The price is fair considering its proximity to the archaeological site, but the flavor isn't the best, and it even gave me an upset stomach. The flavored waters are supposed to be artisanal, but they taste overwhelmingly of chemicals. The service was quick, but not the best; the employees weren't friendly. The only positive aspect is the cleanliness of the place, including the chairs, tables, and the restroom.

The meat tasted good, although it was detracted by the constant advertising that they charge a corkage fee if you bring in drinks (if they're going to do that, they should just put it on the bill) and that if you're not served, you should call a certain number (I think anyone who feels they're not being served well will simply leave). Overall, it's a good place if you arrive in Cholula hungry and haven't even climbed the pyramid yet.

They took a long time to serve us, and they were really lazy, but they were really lazy. We ordered tacos to start, and it took them a long time to return to our table, even though we were the only ones inside, so we were about to leave. The food isn't bad. But

Bad service... they take forever... one of the waiters tried to steal my wallet... he only returned it after they checked the security cameras... terrible service, damn starving people.

The tacos aren't as good as they used to be; the meat isn't cut properly, it's just chunks. You politely ask for a taco with meat from the spit, they tell you it's 5 pesos, you accept, and they don't give you any meat from the spit. Very bad service. Expensive and not tasty, not worth it.

They don't open at 10 a.m. We went on a Saturday, arriving around 11:30 a.m. and waiting another hour to see if we were lucky and they would open, but they didn't open and there weren't any staff. We were left wanting to try the Arab tacos. They should put up a sign with their actual hours.
