At first my lady used to buy a burger there then she gave a bite since then I start going every now then that I can it's a place so awesome that I took my lovely nieces to play in their playground while have lunch great customer service keep up the good work

Even when busy the staff is extremely polite, the food has always been hot and fresh at this location no dried out chicken strips here.

Grat service fast food courtesy is off tje charts and can pay at the order window where you order the best part of it is no matter what you order it always has a fast service 30 plus years going

Great service and great selection... Only problem is entrance and exit the main Street is really busy in front almost impossible to turn right at certain times of the day.

This was the 2nd time I have visited this location and I must say I really like the atmosphere! They have a volleyball court and it's nice to see family getting out and having fun. As for the menu they were out of practically everything I wanted to order. The guy taking the order made other suggestions. I absolutely loved the service from the girl who brought out our food! She was very professional and had great customer service! Definitely will continue to visit when we pass through. 😊

Update 06/28/23: Slushies are always good and especially being so hot out. Then, ordering on the app for Happy Hour all day, perfect. But in recent visits (to me), burger quality has gone down. I feel like the meat is a little dryer than usual, and the bread seemed more on the stale, dry side. But anything other than the burger is still good. (Old review): They messed up once on my burger, but the manager was quick to offer to fix the problem with another burger in the future and gave us a free sundae. And apologized. Very pleased.

Terribly long wait time had to tell the lady my order like 5 times. They shorted me on a boneless wings. I love the place but at the same time it was ridiculously packed for a Thursday night. And the staff was ridiculously slow.

Special requests (I’m vegan and my boyfriend is doing keto). They listened to EVERY detail and executed perfectly. We’re from San Antonio and were VERY impressed on the time they took to pack everything up so neatly and not forget a thing. Thank you!!!

I like that it has a nice play area for kids. The drive through is awesome for when you're in a rush. But my favorite, is that it still has that drive in feel if you just want to park and kick it.

Service is great n the employees always ask me if my order is correct. They come n bring it over n ask if there us anything I need for example utensils for my shakes or condiments for my food. They are nice n helpful.

For the first time Sonic had bad service, I ordered 3 shakes and ordered was completely wrong. The guy went back supposedly corrected it but came back wrong again. I let it go but was not too happy. I guess they were too stress with the many people, I will still go back and give them another shot.

Inexpensive but tasty fast food. You can try the drive in service, which is very good, or whiz into their drive-thru and be on your way

Half of the stalls have been out of order for like a year. Nobody has had the sense to put signs on them, so you have to reverse and find another.

Sonic is one of my favorite places for burgers, ice, ice cream, drinks and the pretzel is good too. This sonic is always busy. The service time is inconsistent. I always order on the app. Sometimes it is super fast; other times it takes about 15-20 minutes. I have had ice cream arrive melty which is a negative. Other than that, the other food and drink are consistently good.

Cant believe it…. A fast food joint wins the award in Eagle Pass as the best customer service of all the food place’s restaurants in that place! I served for 27 yrs and now I drive a truck. Eagle pass iscthe worst service industry but Sonic staff service was over the top! Id only come therr if I go into town ever again. Thanks!

I like the food of this place, its a good thing that their service its until 12 am. You cant pay with a card when you order in the car, bcs the machine doesnt work, but their employees help u with that. In the other hand service its quite good. Prices are from 1.75 dls to 10 dls for a meal. Love the corn dog, I personally didn't like the Ched R peppers, it doesnt taste quite good. Hamburguers, tots and hot dogs were good. French fries not so good. I mean its a good option for a take out late dinner. I didnt take any photos, i will do it next time. ✌

*****UPDATE***** A manager reached out to us and took great care of us! The staff was polite and took care of our needs. Thank you JR Guevara! They never understand what I’m asking for. They are often out of many things. I ordered the new sonic smash burger and was so disappointed. I got ONE patty that seemed like a prefrozen microwaved patty. I also ordered cheese tots with extra cheese and only half of it was covered in cheese. My husband ordered the chicken tender meal that is supposed to come with Texas toast, tots, and onion rings… well it did not. They were out of onion rings. We still paid the full amount for the two sides but didn’t receive two. Im overall pretty disappointed. Had i known that were maybe “out” of smash burgers too, i would have ordered something else.

Went to go buy a shake. I can only use my virtual cash app card and the employee said they don't accept those, but they had the barcode sign on the menu. So I waited there for 20 minutes and wasn't able to buy anything.

The Grilled Cheese Burger wasn't what I envisioned it tasting. It was pretty bland and not something I'd look to get again. Plus, I was missing a slice of cheese but I'm not one to complain. I just never order it again.

My friends burger looked like a dried up piece of... Something. Like it had been left under a heat lamp for at least an hour. Didn't put ketchup in the bag. Cherry limeade had no fruit in it. Foot long served without a fork

The tator tots were cold when we got them as I ate one & my son said be careful so I don't burn myself. Didn't try the fries but the burgers were good.

I was craving a Sonic Burger all day today. Got there and the drive through was backed up a bit so I took the carhop option. Pressed the button, after about 6 minutes, they dropped my call. Pressed it again and after about 5 minutes, some other cars came in to Sonic, and their orders were taken, while my display showed the button was activated and that they'd be with me shortly...So I went to Whataburger instead...

Went through the drive thru twice and no one answered us, we waited for ten or so minutes and still no one took our order, we had to pull into a stall just to be able to get some food.

The service is awful and there's certain things on the menu I can't order (only at this location) cause they taste off. Like the meat in the burger tastes like old sponge and their ice tastes like they've never changed the water filter.

I really don't like saying anything bad about things but when it's bad it's bad and you have to call it like it is. So let me start off saying the food is good but the experience to get your food was more than frustrating. The staff although friendly do not know the menu. I ordered a hamburger number 2 from the menu which says it comes with mustard which I even said mustard. I get my order and it has mayonnaise. I send the meal back and it comes right back again with mayonnaise. So I go to hop area and speak with a staff member and explain what I wanted. They apologized and said they will bring it out to me. I get my meal and finally the hamburger was correct but now my tater tots were not in the bag so I had too wait even longer for them to be brought out to me. I seriously thought I was being filmed for that show Punked. The experience was beyond belief. I refuse to go to that Sonic since that experience. I never have problems like that at any of their other locations.

Food is good, but frustrated that whoever the manager is doesn't make sure his employees wear their masks properly. I saw a thin guy taking in some boxes the back and wearing his mask under his nose. That's not right.

Food was good but they messed up 1 special burger. We came here to get a Sonic Blast and there was NO ICE CREAM! My daughter who lives here said that it happens often... very disappointing.

Ordered online, and 20 minutes after checking in, I called them to see if our order was ready. They said it was ready but still a few more minutes to bring it out. The burger and chili dog was good, but the tots and fries were undercooked. My wife's premium chicken bites were dry and hard. The onion rings were overcooked to being burnt.

Food is average. My main issue is that I went about 2 times in this past 3 weeks and one of the times they completely forgot my order and the second time they took really long and the oreo cheesecake shake was salty. Atmosphere is good just because it has the games outside and it's the only reason we go back. Sorry Sonic but you also need to fix your order machines on the playground area

Worst service ever! They took over 30 minutes for an order that I placed online and didn't even apologize. Since it was an order through the app, it couldn't be canceled to get me a refund so I could leave and get food elsewhere. Never again!

I've been there twice since I returned to eagle Pass and both times they got my order wrong, forgot an item, gave me melted ice cream (straight up milk),etc... I'm still waiting for my refund from this past saturday. There's no sonic where I'm from so everytime I travel south I try to go there and whataburger.

I was in drive thru and i saw this couple at sonic they were very touchy in there work area i get it its okay to be in a relationship but they need to know where they can do whatever they want at home not in there work area i find it very inappropriate if they cant work together they should have different shifts

I ordered the new BBLT sandwich, which had 4 strips of bacon. Now its understandable that not every item ordered looks like as the promotion images, but this one took the cake! Sonic Eagle Pass really let me down this time.

We went a few minutes before closing time, and it showed. Order wasn't big, 5 drinks and 5 pretzel twists. The pretzels were plain, they forgot to salt them. The drinks were almost flavorless. Two of the slushes tasted like almost completely water.

Really bad customer service…one occasion they didn’t put meat on the burger I had to go back…who does that?…another occasion we waited 20 mins in line drive thru after ordering just to arrive at the window and for them to tell us that they were out of what we ordered, the ice cream. Ridiculous !

They always forget something in my orders every single darn time I go. Staff can't even bother to look at the receipts when they are disputing wrong order. Bunch of kids.

5 different parking stall and none of the screens work, they’re not even labeled or marked indicating they’re out of functioning. The waiting time for one single simple and stupid item was 35 tucking minutes 35 MINUTES!!!

Ordered food. By the time it got to us the only thing that was warm was the onion rings. The burger and fries and chicken toaster was cold. The monitor said food was on its way out and 5 minutes later the guy brought it out to us. Not happy with food or service.

Had to amend the review can't believe it's getting worse, Wait time at the drive thru is atrocious, half an hour from the moment you pull up until the moment you are given your food, the lack of life in the staff must speak for how badly they are being treated, a rude employee I can understand but a lifless drone, is just crushing, and does not inspire confidence in the food.

It's impossible that you have to wait 45 minutes to get your food. They need to hire more staff. I will not come back.

Breakfast and lunch items are very blah. I think the only item I have enjoyed is the triple smasher, which they couldn't make for me on one occasion.. I also once got very sick from their chili cheese tots at a different location so I avoid anything fried there. Go for their drinks and burgers. Nothing else.

This place has gone downhill lately. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it tasted like old oil. You could taste all the previous patties cooked in that thing. Also when ordering the guy taking my order kept having me repeat myself because he kept getting distracted by his co-workers. He forgot to place 2 of my orders and I had to order them separately after they did not come with my stuff. The girl that took my order then was also very rude, like if she was doing me a favor. I try not to eat there. Even if you go when they have shakes or something half price they'll tell you they tan out and charge you regular price. Hate this place. I only eat here because my kids like it. I wouldn't set foot in this damn facility if it was up to me
