I can smell them Hush Puppies by noon! Smells amazing everyday, needless to say my shop is right across! Great service, great hospitality, and and a pretty good menu with many options. The food is always good too 🔥

Have not had long johns in a while. It was exactly as I remember. Yummy extra crunchies. Chicken moist and fish flacky and yummy! Waffle fries ok. Hush puppies soft and tasty.

A return visit after a few years. Tastes exactly as it did with a nice subtle flavor of batter, moist fish and chicken and really nice crispy fries. Staff was super nice and was very welcoming to all customers.

I am not from Eagle Pass so I had to look for directions on how to get to LJS. According to Google, it was temporarily closed, so I called and was told that yes they were open. I told the person who answered that Google said they were closed. She said that they had been trying to correct the issue but hadn't had any luck. SO, they are open and the food was delicious!!!!

We always come here when we’re in Eagle Pass, however y’all need to update the website opening time it’s not 10:30 it’s 11:00. The service and food are always great 100 times better than any of the locations in San Antonio.

Don't get me wrong, I love LJS but the floor was oily and slippery after the rain, and people are pretty quick about lawsuits around here.

Ordered grilled shrimp but got fried instead. Yet another restaurant down here that doesnt understand the difference between grilled and fried. On the plus side, they were super friendly and nice...

The food and service was good until I heard the supervisor named Hector screaming to the worker, sayin in Spanish “tú no sirves para nada, tú cállate no estoy hablando contigo”. I will never go back to the restaurant.
