Picked up lunch for my wife. Drive thru was backed up but moved quickly! Employee working the drive thru was an older lady, but she was very good! Spoke clearly on the intercom, very friendly and worked with purpose. Great experience overall!

From the moment we walked in, we could tell it was a clean and friendly place to eat. Several employees called out a greeting. Vernece took our order, and made sure we knew all our options. We absolutely refuse to go to the Burger King near our house (Tomball), because the service is awful and the restaurant is never clean. This Queenston location is amazing!

Drive thru at this location is always ridiculously long but the food is always consistently made hot and fresh. The staff is always friendly. I wish they would bring back the old veggie burgers. I am not a fan of the beyond beef burgers.

I needed to call this Burger King because I forgot to customize my online order. I forgot to leave out the tomato, Due to my tomato allergy. Contessa answered the phone and was so courteous. She helped me out to change my order and she told her staff how to redo my burger by changing their gloves. That meant the world to me. The young lady at the drive thru was as sweet as could be. I went in this morning. Because I was craving a Burger but at the same time, I was looking for a little bit different. They were able to make me a whopper into a burrito or wrap. The staff was very professional and very friendly. They were able to make it happen and it was delicious. My order was 62. At 9 AM.

Honestly this is probably the most cleanest Burger King I’ve been to. Me and my family normally come every Saturday or Sunday ! They do an amazing job! The food is always nice and fresh. We receive food in a timely manner also. The prices at Burger King continue to amaze me. Customer service at this location is also very good! They welcome you as soon as you get into the door! They always offer things such as cookies, etc. Thank you all again for making me and my family experience great

It was an absolute pleasure to drive through this location this morning. The lady at the window was such a breath of fresh air. Genuinely friendly and actually offered condiments (which is rare these days). She should be training other nearby restaurants how to treat their customers just as she does. Definitely will be back!

I must say this is one of the most clean and friendly locations. I went inside and was greeted by a nice young man, they were short staff but still was able to help everyone and the food was hot. I believe the manager was the young african american lady which was helpful also. There is not to many of burger kings in the cypress area and these one should get 10stars. GREAT JOB!!

Now this is an ultimate sandwich it has onion rings, bacon, cheese and pepperoni Wow!!!. Our food once again was delicious. Beef off broiler bright green lettuce and red tomatoes. The drive through manager was extremely friendly , and the food was very fresh. I came through the drive at 12:55PM on Thursday 2/26/26 and I have to say she was one of the most uplifting and awesome restaurant professionals I have come across in the last year .

Stopped by during lunch break for a quick bite here. Dine-in at this place is very enjoyable. The staff greets you happily and brings your order to the table. I was also asked if everything was good, even though I had such a small and simple order. Such a personable experience.

Update: stopped by tonight and ordered an impossible Burger. I'm pretty sure they gave me a regular patty, real meat not meatless, but it didn't phase me too much cuz I'm not a vegetarian, I just think they're impossible patties are better than their regular patties. There was a time when their regular patties were flamed up right there in front of you and we're great, but ever since they've gone to frozen, it's not the same. But their impossible Burger is usually excellent. The guy at the window was pleasant enough that I didn't bother to call and complain. Night crew is way better than day crew, in my opinion. Day crew is slower and less friendly. Always slow. Slow in the line inside it out. They forget stuff occasionally and it's frustrating to go back. Not the worst place I've ever been, but it's just an okay operation here.

Been to BK after a while, the burger buns were sweet. Ordered spicy chicken sandwich but it is not spicy. Fries are not crispy.

Good enough at a convenient location. I can't put my finger on why, but, this burger King is not as good as others. Perhaps it is the bread, maybe the meat. Other times I wonder if I got a burger that was under a heat lamp. Compare to Burger King at hwy6 & longenbaugh, they are much better.

I like Burger King when is made right. And sometimes, at this location the burgers are old. The drive thru staff lack good personality , customer service is very bad. Moody, lazy, and rude depending on the person on the window, or taking the orders on the drive thru. Doesn't these people get paid enough? Are they working for free? It sure doesn't look like it. I come here excepting poor service. Normally a long wait without much going on. Today they did the thing that I hate the most, dishonest up sales trick. They only ask if you want medium or large and leave small out of your options so they can up charge you for something you don’t want. I catch it every time but it makes me want to walk out every time they do it. Simply be honest and ask if I would like to get bigger fry’s and drink. Also I ordered for eat in, which was on receipt, was packed as to go order. No ketchup or sweet tea out front, have to ask. The only plus to this location is the frozen coke.

This is the third time in a month I’ve tried to purchase a frozen coke, and they continue to say they do not have it in stock. If I had a closer BK I would no longer go to this location. This location has zero customer service skills, and apparently management is okay with BK being represented by employees like Cruz at this location. No smile, no thank you, no nothing. Of course I don’t actually NEED a thank you, but I’m positive that they are trained to greet customers in a positive manner being this is a service industry position.

Kid at window needs to learn manners. I must have said 'thank you' 10 times and not a single response. Asked for ketchup and turned his back and looked back and told me to wait with his finger.. he was not taking orders or doing anything else. Machine was out of ice and he kept beating the button as if itmagically would refill ice by itself. WORST OF ALL, I had to drive around when I realized I didn't get a drink. He was now mopping and grabbed my cup with dirty hands, put on lid with dirty hands and handed me a drippy cup 😵‍💫 I had never had issues before but will not be returning. I realize he's a kid, but please train your staff. Kids might learn something more valuable 🤷‍♀️

Apparently, the general manager Dylan, or should I say Dylan the sauce villain doesn’t like to order things so they were literally out of both bbq sauce and ranch last night and a few other things and it’s because Dylan doesn’t order the right amount of sauces. This place is slow. Bugers been ready for 10 minutes but nobody dropped the cheddar bites in the oil. Last time stood around or 5 minutes waiting for the employees to notice me instead of their conversation. Took my order and went back to conversating. 10 minutes later they decide to get back to work and my burgers finally get assembled. Boo

I'll admit I haven't been to this location often, but every time I've been there it takes forever to get through the drive thru, and the order is wrong or its missing items. And if you're planning to leave the drive thru line after waiting 15+ minutes to get to the speaker, you'll have to drive over the tall curb to exit the line. My husband's order is simple, plain Whopper with cheese meal, but they never make it plain unless I explain what plain implies. No veggies. No sauce. Even then, last time I was there, I got to the window and verified it was being made plain as I paid. The woman taking payment (with the headset on) told me I didn't ask for it plain and handed me a bag of food, apparently you can't have it your way at this burger king. Then today, no one wants to hold up the line during the lunch rush, so I went through the time consuming drive thru routine and left once I got the bag of food but when I looked in the bag as I left the parking lot, no fries; like the other times before this. What's the point going inside when they're busy and arguing my case that I didn't get my complete order. They're going to assume I'm lying and I don't like arguing with a burger boy over $3 fries. They've already wasted enough of my time as I sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I'm sure I'll end up back there again. But for anyone experiencing the same poor customer service, just know you're not alone.

The store is very understaffed for an order to be placed at 2:33pm and take until 2:56pm. I understand a business is going to need to staff light to be profitable. However, a two person crew with 10 cars in the drive way isn’t the answer. 23 minutes.

I forgot my phone, because I wanted to use it and photoshoot time it took before I had to reverse and leave. I was skeptical but optimistic this time it will be different. After all it’s been a couple of months since I last tried BK. This will be the 5th time I had to leave after ( literally 30 minutes) “ no exaggeration” of no budging forward except by 1 car! I kinda panicked when I thought I was “stuck” because of cars that came after me, and no ability to drive away, but slowly they also reversed and left too. I like the bargains and the chicken sandwiches or I would have never kept going back hoping for a different outcome and since it’s literally 2 miles from my home!! I know it’s been hard to find help, but this has been an issue before the pandemic and since it has opened for business. I wish I could get all the way through to ask “why”? Sorry, but having a clean establishment may be because it’s emptied out its customers! I’m sure it could be more profitable, but finding the best management may be more costly then the cost to keep it opened. Just saying….ughhh!!

Place a drive thru order around 9:00 p.m. My order was straight forward but some how they got it all wrong. Ordered 4 double cheeseburgers add onions,they didn’t put any onions! Ordered a double whopper heavy onion,they didn’t put any onions! Ordered a Chicken Fries meal but I didn’t get my French fries or drink! Ordered nuggets and asked for the fries, chicken fries and nuggets to be cooked fresh, but they dropped the old ones back in the hot grease instead! And to top it off,I didn’t get a receipt…when I asked for one I was told they had no paper!

The wait alone was twenty minutes, which has been an on going issue. Once you're in line you're stuck because there is a curb blocking to the right. Our fries were forgotten off our order. No condiments offered or given for fried mozzarella sticks or the three orders of nuggets. Two napkins for a family sized order. Not trying to be over critical, but this location needs to do better.

This place need to improve on getting the orders correct! I specifically asked for no lettuce on my daughters whopper and they put it on anyway.They struggle in this area. Management need to do a better job at training their employees. This happens on orders 4 or more? 2 thumbs down for me! The sad things about this was I was the only car in line at drive thru.

If I could give zero stars I would. This location closes at 12. My husband were there at 11:18 and I tried to enter however they locked the door. So we went though the drive through. My husband asked if they were closed. She rudly said yeah. He then said yalls menu out here is turned off. She replied with "I cant do nothing about that". We said forget it and rode off. Don't work if you don't want to. Two learn what customer service is. If you do not know dont work it.

Food was not fresh and hot like they just flame broiled it and I live less than a mile away. They originally handed me bag that was not the correct order as well and did not provide a receipt. Then there was a hair in my wife’s Whopper and when I attempted to call them the calls eventually disconnected. Horrible staff and quality. We are done with this place and hope they go out of business.

I waited in drive thru to be greeted by silence and then saw 2 guys walk out to take the trash and we ask them if the store is open and we’ve tried to call about our online order. He said they were busy cleaning. He rolled his eyes at my husband. I know you hate your job, get one you do like.

So, decided to stop by Burger King to try and pick up something for the kids quick, before a meeting my wife had to go to. The absolute worse fast food restaurant. It is not “fast” food. 30 min through drive through and only 4 cars in front before we got there. I do not understand why the employees at this location can’t handle a few cars in drive thru. The other issue is, when you get in to drive they there is no getting out, you are stuck. Something needs to change at this location.

I visit this location here and there due to it being in the same building as the gas station and close to my business. Recently eveytime i have gotten gas there is a Burger King employees smoking cigarettes infront of the burger King store front. The store manager should not allow thier employees to smoke right in front of the establishment it looks unhygienic. I mean who would want a hamburger prepared by someone ripping cigarettes directly in front of you. I will not be eating at this establishment again until further notice.

This poor Burger King has gone down hill. The drive thru wait time was 32 mins for two items I didn’t even get because I lost my appetite after the ridiculous wait time. The car ahead of me got one bag of food and waited longer than I did. The car behind me jumped the curb to leave and the one behind them got out to see if the place was being held up for the crazy long wait time. I will never go there again. What a shame.

We just got home and realized that the entire order was wrong! We have pickle allergies and asked for no pickles on one burger and the other burger was supposed to be plain. The one with no pickles had pickles and the one that was supposed to be plain had EVERYTHING on it! The bacon cheeseburger that we ordered for our child was not fully cooked. I tried calling the store and someone answered and hung up on me, tried calling 3 more times to see if they could redo the order and they didn’t answer anymore. We used to love going to Burger King we had one on every military post that we were stationed at and we have always been huge fans of Burger King but tonight we definitely know we will not be going back at least not to this location. The employees obviously don’t know what they are doing because the receipt that they printed says exactly what we ordered.

First couple times going, drive through took 25-30 minutes with one car ahead of me. Just to get cold food that wasn't even prepared properly. Gave it one more try and left the line after 20 minutes of the same. Management must care less than the employees.

I completely understand that at lunch hour there's a higher customer volume, however, holding up the car line for 10 minutes because one customer has a large order is unacceptable. Move him up front and get the car line moving. I just spent 20 minutes on the line. Not worth it.

Was trying to order food for me and my family. I was able to get wife’s food and then they told me to pull through. Never asked if I wanted anything else or not so my wife got food and that was it. GM took my order and rushed us out of the line. Needs to be taken care of. Don’t know if I will ever come back.

I’m tired of coming to this Burger King and every time the service is trash!!! Employees are extremely unprofessional and rude to the customers. I’ve been here a few times and it seems to be hit or miss if this location gets my order correct. This time I ordered a King Jr. Meal cheeseburger with ketchup only. I received two patties, mustard, ketchup and pickles. The french fries weren’t cooked all the way. Even my toddler said, “Mommy, I don’t like these French fries.” I had to cook the French fries at home in our air fryer. I ordered a root beer and it tasted like it went out and was mostly bitter soda. I requested a Dr. Pepper instead. Then I was handed a Dr. Pepper with no ice. I requested ice and was given ice. However, when I drove off and tasted the Dr. Pepper it was way too sweet and tasted like syrup. I drove 5 miles to another Burger King, explained what happened to me and they gave me a fresh root beer with ice that tasted perfect! I wasn’t given ketchup nor asked if I wanted any. Thankfully we had ketchup at home.

Missed my lunch break because I ordeee win the app and they couldn’t find my order. Sat there for 25 min and eventually they noticed I been standing there forever I had the name and my Order number eventually they found it but they should have just made my order once they realized they lost it. Visited this location four times. I ended up being disappointed 3 times out of 4. The meat not being well cooked during my latest visit was the last straw for me (which led to the review here). Also, the employees at the drive-thru need to properly wear their mask (over the nose please...) or just remove it.🤷🏾‍♂️ Overall, I'd like for this place to be successful (it looks very neat and well located for me) so take my review as mean for improvement.

Drive through takes about 7 minutes per car. Drive around the building and count the cars before you enter. 4 cars before you will take half an hour for a fast food drive through. If you just ordered and paid at the window at any other restaurant the service would be faster, and that's assuming everything was frozen when you placed the order.

I feel bad for the team members, and the management should be ashamed. Just like nearly every last review of this location, the drive through takes ages. Much longer than any other "fast food" establishment. Although the team are doing their best, you go un-greeted for five minutes at the speaker box, some of the team at the window are rude in the way that they rush through the process (I understand you're understaffed and I appreciate how quickly you're attempting to make the whole process, but a little goes a long way with guest facing interaction). As a food service manager who has visited this location multiple times over the last six months I can attest that whoever the general manager is cares more about their bonus by saving on labor and training, and it negatively affects the guest experience. The sad thing is the management knows that enough people will be coming back or choosing to eat here unwittingly so they will never change how poorly they manage their restaurant. 15 minute wait at the drive thru window for 3 burgers and nuggets, place want busy, at all. What appeared to be the manager just kicking back in the office, 2 of the girls at the register on their cell phones and handling food... I'm sure they dont sit on the toilets with those though and then go handle food while using them either. :( got the food... fries were so cold they were inedible and the burgers were like warm. Year after year this Burger King proves why they are absolute trash, and have no business even being in operation. From the cashier on up to the general manager Vanessa, and beyond to the district manager soltan, this store is absolute trash. I’ve given this place years of chances and every single time they prove that they had no clue what they’re doing, no clue how to prepare or serve food, no clue how to clean, no clue how to help the customers with basic requests, no clue how to properly staff a store, no clue how to order inventory or keep a proper amount of ANYTHING IN STOCk… and to be perfectly honest every single employee I have ever encountered there is not just unhelpful, but truly and irrefutably inept. This store is trash, avoid it at all costs and go literally anywhere else.

Slowest Burger King I’ve ever been to. Over 20 minute wait in the drive thru line for a mobile order. Can’t get out of line once in line so no going inside to grab it. Would not recommend if in a hurry. “Fast food” Arrived at 1205pm 11/14/25. Still in line at 1238pm Finally got my food at 1pm. Fries over salted and food was even ready when I got up to window. Even for burger king, this place sucks. The "Bacon King" has one strip of bacon cut in half and they truly make it as crappy as possible, no matter what time of day. Pathetic even for a fast food place. I've been stupid enough to go back several times due to my hours, and they always make it badly, no matter who is there.

Don’t eat at this location! The employees customer service is terrible… they take their time on making your food (waited 25 mins). When I finally got my food the whopper I got was not even cooked… a pink burger! Will never eat here again

Been waiting for 40 mins for two burgers. No urgency whatsoever some of us are on a lunch break and have limited time. Suggest going elsewhere is time is an issue. Then the girl had attitude when I asked what is going on.

Disgusting! The lettuce was almost rotten, the tomato was almost destroyed, and the French fries were covered in salt (inedible). It's a shame that there is no quality control in this restaurant.

Came in 15 min till closing, asked for BBQ sauce along with my two 8 piece nuggets. One for me, one for my 5 year old son. When I got home, I was getting his plate ready and noticed a slit in one of the BBQ sauces! I’m so glad I looked down at his sauce before opening it! God was really looking out! Who knows why or what they may have put in his sauce! We were just trying to get a late night snack not realizing we may have upset the workers for showing up 15 min till closing! I will definitely never be back here again! EVER!

Employees arguing with each other while I'm waiting to order. Food was NOT FRESH! Fries were gooey and cold in the center. Threw the whole damn meal away! Disgusting even the burger meat tasted like it had been reheated multiple times. Save your money and go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE.
