Love going shopping at this store!!! Have so many great choices and healthy food options.. Especially everything is always fresh and delicious!!! I wish it was closer to where I live!!!

I love Whole Foods market and they’re unique store. Their homemade soups are really good and reasonably priced. They have other items such as cheeses, meats, and seafood that I will be trying. Next staff is very helpful and if you ask them, they will point you in the direction that you need to go without any attitude whatsoever. Very good Whole Foods market!

Wonderful kitchen staff I LOVE THE BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE absolutely amazing experience every time I walk in 10/10 thank you for providing exceptional service

I always enjoy roaming whole foods and seeing the massive variety of things available. I don't go here often but it never disappoints. There's always samples available of cheeses. The meat selection is great. Cheese is out of this world of variety.. pricing is a bit higher but thats all.

K
Katharine Horn

I called the store to speak with custom meat dept. Spoke with Shawn to check availability of lamb shanks, and he told me they were available. When I asked an additional question about them, he offered to go and check for me. This is what customer service is all about. Market 32 and Hannaford rarely answer their dept phone.

Customer service is great at this location. They always have the best quality food items and ready made food.

Love them Ashley from North Carolina is an angel. She is just amazing. Wonderful place to shop. All of the staff match her enthusiasm and care for the customer. But still, she stands out.

I do not live in Schenectady but my daughter does and we are Whole Foods regular customers at the store in Pittsburgh. We came to the store in Colonie and had a wonderful experience. Food is fresh and associates are very friendly and helpful. Nelly, our cashier, was super sweet and packaged our order very quickly and nicely. However, I would like to see more variety in the produce area. For example, I could not find cubanelle peppers. Prepackaged food is another area where they can improve their variety of foods.

Their hot food/salad bar is so frikin good. Very expensive, but it’s the absolute best tasting healthy food out there.

The salad bar offers variety of hot and cold salads.

Standard Whole Foods. Great food, higher prices, but well worth it

Lots of variety here. Which can be good, you might find something or a niche brand that's missing from other grocery stores. On the other hand, too many options can be overwhelming when you just want to get some ingredients and GTFO.

M
Megan A

The organic produce is fantastic. We happily drive an hour here to load up on all the good stuff. Their produce can't even compare to our local grocery stores (hannaford, Aldi, price chopper). I also love their vegan selection. It reminds me of when we lived in San Diego. So many vegan options!

C
Claudia Harper

I went to buy some fish. They didn’t have the fish that I wanted, but I still was able to buy some fish. I like buying fish from Whole Foods because it’s always good. It’s always fresh.

G

My favorite grocery store. When I'm traveling to a new town, I always google to see if there is a Whole Foods nearby. The only thing they could improve on is to expand their produce variety. The produce section of a grocery store should take up at least a third of their floor space.

K

I brought back Amazon returns. It was quick and easy. The man that helped me was well trained and had a sense of humor. All 9 purchases were credited to my account the same day!

I appreciate how they're now discounting food about to expire by 50% versus just throwing it away. This will bring me back and not just for the value.

So there's some good news and some bad news The good news is I finally found a place that sells the venweven flavor of Earl Gray Which is this whole foods. They sell the Earl Gray flavor but unfortunately they sell it for $7.99 literally $8. Whereas if you get this brand at any other place, it's like $5.75 I can't justify spending basically double for my favorite flavor 🤑

I enjoy going to Whole Foods when Im in Albany. I prefer to eat there rather than a restaurant. They always have healthy choices and great coffee.

C

In and out was easy. The store is clean and busy. It was definitely picked over on a holiday weekend and missing some items so looked a bit empty in frozen section but it was well staffed.

D

Pricey but worth every one thousandth penny to keep out the rabble. Whole Foods’ full automation can’t come soon enough so that we can fill our grocery carts and check-out through Amazon with nary an interaction with other persons.

B

I love this store they had everything I needed and more! Great bakery too. It's a little pricy. They only sell healthy food. I couldn't get regular soda.

They have an excellent selection of unique foods. When it comes right down to it, it's a giant restaurant with bufett islands that charge by the pound, a coffee shop, and seating by the windows. The building is well kept and clean. The employees are very nice and welcoming. I've never had a bad experience yet and don't expect to. However, the products here are typically expensive. It's certainly not cheap, but you are getting what you pay for. It's good food for alot of money. For that reason, I don't do my grocery shopping here. I visit here for special occasions.

H

Variety of delicious cooked food (pizza, chicken, soup, veggie...), sweet (cheese cake, tart, birthday cake...) and fresh meat/seafood. You can eat food at the table station after checking out. It has utensils and napkin.

S

My Daughter and I stopped there today and stopped by to look at the cheese selection. Very nice. We talked to Cliff and got to test a couple of varieties. His knowledge of cheese was the best I've ever heard. From cows to caves, he was really into telling us about things he knows. You have the perfect person there. Very friendly and loves his job. Glad we tried that store for the first time. We will be back! Thank you. Steve

It's the return of the after-holiday-gluten-belly. Well, almost after... Regardless, I'd rather be safe, sound, and sorry... #Unapologetic Basic gain-ready without the Trimspa 😭! I'm going with Flaxseed Crackers, Pomegranate Kombucha, Raw Tumeric, Beet Horseradish, and a spreadable salami I got at the Farmer's Market from Noah at the Walnut Hill Farm booth, can't hurt 😜😋👊 #WholeFoods #RedneckRevolution #RedneckRevolt #WinRedMAGA

Excellent experience and top of the line customer service by Alec who was pulling double duty operating the deli and prepared foods, in today's world many of us in the workforce have to deal with coming to a place of employment "understaffed" which is stressful to the consumer but also the workforce, who have to step in and deal with the stress from cerrain consumer's Emma who works in the bakery also is on point with things in the bakery, which is important as for products being "in date" which I have never had any issues with since she took over the bakery 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 and Alec who had to figure out how make a vegan cheese pizza with certain fixings not available but he made the effort of slicing peppers and onions to add on the pizza. I shop at Whole Foods on a regular, for all my Vegan staples and of course their vegan baked goods. I highly recommend a visit to Whole Foods in Albany, New York not only because it is Whole Foods but for the TOTAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WHICH IS POSITIVE AND YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. I GAVE THEM A BIG VERBAL "SHOUTOUT" AND THEY BOTH DESERVE A RAISE AND THE TITLE OF EMPLOYESS OF THE MONTH. 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

This Whole Foods location really stands out! The selection here is even better than the Manhattan Upper East Side store I usually go to. Everything feels more thoughtfully stocked and easy to find. A special shout-out to Judah and the pizza department, who were incredibly gracious and helped me out by offering a full pie instead of just a single slice that would’ve cost much more. It’s small acts like that that make such a difference. Maybe it’s just the culture here, but the people really do seem friendlier — welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location more often!

This whole foods market is located in a very prime location and they have very fresh vegetables, organic food and meat as well and the story's very clean and look very nice and pretty but I feel the employees who work here need to learn communication skill. With the customers so that customer can feel comfortable by talking because they treat like a customers really bad, not so helpful when customers feel satisfied, can keep come again and recommend more other customers. They say they have organic food items, organic vegetables, organic meat and everything. But they don't tell they have very good communication with the customers they have very good workers who can communicate very nice with our clients

Visited Whole Foods Market in Albany, New York. Everything is very well organized and easy to find. They have an Amazon return counter at the entrance, which is very convenient. You can get everything here like vegetables, fruits, groceries, and ready-to-eat food. Good quality products and a nice shopping experience.

I really enjoy shopping at Whole Foods! One of my favorite finds is the Mother-in-Law Kimchi (vegan) — I don’t think I can find this brand anywhere else near me, which makes it a special treat. Another standout for me is their tiramisu, which I think is the best dessert they offer. Whole Foods has a wide range of brands and options for almost everything, but these two items are my personal favorites. Definitely a place worth visiting for unique and high-quality products!

At Panera bread right now: the service was the best I’ve had in a Panera Bread across the country. Also, the atmosphere and seating area was nice and relaxing. Had a chipotle chicken avocado melt today along with french onion soup. The sandwich was just fantastic. Loads of flavor with a great balance. The soup was great as always. We are moving Panera up on our go to places, they've been killin it lately. So much better than fast food and at comparable pricing.

Fantastic healthy food. So many great choices. Serious value and fresh ingredients. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Honestly this was not your typical fast food, the food came out fast but it was healthy and looked like a fine restaurant. The price was right too,I got 2 choices for $20. That salad would have been $20 alone anywhere else. I love the real bowls and fork too, no extra waste!

Mostly the quality of the food is excellent. The prepared foods are also good and diverse. It’s a bit pricey compared to, say, Walmart. So get your Helmann’s Mayonnaise and other staples at Walmart. Veggies, etc, even eggs, better quality better tasting from Whole Foods.

It’s a Whole Foods, you know what to expect. Friendly employees, rude and entitled customers. Much of what they sell can be found for similar prices at the local food co-op, so I recommend going there first to support local. I do like their salad and hot bar, and I like to refill my 5 gallon water jugs here.

N
Nate Parker

I do most of my shopping elsewhere, but there are a few things that Whole Foods have that no one else in the area carries. Also, they have a great selection of fresh fruit that can't be beat. Have started getting meat from the deli as they have kids of tasty options that don't require any prep, which makes life easier. And the prices are reasonable, even on specialty or unusual items, which is nice.

M

F
FelixtheMetalcat

Good place to shop overall, despite the fact I don't buy too many items. Things here are just too pricey. Meats and seafood are pretty steep, and yes, they taste good, just not "wow" for the premium prices. There are also many of the same items you could buy anywhere that have steep price tags. However, there are several positives...their 365 brand has a very good pricing vs. quality ratio, especially on vinegars and maple syrup. The coffee I have bought has been excellent as well as the baked goods. The people here are great and very helpful. I honestly do enjoy my time here, especially if I find something new. I just cannot imagine buying all my groceries here, I would be broke, but it's always fun to look!

R
Raynell Moye

I've been to a lot of Whole Foods in my day, and this one is decent. I attribute their aisle sizes to the lack of overall space. However, their buffet and other take-home, pre-cooked items are subpar compared to other Whole Foods that I have been to. Its Whole Foods, and you know what to expect, but like the Mad TV skit, you may want to "lower expectations."

J
Jessica Murphy

It's always great coming into Whole Foods. I love the variety they consistently have and staff is always there to be helpful.

h
hakuna matata

Over priced options. Dragon fruits are 3x the cost as other places and tasted like garlic. Coffee beans were a bit stale. Other stuff - some might be worth it and some definitely aren’t. But you know we mostly care about the amazon return center lol 😂

J
Jeff Logan

Man buns. Birkenstocks. Petrulie oil. $4.50 cans of free range vegan friendly dolphin free soda. If Whole Foods is your jam rock it out. Stores are always well stocked, clean, friendly service and can check out via Amazon account! Don’t personally use often and get appeal.

I had a nice time checking this place out. Why do people shop here I'd think. Well it is because the name Whole Foods is what they are about. Healthy, fresh and amazingly delish options throughout the store. Reasonable deals also. Since the 1st paragraph I have been here many times. I love this market.

I always like to get my lunch from whole food due to the varieties of healthy choices. Self checkout is very convenient. This location is accessible via talking a bus but walking over the parking area is a bit far. They let you to use their restroom, which was clean.

Whole Foods has a great hot food bar in their store with yummy vegan options. They also have the best "grocery store" sushi I've ever had. Many of their grocery items are expensive, you can find some comparable items and many of their produce items are lower or what you would find at a regular grocery store. Definitely pay attention to what you are picking up because you could end up paying $18 for a 8 oz. block of cheese. The grocery store includes a lot of great vegan items you wouldn't usually find, but surprisingly they didn't have as much as I hoped for. Also, I wanted to add that they have great customer service and a great return policy.

N
Nischinth Sadhak

A good blend of grocery and everyday needs available. The store is always well maintained and they have the best tasting mangoes during the appropriate season. The service is friendly and the only reason for me not giving them 5 stars is because of the value you pay for the product compared to the other stores around. Wholesale food is usually a little more on the higher end of the price range for the same product. The prime membership save you around 5% additional. Their bakery does bake some good cakes.

M
Milan J

This is a pricey place for regular items! But they have a good variety of desserts ! The freshly baked scones are super buttery and melt in your mouth! The $5 dollar frozen pizzas are actually good ! If you are looking for some fresh fish with some pretty helpful staff to clean / cut it for you - try it out!

M
Melody Nowak

Panera is a bit expensive, for what it is. But we are never disappointed in the food. It's not gourmet but it's pretty good. I miss the pizzas but they have excellent sandwiches, salads, soups, and breads of course. Their scones and cookies and so forth are really good. The cinnamon rolls are bland and not worth the $5 price tag, in my opinion. I love all their breads though.

Decent food and comparable prices to other, less healthy options. The chicken pesto sandwich was good and both the chicken noodle soup and broccoli cheddar soups were good, as well. I wish I could rave about it, but it was decent.

We wanted a quick lunch like the option of drive through, we asked for a cold sandwich to split, but we got a hot Italiano. It was separated for 2 of us and it was delicious. No big deal that it wasn't cold. It was a little more spendiy than we thought. But after we tasted it, it was all worth it!!

I've been searching for a good cinnamon roll in Albany and saw that Panera has a cinnamon roll, so I decided to give it a try. Stopped by on my break and got one to go. The friendly cashier put the iced cinnamon roll in a bag and handed it to me and I went on my way. Back at the office, I opened up the bag and the icing was stuck to the bag. 😭 I managed to get it out of the bag with most of the icing but it was a mess to deal with. It tasted pretty good. Icing had a good flavor and texture and the cinnamon roll had the right amount of cinnamon. But honestly, it kinda felt/tasted like a Pillsbury cinnamon roll. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Not bad, but not worth $5.

Overpriced and poor selection. I'm all for healthier food options but it's impossible to do my grocery shopping here because they're missing many common food brands.

V
Vibha R

If you are there early AM, nothing deli related is open. They open at 11 AM. The sushi gentleman is there and is the only person that has food ready for purchase. The pizza and bread place is not open. The bakery is open but for ☕️ coffee. I don't buy the cookies anymore because they don't have proper containers. You can't gift a bag of cookies, it's not appropriate. The stores in New York do have the brown box but they don't here. The produce was old and rotting for a long time but it's improved in the past 2 years. It got slightly better. It reminds me of New York and that's why I go there sometimes. However the fruits are too soft and it's not safe to eat overripe fruit. The cauliflower is always brown on the top. Even organic vegetables shouldn't have the brown top. They don't have fresh cilantro either.

S
Scott Purcell

As fancy as the name implies that is not the case. Other local supermarkets are way more sophisticated and welcoming than Whole Foods.

D
Douglas Liebig

Small sized Whole Foods. Staff is always helpful and in general, friendly. I don't recommend buying the pre-sliced meats in the cooler outside of the deli near the cold bar. I bought the Black Forest ham, it's so fatty it's inedible.

Sorry for the only 3 stars. The main reason is not a quality but quantity of merchandise lately. To give a clue for you, your store started to look like horders house unfortunately. That's first expression as your customer since day one, i do believe back in 2013-2014??? You bring products from all over the world not using local farmers as you proposed originally..unfortunaly Jeffrey Behler on crane road in Westerlo, NY with his wife Susan team with California solar and Florida's friends in Pennsylvania sucked not only as a landlord but as individual back in 2013 especially 2014 as well as his radio translation with you tube and basics of the money market matter. You order through the kiosk only. It tells you to grab your drink cup to enjoy your beverage (which you paid for) while you wait. No cups. When you finally find someone and ask for a cup they say it comes out with the food. Was not busy, only 2 other people in the place and no one in drive thru but it took 10 minutes to get a bagel, not heated nor sliced. Bagel was really hard but coffee was good. Not the cleanest but not terrible.

Well Whole Foods, I think it’s safe to say you didn’t nail it. This review is for the hot bar. To be clear, we used to LOVE Whole Foods before Amazon took over. My wife and I just stopped at Whole Foods for lunch. We wanted something reasonably healthy and tasty. First criteria seems like it was reasonably met. But taste (and texture) are severely lacking. Some snippets from our conversation about the experience: “We kept wandering around the food bar with everyone else, wondering if we circled enough times if some good looking food would magically appear. Sadly, it didn’t.” My wife was thinking: “yep, there’s food here, but nothing I want.” We eventually settled on multiple lackluster options. “Nothing like getting done with lunch and feeling like “well, at least I’m done with that””. Not what we expect from an allegedly premium experience.

I just moved in the area from New Jersey. My husband went in to the colonies WF. Since when don’t you offer the service of shucking the oysters? Every WF I went to has in the past and I always offer tip in general but is this the policy for this store ?? Another thing it was no line in the seafood section I could see if it was busy but literally empty

I used to love this place for its wide choices of fruits and vegetables. Until I found out that almost all eggs in their refrigerator are broken. I bought four boxes of Nellies large egg( purple box) and turns out that one box are all broken and the other three all have few broken. The other day I went to the store and found out a lot eggs in the refrigerator were broken. I told the worker there but nobody cared. Plus, I once bought a bottle of opened oat milk.

I have consistently chosen Whole Foods for purchasing strawberries due to their reputation for fresh produce. However, during my visit today, I was disappointed to find that many of the strawberries were already turning black, with some showing signs of mold. It is concerning that such items were still being offered for sale. When comparing these to the freshest strawberries or the sweetest batch, the difference is undeniable in both appearance and quality. I would rather pay a higher price for fresh, high-quality fruit than have them sell strawberries that are not fresh.

Sale prices are a compete joke! Decent selection and quality products, but people are just being ripped off here trying to buy food. A juice 'on sale' was still over $1 more than the every day price at Hannaford just up the road at Wolf & Sand Creek that I was at 15 minutes before. So many other products are just outrageously priced. Sadly this is not a store for people on a tight budget, and just another reason why people need to divest from Amazon!!

This is the only Whole Foods location I’ve visited that consistently seems understocked. No matter the day or time, the produce section is often picked over or completely empty, and the aisles feel disorganized.

The salad bar and hot bar had VERY few options, they were not even half full and this was at lunchtime on a weekday. Cheese selection was subpar considering the space and fanfare devoted to that product. Café had no line but had to wait 5 minutes for a simple iced coffee.

Normally I wouldn't give my favorite my sandwich place a 2 star review but today I will not only did the lady have a bad attitude I 1ordered 2 sandwiches and got a tulip cookie not only did they forget my baguette but sadly put my cookie between 2 hot sandwiches melting the entire icing off, next time Panera put the cookies in separate bag because I was really dang excited a bout that cookie!

Driving through Albany we decided to try Panera bread , the food was good but they were out of a lot of ingredients that we ask for on our sandwiches. Sorry we only could give them two stars , they should have all the food ingredients for all their menu items, and they don’t.

I came here for the first time the other day with a coworker for lunch. I’ve heard that the food is fairly good but Can be a bit spendy, so I wasn’t too worried. My coworker and I took about 10 minutes to look over the menu and finally decide what we want to get. My coworker gets a salad and the cashier informed him that it comes with a side, so we ask what sides it comes with and he tells us a bunch of different things to which my coworker says he will take the fruit cup. I decided I want to get soup and a sandwich. After about 15 minutes our food is brought out to us and I ask the person bringing out our food if this was a whole sandwich or a half a sandwich and she said half. I didn’t specify when I ordered but when I said I wanted this sandwich I assumed it was whole and they didn’t even ask. They also new this was our first time. Also they gave me the wrong soup. So I took that up there and asked why I didn’t get the soup that’s on my receipt. The lady said oh we don’t sell that soup anymore. Do you want a different soup? I just said it’s fine and ate it. After eating we noticed that they charged us $2.18 for the fruit cup that my coworker was told came with his salad. And when he asked they walked off to talk about it and the manager didn’t even acknowledge us or anything. Just handed the money over and walked off. Pretty rude. Over all $27 for a tiny salad and half a sandwich and cup of soup is pretty spendy. Probably won’t ever come back.

I was there 2night looking for eggs, and i asked an Indian woman who was stocking shelfs "i see there are no eggs left again, is there a good time or day to come get eggs?" .. and i SWEAR TO GOD she told me "do you really need eggs... cant you just get something else instead? There are other foods you people can eat ya know" my mouth literally dropped to the floor. I was so speechless i just walked away... totally rude. I guess we'll just make cookies tomorrow without eggs LOL! Thankfully i found a nicer and more professional person who was at the customer service desk and she helped me out. But WOW, thats never happened to me ever. To have a person who works at a grocery store, mock me for wanting to buy .... groceries. Unreal

me and my friend arrived around 8 (1 hour before the entire store closes), and were not aware that the coffee bar closes at 8 pm as there are no signs indicating they closed an hour before the rest of the store. when we got in line the barista was already making a matcha for the man in front of us so we started talking about the lattes on the menu. then the barista said "just letting you know the espresso machine is closed but i can still make you an iced coffee". my friend and i were fine with that and about 5 minutes later another worker came over and said to the guy who ordered the matcha "we close at 8 pm". the guy then responded "i'm a paying customer" and laughed. i was then confused because now it's around 8:20 and we had been waiting for close to 10 minutes but they close at 8 pm? so then when it was my turn to order i asked "do you close at 8?" i was then met with an attitude from the male employee who said "well yeah we have to clean up sometime. and then the barista then rolled her eyes and said "yeah we're closed". after offering to make us coffees because the espresso machine was down. why didn't she tell us that 5 minutes ago instead of offering to make us coffee anyway? will not be coming back and i hate u guys.

Whole food, your food quality goes significantly down, 50% fruits are bad and you can’t see it until you cut it. This issue has been unsolved for years. SMH…

Just had my first whole foods experience. I bought 2 types of brie and a cheddar. The breeze don't cut my car so bad. One of them has mold and the cheddar has mold spots on the back. None of their prepared foods looked fresh and everything was $2 more than my local Hannaford. I called the store to see if I can get reimbursed for the $20 worth of cheese that I purchased and my only option was to drive an hour back to the store to get a refund.

Stopped by this Whole Foods Market on my way through the area today in hopes of stocking up on some necessary healthy food and bath items. On the way in, I was HORRIFIED the see a "No Firearms" sign posted boldly and cowardly by the front door. Instantly turned around and walked away, never to return. Will visit the other, less pandering marketplace up the road. This is a dire word of caution to anyone foolish enough to even consider patronizing a "No Guns Allowed" store. No way on Earth will I ever enter a place that literally advertises the fact that everybody inside is an unarmed sitting duck to any would be criminal and worse, would even think about attempting to strip me of my constitutional rights.

This store is not safe for customers. Long out of control staff are now acting out so badly that the store is completely unsafe - particularly for the elderly and vulnerable - in my experience. If store management were simply doing what has been mandatory compliance Federal and state law for 50 years, this could never happen. They are required to NEVER EXPOSE US to this conduct - not dishonestly put the burden on us to provide "feedback" to them so they can correct it. I AM NEVER RETURNING TO THIS STORE AGAIN IN MY LIFE!!! A more than 25 year customer of Whole Foods - and a deeply concerned Amazon investor. Any comments I have will be at the next Amazon shareholder meeting - the only possible forum for me now in the Whole Food Stores hot mess.

3 days in a row there is a massive line for water fill up. And the machine is just dying because I have never seen such a line, ever. It takes maybe, maybe 2 minutes to fill a 5 gallon jug. It takes 10 or more minutes now. And no one is going to wait for it to recharge either. You will have to find water elsewhere.

Went in recently and had a very bad experience with one of the customer service reps. I think her name was Olivia or something but she was very rude and condescending when I simply asked her a question. I asked her where something was (I dont even remember at this point because I was taken so off guard by her behavior). She didnt know where the item I needed was and told me to look in a general area. I then asked her that if she didnt know, who would know where the item was? All she did was look me up and down and say “I dont know probably one of the people that work in that area” I don’t know what was going on with that girl but the attitude she gave off took me completely off guard. Never coming back

Store allows dogs which is unsanitary. I mentioned to customer service that a dog was in the produce section and was told the mall is dog friendly. FDA regulations are clear about dogs not being allowed in grocery stores.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do something about the deli dept. Always closing early and now it's been closed the past 2 days. I called in earlier an they were open. I get here and they are closed due to a "leak" and nobody knows when OR if it will be open again. Very frustrating when we feed our 3 kids this way.

Inordinate water fill up wait times. I just wanted to fill up one gallon of water and there are two people in front of me with 20+ gallons filling up. There should be a 5 gallon per fill up policy.

Just had my Whole Foods order delivered. As I took my 15 minute break from my remote job, I decided to get fruit. Specifically, watermelon. I popped 2 chunks in my mouth started chewing and it tasted weird. I checked the date again which said packed yesterday 8/11/24. I grab another peice and it tasted bad as well. Bad as in rotten! Yet, there was no visible mold. Not even 2 minutes later my mouth started to water and I started throwing up everywhere. Mouth continues to water and I keep throwing up the watermelon. I can’t even work! I’m literally curled up as I type this. I just thought of other people so I’m pushing through to get this review done in real time. I am utterly disgusted.

On a weekday around 2pm I think the most disrespectful, unprofessional and rude customer service named INDRO or INDRA was cussing me while mumbling for asking a question about cereal stock.Description to be aware : he is around young man with piercings and short size with light brown hair name on his tag said Indra but who knows. He doesn't know basic common manners nor does he care about his job, take your problems somewhere else, customers aren't responsible for your unhappiness and mediocre attitude. I will make sure this stops or take it to the authorities for being mistreated and insulted unfairly

This morning, when I was picking strawberries here, there were only three boxes of Sweetest Batch available, and one of them was in an employee’s hand. The box she had was larger and of better quality compared to the other two remaining boxes. I thought I would wait and see if she didn’t need it so I could purchase it. During this time, I noticed she was repeatedly trying to close the cardboard box. Why was she closing the box? Did she open the box to pick out the largest strawberries and combine them into one box, leaving the less desirable ones behind? I love strawberries and buy them every day, but I never open the box to pick and choose. I only inspect the box from the outside to make sure there are no bad strawberries. As a Whole Foods employee, they may have priority over regular customers, but if they are opening boxes to select the best strawberries and leaving behind the less desirable ones, isn’t that unfair to us regular shoppers? We are paying the same price, but the quality is different! This is something I find very hard to accept. Does this mean that in the future, I can also open the fruit boxes and combine all the best ones into a single box? I don’t believe this should be acceptable, but if your employees are doing this, I wouldn’t mind doing it as well!

Usually, I have a great experience at Whole Foods. This morning it was not great at all while shopping around with my daughter. I stumbled upon the Mineral Infusion nail polish and saw that it was on sale. I was very interested in The brand because I own a luxury nail boutique and I try to offer clean brands to my clients. I wanted to buy the entire line. I saw that there was not a base coat or a topcoat included in the line and question Suzy ( Who identified herself as a manager )about why and if there were any in the back. She proceeded to tell me that whatever is there is all that they have. Told me I should walk down to Ulta and get a base and top coat from there. (Which would mess up the integrity of the manicure by mixing brands .)Then asked if was I done? She spoke to me in the most condescending and belittling way. My daughter looked at her as she spoke to me in pure shock. As a small business owner that holds five stars I was disgusted by this interaction. She could’ve simply said she was sorry that they did not have a base coat or a top coat or even got a manager. She could’ve given me corporate email so that I can send it as a suggestion. Suzy is doing a disservice to Whole Foods and a disservice to Mineral Infusion. I did make a formal complaint to manager, Chris.

Lately, creepy guys hanging around in the parking lot. They always ogle me and try to talk to me. Always a group of 4 or 5 of them just standing around. Not sure why Whole Foods is allowing creepy loitering in the parking lot. Feels very unsafe for me & the other women I have talked to. Will probably stop shopping here unless my boyfriend is with me. Beware.

The shopping experience continues to tumble downhill at Whole Foods. I remember the days of it being a pleasant experience. Now, there are countless WF employees dragging around giant carts staring at phones. They couldn't care less about anything but putting an item on a cart. They block aisles at every turn and shopping feels so crowded and soulless because of it. Customer service is gone, and this place feels much closer to an Amazon warehouse than what I remember Whole Foods being.

Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru. When I just jokingly asked if they had to send out for my food the window boy just smiled and sarcastically said, "you have a great day". No apology for the wait. There is no drive thru at this location, it's a sit and wait line. Even if it was great food, which it wasn't, that wait and treatment is unacceptable.

Ever spend $13 for a bowl of lettuce, cheap croutons, shredded cheese, and one singular salami cut into 4 pieces? If you’d like to experience this, I’d recommend eating here. Second photo was what I thought I ordered. Their “whole” salad that is actually the size of a side salad.

I don’t know what’s going on at this location but the food quality is not like you see at other locations. They go so light on the toppings that the food looks nothing like a typical Panera dish. Never going to this location again, not even appetizing, what a waste of money…very disappointed.

Ordered a $14 dollar salad and it did not look anything like the picture on their menu. It had 10% of the topping the picture had. What a rip off!!

Very poor customer service!!! So I went to go thru the drive up and I ordered 2 Garden Avo and egg white sandwiches…. I pulled forward and they gave me my order. I went to go park around the corner and what I pulled out of my bag what NOT the Garden Avo and Egg white sandwiches. It was a piece of bread with what looked like mayo on it , avocado and tomato… see picture below. So I had to go back thru thee line so they could remake them the correct way.. what is up?!

I love the Panera franchise and get a lot of work done at their restaurants. I enjoy the atmosphere, the smell of baking bread, and the very quick wifi. However, the Albany, OR location appears mismanaged. They are often behind on orders (people standing around, I've stood around myself), do not have very professional staff, and the restaurant is ALWAYS dirty. Each time I sit down I have to brush crumbs off the table and not food debris littered under surrounding tables (see pictures attached). The bathroom is always on par with a gas station lavatory as well. Great chain, this location is sub-par. Edit: Wow, came this evening to get to work and it was closed. An employee sitting outside said that their manager didn't come in...
