Never tried this place but very glad I did. The Gyro was sooo good and the staff is great. Everyone working was very kind and you could tell they enjoyed their jobs and cared about their customers. I'll definitely be back to this place.

So, I just started a new job near here and my manager took me here on my first day... I am SO glad he did! This place is amazing. I've been at my job for three weeks and I'm pretty sure I've eaten at Pita Fusion for lunch AT LEAST 10 times. Either I have issues or it's THAT good (possibly both are true). They make their own pita bread and you can definitely tell! It's DELICIOUS. Also, the people who work here are super friendly and really quick! Even when they're super busy, I'm in and out within 5 minutes. Keep doing what you're doing, Pita Fusion! And please open more locations :)

Had ordered on doordash last year but decided to stop by again. This food is simply the freshest and most amazing quality. I’m always getting just about every vegetable and they still find a way to pack more in that Pita! Love this food and will be a regular now! Great prices. Recommend the Danimal!

Gotta say this place was delicious. Its basically a build your own pita place, sort of like when you build a sub except you pick a meat and they grill it along with your cheese choice before stuffing and wrapping it in a pita with all your choices. I went around 1PM so the line moved pretty quickly. I could see the grill getting backed up in a rush but still would probably be pretty quick. The have mostly two person tables that I am sure you could push together if you had a 3+ person group. The staff was super friendly and explained how the processed worked once they realized we had not been before. Since I can walk to it from work, it will definitely be a regular lunch spot.

Wow! What a great experience this was. We had heard about this place from others about how good it was. So my wife and I had to try this out our selves. So glad we did. I had the Touchdown which has Gyro meant and chicken breast. It was amazing! Probably one of the best I have had so far in Austin. My wife had the Philly Cheese Steak and could not stop raving about it. Will definitely be going back soon to try other menu itmes. Highly recommended!!!

I have always been a fan of Pita Fusion since I moved to this area years ago. But I have to say, this location Friday-9/30 dinner rush that team was amazing! Best pita I have ever had! Absolutely love this place. The food is delicious! Served hot, fresh, and quick. They have different meat options, fresh cut veggies, and sauces to choose from. LOVE Pita Fusion! It's a must if we're anywhere in the area! Decent prices, super nice people and great food! The Falafel Pita is great but this time I got the Maui Chicken with honey chipotle sauce (tons of sauces and toppings to choose from)! The brownies are really good too!

I remember a time when the only place in this area to get a Gyro was the Potatoe Club in the mall or the Old Philliy Grill also in the mall. Now you can get one all over. But this bad boy was awesome. First of all, they actually put the ingredients inside the pita like you are suppose to instead of you trying to eat it like a wonky taco. The ingredients were fresh! The meat was cooked on the spot. The place was clean. The staff was very officiant (we got there about 30 minutes after opening, they were all real young so I'm not sure they were fully awake yet). Price was about what you'd spend at Subway, but a better tasting sandwich with a larger portion of ingredients. The sweet tea was the only down side it wasn't very sweet, but with the healthy food options that was fine. I don't need the sugar anyways. I can't wait to share this place with my family and friends. Oh and when they had a break in foot traffic and the cook got a chance to get himself a drink, and inquired about "how is your experience today?" That's pretty awesome for a young man these days!!!

Just amazed how they take care of their customers. I had ordered something from DoorDash and there was the app issue not their fault . When I called them he personally came to drop the order. He did not have to do it. Thank you so much and now I am your permanent customer.

Subway-like set up with spacious seating area. I would even argue it is way healthier than subway. Lots of veggie and meat options. They make great falafel for one of the veggie pita options. Definitely an "Austin" take on the already amazing gyro. Their staff is friendly, personable, and lively. Love the Chipotle style bar when picking your veggies, and the staff suggestions. The owner (can't remember his name) works in the kitchen when it is busy, which shows great leadership, with a smile on his face. I recommended them to get involved in lunch drop for my company, and it has been a success!

Love this place. Always get a Chicken pita w/ all my favorite toppings and some Jalapeño ranch to top it off. Great post workout meal as well. Definitely worth throwing in your regular rotation of casual spots.

The new bowls are great, even better than the Pitas that are already very good. Can't beat the price for quality and freshness. Flavors are all on point, lots of sauces to choose from. The pitas have always been made perfectly, glad they added the bowls.

First time here and the food was quite hearty. The flavors and ability to customize were spot on. The person making my wrap provided great insight and thoughts. The only thing I noticed was the lettuce was the only ingredient that didn't look fresh. Everything else looked fresh.

One of my favorite places to eat in all of Austin. Don't be fooled if it looks empty sometimes... It gets really crowded at lunch and at 5-6pm. The bread they use is unreal. It's one of the the things that makes their sandwiches so good. It's not quite a typical gyro bread, but a little thinner. It almost is like a wrap, but nothing falls out! I usually get a Philly. I have them put some fresh jalapenos on the grill too. The jalapeno ranch is very very good. If it's your first time, try it. It's their most popular, and the safest choice. Everything from the sauces to the veggies is 100% fresh and so yummy. The staff is the other reason I keep coming back. They are always chatty, smiling, and happy to be there. Love you guys!

I'd give this place 10 stars if it were an option. Not only has the food been good both times I've been here, but the staff are amazing. I went in today and ordered two falafel wraps. The gentleman behind the counter asked if I wanted them cooked on a separate grill from where the meats are cooked (we are plant-based), and also told me which sauces are dairy-free. Everyone was super polite and helpful. And the store is very clean, which is much appreciated. I will come back for the good food, but will recommend it even more because of the staff. Y'all are truly awesome. I will choose to spend my money here over many other quick options because of this. Thanks!

Wonderful, fresh, quality ingredients. Pita places are a dime-a-dozen and I'm normally left far from impressed. Pita Fusion is THE exception in Austin. They actually seem to care and have higher quality ingredients than I'm use to in these kind of restaurants. The space is clean and my orders are always ready on time. I'm always willing to pay a little more if the quality is better, I hope they continue to maintain their standards and don't grow too fast. Great people, great food! P.S. I normally get the gyro.

Absolutely incredible food! However the part that stands out the most for me is the ppl that work here. You walk in and you’re greeted with a friendly smile. Everyone there seems very happy, and they were just flying around pumping out pitas! Seems like a very well ran business. Usually just tip $1 dollar for a place like this, but here I always tip 15-20% because they deserve it! 10/10, very impressed

Simply put, we love Pita Fusion. I have been taking my son here since we he was little and it was one of our staples through covid. It's a super tasty, plenty healthy, plenty filling option for lunch or dinner. My whole family loves it.

Originally from Chicago, hubby and I have been looking for some gyros in Austin that were as good as what we are used to. This place is reminds us of one of our old favorites from our college town! The gyro meat was super juicy and thick and the pita was fresh and soft. Very very good. We can’t wait to return!

I walked in here for the first time and asked the staff behind the counter “what are you famous for, it’s my first time here?” The reply: “Nothing. But it’s all really good.” We went with a gyro and a special called a Touchdown Tim (which is gyro meat and chicken with grilled olives and banana peppers), and the staff walked me through the rest. You pick your veggies and sauces while the meat is cooking on a flat top grill, and you have you choice from a ton of options. I wasn’t able to choose between the homemade sauces so they sent us home (we were getting the order to go) with a couple extra sauces for us try. My wife and I both enjoyed our pitas, and since we live close; we both agreed we would be back in the future. No photos - we ate it all to fast because it was so good.

So so good! I ordered a wheat Philly Steak from here and they made it perfectly perfect! I can't stop repeating myself! Great employees who accommodate your requests. Good price. I'm definitely going to try another pita before I leave!

We did a build-your-own pita with grilled Chicken. We stuffed it full of fresh veggies with cheese and sauce of our choice. There are a ton of options for sauces. And we in & out in 5 minutes. Great food & great service. We have been back multiple times and will keep coming back!

Great falafel, Philly cheese steak, falafel, my personal fave Touchdown Tim, the Danimal is great too, the chicken Cali club and the Chingo Bling do no disappoint and coupled with a great variety of fresh options to customize your order every time. I know people love the Jalapeño ranch and spicy falafel, but don't sleep in that ancho chipotle sauce either.

Been going here since 2017 and the quality has never dipped. Grilled to order proteins or avocado with super fresh toppings. Service has always been great. I do miss the thick cut pickles. The cookies taste like they bake them themselves and I love it.

The jalapeño ranch sauce is in a leage of its own. Delicious on a salad, pita or my favorite way to eat it, with chips.

We have been Pita Fusion Customers for over a decade(starting in Round Rock). I have gotten the basically the same thing since, "Gyro Texas style," you can't go wrong. My beautiful wife and kids also love it. Support local.

Outrageously tasty pitas, best in Austin no doubt. Impeccable prices, and the chillest of chill staff - Mark and Luke give the greatest vibes and the quality of the food is ALWAYS perfect. I've been here over 10 times and have not once been let down. I love pita fusion and you would too if you tried it. I'm a regular and probably will be forever. So much tzatziki. This place was really good. Me and my husband decided to try out this place this Saturday for lunch and we absolutely loved it. They have really yummy food, lots of seating and plenty of vegetarian options. We had gone here when we were in Boston but this is the first time we were trying it out here. My husband was excited when he saw that they had started bowls. I had a veggie Pita with Falafel and my husband had bowl with chicken. They have pre made choices as well as make your own bowls and pitas. We both went with make your own. The pitas and bowls come with lots of options that you can pick. The staff was also courteous enough to wrap my falafel in foil since I was a vegetarian so there would be no meat smell. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely come back again

I had seen this place long ago, but never gave it try until today that we we’re looking for a place with vegan options. I was surprised the pitas are very tasty, I tried the California Club and seasoned it with Mango Habanero sauce, it was good. My wife liked the roasted red pepper hummus a lot. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Me and my boyfriend eat here literally once a week. The food is great and fresh, and all the employees are so nice and accommodating! Vibes are always high, PITA FUSION 4EVA!!!!

Gyro pita is delicious and the lady manager who is a little younger at least compared to me is fantastic. I see her lead the people, and then she’ll come over and actually take orders and is so incredible at it. Love this place.

I was reluctant to try jack in the box but finally didn’t month. The restaurant may not look nice from the outside but the food is always hot and the cashier is always friendly. The same lady has given me my food the last few times and she is very nice and friendly. Mini tacos are great!!

Very good sandwiches! My 14 yr old son and wife ordered chicken pitas on white pita bread. I ordered the gyro (lamb/beef combo) on a white pita. I appreciate the variety of toppings you could fill your sandwich with (like a Subway topping buffet line on steroids!), many if not all of them for no additional cost (only exception perhaps being guacamole). I had lettuce, red onions, tomatoes, red roasted pepper hummus, tzatziki, feta cheese, along with the spicy falafel sauce. YUM! A little steep in price at $11 per sandwich, but the portion size is BIG. So, a very yummy sandwich option if you're looking for something different from a burger. ;~)

First time was SO good, I got got some thing with all the the meats, last time I got the stevel Knievel which was a bit dry - the falafel were a bit mealy, and barely crispy on the outside - won't do that again. Went again and got the Sicilian - and again excellent. this is officially our "had to get something from Lakeline Mall, now we need food" place.

Good and fast food. Food is delicious and healthy. Nice staff. Ordering is easy and food served quickly. I ordered a Stevel and it was awesome. Prices are a little higher but the food is tasty. Food is mediterranean but the way its presented and served is like any other american fast food.

We have seen this place in our neighborhood for a while now and decided to try it out. We are a vegan/vegetarian family with an omnivour kiddo as well. This place has great flavors and seasoning combinations for pretty much any preference. We really enjoyed having our ingredients grilled to enhance the flavors. The Port Austin was especially tasty and can be made sweet, savory, spicy, or any combination based on the sauces you choose. Their seating and tables were clean and well spaced, and their staff have always been nice and they were very tolerant of us during our first order where we were a little slow as to how the process worked (being able to get anything specified grilled or left fresh). Food preparation was prompt as well. We will be adding this place to our more frequently visited local restaurants.

Menu is simple, food is tasty, plenty of choices. I'd prefer a real flatbread instead of the flatbread with pocket that makes it simpler to fill it with food. It was just the right amount of food for lunch and it was tasting exactly as I expected, although I have never visited the restaurant or any other of its chain locations before.

The crew here seems to always be smiling and having a good time, even when they are insanely busy. The food is always fresh and oh so tasty. Another nice little spot for a quick bite at lunch (although a little on the pricey side for the amount of food, in my opinion). If you are like me and don’t want to waste too much time sitting in one spot at lunch, this location is wonderful. Grab that quick bite and then head over to any of the numerous shops in the same shopping center – it can make your lunch break very refreshing and serve as a good reboot before heading back to finish the day at work.

Pita Fusion offers fresh, customizable Mediterranean-style pitas packed with flavor and healthy ingredients. The casual, friendly atmosphere makes it a great spot for a quick yet satisfying meal.

This is a Lunchdrop-based review. I got the Touchdown Tim as a salad with basically all the salad ingredients. The chicken and gyro were both moist and flavorful. The serving sizes for those were appropriate too. The salad was fresh but undersized. But don't let that take away from just how good the meat is. I'm going to go there sometime and see if I get right-sized vegetables. I'm definitely reordering for that meat.

The first time I went for lunch I tried the chicken and falafel wrap. The wrap was a little too thick for me so the next time I tried it as a salad with the jalapeno dressing. It was tasty and filling. The chicken was flavored well the falafel was a little too salty for me, but still good. It was about $15 for the salad, but I would go again just for the healthier lunch options.

On this visit, 12/7/2025, the person working the drive thru window was courteous and much friendlier than the last person I experienced a few weeks ago. He actually apologized for the delay in getting my order to me which I appreciated. The food is what it is. Nothing special but a reminder of what I used to enjoy when I struggled with finances thru my college years.

I got a burger with jalapeños on it really good burger! Pretty sure you can’t do that at McDonald’s or Burger King.

This unusual place has become my daughter’s go-to place for sandwiches. The pitas are custom made to your order much like they do at Chipotle. If you go during a busy time of day be prepared to wait. To-go call-in orders are made in the same line & with the same staff as in-person orders. This causes orders to be backed up and slow. I’m hoping they split this process soon so that the folks who show up in-person aren’t left waiting for their order while to-go orders are made in front of them. Overall the food is good. The pitas are big and thick. Be prepared for that. Some of the meat, like the turkey, is low-grade deli meat. Other meat selections are better. If you’re looking for a change to your usual sandwich routine and are willing to wait for it, check this place out. It might not ‘wow you’ but it’s good food that’s different and filling.

Super-friendly fresh-food spot with a solid menu in a category not common enough in Northwest Austin: stuffed pitas. Neither especially “authentic” (if that matters to you nor especially creative, it is still a go-to spot for my family because it’s tasty, well run, and reasonably priced. The food was okay. Some of the meal was a bit cool. But the taste was decent. The shop was clean and staff was very friendly and gracious.

Three stars because the restaurant crew were friendly and the place felt clean. However, I saw a gnat hovering around the food, and to me that's just not acceptable.

I arrive to Pita Fusion around 7:30 p.m. (which should a be peak hour), and the parking lot is empty. Bad sign already..Employees are sitting on the counters where food is prepared. I place my order. The preparer has zero customer service and isn’t sure how to assemble my pita. She skimps on the toppings and rolls her eyes when I ask for more. I was charged $12 for something that kind of resembles a pita.. I’ve visited this location several times in the past and each experience was amazing. Previous management was polite, engaging and generous. I will not be visiting this location again

It was my first time here. My wrap was made and given to somebody else. Had to go through the ordering process 2 times to get one wrap and was below average in flavor. Cannot recommend.

We had high hopes for Pita Fusion based on the reviews, but our experience fell well short. The place had flies everywhere, and one even got into our food, which was unacceptable. We had to leave a considerable portion of our food uneaten because of it. On top of that, some of the staff came off as stiff and disengaged — they didn’t ask basic questions before adding items to our bowls and didn’t seem interested in listening to what we actually wanted. It felt rushed and inattentive. Disappointed overall. This could be a decent spot if they improve both their hygiene and customer service standards, but for now, I wouldn’t recommend it.

I have visited this location now three times. I can’t remember my first visit due to the fact that the person helping me at the time seemed so apathetic and upset that myself, and my fiancé had walked in that it made her (my fiancé) uncomfortable so I didn’t want to go back. The second time was about a week and a half ago I decided to go ahead and give it one more shot but this time there was a full team of people smiling having a great time and welcoming us in. I’ve worked at Starbucks in my life I know it can be very annoying when things like “ Make sure to welcome every customer in and have a giant smile on your face stuff etc” can be extremely annoying and just add more unwanted pressure to your job so I honestly never really care about that stuff but it was a cool touch, especially contrasting the last time. Today (Super Bowl Sunday at 3:30) is my only day off and I decided to go back immediately due to how wonderful my last visit was. I walked in. It was absolutely dead, and there was no one behind the counter. I figured they were doing something in the back and waited. It took about 10 minutes for someone to come out of the back and I believe the only reason he came out was because someone had walked in behind me, and he was hoping that I would leave if no one came out. The gentleman walked up, seemed to hate the fact that I had dared to come into the restaurant and acted like a pissed off teenager that was just asked to take out the trash by his mom. When I was finished with my order and he was ringing me up after looking at the total, he said, and I quote “that’s crazy” (i’m getting back into powerlifting And ordered two double steak fajita pitas and he seemed appalled enough to comment). I think I’ve only in my life ever left one maybe two reviews on anything but my visit there was so uncomfortable that If I have to go to a Pita fusion it’s gonna be in round rock or Cedar Park. I don’t expect A welcome parade when I go to somewhere like Pita fusion but man, if you hate working there so much or interacting with people go work in the back house somewhere else.

My two star review is based on the value of the food. The staff was great and place was very clean. My bill came out to $12 for a simple combo meal. I got a Jacks Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger combo meal. The burger is listed as $6.99 on its own. I have a picture attached of said $7 burger. Nothing special. Add on curly fries, medium soda and tax and we are at ~$12. Machine was out of Dr. Pepper as well. The food is not that tasty. Ventured outside P. Terrie’s or Chick Fila for this stop and won’t do that again. For $12 a sit down meal is about the same price for a quality meal.

So it was my first time ever going to Jack in the box where I actually ordered food. I had been to Jack in the box before but left because there was nobody in the lobby or anyone even order from. So let's just start off with the lobby which was utterly disgusting and filthy. Fries around the floor the tables were all sticky and had soda remnants all over them. The Coke freestyle machine that was in the lobby didn't have any ice, nor did it have any coke or any of the coke products and a few other flavors were also out. The service was great and the kid that we ordered from was super friendly and super nice so this isn't a problem with the staff per se... Maybe they were just having an off night, maybe they just couldn't get to the lobby to clean everything up... I don't know, maybe it was also supply chain issues and that was the reason why the Coke freestyle machine wasn't in total working order. I ordered the big box of 50/50 chicken nugs, and the mini tacos. I can't say I really cared for the many tacos but I was just trying it so why not. The 50/50 chicken box was actually very tasty. I feel that you didn't get enough sauce though for the amount of nugs they gave you. I think they should actually give you one more container of sauce.

I have always loved this place but now they are making a huge mistake! They have decided not to accept CASH? Only card i dont know who they think they are not accepting cash . Promote the cash less society. Unless they switch this policy i will not be going back . They will not see another dime from me.

Got their salad bowl, sadly, badly prepped!!! I believe a count of how many beans, cucumbers and tomatoes and other accompanying ingredients is done before they put the bowl together!!! Didn’t even have to look hard to see 3 piece of this and that, an overpriced bowl for its portion! Definitely, not returning.,,,,it looks nothing like the photo they show online.

Bad service. I came today and there were just 40 minutes left until closing time. The people serving today treated me extremely poorly. They threw away my order and refused to give me any ingredients. Terrible service.

Have been visiting for more than 6 years the round rock branch. Today we were very disappointed with our visit to the 183 branch. Our food was average, not grilled even though requested on chaos...cheese was missing it did not have enough sauces...just dry ...the staff was clueless and the ambience is never the reason to dine here in the first place. It was all about food and pleasant and well trained and equipped staff.

I rarely leave reviews unless an experience is exceptionally good or disappointingly bad. Unfortunately, my visit to Pita Fusion fell into the latter. When I walked in, the employee behind the counter didn’t greet me or say a single word—he just waited for me to tell him my order. Throughout the interaction, he mumbled under his breath and seemed visibly uninterested in helping. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere, and I left feeling unwelcome. This visit was on Wednesday around 9 PM, and the employee had facial piercings. I won’t be returning to this location.

We paid $30 to get horribly sick. Been here a few times but this week I should’ve listened to my gut (“This doesn’t taste quite right…”). Never again.

It would be nice if you could add steak into the kids pita (not even an option to pay extra) a year ago I was allowed to but blond girl at the counter was too busy “he heing” with the muscular dude checking out. It was pretty annoying kept trying to convince me to buy an $16 pita bc they didn’t know what else to do with the steak lol (since I’m paying extra maybe give it all to me) Other locations offer it, just not this one. Way too many flies as well.

Terrible service from the staff on Friday night, August 29th. Aside from their reluctance to serve, they were sniping at each other because they didn't want to take our order. They refused to give us avocados because they wouldn't open a new container. They threw our food in our bags. If you don't have the attitude to serve the public, you shouldn't be doing this line of work. We're customers because we like the food here, but the service was truly disappointing.

I usually don’t leave reviews however i felt this is required a serious attention . Especially from the owner of that location. This evening around 8:40pm today i entered the store to order food. There was a tall guy with long hair and bunch of piercings on his face. At the moment i started to talk to him he was extremely not nice, impatient and unpleasant. I asked for philly steak sandwich.all of the sudden He decided to put cheese on the meet -Which is even not described in the meal on the signs. I told him i didn’t asked for a cheese and requested to remake it for me. His response was really bad, he went back to their kitchen- i could see and hear him hitting and throwing stuff to express his craziness anger. I waited around 5 minutes then he back and asked me to go back to the end of line again and he redid my food without cheese Regardless to them being short of food items i felt really not welcome by him staying there to eat or being served. I’m definitely not going to come back there anytime soon

Overpriced. $15 for a falafel pita? Um no. The ingredients are decent. The staff was friendly. But a falafel sandwich should not be this much. And if it does cost this much the falafel should be crispy not mushy, and should be the best falafel wrap I've ever had. Needless to say it doesn't even get a participation trophy

So around 9:51pm on June 22 it’s a woman mopping and she puts the mop to the wall had that red shirt on I did not see her wash her hands and she grabbed gloves and made peoples food and y’all be wondering how y’all get food borne illnesses pleasee don’t eat at this location these people don’t wash their hands and be all on their phones touching everything

I'll make it short and simple. I ordered off of Uber Eats. Put instructions very clearly in, and this place couldn't follow instructions, right? The worst part is I had to go there too. Get my order done right and cost myself an injury getting worse.

This has been the worst experience with a Jack In A Box. I ordered two teriyaki bowls and when we got home we noticed the food was spoiled!! I went back and they gave me “new ones” and again, they were spoiled. I asked them if they do a quality check of the food and they didn’t give me any response. I’m never going to the location again. Very disgusting.

I ordered this burger online through door dash. I called and spoke with a manager by the name of Andrea. She was very dismissive and told me to speak with DoorDash. I literally drove to the location to have my order redone. She was rude and refused to give the contact information for a complaint. She explained that her staff did not speak English. I will be sure to report filth I saw in the restaurant as well to the board. Not speaking English is not an excuse for bad customer service.

Sickened Twisted

I am gonna be the 3rd one of these I've seen. Honestly the food is pretty good but the store is supposed to be 24/7, and at times I'll go late at night and the drive thru will be blocked off by cones and trashcans. Even at times when I've placed an online order, and no one would pick up when I tried to call to at least cancel it and get my money back. So I basically feel robbed. Either some serious reformation needs to be done, or the locations should just close. Tired of paying for good food I cant even eat.
