We had dinner at this restaurant because according to our research it was close to the hotel where we stayed. Very good fish, equally delicious farinata, they also fulfilled an off-menu request for my son, so recommended! P.S.: they also make pizza but I haven't tried it and can't comment on that.

The farinata (both white and yellow) is unbelievable. You can try all the varieties, they're truly delicious. It's a shame about the electric oven because the quality of the product is excellent; a wood-fired oven would raise it to 5 stars. Even the pizzas and fried foods are a testament to this quaint, simple place tucked away in the Bormida Valley. A must-try.

Chickpea flour was not very tasty. Wheat flour was good. Pan pizza was good with a crispy dough. I haven't tried the food so I can't rate it. Prices were normal. Service was a bit confusing but given the large number of people present, that's fine.

The farinata was very good, but the pizza was a little less so. It was different from the usual pizza you're used to: small, thicker, and more like something you'd make at home. Fast service and reasonable prices. The only downside? My clothes were completely soaked in kitchen odors. I hope it was a temporary issue with the kitchen hood...

Unfortunately. Reservations made well in advance for a table next to the oven, resulting in infernal heat. Six craft beers on the menu, but in reality only two are available. Very ordinary first courses. The fritto misto took an estimated three minutes from ordering to arrival, which I think was already fried and reheated. The farinata was excellent, the only positive note, but the bill wasn't up to par. I won't be returning. Unfortunately.
