Shout out to the friendly staff especially the tall Hispanic guy who work in the kitchen and the girl who re-prepared my food. I placed an online order to pick up at 1:00PM but wasn’t able to pick it up until 7:30PM and he offered to re-do a new order for me because it had been sitting there for a while. That’s very kind and thoughtful of you to make sure your customers’ best experience! Thank you so much! 💯

The food was amazing here. The temperature and quality of my food were superb. This location was better than other Panda Express in Anaheim. I would say the portion size lacks, but that is all Panda Express locations.

I stopped by this panda express because my aunt lives literally across the street from the plaza this place is in when I was craving some panda express. I got the bowl with chow mein and orange chicken. You don't get a lot of orange chicken like maybe 8 or 9 pieces so I should've probably gotten another entrée. My wife got the kids menu with fried rice and Kung pao chicken. We thought the food was okay, it's a fast food place so you can't expect much in term of food quality. They have a decent lot for parking, when I got there ... it was before they got busy. We were in and out within like 5 minutes. The staff are very friendly and attentive to the guest.

I stopped by this panda express because my aunt lives literally across the street from the plaza this place is in when I was craving some panda express. They are most definitely NOT true classic and authentic Chinese food. It is VERY Americanized and bland on flavor and bite. But, that what they are known for. It’s Chinese style American made fast food with basic decor and flavors. They recently had some price hikes and are slowly working their way to a price point where real authentic will be the go-to over them hands down. The Orange Chicken is 75% breading and doesn’t really have an authentic mandarin orange kick and bite orange chicken lovers, love….. The Fried rice has no real flavor and the chow mien seems to be a bit too oily for a good taste palette. The Kung Pao is not bad, but the chicken is fatty. This goes for the chicken in general, including the teriyaki chicken. They used to serve the teriyaki sauce hot, not you get in a packet at room temp. Big loss in the points section on this review. The sad thing is, the sauce had the most flavor out of everything else… So you be the judge. But spending $25 on a couple of plates of basic fast food American Chinese is a real, HARD PASS, net time we are thinking Chinese for lunch in the area. Cannot beLIEVE I just spent $15 of my hard earned cash for the 4 minutes it took to finish the over spiced over sugared over salted pittance of an entree I was served at this shell of at Panda Express. 25 years ago, I couldn't beLIEVE there was a chain of well proportioned, well prepared Chinese style cuisine in a mall in West LA!! Sad how greed and poor management turn a great idea into the inedible chewy chunks over dried rice I suffered through tonight.

Waited 30+ minutes for a single pickup order. Order was ready behind the cashier for about 10 minutes and she just ignored me waiting even though I had asked previously and was told it was still being worked on. I understand being busy but a pickup order is one of the fastest ways to help and clear a customer out since it is paid for and already packed… other restaurants get their take out orders processed much faster and request that customers come to the front to be helped immediately. I ordered pickup literally to save time on both ends since everyone orderes extremely slowly at this location as well…

This is the 3rd time they've gotten my order wrong (missing item). It's my fault for coming back to this location and hoping it would get better. Leaving this place behind -- I'm gonna go to either the Outlets of Orange (The Block) or the one on Katella and State College.

This Panda Express location is not it, by far the worst in everything, people work like they don’t even want to work. No sense of urgency for customers to get their order out.

It’s one of the places when you order online for pickup, all you see is green and no meat. Order in person and they’ll do it right. Avoid ordering for pickup.

Disgusting they dropped my food on the floor and tried to sell it to me like that. The employees were playing around with each other, it was very dirty, this place is disgusting.

Couldn't be bothered to acknowledge us even just to tell us to wait. Kinda stood there for a few mins before deciding with my party to just walk out. Saved $40 I suppose. Can't be going back to that, gang.

Poor customer service for delivery drivers. I do not need a snarky nasty look when I’m asking to pick up somebody’s order. I’m literally just doing my job, so sorry that I had to pee because I’m diabetic… people in this world are just so nasty and gross for no reason and you see it every day all the time

Terrible, went by yesterday. Guy manager serving portions were pathetic. Didn't fill the plates fully. Staff terrible as well, instead of helping they engaged in personal issues with each other. Decided to come here instead of a mom and pop owned chinese food place. NEVER AGAIN!!!
