Del Taco DOES NOT use soy oil!!!!🥰💞💗💗💗 I can eat everything off the menu that does not contain gluten or corn. So basically the tortillas. But im more than happy to eat it with fries or rice. Better than taco bell for sure!

Based off my experience, If you want to use the restroom please dress and act appropriately and they will lend you a key without having you pay. However, if the manager is in they will be hesitant to give you the key if you look like you're a drug addict or homeless.

I never rate anything. When Google asked me to rate this Del Taco location, I had to give it 5 stars. First class service and quality. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

My go to place for late night munching haha. Great variety of foods and the food taste great as well. Although they can use more servers, sometimes you find yourself waiting a bit.

Nice & clean. Good service attitudes. Del Taco has the best tacos not the value taco but the regular. I wish they would serve the greasy corn tortilla i grew up on in addition to the crunchy shelled ones.

I love this location. It's fast, the employees are usually easy going and mostly pleasant. The homeless population on this corner in Anaheim which is on the bus line can get overwhelming sometimes. But all in all I never have a problem here.

Tonight 7/30/2021 I couldn’t decide what I wanted for dinner after I got off of work. When I got to the window the young lady Isabelle was so nice and welcoming I forgot I was at a fast food restaurant chain. The staff is wonderful at this location. Thanks so much for your wonderful hospitality.

How does a fast food joint know more about customer service than any other big chain restaurant? Del taco always seems to have the nicest people working for them. They have no problem customizing your food for you. You just need to speak a little Spanish.

This place is great. They always get my order right and if it's not to my liking they will gladly make the order again or offer a discount for the next time. They know me tho haha cause I go every weekend but none the less before I was a regular I always received great service.

This is the only place you're going to get hot food from drive-thru or delivery to go no other del Taco does it like them keep the food very hot not room temperature not cold not soggy sometimes you get a broken Taco but no worries about that I want to go anywhere else doesn't matter what City you live in stop in and thank them for that clean service and keeping the food hot.

I love love love it here. So....I have never been inside of this establishment but the drive thru is very fast. I have been to this Del Taco restaurant at least 7-10 times. The staff are extremely nice. Food is always hot. My order is always right. Over a handful of times I burned my mouth on their hot, well seasoned fries. I keep going back for more.

The food was fresh and delicious. We don't have Del Tacos where we live, and I was pleased with the taste, customer service, and speed of service I highly recommend the avocado chicken burrito.

I am not a big fan of Del Taco but when I do come here, the prices are good and they always have something new. The bathrooms are outside of the restaurant so if it's winter and I have eaten a meal, I would use it somewhere else

Epic crunchy fish burrito. Substitute cabbage for the lettuce. Big, tasty and filling. If you like their fish tacos, this will go over well if ordered with cabbage.

Del Taco is consistent and always good. I enjoyed the torta with avacado and a del taco. facility was clean but said no restrooms. I think restrooms are required when serving food.

Staff is very friendly. On guy manager with glasses goes above and beyond for his workers and customers. Have not had a bad experience at this location

I will give this particular Del Taco a solid 3.5 rating as they had food, when I needed it, and gave adequate service. Thank you for preparing my meal.

I've never dined inside, so my review is purely based off my drive thru experience. Most often they get my order correct, but I've had a few occasions where I've ordered Deluxe Chili Cheddar Fries, and they missed the Deluxe part. Each time I've called to let them know about the mistake they say I can come back immediately or take my info down to give me a future replacement. The food is always fresh and hot and the staff is friendly, even when I forget to ask for multiple things and they need to go back and forth to fulfill my requests.

Drive thru was busy, and I dislike drive thru when I am not the only one in line. Dining room was open! A few folks eating, I placed my order and was out in 10 minutes. I felt like my order came in a very timely fashion.

Morning staff sucks. Went to use the restroom dressed in basketball shorts and a hoodie haha I assume they thought I was homeless because he instantly told me I had to pay to use the restroom lol but the night staff is a lot better they’re always friendly and the black dude always treats me with lots of respect

Working at a local high school, I am a regular here. Always enjoy the Tuesday value taco deal or the Thursday chicken soft taco deal. I appreciate the employees here, such as Wendy, Sergio, Xochitl, and Humberto. My only complaint is that the meat portions from taco to taco are not consistent. But, the food is always good.

Del Taco is always good, but why don't they have the shrimp items year 'round? It's their best item, to me, but if they're waiting for the cheap Norwegian shrimp each year, why is the price so high now? And they don't even have a coupon for shrimp this year or last year or two.

My son likes to stop at this Del Taco once a week, it's always fast, affordable and made pretty decent. I like that it's fast first and foremost because when my son likes to stop there is after school, and we only have a few minutes to make it to his 5:30pm session so it's nice that we can get through the line fast, yet the food still comes out good. 👍

Del Taco fan boy here, live the new Del Taco Taco. My tacos here had significantly less cheese than other nearby locations. Very disappointing experience. Restroom is accessible from outside, gross.

Food is basic Mexican fast food. The girl at the counter was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable. Was second time I was there and she seemed like I was bothering her both times... Will not return

It was today that I went. I was desperately hungry so I ordered even though the Del beef burrito costs $4 now. It wasn't any better than they were at a buck .80 a couple of years ago. With a small drink the total was $6.65. I paid $3.35 for a cheese enchilada with beans and rice later in the afternoon at Mexi-Casa. A while back I had Del Taco's new asada fries, and they were like six and a half bucks. You can get the same entree in much better shape at Palapas Tacos at Lincoln and West on Thursdays. Del Taco isn't the only fast food place that's started to think too highly of itself.... well they've improved somewhat....

Manager messed up the person's order in front of me. He messed up mine and had to ask one of the kids how to ring something up. Fries tasted like old burnt shortening

Had the Chicken Avocado Crunchtada. It was bigger than I thought it was but, should've just gotten the regular Crunchtada. The main ingredient was beans and not chicken. So disappointing... On a good note, the fries were good

This del taco is ok if u get something without any extras or anything removed (ex:onions) I have been to this one several times and every time I ask for something like no onions they seem to mess up the whole order. Mostly the night crew though day crew seems to get my orders right night crew .... well .... just eat the onions it's easier than going back

Not to bad,Del taco is the only place that has krinkle cut fries so if they just want to make them once a day they are somewhat still edible.With shoestrings fries,good luck getting them ANYWHERE that are edible.I firmly believe that most McDonald's only make them once a week.

I'm not sure how to rate a fast food restaurant. I can't give it a 5 star. The service was great but my food didn't look like the picture at all. They do have delicious fries. I ordered asada fries. It's good for what it's worth.

They r so inconsistent on making food its ridiculous. They just dont care. Never order a cheese quesadilla there wont be any cheese in it. We have been going here for years because it was local, but have finally stopped due to their lack of pride in food

The workers had issues with the drive thru order. #1 medium diet coke and a medium regular coke. It wasn't difficult, ended with medium Mr. Pibbs and small diet coke. Then argue with me that was what I ordered. Hmmmm

First impression was off to a good start until I had my food order called. Employee heavier side Hispanic woman with a bun seeming to be a manager was rude with me. I asked her if a tray was my order doesn't answer. She then yells 15 and looks and me and says with an ugly look and attitude that that is 14 (my order). Good eat good food bad employee. also got some chicken softs which were the greasiest I've ever had, never had this sort of experience at other del tacos and I'm definitely an experienced DT customer. Their food was typical Del Taco, i got a bean and cheese burrito with fries. It was okay tasting. I only gave this place 2 stars because their bathrooms are gross. They let anyone who comes in and asks for the key use it. People should have to have the managers inspect the bathroom before they leave so they can be forced to clean up the mess they made. It's gross. Have some discrimination when it comes to letting certain asses sit on that carved-up toilet seat.

Food's great, but every single time I've come to this location they get my order wrong. Order stuffed tacos, get a bean and cheese burrito instead. Ask for a Dr. Pepper, get Sprite instead. Quesadilla? How bout we just don't give it to you at all. Today I ordered the Carne Asada fries and got large regular fries instead. It's like the 5th or 6th time this has happened in the last year. It's really annoying spending extra money for less and finding out it's wrong after I've already made it home. I'll just only go to the further location next to the freeway from now on, they're always dependable.

Stopped in for a buy one get one free chicken burrito and soda while making use of the Wi-Fi. I had no problem ordering and my food came out quick and hot. However, as soon as I got my food, a homeless man asked me for money. As I did not have additional cash on me, I could not help him out. The man proceeded to threaten me, telling me to watch my back and kept trying to make me flinch. He then sat kitty corner to me glaring me down and waiting for me to leave the restaurant with what I took as to perform bad intentions. Unfortunately, the staff just stood there making no attempts to get the man out of my face or remove him from the premises. Only as the man started to fade out from what I assume was lack of sleep did I feel comfortable enough to chance leaving the facility myself. It was not a good experience.

Del Taco might not be known for its cleanliness but this location is particularly grimy. All of the sauce packets had dried sauce spilled on them, like they were just recycled from whatever packets people left behind at their tables. There were flies buzzing around, food scraps on the floor and every table, the cashier coughed into his hand when taking my order, and a lot of the customers looked unhygienic. I get this is a fast food joint that serves food at really cheap prices, but my last experience here really ruined my appetite. Two stars because my previous experiences at this location weren't as bad, but I probably won't be back.

As an ex Store Manager. This location has several opportunities. Bathroom wasn't working. Windows were filthy. Dining room needed attention. There was a random nonexistent law posted to deter soda theft... It was enforced on paying costumers. It was smoky as if the hood vacuum wasn't working. The food was made fresh and in a timely fashion. We ordered two value tacos, red bean burrito, and combo #8 large. Won't be returning.

I love Del Taco! Always go with two chicken soft tacos, medium fries and sprite. But today I was disappointed, drink had no syrup and the fries container was not fully open so I did not get what I paid for. I am hoping this was a one time error and not the normal.

This place is not open 24 hrs. I drive by here often late at night and they're never open after 1 am on weeknights.

I went through the drive thru and gave them 30 dollars, and the guy said he didnt have time to count and gave me the things in a rush, he ended up taking 5 dollars from me, I also asked for fries but he didn't give any fries.

This del taco does not open at 6 nor does it open at 6:30 just came from there and they're not serving their automated system for their drive-thru said that they're not serving right now false advertisement of what time they openand if you're planning on getting a smoothie shakeit's never on unless the woman on the drive-thru is there that's the only way you get it

Served me fries that tasted like chemicals. When I told them, the worker ate a fry OFF MY PLATE. Then, he grabbed the spatula they use to shovel up the fries and had me grab one off there and eat it, and proceeded to PUT IT BACK INTO THE FRIES AFTER. Shut this place down, it's breaking so many California health code laws just there.

Went to drive though @2:22 pm and the guy taking the orders was rude , I ordered a family pack and a Churro and a Large diet Coke and he stated my total was $32 dollar's when we pulled up I asked if he could please repeat my order and he added 5 extra tacos and I was like No I don't want 5 extra taco's and he told the people in the back she doesn't want the 5 extra tacos like I was in the wrong and then he asked me what kind of sauce I wanted and he gave me 94 packets of sauces WOW I scored but he was still rude ....

It was 7:30 and they had closed their dining in area! The employees saw me knocking but just ignored me and other customers who tried opening the door! People are so bad at their jobs now a days!

going to any Del Taco isn't always good if you have ulcers when you go through the drive-thru they don't listen when you say you don't want any spices on your food you don't want any sour cream because you have allergies they do it anyway I would not recommend he's at the drive-thru because they definitely can't hear your request

Kenny and I ended up sharing del taco egg burritos red burritos and he came right at the same time for food as I did years ago. That's the part it played for us. Cheap food mostly. Eat there and at home all the time with Kenny and me in the restaurant sometimes. Getting expensive. Their moving on up for a piece of the pie.

Was here for an uber order at 12am and drive thru was blocked with cones, google says it closes at 3am. I told the guy about it and he said they’re closed.

This place is extremely dirty. Before I ordered I asked for a restroom token I was given one. the restroom is completely filthy top to bottom, the floors were covered with water, there were feces on the wall it smelled like a sewer. I've watched enough prison shows/movies to guesstimate that this toilet was dirtier than the ones I've seen depicting filthy prison toilets. And last but not least, what prompted me to post this review is that there was no sign of soap in the dispenser. There was not even an empty plastic bag that used to hold the soap. I thought about how disgusting it is to eat there knowing that none of the employees have soap to wash their hands after using the toilet. That is the most disgusting thing in the world to me also hazardous to the health of anyone who eats here. I mentioned this to a manager and an employee and I'm sitting here waiting to see if anybody goes in to put any soap in, so far I have been here for about 10 minutes, no one's come to put soap in the dispenser. Do not eat here i know i sure won't.

I got to the restaurant drive thru at 6:09. Since it said the restaurant opened at 6. There wasn’t anyone attending the drive thru. A line started to form behind me so I drove to the window. The lady was sitting drinking her coffee and looked annoyed I was there. She said 5 more minutes. They need to post their hours of operation on the drive thru so we don’t waste our time waiting for them to open. Jack in the box was great this morning 🤷‍♀️.

Why does this place have such good ratings? Whether it be drive-thru or walk-in service, I have had received more wrong orders than right. I'm not talking about wrong items in my bag, but they always charge the wrong price-- especially during their taco night promo. Almost every time I order their taco night promo (3 value tacos for 1.29 or 3 Del tacos for 3.29 on Tuesday, 3 chicken soft tacos for 2.29 on Thursday) they charge me full price! I give them benefit of the doubt at the window, but always check the receipt and have to correct them and go through the hassle of getting my change back in pennies and quarters. I have had better experience when I walk-in and get a bad order, because the manager there is always on her feet and compensates me for the issue with an upgrade to my fry size. Nevertheless, how do they forget about their taco night pricing when it's taco tuesday?

Let me just start off with saying I work in fast food and I completely understand the struggle. I also understand how the front machines work. My sister simply wanted to make it easier for the young lady taking our order so she wouldn’t have to delete and go back and forth. She simply said “may I have a combo #9 with the burrito bold”. She was then interrupted with the question “what size. My sister tried to repeat it again informing her that the burrito was bold. The young lady again interrupted her. So my sister just answered with medium on the fries and a large Coke Zero. Then the lady said “so it’s a medium”. My sister repeated with medium fries and large Coke Zero. The young lady replies with “OH MY GOD!” Which was very rude. My sister was trying to make it easier for her. As we get to the front, the young lady hands her a coke cherry with the lid not properly sealed. Then when we got the order, they didn’t put any fries in the container. I would like to add that the lady seemed under the influence or she is just naturally an airhead. Very disappointed.

It says it is open 24 hours, came at 10 after leaving Disney, and it was close. Yet there are employees in there, and they block off the drive-through with cones. Disappointed 😞

Everytime I go here it's dead as hell but I still wait on average 10 minutes before anyone who works here even approaches the counter. With how much you get paid and how expensive a simple burrito and quesadilla can it's expected that you know how to do your job. Mistaking steak for chicken is not easy to do and then blaming it on me was not the answer to this. Trash location.

I ordered a number7 combo, I got a burrito full of French Fries. Half of it was French fries. That's no a staple, it's a compliment to you're entree, not the main course. And you had the nerve to charge $15.00 for a Burrito full of fries. There's room for improvement, please never do this Again.

I'll work at a bars, so therefore I don't get off until at least 2:30 to 3:30 on most nights. I love Del Taco and this one's right down the street from my house. My only complaint is the fact that it's always posted on Google as 24 hours but it is 100% not ever open when I show up past 2:00 a.m. This has been multiple experiences at this location. I'm not saying they're not a good Del Taco, I'm just saying they need to update their hours because they are definitely not 24 hours.

Quality has gone down, I don't get food poisoning every time I'm here but I've gotten it enough times to steer clear. Weird wet/cold fries every time and charging this much for food when there's authentic mexican food nearby and better Del Taco branches too is just weird. Just drive down harbor to the other one.

This is a Del Taco my daughter and I frequent because we both love the burritos and raspberry ice tea. I don’t usually rate any business but the last couple times we visited, we were disappointed not with the food but that our drinks were loaded with ice even though we requested “light ice “ for them, and the time before we ordered large drinks and received medium instead (even though they charged on the receipt for large. Maybe we ought to look for another location farther from us where they listen to their customers and responsibility to them is expressed in the service. 3/4 ice????
