the customer service was the best i’ve ever had at subway! my sandwich tasted great, and the guy gave me a free cookie just for saying i would give them a review! he was the sweetest and really seemed like he enjoyed being there!
I stopped yesterday for a sandwich. The employees said hello to everyone who stepped through the door. They were friendly and engaging. I felt they really enjoyed working there which made it fun to be a customer!
First time I've been to this Subway in Clinton. The young lady who made my 5 foot longs rocked. Had one other employee jumped in with toppings but all and all she did 4 out of 5 in record time. Even taking the time to quarter the tomatoes and cucumbers for my husbands sub. Definitely employee of the month. You Rock Clinton subway.
This is our closest location, it's great. Only complaint is my husband likes the meatball sub they literally have meatballs half the time, if not less of the time.
Shout out to the friendly crew that worked today! They were fast, ask questions, we even got Our bacon crispy. Best subway around!
The employees, Britney and Jason, were super friendly and helped us with anything we needed quickly and happily. Jason also held a conversation with us as he was fixing our sandwiches which I found awesome!
This was a very busy time when i walked in. Tayler was on it! She was working so hard to get us all out of there as fast as she could with all the orders she had in store and the one placed online. She did a great job!
Best customer service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Jason made us feel so welcomed and entertained. He also made sure to pack our sandwiches full of food. I highly recommend this place.
Great service. I had a horrible experience at the subway in Clearfield and walked out and came to this one. The employees were very kind and patient with my large order (2 adults and 6 kids) I thanked them before leaving, such a complete experience from the other one in Clearfield.
First and foremost Customer Service is the most important thing to the employees at the Clinton subway! They provide fast friendly service with excellent quality subs!! Am always greeted by employees at the door, I go most often on my lunch break and need a quick, healthy meal and a clean place to eat.... Subway in clinton never dissapoints me!! Keep up the great work guys!
I just got back from getting subway at this location and I have to just give a shout out to one of their employees, Jason. He was so kind, energetic and fun. I was so impressed with with welcoming personality. That guy deserves a raise!
We came to subway tonight, hesitant, because the one in Clearfield has been less that desirable in the past. This store was very clean, the service was quick, and their customer service was excellent! Happy that we can enjoy subway again!
I've been in twice within the past couple weeks and Jason's energy and consideration of my order has been impressive. He's the first person at a location like this that has made sure the meat was heated up properly to a safe temperature - using a clean glove to do so. If you're feeling like Subway, come to this location.
Brittany and Jason were great. they were extremely welcoming and made me a great tasting sandwich just how I wanted it. they also made great conversation. ice never had such well done customer service.
I was really impressed with this Subway, the last few I've been to have seemed understaffed and not very clean. This one looked very clean and fully staffed, although the other boy and the girl workers were busy flirting in the corner the boy who helped us did a great job running the show by himself.
I went to the Clinton Subway and Parker and Tim were working and they did a fabulous job! They were so nice and funny. They put up with my Friends since we came in right At closing time. The orders were pretty simple but my friends were chaotic and they handled the situation amazingly.
Just stopped in for lunch on a busy afternoon! The employees were awesome and friendly! The manager was working right along side of her employees and they all had great attitudes! I normally don’t leave reviews, but these guys deserved a great review! Keep up the great job! 😁
It was delightful! My fiance and I took a special person with us to dine in and the crew were polite and helpful. The food was great and the cookies were soft. The cutest, cleanest lil Subway ever.
We dropped by for a late night Sammich and had the pleasure of meeting two cheerful gentleman by the name of Parker and Josh. This was the best service at any Subway I have ever received hands down. Nice clean facility, air conditioning felt nice, and they had a contagious GREAT attitude that is sure to put a smile on your face. Definitely reccomend this location!

Whoever was working today (03/02/19) at 4pm, she was PHENOMENAL!!!! Running around, getting things done, helping everyone with a smile, and when I requested her to write "double double" on my sandwich SHE DID IT!!! So nice!! 12/10 would recommend.
Jason was a professional with phenomenal service! give that man a raise he definitely deserves it. He made my whole experience at this location. Brittany must be doing something right with training her employees.
Clinton Subway is hands down the Best Subway around!! The Store is always Clean, the employees make Fast Delicious Subs "Just" the way my family Loves them! The Bread is Soft Everytime, and the veggies are Super crisp and fresh!! We always get double meat and cheese on our subs for the extra protein and they're so dang good!! Definitely will stay a regular at Clinton Subway cause no others can compare to the service and quality I get here already!
I love your shop I go there quite often but I keep forgetting to register my card I probably Woulda had at least 33 sandwiches by now. I have been dieting I keep telling them I'm going to be the new Jared haha but not go to jail because I'm a good person. I do enjoy the sandwiches they are always fresh and delicious and fill me up. Your workers are always kind and courteous to me.
My kids and I went to Subway tonight and their employee, Jason, is the best. So friendly, so helpful and patient. He will be the reason why we choose to go back to this location. He didn’t make us feel like we were an inconvenience and really made our night. My kids spoke about how nice he was the entire drive home. Thanks Jason!
My daughter and I stopped in to grab a late lunch and it was a little busy for that time of day. The kids that were working behind the counter (Austin and Dom) did a great job keeping up with orders and were very polite. I really appreciate great customer service and these 2 had it. Awesome service. This location in Clinton has a great team and are always thanking you for your business. This location is my favorite to go to because the people actually care about what they are doing and are great at it. I ordered a Surprise me (as I call it, basically the person behind the counter whips up something from their choosing) from Jason and he nailed it. Best sandwich I’ve had in a long time. Awesome job as always. Keep up the good work and can’t wait to see what they whip up next time.
Very much liked being able to call ahead and skip the line. Especially for a place that you would normally wait for all of the people ahead of you to put their fixings on their sandwiches. I skipped 6 people and only waited for one couple ahead of me. The order was perfect and they accepted the coupon making the purchase quick and cheaper, yet everything I wanted. 5 star!
Fantastic service by Jason and Bijan. They were attentive, funny and listened to our order carefully. The store was clean and employees properly washed hands and put on gloves before making our sandwiches. We will definitely be returning.
This is the first Subway I will give 5 stars to. The employees were fantastic here. They gave a great amount of toppings, the bread was soft, and they were quick at making them, very friendly, and packaged the sandwiches neatly for us to take with. If you want Subway, head to this one in Clinton by the 7-11 and Wendy's. Nicest Subway I've ever been to!!!
On my way to the pool today Jason was the coolest dude, and had the best customer service I've ever had at any quick eat restaurant. Jason went way above and beyond, something I'd expect at a fancy restaurant! Extremely personal and positive. definitely makes you want to come back just for the service!

Food is always good, there is usually a bit of a wait. My only issue is the girl that made my sandwiches today had super long dark hair, it was only half pulled back & I seen it touch the guys sandwich in front of me (more than once).🤢
I had a salad for the first time at subway. I was pleasantly surprised on the size of the salad for the price. We haven't been to Subway in a long time, because they got rid of my go-to sandwich, which is the roast beef. Since my husband really really loves subway, I told him we could go so he could get his sandwich, but I would just get a salad. What I don't understand is, I saw that they still have steak and cheese. Kind of weird how you can get rid of roast beef cuz it's too expensive to carry, but you still carry steak meat for the steak and cheese. I guess I could always have a cold steak and cheese sub. But I definitely will be going more often, for the salad!
Good friendly service. Best sub I've had from Subway in quite awhile. Only bad thing is one guy was a little too talkative. He should have focused and the 2 customers before me and finish out their subs and get them cashed out since the other worker was in the back making bread. He had the 2 customers ahead of me stand there and wait to be cashed out. I could have waited for him to finish all the way up. I know he was just following standard operating procedure. But the 2 customers before me look irritated.
The food was good. There was a mishap with the way my order was rung up, but the manager handled it well. The staff is all new so they needed the learning experience. I was bummed that I missed out on the points but I'll call tomorrow to see if I can still qualify for them. Hopefully I can.
I really like how they have added new sandwiches and ideas. I have always liked Subway, but their new editions make it more appealing. You can check out the pictures for the sandwich ideas. My kids got all the classic sandwiches which they ate in their entirety! I tried the new Baja sandwich. Great stuff! It makes it even better when you can customize your sandwich. The person working the counter (Josh) was very patient and helpful as I worked through the line with my kids. I know that kids are not the easiest at relaying information and they were always changing their mind. He deserves a raise! We went for lunch and there was a small line but we were able to move through quickly and get out. There were plenty of spots to sit, but we chose to eat elsewhere.
The experience was good. The bread was really flaky. The flavor of the food besides the bread was excellent. The service was amazing. Both employees worked very well together and with customers! The store was very clean.

My first time at this location. I ordered from home through the app. Wasn’t ready when I got here and the time it said it would be. There has been a steady stream of 10-15 people in here. Only 3 people working behind the counter. You need more employees here. If I had got here and waited in line, I would be out the door.
Manager failed to ask me about my last sandwich and made me and another customer yell over, and walk around one another to complete our orders. Made a simple exchange quite annoying and awkward. All while training someone new. Great example.
Constantly out of ingredients for the "new menu" items. Whether it's mozzarella or meatballs or capicola, it's always something. If you get your stock issues sorted out I'll change my review. PS - Says open until 10pm on Saturdays, but doors were locked at 9:15

This Subway has gone downhill which is sad. We have come here several times in the past three months and EVERY time they are out of something. No meatballs, no pickles, andtoday no wheat bread. When the Mayo or mustard is clearly out the employees are unwilling to get a full bottle. We will take our business elsewhere.
You open at 8:30..so why do your employees act like it's an inconvenience when someone walks in at 9:50?? This morning i was met with two of the most unfriendly teenagers I have ever encountered in my lifetime. Rude, short..and didn't even put the bacon on my daughter's sandwich. Probably not worth a second visit.
I go into this place to get a sandwich with great service. But as I was ordering I couldn't help but notice one of the employees I believe her name was Sierra mean mugging me while I was being helped by another employee. I'm also regular here so I couldn't help but to hear the gossip being spread around by the same employee the past couple of days. Hopefully something can be done with her attitude towards customers and her staff members. But overall the service from other employees were great.
So, I know some kids can work places, but have an adult manager there or something. 2 kids, barely knew what anything was, need an adult working.
I did an online order, which I had to wait in line in order to get because they apparently don't make use of the online order shelf. So not quick and easy. Then I get home to realize they didn't even make the sandwiches correctly and yes I reconfirmed it with the receipt and order. I usually go to the one in Roy which seems to be great overall so far, but this one was closer at the time and so I figured I'd try it. Not a great experience and not too friendly either.
My kids love eating at Subway, so we come here fairly frequently and have been doing so for about 5-6 years and have mostly had good experiences. However, recently every time we come there are always things they don’t have like certain breads, drinks are out, no turkey or ham one time, no meatballs another time. And today my daughter’s meatballs on her sandwich were cold even after it had been toasted, there was no garlic herb and cheese bread, no Diet Coke, and the employees were not very friendly today either. Not sure what has happened to this place, but it makes us not want to come there anymore. We may have to drive further to get better food and service, but it would be worth it for how bad things seem to be getting.
Ordered online tonight around 8:30 and picked up my food neither of my sandwiches were toasted, i had maybe a dribble of the sauce i asked for and they gave me every cookie that i didn’t ask for and left out the one i did.
Horrible subway I’ve been twice. First time they were out of bread at peak dinner hours, second time I placed a mobile order showed up and they hadn’t even started the restaurant was empty I got caught up so there was plenty of time to atleast start the order they were out of meetballs again at peak dinner hours and the toaster was broken the vegetables that weren’t FROZEN to the side of their veggie been were old and limp there was two people working but only one was making sandwiches the other was walking around looking lost I WILL NEVER BE BACK!
I usually have a great experience at this subway. However, today there was a young woman who didn’t seem too happy that she had a job. One employee made my sandwich and another rang me up for payment. I added a few extra things like a milk and apples for my daughter. She took my payment then pushed all the items closer to me and went back to the back. I bagged my items and left. I won’t be going back to this subway and hopefully this young woman shapes up, she’s not going to be going anywhere in life if she continues to behave this way.
I have tried 3 times now to get an order from this location, the door and the website both say they close at 10. Each time I've come around 830 and the employees tell me they are closed. Would not recommend this location if you're trying to get a later dinner.
I placed an online order and got charged. It said they're open and when I got there they were closed.

I came by on two separate occasions, and both times they were closed earlier than their doors advertised and earlier than what was listed online. On one occasion they were supposed to be open until 9:30, I showed up at 8:45 and all the lights were out. I thought maybe it was fluke because staffing and family emergencies happen. I tried my luck a few weeks later and showed up at 9:00, they were supposed to be open until 10. The lights were on, employees were around, but the door was locked and they couldn't spare me a glance. If the hours of operation are incorrect then CHANGE your signage and update your hours! At least post a note on the door.
Hours on the door says the close at 9:30 PM, Google says the close at 9:30 pm. The open sign is lit up. It's 8:57 pm on Tuesday evening, And as I pull up an employee turns all the lights off to the building. Door is locked. If they want to keep business from going elsewhere during operating hours, then they need to stay open.
We go to this location every so often after today I highly doubt ever again!! The teens working were acting like the were in a hurry and we were inconveniencing them and trying to rush us so we didn’t even order one sandwich due to that. Last time I checked customers are what brought in the money these teenagers now days really treat customers like their an inconvenience to them.
I have tried to do 4 DoorDash orders in the past year. 2 times I was missing half of my order, the other 2 times the dasher called me to say the store was out of bread. I called another time to make sure they had bread. They did, but we're out of turkey and ham.
They refuse to cook meatballs not like at an unreasonable time or anything they literally never have them mid day "No we are out" night time "No we are out" I've stopped driving there and now I'll just call to see if they do and they never do. Just a man trying to get a meatball sub 😞
So I went in the other day and one of the workers named Paris i believe, had TERRIBLE customer service. He had an attitude and made us seem like we were a very big inconvenience. He also grabbed my receipt and then went and touched my friends sandwich with the same glove. The way he was making the sandwiches was gross and sloppy. Not worth my time.
Philly... didn't heat up the meat. Bread, dry AF. Selection, always out of meatballs. Staff, clueless and slow. Won't be returning. Shame
Went in on Friday 9/7/18 around 7:00 p.m. There were 2 workers working and it was very clear that neither one of them were very happy to be there. They were both very rude to myself and the other customers. I was very happy to leave and wanted to give the people walking in a heads up to what kind of customer service they were about the get. It was not a very good experience.
Came in at 2pm there were 3 people in line before us and 3 people working. 1 guy was making door dash orders and he was the only one moving with any kind of speed. Between the other 2 workers it took them 35 mins to make 3 orders. One of the 2 kept running off to the back for "just a minute", also he kept touching his hair and visor and didn't once change his gloves. The other worker wasn't in a uniform had long hair with no visor or hat to contain it. He could only make 1 sandwich at a time, all the way to completion before starting another. He had no idea what the menu was and if you asked him a question he would reply I wouldn't know. At one point they ran out of pickles and they said it would take 5 minutes to refill them. I'm pretty sure both of these dude were High as a kite. When they rang us up I said we would like combo meals. He then asked if we wanted any drinks? I said yes that's why we want combos. He stared blankly at me and said well to get a combo you have to get 2 cookies or chips and a drink. We had our 3 chips sitting on the counter in front of him. What an experience for sure!
This was a terrible experience. It was clear that the store was understaffed but I went in to pick up an online order at the given pickup time and was told it would just be a few minutes. After 40 minutes of waiting and seeing everyone in line get their food I decided to go and ask and they STILL had not started my order of 2 simple sandwiches. At this point it was an hour since our order and asked for a refund so I could get dinner elsewhere. They two individuals had a terrible attitude and was apparent that they were frustrated and seemed like they were deliberately not making my order even though I was the only online order to come in. I understand being understaffed but that does not excuse the fact that they were blatantly ignoring my order and making everything else that came in. Very unfortunate experience.
we’ve given this location multiple opportunities & they have no regard for pick up times. We ordered pickup online yesterday and waited an hour for them to not even start our order, so we received a refund. We tried DoorDash today giving them the benefit of the doubt. We assumed it was just a busy day yesterday & thought to give them a second chance. Nope. An hour later again and we still haven’t received our order. We had an original dasher who ended up leaving & we had to get a second dasher. We live 2 minutes away. So to wait another hour for 2 sandwiches is a little ridiculous. If we ever want subway again, we’ll drive further to another location.
Understaffed and no AC. The staff was sweet and tried to make sure I had a fully stuffed sandwich, giving me good amounts of all the toppings I ordered. However, it is clear that they did not have enough people to complete all their orders quickly. I only saw two people working at 7pm on a Saturday. The lobby was swelteringly hot, as they had no AC, making for a miserable wait. I can't imagine how miserable it is for their workers who have to stay there for hours on end. Take better care of your people Subway! You make enough money with how much you charge for a sandwich!
First of all, my sandwich wasn’t even ready even though they told me it was, no biggie it happens… then oh we’re out of like 80% of your sandwich. Like what? How are you out of cheese?! Then the god damn eye rolling when I ask if there’s any other cheese they’d recommend. Honest to god go to literally any other sandwich shop
Entering in the store it literally looked closed. The tables and chairs were stacked and all the toppings were put away. We wanted to dine in when we arrived but after we got there decided to try to take out. There was food all over the floor, counters, on the cash register and credit card machine. The helper put on gloves but never took them off while going in the back to get bread and a few toppings. She used the bag avocado on the first sandwich and got it all over the others as well. Toppings were all frozen and they only supposedly had tyrkey for meat. When checking out we asked if we could use our rewards and she said no. When we got home to eat our sandwiches it was so nasty. The bread was so hard you couldn't bite it at all. I provided feedback to the store about the issues and they only offered a 20 oz. Free drink for one (1) week. I don't want their free drink. I'll never go back to this store. This store was so much better when it had the previous management and staff. Totally went down hill the past few months. I won't be back here and I recommend you skip it too.
Customer service is just horrible! Kid that was working didn't want to be there, then another employee walks in, doesn't even wash her hands and starts making sandwiches she looked like she was high and you could smell it on her. Won't come back to this location.
Food is good, but the employees will make you feel like you don't matter. They will stop building your sandwich to talk to people who come in daily and rush through their order, making you wait while they check out ahead of you even though you were there way ahead of them. This has happened to me twice now.
My husband and I ordered online on 5/29/2023 soon after we ordered we got a call saying they were out of the sweet teriyaki sauce which if fine we substituted, however when we got home with our online order my sandwich had no cheese on it or avocado smash that I paid 1.50 extra for. My husband’s sandwich had no olives. All of these items are very clearly shown on the receipt. Not mention subway itself was a mess my husband went it and half their soda machines weren’t working they had no chips their tables were disgusting and all in all the place looked like a dump. This will be the last time we order from the Clinton location.
Only one in there with the two blonde employees, was trying to ask for artisan bread but was brought out raisin bread instead then once I corrected it I was given a rude and rushed attitude like???
Had an online order for 2 sandwiches and 12 cookies. I’ve never had a problem ordering cookies by the dozen before, it usually just takes a few minutes to make them. The kid working didn’t know there was an online order by the time we were there to pick it up, and he refused to bake the cookies we ordered. It was not busy and also two hours before close. He also made one of the sandwiches wrong. Not so good!
We have normally had a good experience here but we checked online to make sure they were open late because we had a lot of places to go. We show up at 9:15 and they are closed the online says 10 and the door hours say 10. Not even maybe a sign that says sorry due to anything we had to close early. Nice try but this is not good business.
Staff was really inattentive at first when we finally got their attention and and asked for the gluten. Free bread that has been advertised. She said they had it then. When she went to go make the sandwich there wasn't any after all. The only reason we went was the fact that Subway has now announced that they have gluten-free bread... We left very disappointed and got pizza instead.
If i could give this store zero stars I would! Every time we order from them they claim to be out of meatballs. We only order on special occasions and when we do they are ALWAYS "out" of meatballs. When we have made a complaint they owner replied via email that he was saving our complaint as a training tool and thanked us for being a loyal subway customer but never apologized for anything, even after his Manager told my wife to make dinner for our family after we had both worked for 10 hours and wanted to treat our family to something special.
After being a general manager for subway in other countries I was overly excited to finally get some stateside subway again! Until I walked in. The store was very dirty and the employees were very rude like I interrupted their conversation by coming in. I ordered a food long sub and she literally put 3 tomatoes 3 cucumbers and 3 pickles on it and the lettuce was so brown I had to ask for fresh lettuce just to be told it is fresh as she piles it on my sandwich. Subway is know for their freshness. This subway definitely missed the mark on that one. And knowing the amounts of things that should be on a sub they missed the mark by about 50% on that aspect as well. To top it off I had to ask her to change her gloves because half way thru my food she touched the cash register. This is just nasty. I will never be going back here again unfortunately. Wish it would have just been better I was so excited, and now just mad.
Taylor charged my sandwich onto my friends account after we told her several times that we were separate. And the worst part was that he didn’t even know about it! She told me that I didn’t need to pay because she made my friend pay for it! Taylor said “I made Parker pay for it so don’t worry about it... don’t tell him about it” of course I told him because that’s messed up. On top of all that she made my sandwich terrible! And my friends! It was terrible quality! Terrible customer service. Terrible experience!
Visited the Clinton Subway this afternoon around 12:30. First appearance was the establishment looked dirty. Wanted to order a meatball sandwich and was told they were out of meatballs. This was the same story for the bread and tuna. The shelves were empty of chips and cookies. The employee that checked me out was wearing a camo hoodie that was extremely large for her, very unprofessional appearance. Sorry to see this establishment go down hill. I’ll take my business elsewhere in the future.
Only giving a 1 because i cant give a zero. Subway is usually great to us but tonight wasnt that experience. This crew decided to close an hour early. when my husband called the store one of the employees only wanted to argue about the hours of operation disregarding the sign on the door and the google page.if the hours have changed they need to be posted for the public.
Went in and ordered both new sandwiches the spicy nacho steak and spicy nacho chicken on ghost pepper bread. After the sandwiches were already made and got to the condiment section were we informed they don’t have the creamy siracha sauce. After the fact we told them we wanted exactly like the picture exactly with what it says it has in it. We got no subkrunch on one because the lady wouldn’t listen. She then abandoned my sandwich and a guy started working on it toasted it and left it for a few minutes I then paid for our food. My sandwich was still not done and he helped the people behind completely ignored my unfinished sandwich other people paid and left he then asks if I need anything else. Like seriously? my unfinished sandwich. We also ordered a cheese and pepperoni stick for our son had no cheese in it. Worst experience ever in a subway.
Don't go here for a tuna sandwich they cannot make them I guess they hire people that are allergic to fish pretty crazy that I just got turned away from them making money👎🏻
Stay Away!!! No one cares at this Subway including the Regional Manager whom I called 4 times and left 3 messages for!!! I went in on 7 Feb 25 at 12:15, (lunch time). Ordered a foot long sandwich toasted...The lady took the sandwich to another away out of sight from me which isn't proper in my book. After she disappeared and after I ordered, another girl took the toaster oven apart and started spraying oven cleaner all over it for cleaning!!! Mind you, 3 feet away from all the open condiments that they put on the sandwiches. The lady brought my sandwich back and I told her again I wanted it toasted. She told me they were cleaning the toaster so she mico-waved the sandwich!!! I don't microwave pizza so a mico-waved sandwich is out of the question!!! I suggested 3 things to them and she told they have alot of management issues and are trying to correct them. One thing I suggested was to NOT CLEAN the toaster oven at lunch time...DUH!!! The second was not to spray oven cleaner around open containers of food and 3 don't try to pull the wool over a customer by mico-waving a sandwich instead of toasting it...We can tell the difference...So back to the regional manager whom they gave me the number...No call back from him!!! So I see where the workers get direction from...I will follow up with Subway Corporate, and Davis County Health Dept on Monday, Feb 10 of this week. I gave enough time for any kind of response if anyone cared from this store...
This it’s just ridiculous. I went in. It looked like they were completely closed. Their open sign was off. The chairs were up. There was no employees in the front when I asked if they were open, they shut down and kind of said yes I got my food. They didn’t even make it correctly. It was cold when it was supposed to be toasted. It was frozen bad service. I called multiple times and they wouldn’t even pick up the phone it ring a couple times and then instantly just hang up. There was a hair in my food terrible service not satisfied at all. This is ridiculous.
They asked what we wanted then continued too make me and my wife's food then come too ringing it up they said we only take cash today are internet is down ummmm what am I supposed too do he saying how he cant take my order because they had hit 40 order limit today I didn't know we was so out dated
Probably the worst subway I have ever been to. The worker didn’t even smile or say a single word when I walked in. He just waited for me to do all of the talking, he made the sandwich so incredibly slow and didn’t even make it right. He barely put any sauce on it, basically like the tiniest sliver. Then when he wrapped it up he left part of the sandwich showing and the wrapping all sticking out and didn’t put it in the bag. He didn’t ask me any question about a drink, chips, cookies, nothing. Cost $10 and I didn’t even want to eat it.
My online order was supposed to be ready by 5:05pm (they had 20 minutes to get it prepared). I get here and the small brunette girl says “sorry i forgot about it” and then she brings out another girl for them both to start working on the order. The other girl was blond wearing a tank top that was cropped showing her whole belly.. like she wasn’t even in uniform at all. we also tried calling the store multiple times before placing the order online and their phone kept going to a busy tone. super unprofessional and you could definitely tell their management doesn’t care to fix anything based off of other low rated reviews.
The last few times we've been or tried to go out of everything. Why? Where is the management that is supposed to be supplying this store? Super disappointing. Not how a subway should be ran.
Been to this location so many times and they are always out of something. The message I received today was “ Hi this is subway in Clinton, I tried to reach to inform you about your order. We are currently out of ham, turkey, grilled chicken, terki chicken, provolone cheese, and American cheese and bacon, and Veggies we are out of spinach, olives and avocado.” Just close at that point
Pulled up just to see teens jumping on the counter. Immediately pulled away. If I wanted to go to a play ground I'd go to one. Do better management.
Great customer service??????? They lock the door and hour before close and stare at you from the counter and won't open for you. You call the number and they pick up and then hang up on you. Class act subway, we will go elsewhere.
I’ve eaten here three times. All three times I have become ill and thrown up. One of the times, they literally had a young woman writing down orders on receipt paper in the drive thru, then taking 10 years to make it because she’s having to follow scribble instructions. When things like that happen, the manager shouldve shut down the drive thru. But profits always come before those poor employees. No blame on the employee, every ounce of blame on the owners and management of this store. That was straight embarrassing for the poor staff who only did their best.
