Shoutout to the drive-thru staff on shift around 9pm on 02.26.2026. Best service of any restaurant I've been to in the past like 3 years and super sweet!
Smells so bad couldn’t even eat here wanted to throw up fix the smell asap do not eat here
Everything it’s pretty good and I recommend this place a lot the only thing they need to fix is the aroma which smells like wet wood
They can get a order right , I never have a order that's made wrong, Whataburger on the other hand can't seem to ever get my order right, I love Jack in the boxes food , it may not be the healthiest but I'm not trying to live for ever either,
The cashier at the drive through window was very professional, nice and quick. The food was fresh and hot the only problem I have is how long it took to get through that drive-through I'm assuming they must be short staff to understand, however I have a great experience overall except the time setting in the drive-through.
The food is always good but the inside atmosphere is very restricted. I really needed to use the restroom so I went to the bathroom that was open and looked accessible. Not even a minute later they bang on the door pretty aggressively. I come out as fast as I can and they tell me the bathroom is not for customer use. I told them I was unaware. They were very rude and was giving me rude looks like I wasn't going to buy anything. I bought a 25 and ate outside since the inside is still closed.
Good priced fast food which is actually fast and they always have ice cream unlike McDonald's. The two tacos for $1 are great, their breakfast is all day which is amazing and their shakes are delicious. Also try the cheesecake it's pretty good. I've always used to drive through at this location but I have yet to have any issues.
It smells horrible in this location. Like a grease trap hasn't been cleaned in 10 years. The food however was good.
The inside is still completely closed off… just kind of surprising this far after the pandemic. Food was fine. One small error, not a big deal. I ordered through the app and specifically made sure that nothing was added in “add utensils”, and yet we still received napkins, plastic ware, and several packets of mustard (not any ketchup - I don’t use either but I just thought it was funny. Nobody ever gives out random mustard???). I’m only mentioning because if customers are given the option to OPT OUT of single use plastics, companies should honor that request.
We went through the drive through. The dining area is closed. The wait with 3 cars in front of us was very quick. The staff was friendly and the order was correct. The food was hot and fresh. The Spicy Cluck sandwich was what I ordered and it was VERY good.

It was just ok to me. The burger was on the room temperature side. May just be the location. Across the street from 2 schools so they might not take enough time to make the burgers pretty.
i asked for 10 tacos they only gave me 6 also was missing some items!the wait was too long aswell !please don’t come here at night go somewhere else! they don’t do their job right! Please Jack do better !

I came here and ordered a boba tea. The tapioca balls were literally rock hard. I threw it away when I got home. Never had that happen before. What a waste of money.
Went through drive thru did not get greeted or acknowledged for a few minutes. Once received my food ask for hot sauce and the girl threw the hot sauce in the bag like it was such a bother. If you’re so happy with your job maybe change your profession.
This man he don’t wear a name tag but he is always in the drive thru he is rude and angry I pray that people would stop going to this jack in the box my mother is 80 and she is very soft spoken he scream 🙀 at her and I told him off please and they never give receipt
gave me my tiny tacos all hard and burnt bro 😕 they tasted mad weird too. was already having a poo day.
This places sucks. I order my food 15 minutes later and they didn't have call me for my food. By the time I got my tacos. My food was cold. And the lady was on the phone all the time she can't even put the phone down to take my order. I don't care what that b... did to you do your job.
