desired: lukewarm and tasteless (the lemon water was hot and tasteless). I won't go back and will only recommend it to someone I don't like. There are other places with the same prices that offer better service and the meat isn't overcooked. There is no such thing as a "suggested tip" when you get the bill, it's in bad taste and NO ONE is obligated to tip, that is earned with attention (which was lacking) and with good service (which in this case had many deficiencies), it's a good concept and it's in a good place, but I think it lacks a good manager and administration, because changes to improve start from the head.

For a holiday "not having enough staff" is not a reason to rushout meat uncooked or burnt. This was a massive letdown for a place a had great expectations. Maybe not gonna come over again

The place is nice, but we felt like they just wanted to fill us up with tripe, wings, and bread. The best part was that they only served other tables, and I noticed that when the skewers were going to our table, someone who was always on the lookout would signal, and they'd skip us. Honestly, we felt treated differently. We won't be back, nor will we recommend it. There are better places for steak sandwiches where we've been treated well.
