The young lady taking orders at 1:34pm Monday, September 23 is horrible I always have great experience and love the food at this place but whenever she’s working my order is ALWAYS WRONG! I go there couple times week and whenever she takes my order it’s missed up or I have missing items. I hate to write a bad review and understand they are busy but I come out of work to enjoy my food and not have to drive back to grab my missing items

I was at Wendys on 1/16/2021 at around 8pm. It wasn't very busy, the restaurant was clean and well stocked and team members were cleaning and prepping the kitchen. As soon as I walked up I was politely greeted and waited on. The young man on register was professional, kind and precise with my order. I really appreciate how polite the staff are and the food is always made to order, fresh and hot! This is one of my favorite take out spots because they never get my order wrong and the prices are awesome!!

Wendy's has great burgers and chili. Great frosty's and fries also. I like eating here once a week or so. Never disappoints and they have a senior discount.

today october 27 me and my son we went to wendys for breakfast and Leticia took my order, she gave us an excelent customer service, she's always smiling and answering all my questions and the food was warm and tasteful, we will return because of the good customer service and the food.

This place was very busy with online orders and in store orders but they still managed to get the food out in less than five minutes and with the new ice cream it has Wendy's going crazy because those are delicious especially the Oreo one they make it quick and good even though they always made there burgers small they are so worth every dollar . Plus don't forget the saucy nuggs as I don't see many people order them while I was shopping for some reason they put tons of sauce on it so if you ever wanna get a free 4 pack of nuggs with the app offer when creating a new account for being a existing then throw them in the saucy nuggs to have even more delicious saucy nuggs

WoW!! What a difference from this location (approx 3 miles from us) vs the location closest to us (Jamacha & Washington) which we visited outta convenience. Anyhoo, I used the drive thru bcz the parking lot was completely full & there were so many people walking around. Let's just say the outside feels uncomfortable but I knew we were hungry & this was where we decided before heading straight home. I give kudos to the staff at this location for exacting my fairly large precise order, their swift service & successfulness in adhering to my many modifications & dip sauces! This location got every single remark I requested accurately & I did NOT wait in line for more than 5 minutes total! Looks can be deceiving bcz this was the very issue we'd have with the other location mentioned above. I will also say the burgers are getting significantly smaller in size 😂 like I'm talking tiny tiny 🤣 but the chili is yummy 🤤

Wendy's - always consistent with their products - my favorite - chili ! - burgers are very flavorful, fresh tasting, reasonably priced. This location needs updating - even tho it's an old building, a nice fresh coat of paint, clean & refurbish the parking lot.. It looks very dirty, old, and with the 'bums'hanging around, not very inviting for us - your market. Just resourcefulness & elbow grease, won't cost much & Wendy's on Broadway St., El Cajon, CA will shine again! UPDATE!! They've REMODELED this loc ation! Very nice, modern, our orders have been on point! 👌 The crew at the drive thru delivers good service, pleasant, correct items, fast & done quick! My kudos to the owner for turning this store into the gem that it is now. Except for the usual bums in the parking lot (this area is known!) The clean parking lot has somehow improved the area & I've only seen 1 or 2 walking thru. My goto Wendy's for sure!!

The food is--- its fast food, so what can you really say about it? It was tasty, but the girl working the register could use a little customer service training. A little on the rude side, but that won't stop me from cheating on my diet.

Good hamburgers. But just to smaller burgers. Last two times went there always unsatisfied. Have to buy more. I'm not fat .I'm regular size body. But I wish wendy's make hamburgers the old way size.

Food here was better than typical Wendy's. Hard working staff but only 1 cook, 1 server and 1 cleaner on a Sunday at noon. Otherwise would've given 5 stars. But that's management, not staff.

An error had been made on a previous order, and they had no qualms about making it right on my next visit! That's what I call "Customer Service"!!!!! Each time we order through the app, our order is ready and waiting!

Food: Peppermint shake was actually really good, not too minty. But the sizes (small) was dramatically little. Customer service: Umm.. it was ok. I asked the lady to show me what a"jr" size looks like.. she repeated my entire order to me. LoL she wasn't not dealing with me or my questions. I'll probably be back.

They usually have some really good breakfast deals. Currently $1 for a Sausage,Egg,and Cheese Biscuit. Great deal.

While parking is abundant here and readily available, I wouldn't eat in if you could avoid it. The place is a common spot for homeless Hangout and you will be asked for money quite a bit if you're in the parking lot. But if you're just coming here to drive through, the food is good and they seem to usually get the orders right. The store has been here forever.

Fast service here. Much better than the Santee store. The assistant manager was very active on the register and front counter. Pretty obvious why it was running smoothly. I visited on 9/21 Friday @ noon with no back up but they were rocking.

Wendys is one of the best in QSR. Consistent quality. Service varies greatly on location. As with most QSR places the manager sets the tone and expectations. This unit is dry and unwelcoming, but not rude.

This is the worst Wendy in el cajon once the mature lady manager leaves it's just chaos. I waited over 10 minutes for a pick up order that never got made and the guy at the counter seemed clueless and afraid to ask what was going on. I'm a delivery driver and I don't get paid to wait I understand that places get busy and food takes time to make but it was a small order and even when the screen said it was ready the guy up front said it wasn't. I will never do a pick up from there again they don't give a damn about their customers. Update I get an pick up order ( I'm a GH driver) I don't really want to go because it's afternoon and I'm pretty sure the manager is not there and when she is not there they don't seem to give a damn who walks in it's all about the drive through. Was a decent order so I figure give it a try I walk in and to my surprise I was immediately greeted with a big smile as the young lady at the counter did with everyone who came in after me. I told her about my pickup she turn to a food preparer and quietly ask have you started the GH order yet and of course he said no which was odd because GH dinged me that the order was ready for pick up and they only do that when the restaurant hits the order ready for pick up button. Anyway none of that is really the point. I don't know the girls name she was a short pretty girl best I can describe her after talking to the food preparer she turns to me and says sorry it's not ready but I will make it right now she had it done all by herself in less then 5 minutes what an amazing young lady. Everyone who walk in was greeted with a big smile a hello and I will be right with you just made you feel like you were welcomed and appreciated at this BK store. Kudos to the manager making such a great hire.This young lady is the face of what customer service should be!

It's worth noting that Wendy's serves excellent breakfast options. After not having visited for some time, I rediscovered how charming and varied their breakfast is. Furthermore, the prices are unexpectedly affordable, particularly in comparison to the steep prices charged by others. I wish I had taken pictures. The idea simply didn't occur to me. The meal was truly delicious. I highly recommend perusing their extensive breakfast menu. I'm particularly enthusiastic about their breakfast potato fries.

Takes forever to get your food. Drive through? They should call it a wait through.

I got the Baconator Combo this time. The sandwich was sloppily assembled. NOT customized as requested the fries were OK but not hot. No complaint about drinks seems like the played the same half dozen songs on intercom over and over and over again. I met 2 friends for lunch. They both enjoyed thier food.

Every time I order they mess things up. Every single time I order my order is wrong, and it's so frustrating because I love Wendy's and there aren't many around.

Even in an suv the menu was difficult to read due to the fact the speaker covered half of it, consequently I really didn't get what I went in for. It would be unlikely I would dine here again as I want more price choices, this was all (what I could see anyway) ridiculously expensive for a fast food burger. For the money I could have easily gone to denneys for better and cheaper.

Well the hamburger was fair. A little dry. A piece of union outer shell was in it. Lots of homeless people loitering on lot. Had to look for clean table most were dirty, not wiped down. I don't think I'll be back at this Wendy's.

I love the food here but the drive window was so slow. It took me almost 20 minutes to order my food and get my food and there where 3 cars in front of me! Ive never had a Wendy's line be so slow.

Ordered a medium 4 for four, got medium drinks and the burgers correct but gave me small fries. Called to complain and Nancy gave me a free four for four, for the wrong fries. It was slow so I didn't really understand and didn't want a free four for four, just wanted to let them know so they could better their service. Fries were cold and overly salty as well.

The Chicken Sandwich was decent for fast food fare, but the "New" french fries were overly greasy... ...Not as good as I had hoped.They were Hot as advertised. I was treated to this fare by my coworker, who had the Baconator. It looked good. He said it tasted good, bacon and burger well cooked and not too sloppy. It was $10 each for the medium deals. One tangy Chicken Sandwich with a bent up arugula stalk poking out when unwrapped but otherwise warm and tasty, a huge cup of ice with some syrup squirted in it, and Hot&Greasy fries for $10 seems overpriced. The service was prompt and courteous. Not a long wait in drive thru.

Hit and miss on an accurate order. Weekdays they seem to get it right more often than weekends. Lately the staff don't seem happy or to really care like they used to. Service with a definite moody feel. Food is good, Coke was not as flavorful yesterday as usual, the mix was off.

The cashier was nice, but could not understand how to split pay cash & card. Food was just what I expected lol. It's Wendy's went across the country living on biggie boxes, so when it comes to Wendy's I'll always have a little bias and cut them some slack.

Food was good, fresh and hot. We dined in and employee did not want to give us straws for our drink. Our order came with 1 napkin for 2 people with food and frosty's. No napkins, straws, utensils or condiments were stocked in dining room.

No matter what Wendy's you go to it's always the same thing, the pictures on the menu look way better than the food. The lobby was clean so no issues there the food came out in reasonable amount of time. Only real issue was the ketchup dispensers were out.

I have had many an issue with service coming into this wendy's. It seems like the workers at all times are more concerned with gossiping or their own troubles than they are with the concerns of customers. Additionally today in the middle of the breakfast menu rush when restaurants traditionally make the most money i got turned away at the door because i wasn't in a car. Thankfully me and my ride had separated just because we had separate transactions and it was easier, so when he drove back around i was able to still order but i shouldn't be turned away at all. This Wendy's simply put does not really seem to care about customers. If there were another Wendy's nearby i would never bother going to this one.

Alright folk! We have been back to Wendy's a few times since our 1ast review. First I'd like to apologize for my complaiint in not receiving our condiments, napkins. .I did not know that it was required to ask for them now,. On my 3rd visit I noticed the sign the drive thru.. Sorry crew. Ok so, we were missing a 6ct chicken the first visit, a baked potatoes in the second. Each time calling the store & were told the mgr would put a note on the board (?). On our lastest visit, we walked in for takeout dinner. The place was very clean, the crew were on-top of things (replacing missed items) & seemed to really appreciate being there (great teamwork). Still, no courage yet to try the beef patty again. But, the customer service we receive gets better each time we visit. Keep it up.. +++++++ Drove through the drive-thru. Sorry to inconvenience you for our napkins, straws, spoons & a couple sweet n low. Disappointed that the burgers were undercooked. Mushy grey burger patties tasted awful. No time to return to fix issue the with the burgers. Customer service can be worked on even if we are in a pandemic.

So, at 11 at night, I ordered a spicy chicken combo. I know that it comes with mayo. I want mustard as well. Experience has taught me that when I say "add mustard", they only add mustard and no mayo. So, the employee accurately repeated my order, and my sandwich was to have Both mayo and mustard. I get home 20 mins later and find 1 tsp of mustard on my sandwich. I also got a large chili which wasn't filled as much as it could be which cost me money. The same thing happened with my drink. It wasn't filled up to the top. I tried to call the store, but somehow, they didn't answer. I left a message and my number, but No One has returned my call. S'ok. It'll be a Long while before I revisit, IF at all.

I have to say, the last time I was here, the guy who took my order was nice. Usually they are beyond rude. The food isn't amazing either. The chicken nuggets are edible but that's about all I get here or the baked potato. You can't go wrong with a potatoe.. If you have other options, take them. It's not great and the service usually is horrible.

They always take forever taking an order, but the guy taking orders was very nice and seemed to have better customer service than a lot of fast food workers. Which I very much appreciated. They got my order wrong (4pc instead of 6 and did not put the lettuce and tomato on my chicken sandwich) but the food tasted as expected (good enough). So I feel overall 3 stars is appropriate.

The food was good but the staff were preoccupied with their patrons in drive thru more so than the patrons on the inside. It took an extremely long time to be served & the place was empty. The server put the food in a take out bag & did not give us a tray. We were obviously eating inside...they also only gave us two napkins. Who uses one napkin at Wendy's? We had to ask for more...

I'll still come here. Just very upsetting when you spend $40 on 3 combo meals just to get cold fries. As soon as we pulled out the drive thru and got on the freeway and ate one and it was just cold. Typically I'll ask for fresh fries when at mcdonalds or something like that. But Wendy's is kinda known for having hot fries. I get it, it's takeout fast food, but when "restaurant" price tag is attached to my meal I expect hot fresh fries. I just know moving foward that I have to request it.

This is usually a good location, unless customers are holding up the (drive-thru) line..... they're surprisingly fast!!! I'd give them 5 stars except....they made a huge error.... I ordered a j.b.c. with no mayonnaise (see picture) mayonnaise makes me sick!!! I tried to salvage the burger by scraping mayonnaise off...but there was too much of it!! I ended up throwing burger out. Double check your orders if going through the drive-thru!

Wanted to get a Strawberry Frosty that was advertised but when I pulled up to the drive thru to order it, the employee was very rude. He said, "nope we dont have that, what else do you want." I said, "what do you mean you dont have it, theres an advertisement on the window of this restaurant." He said, "well, I didnt put it there, and we don't have that so what do you want ME to do?" RUDE!!!

The food always tastes good that’s not the issue. The staff is always rude and seems miserable. They constantly get my order wrong and the drive thru always takes forever it’s supposed to be fast food.

Drive thru, as always. We get the 4-for-$4 meals for my daughter and her cousin, and more often than not, they have us waiting an exorbitant amount of time for placing an order, paying for the order, and waiting for the order at the window; even if we're the only car in drive thru and you can't see anyone dining in. Don't expect to get any sauces or napkins. Even though they ask what sauces you want when you place the order, it's never in the bag and you always have to ask for it.

The person accepting orders through the drive through was short with me, and second guessed my order and didn’t acknowledge the correction. I ordered a sandwich with Pub Fries. They asked if I meant regular fries. I said no I would like Pub Fries. They updated the screen so I was satisfied they had gotten the order correct. Then I went to the window, payed for my meal including the pub fries. The staff in the window seemed more interested in chatting with each other than making sure everything is good to go. I didn’t check the order then and there because I almost never have a problem with drivethroughs but come to find out when I get home, I was charged for the pub fries, but never received them. Do yourself a favor, don’t go to this location if you want to make any kind of alteration to a standard meal, the attention to detail just isn’t there to make sure your meal leaves the window correct.

I ordered the 4 for 4. It was cold, Cheese not melted, wilted bread. After talking to some of my friends, we decided that because this is a popular choice, they seem to make the burgers ahead of time and put them in a warmer drawer. At least that's what it looked and tasted like. The rest of the food was hot and fresh. Tasting and looking. Only thing that makes sense is they don't cook the 4 for 4 or 5 for 5 biggie bag fresh. Won't get that agian.

The food was a much smaller version than the photo-ads at their Drive-Through... No "masks must be worn" signs...No signs stating that inside dining is prohibited. Not a good experience.. Food was dry and French fries hard. No thank you.

Food was cold, went back and who i assume was the manager had a negative attitude about it, I wasnt rude about it so why the negativity? I simply said the food was cold is all. Usually this place is good so idk what happened. Came here last night and got the spicy nuggets combo. Today, both my bf and i’s stomachs are not the same. Is there some cross contamination or something? Ugh. Oh but the employee was super nice!

Sat in drive through for 5 minutes without moving. Thought it might be faster inside. 1 order ahead of me, and still took 15 min to get food. Guess if the staff hadn't been arguing with each other they might have been quicker. At least they only messed up part of my order and the fries were hot.

I haven't had Wendy's in awhile, its terrible, food taste bad, frosty doesn't look or taste like a frostly.

This is my first review — I never leave reviews because I don’t really care what I eat or how clean a place is. Everyone says this place is dirty and that the food tastes awful. And I mean, yes, it’s dirty, but the food actually tastes good. Here’s my problem: I asked for the restroom code, and the worker said it whispering. I was like, “What?” He ignored me and kept talking to another customer. I asked again, but I still couldn’t understand him. He was rude. I thought the code was 5555, but it wasn’t, so I couldn’t go to the restroom. The food also took a long time to be ready. I know working is hard and tiring, but why be rude to people? Like I said, I don’t really care what I eat or stuff like that, but even the soda tasted more like water than soda, and the burger fell apart completely. I don’t really mind that — I just care about why that guy was rude and didn’t tell me the restroom code properly.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. I did not get a spicy chicken sandwich. I have always held Wendy's at the top of fast food but lately it's been just as schmeh as all the others. I would have loved to take it back but I picked it up for my lunch on my way to work and there is no Wendy's remotely close by. Then it gave me diarrhea. How do I know it was that... It's the only thing I ate that entire day.

Need to be a little cleaner and staff that communicate better. Update: love that you guys are stepping up your app and deals but this I'd just un acceptable this fry was rotten before it was cooked

Horrible customer service! Politely requested my fries and burger to be fresh because it never is, all I hear is someone in the back constantly yelling unprofessionally and of course I received my food cold, not fresh, tasted hours old. Who wants extremely old and chewy fries and a crispy chicken sandwich? Well come here if you do!

I’ve being living in El Cajon for more than a decade. I’ve visited just about all the fast food places in El Cajon. This Wendy’s restaurant is by far the worse place you will eat. In the past the food has been warm and messy, rude customer service. Once, they miss placed my order. Today, after almost three years, I stopped by the drive thru cause I was in a rush. I simply bought a small chili—the bag was wrinkle and dirty. And the best part was they forget to close the lid properly. There was chili everywhere. I am never eating at this place again.

Did not receive my full order. Also now I have food poisoning from this location been sick ever since I ate here. I had a frosty cino which was disgusting I feel the cream was not fresh my stomach hurts so bad..

The food is average for a burger. In the seating area they run out of soda from time to time. They don't replace it in a reasonable time. The counter where they take the orders only have one person and when the line has 8 to 10 customers they never add another cashier. It is a very busy restaurant.

Stale bread on one side, hard white wet lettuce, patty thin and broken into pieces, bottom bun soaking wet, the tomato was not bad. At store Ground beef $5lb, lettuce 1.50 tomato $1whole tomato, $2 pickles.and buns $3. That's 12.50 and you could make 8 of the same burger with 3x the patty size and still have stuff left over. A burger takes about 7 minutes to cook. I spent 15 minutes in drive thru. Faster, cheaper, better if you eat at home not at wendys. Make a point we don't need them at all!!!!

This location was dirty and the food did not taste like Wendy's. The floor was incredibly sticky and the drink station was dirty, not stocked. The hamburgers we got did not taste right either, the meat mainly. Something was way off.

2nd time in a row they were out of baked potatos and it was during the lunch time not an off time!! This time I got one of the two I ordered, but asked for bacon and cheese and there wasn't any bacon on it! Then the girl at the window wanted to know if she should take the 2nd one off the bill!!! Duh!!!!

I love Wendy's!! The only fast food I ever eat. This time it was beyond awful!! Greasy, dark in color tasting tasted old. Looked like roadkill!! Employees didn't have a clue!! Management needs to step in and retrain.

Girl working drive-thru speaker on 6/20/2023 around 8:50pm has a problem speaking in coherent sentences. Then has the nerve to have an attitude when you ask her to repeat. Sorry I didn't know a moaning noise meant I should pull up to the window.

Horrible customer service AND food. Act to try their breakfast. Potatoe wedges were cold and food was barely Luke warm. The soda machine was acting up and was stuck on a particular item that a worker wanted. When the associate came out to look at the machine, eventually was reset, I was standing by it. The associate didn't even bother to acknowledge me or ask if I needed anything. She pushed past me on the way to the machine and then again on the way to the back. Will NEVER GO BACK to that particular location again..... ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with this location.

Ya, I went to Wendy's last night, and I was GREATLY agitated to the point we're I had small talk with the two at the counter about how important it is to have a good attitude while working with the public.First of all, I called to see did they accept hot food EBT there? They said yes. So I went. Once I got there, I had to beg them to slide my card. They kept telling me, they don't accept the type of card I had. I told them it will work. Even the manager tried to tell me they weren't accepting it. I told her to try. She finally did, after much convincing. Of Course the card went thru, as I explained to them it would. INSANE I had to beg them to try. And they gave me the smallest potato they can find as punishment, when I told her I had fasted for 3 days, and wanted a good size baked potato. Of course I told her to take it back. The chubby white lady told the the other manager their all the same size, which was a LIE, because they brought me another twice the size of the first. I don't know what their problem is. Are they mad at us for getting food stamps? I'm unclear on WHY they didn't just listen to me, and WHY they couldn't of honored my request for a nice. Sized potato. It would of been a PERFECT PLEASURE for me to try someone's card for them to eat. As well as a PERFECT pleasure to give my customer a good size potato; especially if I knew they haven't ate for 3 days. The store manager should straighten this situation, and never allow employees to not accept someone's payment. It was the most INSANE experience I ever had at Wendy's.

It's never yummy, they will get it wrong , they overcharge and shortchange. Every single time I have ordered here over the last 4 years, they give an attitude like we're bothering them. The dining room is locked in the late afternoon forcing locals to walk thru the drive thru. Wendy's is famous for offering baked potatoes. The employees at this location have no idea what a potato is much less what they should do with it. If you have the option, los Pancho's is the better choice. Or, of course, there are two gas stations and a 7-11 next door. I continue to act like I never got issued a frontal cortex and try to get a satisfying eat. But I would be more satisfied if I just walk over to my tall kitchen garbage bin and toss my wallet and car keys in just before cleaning out the fridge. As for Wendy's I'd rather eat a bullet. But don't take my word for it. Go ahead and update your final will and testament. Then go see for yourself.

Service was friendly in the drive thru, but my chili was barely luke warm. I called to let them know. The person did not say anything except- "the chili is not hot, thanks for letting us know." then hung up. ummm. not that I have time to run back, but.. is that it??! Pretty sure the temperature of chili needs to be served at a minimum of 155 ° F as it has ground beef so that people do not get sick and to be in compliance . Is the food handler's card expired?

Horrible customer service. Went in ordered crispy chickens , drove back because they were made with tomatoes & cheese! I asked if I could get it remade & lady said " We'll there's a sign right there in front of you that we're out of lettuce ". MIND YOU ITS 930PM where they have the sign it's really dark you can't even see anything. I said " we'll they should of mentioned it when we order them... she RUDELY said " that's what the sign is for " I said " the sign that we can't see ? Okay. I'll get my refund. She didn't even gave me a receipt because they don't want anyone to complain. So she gave me a refund regardless. I used to love coming to this location but she honestly wasn't in the mood or her man didn't do the job right that night. But she either need a new Man or a new job !

4/24 i placed a mobile order for pickup since the store doesn’t take Apple Pay. I went to pick up my order and they told me i need to pull forward to wait. After about 30 minutes i called to ask the issue and they proceeded to tell me that my order wasn’t paid. I used Wendy’s mobile pay to pay for the order with money that was already out of my account, i received a receipt and rewards points but the manager continued to very rudely refuse giving me my order or a refund or asking anyone else for assistance. If there was an issue with their app this is something the customer should not be held accountable for. The manager was extremely rude; not empathetic or compassionate at all and i will NEVER return this location. I still have no food or refund and it’s a Sunday so their customer service is not even available. Disgusting

Ever wondered why the wait time in store and in drive thru takes so long? maybe it's because the ladies in the back and the new guy with classes and gross long unclean nails at the front cash register keep chatting with each other like they aren't at work and people waiting to order. I had to wait 15+ minutes for a large fry and small frosty and there was only one person who already ordered ahead of me. When i walked in orders were getting called and i was asked if i was ready to order by the new guy in glasses and i said i was just waiting for an order. 10 minutes go by and i ask have you guys gotten my order ready yet? and the new guy w/ the glasses and gross as nails says "Oh yeah!" as he grabs my order receipt off the cookie rack thats been sitting theres for minutes with nobody getting it ready. Thats! why i waited so long because he set my order down and walked away??? like you cannot be serious. It was TWO items, a small frosty and large fry. I didn't even bother to eat by how gross that guys nails were, I was quiet but also visibly upset and i did not see them make my food so i didn't even bother to eat neither my fries or frosty from fear of tampering or whatever. I'll still go here, but i hope that guy doesn't make my food again.

I ordered food for delivery through Door Dash and as the order form permits I gave my spefications. I never received the order and it was re-oedered. When I received it, it was not what I ordered. I received. Chicken sandwich when I ordered a hamburger. It was covered in ketchup and tomatoes when I specifically place that I did not want onto my order form. The order was cold and the chicken patty was hard and discussing. Door Dash sent me a picture saying my first order was dropped off but it was not and the only thing the picture shows is maybe the drivers dash board. Idk you can't even tell what's in the pix!! Terrible food that I did not order and terrible service. Never again!!

First time in the drive thru here I came because I saw no line so boom one car in front of me waiting to order for over 8 minutes. I’m next they’re taking forever because “ technical difficulties” Weird way they talk to their guest wouldn’t recommend

The food is awful. They use to be god I don’t know what they are doing to the quality of the food now. Tastes awful. Either not cooked enough or it’s burnt. Can’t ever get my order correct. Service is awful, they don’t care about their job or the food. Probably why it tastes so bad. I’m definitely not going back.

Do not mobile order from this location! I placed an order, and when I got there, they said it didn't come through. I showed the lady I was charged and she said nope they didn't have it, when she finally found my order that was ready I didn't check the bag as I was irritated with her and her bad service because the receipt was correct but when I opened the bag the order was wrong. I was not about to go back because the service was originally horrid. Won't use this location ever again, that's for sure

Guys.. I get you want to close shop but you closed at 10:53 after I was in line. Unprofessional and shocking from a guy that tells the masses from here to Ireland about the legend of the spicy chicken which I have done for a decade. Nobody behind me and you close 8 minutes early?. Not reflective of the Wendys brand that I have spent thousands on. Management .. from a a manager. Get it together.

It was 11:35pm on Monday, 6-16-25 the restaurant drive thru sign was open but when I pulled up to the drive thru the recording said they were closed bad service!

This is the 4th time in 2 weeks that the restaurant has opened late. They open at 6:30 drug thru. It is now 7:18. And its still not open. The manager pulled up at 6:41 and didnt say a word to us waiting. We were understanding and even gave them a half hour to get their stuff together. We were then told they wouldnt be opening anytime soon. Why have business hours

The guy who was working at 10:55 at the window was very rude and also he gave us a cold chicken nugget when we came back to replace it he was giving us attitude . The worst part was the spicy chicken sandwich we opened the bag and we figured that the chicken was not cooked perfectly it was disgusting Not recommended will never go back there.

Went to Wendy’s tonight and I was disappointed in my service I ordered 3 large combos and when I asked for sauce they rudely told me they started charging 0.50 cents per small condiment these companies are getting out of control , 3 large combos and I can’t even get a single sauce per meal for free is ridiculous definitely won’t be coming back here charging for sauce is crazy lol.

Place was dirty and the homeless where just walking in the restaurant to use the restroom. Also no one was worried about cleaning the tables and chairs so the next customer could have a decent place to seat down and enjoy their meals

i dont ususally write reviews but omg what an experience I had. it was 40$ for 3 people, they forgot one of our sandwiches, and on top of that the food left so much to be desired, even for fast food standards. the quality has taken a noticeable dip since the last time I've been there save for the chili (which is always good) and i hate to say unimpressed.

Very unhappy with the service. My husband and I ordered a couple orders of the nuggets. We were asked what dipping sauce and asked for blue cheese. We asked for two sides of spicy buffalo dipping sauce. They told us we’d be charged for it which is fine. When we returned home we found our package had one buffalo sauce, ranch and honey mustard. Disappointing and made our meal a bit sad
