I often come by late at night. The service has always been very good. I also really appreciate the old style the building is in. It has the giant arches shaped like "M" s very nice and old school.

High marks for the guy at the drive thru counter who is always fast, efficient and reliable. When he is absent, it's noticeable how things slow down. I'm always in a hurry early am. Thanks for having such a great employee. Not sure his name.
I love the staff the managers the cooks everybody it's all love. I have broadened my horizons and let Bo and Terrence and Victor and Jessica talk me into trying different new items like the blueberry cream cheese pie and the buttermilk chicken tenders and caramel frap with extra drizzle. Oh my God this stuff tastes so good.
They're fast and efficient, either are pleasant. There is literally nothing for me to complain about
This Mc Donald's is very nice it's got real flowers for decoration on the tables and the music is great very relaxing instrumental and also great service. I like very much my Egg Mac muffin sandwich it was fresh as well as my coffee. Going there from now on.😉
Ordered the double quarter-pounder w/cheese meal through the kiosk, and it was delivered to my table before I could come back from washing my hands! The burger was probably one of the best I've had at a McD's! The patties were freshly cooked (Steaming hot!! 🔥), and the buns were fresh! Good job!!
This is the nicest McDonald's I've ever been to. They have an orchard plant near the soda fountains, and amazing real flower arrangements on the tables. Customer service was amazing and they brought the food to the table. The food was perfect and fresh. This is not a normal McDonald's, they have greatly exceeded what I have come to expect.

The only thing that bothers me is that they gate keep on the sauce. Sometimes they say sauce cost extra; other times they say they don't charge for sauce and then they say they can't give extra sauce! 2 dipping sauces are not enough for 40 nuggets! Just be consistent and honest
I visited the restaurant for dine in, but it was a bit too cold for me and my guests. I ordered to go instead. Yarely was so polite, calm, and professional. She was very patient when taking my order. She made sure my food was hot and fresh and made to order. I told her I would do a Yelp, but I don’t have the app at this time. When you encounter her you will have A1 Service and please give her a review for her excellent customer service.
the food ight but the workers are the real stars of the show they glisten with sweat as the moonlight reflects off there bodily fluids no one can question how hard these magnificent workers work sometimes i even stop at night to think about how hard these workers work and how i aspire to be like them if i recall correctly multiple workers faint by how hard they work these gleeful specisimin can truly brighten anyone's day by a simple glance at their fierce faces as their drenched in sweat truly a heroic job for a heroic nation🇺🇸🙏🏼

It's a nice clean place. There tends to be a wait due to a decent amount of elderly, but the food usually comes out faster than the ordering time. For me at least.
Had a girls day out with the grandbaby, took the Carson Circuit up to Mc Donald, ordered at the kiosk, easy, we played at the light table while we waited for our food. They were a bit busy but no complaints. As long as the kiddo is happy all is well.
Very first and last curbside order! It took extremely long before the order was brought out. I must say, my experience here is usually much better.
Went through the drive through and was far away when I discovered they forgot to put a Big Mac sandwich in with my Big Mac combo meal! 😑 Everyone else enjoyed the food and the order taker/cashier was friendly, helpful, & patient!.

I gave them 4 stars they got everything right with my order. I was happy they got everything right even though it was a large order. They also asked me if I wanted sauces. And the food was what I expected and even though it was a big line it went though quickly even thou it was during lunch time
Great food and fast. Always check your order before leaving, nothing happened on my visit but it's just a great reminder especially if you are taking your food home before checking to ensure your order is correct. Using the app will also get you some great deals and you can beat the lone in drive thru and inside.
I went to this McDonald's around the lunch hour with a co worker for a quick bite to eat while in the area for business. Entering the establishment you're greeted to a nice, clean as well as updated environment with of course the intoxicating aroma of McDonald's. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese combo. After ordering I went and got my drink, roughly 5 minutes went by and my food was ready. The fries were fresh, nicely salted as well. The burger was what you'd expect from any McDonald's with a staff that's operating as they should, nicely prepared and a good amount of condiments. Everything was well stocked for anything you'd need to go with your food, overall no complaints with this location and would definitely come back if in the area.
I love Macdonalds for a quick bite. Ordered on the app. Still can't make the deals work. Getting very expensive for fast good. Prices better come down or I'm done with this.
This may be one of the prettiest McDonald's that I have ever dined in. Classic architecture outside but European modern inside with a bit of California design elements. Palm Tree murals will get me every time. The dining room is amazingly neat and clean and the staff was very efficient. If I wanted to bring a SoCal visitor to a charming spot for a quick bite I would bring them here. Overall... Lovely.

As any other good old McDonald's they have long lines, the employee on grave yard shift has a bit of a attitude 🙄 mostly guys young as 20 yes. There fries n nuggets is a hit or miss..so make sure its hot 🔥
Bathroom was clean, facility was decently clean. I only drove by to get some drinks. I ordered a mango smoothie, I got a strawberry one, that was OK. They removed my order for iced coffee from the order screen while they were still making it.
If you don't mind eating unhealthy foods, then McDonald's is your place. The more corporate adds to their menu, the worse ingredients are used. Because McDonald's hire young kids, they haven't learned customer service- hence their attitudes reflect what they do at home... disrespect. You get what you pay for.
Haven't been to McDonald's in years. Ordered their new Deluxe Quarter Pounder and the girl behind the counter had 0 idea what we were talking about. Literally pointed to the large sign with picture that was next to the register and still had to reiterate a few times. Took 20 minutes to get our food. Burger was surprisingly good but for the price and the wait time.. it'll probably be years before going back.
This is one of the cleaner and nicer McDonald's that Ive visited. This location is similar to that of the retro diners from back in 60s. The furniture inside is nicely kept. There's even a music juke box, not sure if it works. This location is fairly close to the freeway, shopping plazas, and has a large parking lot, not to mention open 24 hours! I would've given it a higher rating if the service was better. The staff just didn't care to be there, I even tried to make small talk with a joke or two, but no takers. Oh well.
I have never been inside the restaurant only through the drive through and the service is slow and the employees are usually friendly. The food is the same at every McDonald's as it should be. There's usually a fairly long line of cars for the drive through so be prepared to wait.
Its a newer location in a newer part of town it appears but still a lot of shady characters around this place. Watch yourself. Staff was good and place was clean. Tried the NEW burgers and I think just a gimmick. Will stick with their awesome all day breakfast and Big Mac.
I asked for Well Done Fries and they never salt well done fries for whatever reason . I literally watch The Asian Girl take them out the fryer and not salt them I ask her to salt them she said she did to her manager and the lady at the counter told her HE SAW YOU . She then puts a lot of salt on them all close to the fries and had the nerve to say here’s your EXTRA SALT Just admit the mess up

I ordered fish filet combo, I wanted it fresh hot as well as the 🍟 fries. I got the order it was not as I requested and sent back. McDonald's employees have benefited from minimum wage and there not bring there a game, this store recently became a private owner you can tell that they only care about numbers, no quality. A billion sold with one percent quality.
Always a hassle in drive thru, and inside is not that much better. Plan on spending some time trying to get food.
Check your order before driving off. Simple requests may go ignored. For example: if you ask for the happy meal to have the extra fries instead of the apples, you might be disappointed when your child asks why you made them get the apples anyway.

The service is iffy depending on how busy. Messed up my order several times. I'd go to a different location but it's the closest. Mistakes from wrong drink size to someone else's food, the food is good, when you actually get it that is.
Ordered 6 large combos. All 6 drinks were low . all fries were low too. 3 big Macs ok. 3 double quarter pounders they messed up and gave me singles. Terrible. Terrible. Check them every time. Won't make the same mistake again here
Went there for breakfast this morning with my son. Ordered 2 egg mcmuffins, 1 non-fat caramel latte,1 caramel frappe. Nothing was working and the system kept getting frozen. When I got my order. I received 2 sausage mcmuffins instead, my caramel latte was not non-fat. Only thing that was right was the caramel frappe. Horrible!!!!
Drive thru rep was rude and would not honor the code I provided. She didn't offer any alternative and told me to move along. Being in a rush I left and paid full price.
Only 3 cars in drive - thru, 4 people inside eating, and roughly 7 employees including the manager working around 2:30pm. 2 employees at the registers. Why?? I go to the kiosk and get stuck. Pressed the " NEED ASSISTANCE BUTTON", no help! Finally, another customer helps me, and when I asked why no help with the kiosk, the employees both couldn't respond. One Hispanic one Black. This was" terrible service", I told them. They just looked at me, and the manager could only say, "SORRY SORRY, SORRY!! AND MC DONALD'S EMPLOYEES WANT $15.0£ AN HOUR!! Better get better customer service skills first, and pay more attention to their customers needs!! And learn more "ENGLISH"!!!!
Went here, but I personally prefer JITB because McDonald's often makes mistakes. This time around, they gave me a hard/stale muffin on my egg mcmuffin. Since I was tired, I did not call or waste my time and gas to go back. I just sucked it up and ate it. Disappointed as usual. 😑 Recommend checking bag b4 leaving. UPDATE: They have done it again. Never fails! They need to either train their drive-thru baggers better, including managers, or just do a check ✔️ put in bag, then don't give to customer until you have checked all items!! Geez 🤦♀️🤦♀️
Got there waited in line inside of restaurant. It was only one cashier. When I finally got to the cashier and placed my order I find out there's no ice cream, so I ordered a you hurt cup,none. Went to fill my drink,no ice,no soda had to get in another line to get soda from drive thru. It all just was not a real McDonald's experience. Needs a better management team,service concerned, customer concerned.

My opinion is McD's have lost their mind when it comes to prices. It is WAY too expensive for their continuously shrinking food sizes. I work in the field and Ate McDs way too much, a few times a week. Now maybe once twice a month and I'm only getting a coke and maybe a mCchicken. Thank You McDonalds I'm now eating healthier food from home and saving a lot of money!
Hands down, worst McDonald's I've ever been to from long waits in the drive thru at night to messing up your order probably about 85% of the time. I'm only giving them 2 stars because my wife went this morning and received the correct order and I saw a sticker that said double checked for accuracy. That tells me they are trying to improve. So I will come back in a couple of months to rate their improvement. However, I try not to go there because it's always a surprise, like the people are not staying on their "A" game. We'll see.
Service was to slow for a Mc Donalds when there wasn't a lot of people ordering, my Mc Donalds near me has a lot of people in it, but Service was fast this one is awful this is not the first time this had happen. I order breakfast here before after I left out of the mall and man it was slow getting my meal. At this point I rather hold on longer starving and wait until I get to the one near the house for faster service. Didn't even order much as well.
The service is terrible. They don’t get your order right when you’re at the drive-through; when you get to the window, they forget to give me some of my items. It was confusing. One person takes my order, and the other one says, 'Oh wait, you didn’t order that,' and they need to make some changes. They just slap your food together. They need to go back to customer service.
Not real busy but food took over 20 minutes. When I asked how much longer the lady said u don't have it? Then went to prepare it. I have been there before but drive thru only. Even that is hit and miss. Not place I would go normally since not always have items available.
Absolutely terrible customer service, ever since the added the kiosk there's never anyone there at the front counter. Another reason why this location is Absolutely disgusting is due to the amount of homeless people that are constantly inside of the facility. Obviously the management lacks any type of leadership and professionalism to such an extent that they cannot even have that situation dealt with.

6/17/2019(Mon) - 1:37am While ordering a filet fish meal(large), I am told they are out of filet fish. Shocked, I reply with a "What", in which she replies, it will take 3 minutes to cook...I tell her I can wait. I then ask for a lettuce wrap instead of a bun. I am told they are out of leaf wrap and only have leaf lettuce. Thereafter, I am told they are only accepting cash. Feeling as if the worker incompetent, I order a Large fry. At the window, I pay cash and Request a receipt in which she replies a receipt cannot be printed. WTF? She then decides to ask her manager and a receipt is printed. Furthermore, the other day, around 3:10am, I tried to order at the same McDonald's and I am told they were closed for cleaning. It says 24hours... I understand running out of supplies; however, being dishonest about it is unacceptable. Overall, the service was poor and I will report this incident to McDonald's corporation.
There’s always something wrong with this location . If it’s not management it’s the team if it’s not the team it’s the system if it’s not the system it’s the limited food choices. I been here 3 times trying to understand why there so bad and know I know overall it’s just this location . There service is horrible ! I wouldn’t recommend this location at all. I’m not trying to be rude or anything but seriously 3 times and for something to be wrong on my visits like nah.
It never fails. I only go to this McDonalds when it's the last resort. Why? Because i've had nothing but bad service from this location, 9 out of 10 times. I dont ever mind paying extra for cheese or tartar sauce but when I do, its the same amout of tartar sauce or less, cheese missing on atleast one of my sandwhiches, even the sweet tea us unsweetened. Once I had to go all the way because i had an issue with my order twice before leaving. First, I had to wait atleast 15 minutes for 1 meal because the employee delivered my order to another car then I waited for my replacement. They then were missing my burger and just brought me a bag of fries. They brought me my burger then i left. I decided to drink my sweet tea and it was unsweetened. I went back and walked in and went straight to the sweetened teadispenser. That tea was UNSWEETENED. The worker was getting his teas from there. I told him its not sweet and he still served the drive through customers the unsweeted tea. Took for me to ask for the Manager to make him stop. Smh They never apologize (just when I told the Mngr) Just yesterday I had no choice but to go to that location. I order the fish filet meal, paid 80cents for extra sauce. Got home and NO extra sauce, just the receipt and my bread was hard like they reheated my bun or it sat out. Ugh,. I would give them no stars instead.
They always mess up my orders. Super simple order. Asked for a crispy chicken filet by itself. Instead I got a nasty fish patty....
The drive thru we closed because they are remodeling it went inside there parking lot is so small can only fit about 6 or 7 cars the staff was slow had to wait about 15 to get my food then after I got it they didn't give me any bbq sauce with my nuggets I had to stand there another 3-5 min just for that. They need more staff because it was only about 3 people working.
It's disappointing that every single time I have been there, they forget to give me my complete order. Something is always missing. I've worked there during my high school years and it just takes some effort to do your job right. How hard can that be. So after several times of thinking they will get it right this time, I just take my business somewhere else.

One morning i ordered an latte , i wanted it cold but received it hot so i then inform the lady that i wanted it cold she then says no problem gets the latte & a cup of ice and serves it into the ice cup thinking i wouldn’t know. Very unprofessional i worked at a McDonalds before so I definitely know that a ice latte from the machine is not gonna taste the same as putting a hot latte into a cup of ice to make it an “ice latte” i was very disappointed having to receive it not tasting good at all.
Hello. I brought in my kids for breakfast this morning. I ordered with a cashier of name Sidel. She is very rude! Not to mention that she pretends to understand what you are saying but in reality she makes it worst. She is very demanding and if she does not hear what you say she screams at you. My OJ was not filled up and I asked her to fill it all up plea. She said " this or not filled up because it has a line up to here. " The line is only for cold coffee and a suggestion of where to fill up of IcE! This lady made me feel very uncomfortable. I asked for a coffee refill and she was charging me full prize. If they had a negative star I will pit negative 10 for this Lady's service. 😑
By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to!! Tables were dirty looked like they haven’t been wiped in days! Floors were disgusting. Service was bad!! No respect for customers as they used profanity amongst each other. Fountain drinks were nasty they hadn’t change for new ones! Food was cold! I found a rock YES A ROCK!!!! In my fries! Nuggets were cold!! Cleaning lady was sweeping the floors as we were eating throwing dirt inside. I gave them a chance on there B grade! Now I know why first hand!! This place needs to get shut down immediately for inspection! Come on City of Carson this locations sits next to a million dollar stadium and shopping mall!! If your hungry like we were please go elsewhere!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!
This McDonalds is in my community (Avalon & Del Amo) but I normally don't visit it because the service is very slow. I wanted to grab something fast so I thought I would give them another chance. The employee at the register was very professional but the person preparing the food was rude. If I ask for fresh food and I'm paying I should be able to receive what I'm paying for without being yelled at. Manager witnessed the entire conversation and failed to do her job if it was nothing more than an apology.
From manager to crew, so poor in service. The counter is useless, they want you to order for yourself using a kiosk even if there's no line. This is the one corner of Avalon and Del Amo.
BEAUTIFUL decor LOUSY service!!! first, i checked to see if my special order was correct, it wasn't! The manager took it from me, gave it back to the kitchen and i waited, got it bank and it was still wrong with NO apology or remorse! I said forget it! Left to my car and checked my bag again only to realize that another sandwich was missing! SO frustrating!
Twice I have come to this location to receive the thank you meal and twice I have been turned down for various reasons because they say they keep having new guidelines. The first time I came by I was told I had to be either a doctor or a nurse I’m a home health aide then I was told by the manager to come back and get the meal I showed up again and I was told I had to have a physical badge not a badge on my phone so I was turned down the second time after I was told to come back. I could go home and get the badge BUT how will I be turned down the third time? This McDonald’s is completely uncooperative and I do not recommend anyone to go to this McDonald’s especially if they have any specials that they are running they won’t give it to you. Way to go serving the front line works, not! Don’t waste your time.
they alway run out of the basic normal stuff, they are rude, dont like to compensate you for their inconvenience. they charge for upsizing your coffee when ordering a meal when all sizes are $1. i been to this location 3 times total on different days of the week and it was a terrible experience each time. i dreaded going the last time i choosed to go and not to my surprise they lived up to the worst service ever
This is supposed to be my favorite McDonald’s branch but not anymore after tonight which is my third in a row’s disgusting experience from them. You know, every once in a week in between 8pm - 9pm, my wife and I always go there for a drive thru food. Just two weeks ago we were there and get food but were disgusted because there were missing items on our order. Last week, same thing happened.., missing item again. We didnt do anything against this and just let it slide. Tonight after paying my order I was told to put my car on the curve and wait. The same lady who served the food with missing items the last time brought my orders. I was about to ask her if she put everything that I’ve ordered but before I could finish my sentence she answered quickly, saying “everything is in there sir”. “Are you sure?”, I asked. Yes, she said. When I get home, three items were missing! I told my wife, that’s it.., no more McDonald’s..,this is the last!
30 minutes in the drivethru no exaggerating 30 min. They didn't give us straws, juices for the happy meals. They to give me the wrong order. Then the food was so bad we couldn't even finish it, stale warmed over fries. Overall horrible experience.
The food was all right they don't never give you enough condiments there you have to ask and the food is cold and there's no way to warm it up soon as you get there they hand you the food the food is still kind of cold so other than that and it's a lot of Spanish talking and laughter you know you don't know what they're laughing at or talking about cuz it's that's the only culture and I have nothing against culture or race or nothing like that is just that it don't seem like they did you get treated like a customer seems like you just get treated like somebody on the street but other than that it's all right I had no problem with that besides a little bit of a back customer service and not professional
Not a single item was made with any sense of care, sauces and items were hanging off the side, not even on the burger, fries were not cooked just limp oily cold potato and the McFlurry was not mixed. If I owned that franchise, I would be embarrassed.
So far the worse Mcdonalds I’ve been. We ordered online for drive up and we were waiting in the car for over 30 minutes and decided to go inside the restaurant to get our food. Restaurant was empty no customers and still they make us wait over 40 minutes and when getting our food there was food missing 🤦🏻♀️ not recommended.
I order a happy meal 4 pieces of chicken nuggets and 2 beverages on curb side #2 waited almost 20 minutes and didn't get my order so a went inside to ask for my food ,still waited 10 more minutes inside because it wasn't ready ,went to my car a drove home and halfway I checked the food and guess what no chicken nuggets instead a hamburger meat no bread, this worker are so slow and stupid don't go there

Service isn’t the best , the manager with the blonde hair that’s always wearing a mask doesn’t know how to manage employees everyone just be running around . Parking be blocked by cones , main focus is drive thru due to timing . My mobile order said it was ready went to pick it up and still waited 15 minutes for it to be made . Manager is a little rude . Needs to manage work stations better and stop yelling at the new hires whom are learning NO WHERE TO PARK !!
This Mc Donald’s can never get orders correct. Always items missing or modifications as simple as no onion can’t be followed even though it’s printed on the label and giving carbonated drinks minus the flavor. $20 should not be deserved especially if simple directions can not be followed.
Sat in line for almost 10 minutes and waited at the speaker for my order to be taken for 4 minutes. Lady finally came to the speaker at 10:31 to tell me I couldn’t have breakfast… I should’ve just went to chick fil a.
I had an interaction with Maria, the morning manager, about an order, and I had my code ready and shown to her to input that came along with an $1 coffee of my choice. She requested that, if not in so many ways, I insisted I scan the code because, for some reason, she didn't want to input the code herself. So I went back to the app and brought up the code, which, without my knowledge, removed the coffee coupon, and I only took notice once the total rang up from my other items. I was mostly displeased why she could not have inputed the code as I was showing her, but her being adamant about me scanning caused the coffee coupon to be removed somehow and the grace period of when I could retry was 15 mins. She told me to try in 5 mins, and I told her the app has a grace period, so I can't and don't want to wait around. Confrontation ensued, and her lack of communication. What's notice in what I mean by that was when I was speaking. She interjected many times and did not allow me to explain myself from my side. Though she did at the end, try to offer me a free coffee. I told her specifically that I did not want a free coffee. I only wanted to purchase a coffee using the code. Because it was the principle there of. I am not looking for any customer service. Associate to suck up to my needs. But going a little extra step would be nice.
I was taking my lunch break and ordered on the app ahead of time. The drive-through was too long, so I went inside of the restaurant to retrieve my food. My food still was not ready. I even took a minute to go. It still was not ready so I had to make a quick run so I went to do my run came back through the drive-through food still was not ready and they lost my food. And asked me to come in again I am already having a bad irritating day, so to prevent conflict. I chose not to enter the restaurant, so I’m just have to take it as a loss of money and be hungry smfh
Recently came here, only to see that they had us order through a kiosk! That didn't matter much but tapping around is more time-consuming than actually talking to someone. Plus, afterwards it took 5+ minutes just for someone to come up and allow us to pay for our order since we had cash only! Not to mention the wait after.. Devastating and terrible. I can only assume it was short-staffed because why did it take 20+ minutes just for them to finally call out my number? And when we needed a bag after we finished eating, we were only met with the option to just go home without one after seeing a line of people waiting for someone to even come out. Disappointing!
Went to grab lunch at McDonald's. Ordered the QUARTER Pounder w/cheese and a filet-O-fish meals. I asked to make it fresh. Got home and ad I'm eating my fish sandwich I noticed it didn't taste right. I opened the buns and no tarter sauce was on there. Needless to say it was not very good.
The worst place my food was cold my hamburger bread was hard they didn’t put souse on my filet-o fish and they didn’t give my order complete
It was a really rainy day and I wanted a meal and I paid 30 just to get the wrong sauce,food and the guy working named Daniel was rude and it was a take out and made my day worse
I had called about ordering hamburger plain for my happy meal because my daughter is allergic to extra ingredients and when I called I was promised a whole new happy meal and when I got to the restaurant they only said I could get a hamburger when I had to drive back for a mistake they did. Worst customer service ever.
The guy in the tie is unprofessional. He shouldn’t work in a place where he needs to communicate with clients, he can’t do it.
There is no customer service at all. Staff bad attitudes and not friendly or have a smile. They are all biter and seem they don't enjoy their job. My order was placed incorrectly three timer. I will NOT be returning or recommending these place. The picture shows how they care to serve. This picture I took after the 3rd time waiting for over 45 mins for an egg mcmuffin with no cheese. And after being told it was going to ne taken to my table and 20 minutes and no Mcmuffin or acknowledge that i'm standing in front. 😌
Today, this morning, I went to get coffee. I only ordered a coffee in the morning, but decided get a breakfast sandwich only these people work her dont know how cook they gave a nasty beagle that was all stel I very upset because I just wanted try the beagle egg and cheese it was so horrible that I never coming back here this location again never lucky I was in hurry get work never coming back here hopefully corporead of McDonald's check inspect the people that working here this McDonald's never had a nasty disgusting sandwich what they sold me this morning. HEY COOK I HOPE THEY SEE WHAT YOU DO BECAUSE YOU HORRIBLE GIVING THIS TO PUBLIC I B HOPE YOU EAT ONE OR WHEN YOU OUT THERE EATING SOME DOES SAME THING TO YOU SEE HOW YOU LIKE IT BRO.
LGBTQ associate needs to learn respect shouldn’t call customers old… manager needs better training, from listening to handing receipts.
I was waiting for my food in the drive thru for 15 mins. Supposedly the manager got my order and just left without finishing my order.
First of all yall should not order from here you will hardly receive a refund it's better in person now let me tell you why they basically under fill your fries so if u get a large it's gonna be a medium and hella undercooked and they always blame it on a rush whenever you call but I've ordered for almost 4 days straight and it's the same bs coming from the managers so please save yourselves the trouble.
The Manager on the Closing shift today December 3rd 2025 told one of the Associates to don’t worry about the complains from the customers as they were shorthanded, I waited 30 minutes, from 5:05 pm until 5:35pm and two orders after me that were standing got it prior me, when I asked she just looked at me mad angry and told me! ‘’I will do it ! Wait’’. Store owner check your sales and if your volume has decrease ! No doubt is the service.
Very rude drive thru employees. Too busy on their phones to acknowledge customers. This location should be closed.
The service in this McDonald’s is horrible. I come here at least twice a week for coffee or breakfast and it they never fail to make me upset. When you’re at the drive through they won’t greet you unless you say something, they don’t go in order they take just one side no matter how much you have been waiting so speak up if you’re out there too long because they don’t care. The drive thru can be completely empty and they will still make you wait like if they had 5 cars in line and when you get your food it’s not even hot so they aren’t taking long to give you fresh hot food. When you finally reach the window the person is either looking at their phone or talking to another employee about their personal life. I hate that this is the closest one to my job.
They locked the doors an hour early and I had to wait in the long drive thru line to pick up my order that I made on the app
Ordered delivery didn't get any straws for the drinks. No spoons for the desserts no napkins for the greasy food. Lazy managers, no quality control, and they want more money per hour to do what? It doesn't show in the service
Ordered on the McDonald’s app and gave my cousin the pickup code since he was nearby. Staff refused to give him the order and claimed a “Bluetooth system” had to detect my phone, which isn’t true, I’ve picked up for family before with no issue. Long story short I drove over there myself with my phone turned off and was able to get the order with just the code. When I complained, the red-haired manager was rude and dismissive and told me that what I was saying, wasn’t true. Terrible customer service.
This is absolutely one of the worst drive thrus in the area. The wait, the competency, the friendliness. Slowest service. Never get the order correct. I go 5,10 minutes out of my way just to NOT come to this one.

Terrible Mc Donald's branch/location. There is an evident lack of management in this place. Terrible customer service and it seems like they dont adhere to the Mc Donald's franchise standards of quality.
The service thru drive thru was terrible. From no drinks to no fraps to only chicken nuggets for three days straight. I'm sorry but this has to been looked into. Don't waste your time if your hungry after hours, to driving to this location.
Unacceptably slow service for a fast food restaurant. Every single time without fail this location has a line wrapping around the store moving at a snails pace. Orders are constantly wrong or missing items. Order missing sauces and straws. I would not recommend wasting time at this restaurant. Added onto the fact that McDonald’s is no longer a good deal.
Had a craving for French fries 🍟 Ordered a large to share with my wife. Kept the bag closed because if I look at those fries it will never make it home. Plus she can tell by the wrinkles if I opened the bag and how many times I opened it. I should have checked the order before leaving the place. When I got home guess what. I stopped here just because it's off the turnpike on Tamiami Trail 👎
