Wow have the times changed. I have always loved Arby's but in my eyes Arby's was the "gourmet" of the fast food restaurants. It was a once in awhile restaurant because of the price. Then the world changed due to Covid and 2020 became the year for the great equalizer in fast food. Now every place you go their prices have went up l. So you have to ask yourself do I want to have a bubbly gut, gas, or eat something bland. Or do I go to the Gourmet fast food restaurant and eat great food. The choice is easy its Arby's plus if you didn't know Arby's got its start from right here in in the buckeye state. OH-IO....

Nice and clean store, but the amazing thing here was service speed. At peak lunch rush, this was the fastest dine-in experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. Nothing short of amazing! The staff are super nice and friendly also. Easily the best Arby's I've been to nationwide.

Always great service! I've literally never had a bad experience with the people working the drive thru here. They're always fun, pleasant, and helpful to the point where I try to make it a regular habit to tip them. Food is always fresh and amazing. Cannot ask for more.

They're fast, friendly and served hot. Compared to Subway, Burger King, Mc Donald's, and a few others out there. Pay what you get out of food , service. Never had anything cold that was suppose to be hot. Never had a rude comment, or I don't want to be here attitude or any reason attitude. My favorites is Fries that are crispy, hot. The Italian sandwich fresh. Not like others that been sitting out for days. Mozzarella sticks , Jalapeno poppers hot , crunchy. Not hard, burned, oily. And of course the Beef n ' Cheddar sandwich fresh hot, with the cheese. Can't go wrong with it. I do love their orange drinks. Wish they had the mac n' cheese bite squares. Haven't seen them in awhile. Clean , no sticky floors, trash, etc.

Food was very hot & fresh. Which was rather surprising since I went through the drive-thru within a half hour of closing time. Most places would be out of this or that or serve old, at best room temperature food being so close to closing time but that was not the case at this Arby's. Overly pleased. Thanks again Arby's.

Been going to this Arby's for over 30 years, they are consistent in food quality atmosphere and the workers are always very courteous and professional. They're always seems to be a great manager up there that you can tell their employees respect and they even help me out with a little bit of change.

This is the best Arby's I have ever been too. Their service and food is outstanding. The time inwhich you recieve your food is usually under 1 minute and the quality does not suffer. Usually with Arby's you can be the only customer present and still recieve your food 15 minutes later. It is absolutely worth more of a drive if you crave "the meats".

Arbys on Waterloo/Arlington Rd's in Akron - KUDOS. When I visit this location I am impressed with the friendly staff, prompt service and quality of my order. I have never worked in the fast food industry but can imagine the challenges. These folks pull it off well. Thank you!!

Always on time. Never had to pull to the curb and foods always hot. They even did something special for me one time and made something that was taken off the menu. Exceptional service right there. We need more of that attitude 🙂 in this world.

This was a last minute decision to eat here by my choice. My boss and I were running an errand, and I was hungry for a Reuben sandwich. We went through the drive through and within 7 minutes our food was ready for us hot and ready to eat. I never had a bad experience eating here at Arby's. They are always fast with service and polite to you. I do eat here once a month.

Outside of the Drive Thru being a tad slower than usual (was near closing & they were actually pretty busy) I still Give 5stars bcuz Everything else was fckn amazing! Staff was polite & friendly! It's one of the cleanest and best run restaurants in Akron. They do well making food correctly and the fried food never sits. The sandwiches are made when you order. You'll see workers constantly cleaning.

Almost never a hassle and usually a decent experience. Always a genuinely friendly staff. They do a better job on average then most fast food. Sauces taken care of. Rarely have any issue or hold up with my coupons. Went in drive through one time and a new person handed me my drink before they had all the food ready. But no straw. Immediately behind them I heard the trainer say "Give them a straw with the drink so they can enjoy it while they wait for their food." They're paying attention to things like that. The automated generic response makes me want to take away a star. Especially when most of what I said was about being friendly and personable. Your social media consultant needs to get it together

Tried ordering online so I could get the promotions they had online only but my app kept signing me out and taking forever to load took me almost 15 mins to finally order food for 3 people just to have it not accept it because they stopped taking online orders an hr before they closed which was at 1 and I tried hitting complete order at 12:02 I called that store and spoke with someone by 12:04 when they explained all this to me I told them what had happened and asked if there was anything they could do to still be able to honor those online only order deals the guy I spoke with said no there was noway to change anything and nothing he could do as he rushed to hang up. I feel like 1 they should have more advertising of the online cut off hours so people don't waste there time and if there app is malfunctioning I don't see why I should have had to pay full price then. But for being they closed within the next hour the food was hot and fresh and worker at drive thru asked and gave all condiments needed.

By far the best location I've been to. The food usually comes in a timely manner and is always freshly made. The order window speaker is very low and often makes it difficult to hear the attendant. Other than that I would definitely recommend for a quick bite. Not giving 5 stars due to it's a little tricky actually get into the place.

I have never had any issues with this location. They are pretty consistent with friendly and accurate service in my experience. The curly fries are always good and the turkey sandwiches and wraps are a nice alternative to burgers and fried chicken sandwiches.

The drive through line took a bit longer than I would have liked and the gyros could have used some more sauce but overall I was happy. The gyros and fries were both very good. I'll definitely go back.

Fast, friendly service. Good food - as you'd expect at other Arby's stores. The team was very far behind at cleaning tables on a Saturday at 7pm. They didn't seem short handed or terribly busy. As for the new cheesesteak sub, I won't be ordering it again. It was okay, but it was a far cry from Mr. Hero. My wife got the new ham and Swiss, and likewise. It was okay, but it was a sweet ham, not like the good salty ham that Hardee's has down the street for their ham and cheese. But I do love their smokehouse brisket, so I'll definitely be back for that.

Complete chaos there was one lady in the drive though trying to keep everything correct an flowing. She was on her game I felt bad since she was trying to make sure everyone was doing their job, plus make sure food was correct an getting out. Food did come out hot an correct . Only 3 stars because of all the irritation it took in trying to order correctly with the girl on the headset.

Normally everything's really good I come through here about five nights out of seven. Yet tonight I ordered my normal meal making sure to minus the onion add heavy banana peppers. I wish I could eat onion that smells really great but I'm highly allergic to it. And I ended up with no banana peppers and extra red onion if I would have bit into my 🌯 I would be at the hospital. Yet,.. this is one of the greatest Arby's I've ever been at Great hospitality sweet people that work second into third shift. 99% of the time I never have an issue foods always hot and good.

It's usually very hit or miss on whether or not the customer service will be any decent. There is one particular manager that works the window late at night (unless he has moved on to greener pastures since the last time I was there), that is probably one of the few proper people that serve you, he actually knows how to do a customer service role properly. I know he's a tall white dude with glasses, I don't know his name. But he's awesome. Anyways, very hit or miss on the other drive thru attendants.

Food is always good, but sometimes not portioned properly. Sauce on some sandwiches is sometimes too much, making it soggy, or too little, and unnoticeable. The people hardly interact with customers, which is not a complaint, really. It is fast food, but I won't say it is the BEST fast food.

The lady in the drive thru was light weight rude. Not to me but to the lady working the counter. She tripped out and wanted the doors locked right away at like 815 pm. Why I have no idea cause it wasn't like she offered the lady working the counter any help. She stomped around snapping like a turtle. The lady working register had some serious resilience/ patience cause I would have walked out on all of em. Instead she was nice, polite even with my pain in the ass big order. Even after the drive thru turtle told her we couldn't run separate orders cause even though the doors were locked and there was only 1 other guy behind me in the restaurant and not a chance she would need my register lady's help they just couldn't run 2 orders from little ol me. But my counter lady did it. She was awesome. Yall need more of these. Sometimes it ain't about the wait time... sometimes it's about the patience exerted by the person taking our order.

Last time I was here, they told me they don't have the jalapeno poppers anymore!!! That's like them not having roast beef as far as I'm concerned!! They've sold those as long as I've been going to eat there (which has been a good lot of years!) and it's a big part of my loving Arby's. No other fast food place sells them!! Bummed out. Their food is always decent, especially the turkey gyros which they've also gotten rid of.🙁 The workers are also always pleasant. Doesn't make up for the removal of everything I've ever eaten there...

Manager approached us by yelling from the fryers stating they haven’t been filtered in weeks, and said she’d be with us as soon as possible, then another associate approached to take our order after being yelled at through the store to do so. When she arrived at the cash register she was rude and inconsiderate. Will not be returning for quite a while to this location.

Service is usually fast here, but tonight, when I walked in I saw the clerk closing up the bag with my online order, but she did not put it out in the pickup location. I had to wait more than fifteen minutes while she took other clients’ orders and prepared their orders! My sandwich was cold by the time I opened it.

I asked for no pickle on my slider, they pulled us to the front just to bring me the same microwave nuked slider. Forgot my lemonade, finally got it with the wrong lid that spilled all over me in my car.

Closed the milkshake machine down 2 hours early and gave me cold fries. I wouldn’t order on the app from here they may not have what you want!!!

Was en-route to the house around 10:00 pm and not wanting to journey off route, figured I'd swing by Arby's and see if they could satisfy a hankering for a Ham and Cheese sandwich. In asking the drive through attendant if a ham and cheese sandwich on a regular sesame bun, they tended to have no knowledge that the only change required to the Market Ham and Cheese sandwich, would only require the substitution of bread choice. Instead I got addressed with having to make personal choices in ingredients. Definitely incompetent personnel and management working nights.

Ordered 2 half-pound roast beef, got one right. The other had cheese sauce(yuck) and Arby's sauce. Rest of order ok. I was warned about this location getting orders wrong. Should have listened.

I have yet to recieve what I ordered at this location, but at least it's usually hot. Service is fast, but there is, as far as I know, only one pleasant employee. I wish I got her name because it genuinely shocked me to be greeted, have my order repeated, and be told "you're welcome" when I said thank you. She's the only benefit to this location. And this time of year, everything fried tastes like fish....

Today my husband and I stopped in for a sandwich to go. For 2 people it was $18+. The fries were cold and hard, the sandwiches were not great. The service was good, but we won't be going to Arby's again.

I normally have no problems with Arby's service or the quality of their food. But not yesterday. I ordered the Crispy Fish sandwich, because it looked good. I was so disappointed. First of all, the fish was not crispy at all, it was a soggy mess. The flavor was not good. The bun was horrible. It was the worst food ever. As far as service and employee interaction, no issues at all.

I just got the worst fish sandwich of my life at this Arby's, Hard as a rock. Like yesterday's sandwich was reheated in the microwave. This has been my go to for fast food for a long time. It was always well run and the staff was friendly and well trained. Not anymore. I think maybe there is a new manager, or the old one just got worn out.

Nothing bad about the food but I went through this location tonight which I don’t do often because I usually have a bad experience and of course it was just as bad as usual. Girl working the window was about rude as hell. Didn’t even greet or ask how my grandma was doing and threw the bag of food into our window to the point my grandma had to catch it and my grandma still thanked her and she just slammed the window. Will not be returning. Don’t waste your time, go the extra stretch to Norton or Green!

I ordered 3 two for six meals. I was asked to wait for over 15 minutes, when they realize they had forgotten my order because I went back to the window, they apologized gave me two of my three meals, and coupons for my inconvenience. I came threw the drive threw today around 3:30 the woman at the window was unpleasant. They messed up my order, so I had to circle back around and wait for 3 cars in front of me (which is fine, accidents happen) Then the unpleasant woman comes back to the window. Well I done it again! I went back to Arby’s and wasted 10 dollars including tip. They had the cheese steak advertised outside, so I thought, they really can’t mess up a cheese steak. Well they did. Was it Grubhub or this Arby's? Every single item was wrong. Ordered 3 fish sandwiches, received 0. Ordered 5 pc chicken tenders, received 3. Ordered large curly fries, received small. Did not order but received a classic roast beef sandwich, a roast beef dip, a wrap (maybe it was chicken? Couldn't really tell), and some extremely salty mozzarella sticks. Kids disappointed in not enough fries/chicken tenders. I was disappointed because I don't eat chicken or beef.

Just went here to order a small milkshake order. The drive thru line was super long, so I went inside. Upon getting inside, there were three people waiting in front of me, and I could hear someone yelling. Turns out it was the manager yelling and belittling all the employees working there. No manager should be talking or treating their employees the way this woman was, and in front of customers. Even the guy in front of me commented on it. Even if you are shorthanded, this behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. In addition to this, the restaurant appeared dirty and the floor was sticky with something because my shoes were literally sticking to the floor. I can't go back here. If I ever crave Arby's, I will drive further just to avoid this one.

I was here on April 10, 2020 Ordered food, got home to find that a sandwich that I didn't order "fish" had a bit taken out of it GROSS! Was missing that roast beef that I did order.

I was here today at roughly 2:40pm. Worker name Alysa waited on me at the counter and she has to be the rudest worker I have ever encountered. She never said a single word just looked at me all irritated, so I said I would like a Number 2 meal, she groaned. I said can I get the potato cake with that, not a word just a sigh. I said I would also like an Apple Turnover, she groaned and sighed again. Instead of handing me my drink cup she slammed it down on the counter. Then when my food was placed on the tray instead of setting it on the counter or even handing it to me, she stood back from the counter and flung it onto the counter at me. I don’t know if it was because my skin was a different color than hers, but she definitely didn’t want to do her job and serve her customer. I was most certainly the minority in this establishment. I will never again return to this Arby’s and I’m even debating if I will go to any other Arby’s because if this is tolerated at one location, I would assume it’s tolerated at all.

It's never busy and barely any customers for a reason! Any place that management allows employees to serve mangled sandwiches with old and cold meat, old crusted fries that are just crumbs and ice cold with nasty burnt tasting frier oil that clearly has not been changed for God knows how long to a mother and their little child or anyone for that matter just says it all. The worst part is we were having a later dinner than usual, so our little girl was hungry and started eating before all of the food was checked. And because she started to even eat her food, the manager refused to give me fresh food for her because she started eating it! As if less than half of a small size fry eaten should be an issue and refusal for her sandwiches and fries to be remade fresh! This place is horrible from every aspect! Anyone who wants Arby's, go to the other locations nearby as they are all good except E. Waterloo Rd. location!

This one’s a joke, you’ll immediately be told she’ll be right with you, there you will sit 5 - 6 cars behind you by the time you order is normal - they keep you at the speaker to keep their window time on point. It’s unbearable.

I truly wished I could give this location a minus 5 stars. They are ridiculously rude, the food is ALWAYS cold & disgusting anymore, tastes & smells like it has sat out for coupleofdays & then served to customers & they want to treat their customers like we are stupid, & that we are just Imagining the shrinkflation that their sandwiches have become. They want to continually say its the same as its always been, like you can't BLATANTLY SEE the difference!! So since they want to treat everyone like they are stupid, I wish everyone would show them just how STUPID we are & FORGET how to get to their location, & IMAGINE that they are already shut down & gone. The girl at the window was pleasant enough and expkaine she had just gotten to work @ 6pm..Called next day spoke w/ manager whose only question was " Was you food hot" not I am sorry for your wait, can I offer you a refund or coupons to come back. I ordered cheddar melts through the drive-thru in the app. I was contacted by someone in management I believe apologizing and saying they would send me out a gift card to replace the cold food that tasted horrible as of this date I have not received nothing pretty bad when customer service doesn't live up to their motto I will not be going back to this Arby's or any other it's a shame is there food used to be great one time.

Came to drive through window. Was told “order whenever you’re ready” said my order and then there we silence. She said “order whenever you’re ready” again. I said “oh! Sorry can you hear me?” She got extremely aggressive and rude and started to say “I hear you and I did greet you- now order whenever you’re ready” I placed my order but ended up just leaving before pulling to the second window. The fact that she thought she could be rude and still think I’m comfortable with her making my food is beyond me. It was so unnecessary lol like honestly that amount of aggression just because you didn’t hear me the first time is sad. Hoping she has a better day tomorrow because that was ridiculous.

Just tried to order 12 roast beef jalapeno sliders and the lady said they don't have that right now. so I asked so your saying you don't have roast beef or jalapenos And she said yes we don't. Then said literally pretty much everything on the menu is roast beef, if that's the case why was the store open. Then she comes running out the build towards my car screaming, I said we don't have jalapenos. When she clearly said they had neither roast beef or jalapenos. This place is a joke. If you to don't like your job find a new one.
