The person who takes the orders didn't listen to my order and it was given to me incorrectly. The food was fast.... but incorrect.
At the hospital for my sons cancer treatment and we didn’t receive all of our food we ordered, maybe my fault for not checking before we walked all the way back to his room but have more stressful things to worry about. Just wish a simple trip to our sons favorite restaurant would have been smoother.
This location is meant for students. There’s no parking and the service/food is below Chick fil A standards. The food does not come out hot. They are out of a lot stuff or simply don’t carry it at this location. Which you won’t find out until you get there. And you basically have to order from a kiosk. Wish there was another one in the area. Better off going somewhere else.
Don’t come here expecting a convenient lunch option. Wait times are ridiculous and half the time the order is wrong. Don’t waste your time or money here.
Was served fries with pieces of debris from the fryer. With that being said, the food tasted heavily of oil and didn’t taste edible at all.
If it weren't for the sign, you' have no idea this was a chic fil a. McDonald's, maybe. This location is INCAPABLE of reading orders. Unacceptable. I will never be back.
I am not the person leaving reviews. However, I have to say some comments for public. How can they serve this quality of the food with the name of chick fill a. Never ever ever have had this much stale food in chick fill a. So gross, greasy, hard and dark burnt from cooking old food two times, and disappointing honestly. One bite and then the rest gone to a rubbish bin.
Came at 2:30 for lunch on 6/14/25. Worst chick fil a I’ve ever been to. Chicken was rubbery, appeared reheated. Waffle fries were cold. Lady at the counter was rude. Asked if we’re paying with cash or card, when stated cash, she turned around. A minute later we said we can do card and she turned around to take our order with a negative attitude. Do not recommend this place to anyone and not coming to this location ever again.
I been here 3 times and all 3 times my food was not hot nor taste fresh...the worst chick fil a I been too ..I will not be coming again...
