I was craving some wings, so I stopped in for the $1 wings. I did not order through the app because the last time I did, wings were not available. So I went inside and ordered from the counter. I mentioned to the manager that wings were not available when I ordered from the app, and he assured me that when he’s working, the wings are freshly cooked. He left and came back with a wing for me to sample. It was fresh. Little details like that make me a repeat customer. It was worth the wait for freshly cooked wings, and they were delicious. Definitely worth the visit. Good customer service makes the difference.

I stopped going to this location for a while because they just couldn't get their stuff together on a simple chicken sandwich. Within the last few months it has improved drastically. The management team that is there now is really on top of things at the store as well as being very professional and so friendly! These guys need a raise for how they have been able to turn this store around so quickly!

Miguel the manager was working the drive thru. I have never experienced such efficiency, promptness and kindness at this location. Honestly in the past I have avoided this location due to past negative visits. Miguel is a breath of fresh air and you all should be so pleased to have him managing at your location. He truly is the epitome of excellent customer service!

Excellent location! I live near a different location, but I drive further to get to this one. the past couple weeks it's been way better, all around! Customer service is phenomenal, foood was hot, fresh, accurate! Manager Miguel P checked on us, provided refills, and verified all was well! The facility was incredibly clean, and modern!

They made it right. After getting home I noticed I only received half of my order. The next day I returned to see if they would fix the problem and they not only corrected the mistake but also went the extra mile. The manager was actually from the Denton store and I wish more managers cared about people like he does. Two thumbs up👍👍

I came to the local Popeye's which I have been to before and while I really can't complain about the quality of the food I did witness something that rubbed me wrong. A man came in. He had ridden his bike up there. It was about an hour before closing and the man said he was hungry and that he was starting a new job next week but he was starving and just was looking for any food they may be throwing out and offered to help out in exchange. The manager told him he couldn't help him and the man left. I watched as the man made it next door to Arby's with the intent of stopping him so I could purchase a meal for him. Thankfully the people at Arby's made sure the man was fed. I get it people scam and beg all the time but this man was truly just hungry and looking for something to eat. You know these restaurants have a ton of food that goes to waste at the close of the night so they could of done something for him. On top of that my only other complaint was that the only TV in the lobby was on the Spanish channel. The only Spanish speakers here were the employees. You would think the TV would be for the guest and not the employees but the way they treated another human being who was hungry I am not surprised. This guy could of been out there stealing and robbing to eat bit instead reached out hoping that he would get some compassion from Popeye's, which he got looked at with disdain and contempt. Good people go through bad/hard times too! Remeber you could one day be in a similar situation and would want compassion.

I’m not one to write a review, but after a long day I felt like picking something up to eat and relax. I get home, the sandwich is overcooked and rock solid. Not to mention I ordered a spicy chicken Sandwich and got a regular. I really just wanted to get what I payed for. This was a terrible experience, do better. I’d appreciate it if someone could contact me and give me my money back.

they intentionally ignored my Uber eats order and never began making it. Three drivers cancelled after getting to the store and the food wasn't ready. When I called they laughed and didn't care. They still accepted the order which made it impossible for me to receive a refund from uber, effectively stealing from me.

One of the worst experiences in recent memory. Bathroom was filthy. Drink machine was disheveled/dirty. I ordered a simple sandwich with side of Mac and cheese. The order took 25-30 minutes to receive. The family of 3 that ordered right in front of me got their food, ate it, and left before I received mine. Two customers after me got their food and were gone. When I got my food the cheese was cold, the chicken was a bit warm. The Mac and cheese was a little warm. The staff was in disarray. The father of the family that ordered, ate, and left in front of me joked that the staff could use some Chic Fil A training. I will NOT be a repeat customer.

Stopped coming here for over a year because they consistently miss items from our order. Decided to give it another chance tonight and that was a mistake we won't make again. Got pickles on a sandwich we ordered no pickles - check Hardly any sauce on said sandwich - check Missing chicken strips - check Drive thru person kept interrupting - check Rude staff in general - check "Is that all..?" "For sauces I wa..." "Sauces at the window, thanks." Not coming back - check

Extremely slow service—possibly the slowest Popeyes west of the Mississippi. The wait was long, and the overall experience was disappointing. On top of that, the cleanliness was lacking, with flies and bugs everywhere. Definitely not the standard you’d expect from a well-known chain.

Incompetent as hell, ordered garlic Parmesan wings, got ghost pepper instead. Now I’m sitting here with my mouth ablaze like the pits of hell when I specifically ordered garlic Parmesan so I wouldn’t be shitting fire tomorrow. They shut all the lights off so they look closed two hours before they actually close? then you pull up in the drive-through and they wait five minutes before saying anything just hoping you’ll drive off. BUT WAIT Before even asking you what you want, they say “card machine and tap machine”are down. They know it’s uncommon for people to carry cash like that anymore. Ordered online 20 minutes before arriving at Popeyes. Waited 20 minutes for my food. Asked what was taking so long and Isabella the manager said that they don't have the regular chicken sandwich, only the spicy. Asked why i had to wait 20 minutes by the drive through for them to ask me that, and didn't get an answer. Asked them to just give me a spicy sandwich rather than the original. Gave me a bag and I left. Bag only had fries and no sandwich at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FRANCHISE AT ALL!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I literally waited in the drive thru with no one else there and nobody was there to take my order had to yell hello! I waited for a long time for some extremely overpriced BURNT chicken the chicken is so dry it cut my mouth and my daughter can’t even eat hers! 3 combos in the trash and a 20 minute wait in the drive thru with nobody else there is ridiculous will NOT come to the Popeyes again! PS photo is hard to tell but there’s barely any chicken it’s just burnt!

I spent 30 minutes pushed up to the trash to wait for my food in th drive through. People before and 5 people ordering after me were given their food, and I was sitting waiting for 3 chicken strips and some fries. I was polite, professional, and did nothing to deserve to be treated this way, and I felt trapped waiting for this food I paid for and seemingly was forgotten about while my 10 month old was crying in the back seat. The only comment made to me when the worker came out was, pull up a little bit more so we have more space sir, and he walked away. Frankly, I felt like it was a clear level of discrimination, and I don't understand why. Don't be surprised if you get that same treatment.

Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru line (only 2 cars in front of me) because they are only taking 1 order at a time. Once I ordered and paid, I was then told there was no more bread for the sandwiches. I then asked for the sandwich with no bread since there was none, and get home to just a chicken fillet. No sauce, no pickles, just the chicken. Sorry but this is not worth $10. Stop taking orders when you know you don’t have the ingredients! The last time I came this same thing happened with no fries. Stop letting me completely pay for a meal and then tell me you don’t have it. Worst Popeyes I’ve ever gone to, employees don’t even apologize for their mistakes.
