During rush hour these guys really work like a well oiled machine. Everything flows nice and smooth to get your order ready and in your hands and down the road in impressive time
I ordered a special they had going on. Never checked the bag and they gave me the wrong special but I was 15 miles out so I had no choice but to keep it but they credited me for another Neil that's correct next time I'm out that way
Great breakfast and good curbside service. Didn't have to wait very long at all but drive thru lines were 4 deep x 2!!

I went inside because the drive- through line was long. I was in and out in 6 minutes. I know because I was on my way to work and counting every minute! Plus the cashier offered me a coffee coupon that was left behind. Food was fresh. Great service!
I like where this one is located. They get my order right every time. I stop here on my way to Santa Barbara to work. I'm here every morning religiously for the past three years. Now I can walk in the door and I'm like family. Without looking at their orders on screen they see me and they already know what my order is
One of the nicer McDonald's in the Santa Barbara. Has a great drive through and fast service. Always like the soft drinks. Good quality food, pretty much like most other McDonald's in Santa Barbara.
The new renovations look great. The new egg white and turkey breakfast bowl is a solid value and high in protein and I love the $1 large cup of coffee. The staff is courteous and smiles
Addons like lettuce or other things that cost a miniscule amount to the store are free unlike most of the other locations where they are like 50 cents. They do charge for like extra cheese or meat, but thats mostly reasonable in my oppinion. The food has always been good, ive never gotten it still half frozen or with ridiculous amounts of or lack of anything that I ordered. This is exactly what mcdonalds should be, not gourmet, but food that is the same every goddamn time you order, be it at 4 am, 4pm or any time in between that is expedient and convenient. Thats the point of fast food and I dont understand how 95% of fast food restaurants cant get that through their heads. But this one does great and i applaud them for it. Bathrooms have been clean too. One of the janitorial/groundskeeping workers has been a prick but they do their job aswell. Every once in a while if its very late, the people working the drive through slip and take forever to realize someone is there, but in goleta at like 3am, what can you expect, between 2 and 5 they cant get more than like 5 orders most nights. From ?6am? To almost noon they only serve breakfast which sucks if you dont want those items. Thats the only true complaint ive got and that might be a policy of the chain not the store.
Excellent service, the people who work there have a special way of treating customers. the food was fast. the atmosphere very agradevle and the food exact and hot.
A handy stop when getting work at Precision Auto body. Restaurant is clean and the ordering system is mostly automated. The only problem with service is that the screen says they will deliver it to your table if you take a number. But they didn't do that. In fact we were lucky to hear our name mentioned so I went to explore and found our food was sitting on the counter getting cold. All I'm saying is that if The electronic panel promises you will bring it to the table then bring it to the table.
You get more than what you pay for. Fast food is happening and it is delicious and a good value. Not the healthiest fare, but there are salads if you are truly concerned about what fast food can do to your health. I have been on the carnivore diet. I order two plain quarter pounder patties and they are shockingly delicious. The price varies greatly from store to store. I have spent less than $2 and over $5 for the same thing. Taste also varies, but typically lands on the very tasty side.
Walked in order a egg Mc muffin and right ad I sat down my order was ready , this is fast service I highly recommend if you are in the area to come great friendly staff 😁😀
McDonald's never fails to impress with their delicious food! McDonald's is always my go-to place. I highly recommend trying their chicken nuggets and Big Mac – you won't be disappointed! Keep up the great work 🍔🍟🍗

All I can say is WOW! I am writing this review even before I eat my food. Went through the drive through on New Year's eve and the order taker was sugary sweet, pleasant and patient....and I am not the best driver thru order person...I can be fussy. And, get this...we get our food and drive off. We leave the parking lot and are at the stop sign down the way and someone comes up to our car window...I thought it was a street person but it was a Mc Donald's guy who ran out to us to give us our second bag of food! How amazing is that? Hands down here! Best consideration, take action type employees here!!! You just impressed me to a whole other level! It's long wait for a Sunday morning. They had 3 people out and need to hire more.. I almost walked out. And should've stayed on the drive-through line.But my breakfast was good for McDonald's just when I ordered.
Ive come to this McDonald's here and there through my time at UCSB. Late night meals, random cravings, etc, always gets the job done ya know. Never really thought of reviewing McDonald’s, cause well ya know, it’s McDonald’s. I do however want to leave a review because during these times of CO-Vid I think each interaction I’ve had with staff has been superb. Like they’ve really been going above and beyond, super kind, super attentive. Like it’s ridiculous how above and beyond they’ve been. My latest interaction was with one of the second window operators, he was just SUUUUPER A+ customer service. He was a Latino man, this man RAN to our car as we were about to leave because we forgot to take one of our last bags. Like from our interaction at the ordering screen, he was helping us with orders, letting us know what was missing. He’s a champion, deserves a raise, on god.
Fast drive through, clean bathrooms. Great service. Perfect spot to stop to use the restroom on your road trip down the 101.

The egg mcmuffin was invented HERE, at this very location. Extremely convenient, right next to the freeway on ramp & off ramp.

Love the perks that come with the app. Have been able to eat for free on more than one occasion. It’s cool to order on an app then just zip through the drive-thru and everything is ready and waiting.
I stopped off this morning and grabbed breakfast here at this McDonald’s. I ordered the two small sausage egg burritos with an orange juice in a coffee. Ryan was working at the front of the store and greeted me when I first came up. He was very friendly polite he did a great job. The restaurant was very clean and I was impressed.
Experience has gotten a lot better due to mobile ordering which means I never have to wait in line again. Furthermore, the app has good weekly deals. I'm lovin it
It's McDonald's. It's horrible for you, tastes better than it actually is. The workers are nice but look like they're in their personal hell. The Drive-Through line moved quick, and the food was as good as McDonald's gets.
Went through the drive- thru . This mc Donald's has two lanes why ? When they only have one person taking orders. So i advise taking the left lane if your in a hurry. It seems as though the right lane is a second thought. Good luck
Stopped by for (take out) breakfast. Ordered inside. They have marquis to place your order, however the marquis does not offer any specials. At the marquis you'll pay full price for 2 egg Mc Muffins. Instead, we ordered at the counter where they take your order in person and we got half off simply by asking, "what are your breakfast specials?!" Imagine that 🤔💬.
Global fast food giant serving up burgers and fries to the hungry masses for decades. The Fairview location is clean and efficient with plenty of seating both indoors and out. The drive-thru is open 24 hours which is very convenient.
McDonald's is McDonald's, I've found that you can go to any McDonald's in any country and have the same reliable service and food as any other. When you want what you want you go there. And frozen Cokes are awesome!!!
I appreciated the diligent work that the employees have put forth in order to serve their community. One takes for granted these people on a daily basis but it is when a something like the covid crisis happens when you learn to open your eyes to those who are there to help. With a limited menu and half staff these people did a great job. I heard a lot of complaining which irked me. I see the pressure they were under and they handled it with grace.
Picked up an egg mcmuffin sandwich before heading to the SB airport for a flight. Plenty of parking. Larger size dine in eating area. Drive thru had 2 lanes, but if you don't enter it from Fairview Ave, you can end up going in the wrong way. Friendly employees and fast service for my sandwich. Will visit again when I'm in the area.
This is one of the best ones in the area. Easy On/Off the fwy. It has a drive-through and lots of good shady parking. It has outside seating, but no kids play area. It's clean, with a helpful, friendly staff. There's also a little Liquor/Mini Market, close nextdoor.
This place is fine just like any other McDonald's but if you're using your mobile app, you have to do it before you pull into the drive-thru or around to the curbside cuz their internet sucks
Technology is overtaking us, now you enter the place and you have to make your own order on the screens, which is a little confusing at first but later you can start to understand. There is no one at the counter anymore, and if you need help you have to wait for one of the employees to be free and can help you, the truth is there is nothing like customer service with employees, specifically when the person is very kind and happy
This McDonald’s location is very close to the freeway with a drive-through and an outdoor patio. It opens from 5am to 12 pm. It looks like a new location or a grand opening. It is cozy and bright with unique features compared to other establishments. I like all fast food restaurants Happy Meals. The food is great and more healthy. The prices are good with a variety of items. The best and most important part is that I collected the toys and gave them to my friend’s kids. I wonder if Uncle McDonald would be as happy as my friend’s child if he knew the impact of his creation.

The McDonald's located here actually went though a lot of renovations. It has more of a modern feel now with more open seating and they bring your food out to you now. The food is pretty much what you expect so no real change but it's a nice update
Online ordering not very good. Especially thru Uber eats delivery drivers have had to cancel my order. I sent the order the driver gets it but this McDonald's doesn't see it on their end. So we cancel and order somewhere else.
McDonald's in Goleta is clean very very clean the food is okay it's just too overpriced now at McDonald's the only good thing that I will go there for is the egg McMuffin specials in the morning because it's basically pretty simple you can't screw up that food but the rest of it I will not go for lunch or dinner unless I'm on the road and I'm sorry because it's just too overpriced and I don't really like the quality McDonald's this isn't what it used to be although the one I go get it is very very clean
This must be some kind of historical McDonald's because the signage out front had a vintage look from the 70's/80's to it, there's murals on the wall of the presumed founder's son, and the prices are jacked up from a normal McDonald's. There is computer ordering if you fancy and there are tablets at some tables if your attention need be elsewhere. This place is very kitschy, definitely aimed towards tourist- types.
An average McDonald's. I've been here several times and usually something isn't right. For example, I ordered the #2 2 cheeseburger combo with no onions, and got 1 No Onions cheeseburger and the other one as normal. At the same time, if you want a fine dining experience don't look to McDonald's.
Everything was really wonderful until one of the staff started to sweep next to me while I was eating. I think that is rude and I don't like it cause I was eating and see the dust flying all over my food. And then she proceeded to mop. While she was mopping she hit my feet (I was wearing my shoes 🙄) with the mop she didn't even apologize. I understand that the restaurant has to look clean but please don't sweep net to a person that is eating.
This location offers in door and out door sitting and the inside is kept clean. If you are picking up or going through the drive-thru, always check your bag before leaving. Usually, you may need to go in to get the rest. Things are usually missing. There is plenty of parking, but at night, expect to park only in the back where there is hardly any light.
Service in the drive thru is very poor, i feel rushed and my food has been pretty bad, soggy undercooked hashbrowns that didnt seemike they let the oil drain out and other times super soggy extra greasy burgers, and why order large fries when you get the same amount as a medium. Dont ask for salsa or ketchup because it looks like youre ruining the worker at the second windows day.
I was craving Mcdonald's especially because there open 24 hrs. Its around 1:35am. Noticed the drive thru was closed. i figured i will go around and order. No one around, so ill try there curbside Mobile nothing. As im about to drive off i notice a taxi driver pull up and someone pops there head out and i wittnessed a employee hand the taxi driver food/drink . It really bothered me and i feel like the public should know, especially if there saying there open online but only serve certain Customers.
Thanks McDonald's state is under construction, but open, and l will never forget how badly l was treated there angry little bald pitbull manager was so rude to me lam young senior citizen and I have to say lremember the good ol days if a manager at McDonald's had angered issue s and lash out at a customer(.fired on the spot) now you see manager punched a customer and jumped over the counter (great video giant female manager just crushed female customer jumped over counter watch videos) what has happened at upperstate McDonald's. Poor service poor management took me 10 minutes to get a Coke and I had to ask somebody if there was a register open I was ignored after my order I had to wait 10 minutes to get a Coke which I ordered with ice and got one without so obviously there's no paying attention here at the store stop messing around let's get somebody in there that knows how to manage the store. Check your orders before you leave the drive thru. Filet o Fish is always dry. Not the freshest ingredients always. Fries were pretty dry this time too. Not recommended.
This place SUCKS ! They Always make mistakes with the order,drive thru is SLOW,even when they are not busy ,it's always a struggle. If I didn't have young kids ,I would never go there.Having the only drive-thru is there only salvation.The problem is the management can't get and hold a crew together for any extended period of time.
I waited 20 minutes and asked about my order since everyone that got there after me had gotten theirs. The guy looked at me and asked for my number I said 207 and he handed me 203. When I pointed out that was not my number he said that was my order and walk away. I got stuck with a cold meal since he walked away and I had to go back to work and
One of the worst McDonald's locations I have ever visited. The food preparation is slow, and you can't order using the McDonald's mobile app. They also charge an extra 50 cents for sauces.
I have grown up eating here and have even worked here before. So I understand both sides to this. In short it’s a good McDonald’s and if there is something wrong politely ask about it, mistakes happen. Although they close early, consistently. Pro tip, if you’re nice to people they’ll generally be nice to you too. Hope this helps have a good one. If you care to know more then here’s the long story, it’s a McDonald’s that has high standards for itself as it is part of a chain. People get stressed and the work is very fast paced and doesn’t help when customers lash out in anger or frustration, I’ve had a customer throw food at me because the modifications were not to his liking. Mistakes are bound to happen with this sort of environment. There have been mistakes that occurred to even my own orders. It’s not that big of a deal. Just politely ask and make sure to keep your receipt. If it’s really busy in the drive through don’t expect to be out in like 5 minutes even if you go inside. Human error occurs but also customers who don’t know what they want will take longer than those who come often. There is a big menu and it can be intimidating as well as time consuming to make everything ready in 2-10 minutes depending on how big the order is and how many customers there are. Sometimes staff can be rude, people get stressed and it doesn’t help when customers lash out because of a stressful day they’ve had. If staff are rude point it out and ask them to rephrase it in a nicer tone. There are some who tend to focus on the speed of the orders and lack customer service because of that. Teamwork is important but some don’t work well in a team, and can easily make the work harder for everybody else, even some managers can have off days. But the people try and most workers I’ve had the opportunity to talk to do they’re best in the moment, they don’t want to make you upset or angry and they are human like y’all. If you have played or worked with a team you’ll know that if you have a weak link they can offset everybody’s hard work. The cleaning of things is a big thing and bathrooms are cleaned on a regular basis. If it’s nasty in there then it’s probably a fellow customer who made that mess. Let the people working know that there is some cleaning needed and somebody will be sent shortly to do so, unless it’s busy, then it’ll take a bit longer. As a customer it is a good place. Food is fine and customer service depends on the person. Some are exceptional and others are meh just like any other person. The people hired are people like you and I and you don’t need any special certification besides a food handlers certificate. It’s a varied selection of people and sometimes you’ll come across a gem in the making who works hard, sometimes it’ll be somebody who isn’t motivated and is trying to finish the hours. The times I’ve had my order wrong, I simply come back and let them know politely and they fixed it right away. Be sure to keep your receipt because if there is something missing then call and let them know and they should be able to give you credit for the item on your next visit. Just remember the name of the manager, depending on who’s working they may just ask for your name and sometimes ask for a managers name. This has happened to me before I worked and I couldn’t get a sandwich for a happy meal because of me forgetting the receipt and the name of the manager. The workers are supposed to review your order with you, if they don’t ask them to. The potential for a mistake grows if it’s a big order, it’s common for families to come and get their food so just be sure you know what everybody wants so that way it’s easier to keep track of it and you are able to get in and get out as fast as possible. Just be polite and if you see a lot of orders then it’s going to take a while. Especially late at night when the number of workers is at its smallest. Just remember to be polite and treat them like you would any other person. They have nothing to gain by swindling you out of a few dollars, so they’ll try to get you the stuff you ordered.
Today is Wednesday November 29,2023 About 8:10am I walked in to the lobby and I ordered a breakfast meal with medium coffee, I did asked to add 4 creams and 1 Splenda.. On the ticket said add cream ( doesn’t said how many) add 2 Splenda!!?? 2 Splenda in a medium size coffee is to sweet and doesn’t look like it had it 4 creams is to dark… The Worst was that the person who took my order is the “MANAGER “ … If the person in charge gives an order completely wrong…. What should I spect from the staff!!!!
THE slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. Consistently slow drive thru, in the mornings especially. I've watched them hand other customers food before receiving my order, even though it's the same exact meal and then get asked what I'm waiting for.
I understand it's late, went around midnight But the fries were cold and not dropped properly. They could have been double dropped if need be. Fries take two min to do. And yes I'm a chef. Kinda sad.
They make the inside so uncomfortable that you won’t want to stay here. Uncomfortable seats and ice cold.
There's something wrong with their coffee machine, if you get an espresso-based drink it tastes like a cup of milk. I was also here a year ago or so, and it was the same exact problem. I get lattes from a different McDonald's that are strong and good so something is definitely wrong here.
There's no way to throw food away if you are going through the drive thru. No cans on the way in. Only place to get rid of old cups is after you've gone through the drive-thru at the handicap spot. I asked to do that the drive-thru window at if I could make room in my cup holder and get rid of yesterday's McDonald's coffee cup. He said no. They need one of those garbage cans with The extender so you could throw stuff away on your way in. Just common sense.
I went through the drive thru yesterday. I watched the manager accidentally nock a coffee cup off the stack. The cup hit the ground. He picks it up, and instead of throwing it away. He puts it back in the stack. I will never be back here.
I wrote a review about this place a few weeks ago and store manager saw it and last night i went to have dinner and he attacked me cause of the review, he started telling to leave this place alone and that i have to stop writing reviews so that made mad and then he said that i need anger management classes so i just told him that if he doesnt want to get bad reviews he needs to start doing his job and train his people better. His name is ludvin Ramirez a "Christian" guy, yeah right, ill post his photo so you can know who he is.
Very rude manager, I showed a mobile pick up or and he said he didn't have it walked away and went on his personal phone. This is not the first time the guy was rude to me. Poor customer service.
The food and service was good overall. However, I just don’t like the way they treat their employees.
Poor service. First, you have to wait a long time, then you have to repeat twice your order, and have to check it thoroughly because they give you the wrong order. Just go to another Macdonalds where they care about costumer service.

I work night shift and me and my co-workers always go to the 24 hour drive thru McDonald's, they always mess up our orders and they never have anything I order they always say they are washing the machines to the latte's or don't have frappes, apple pies and today they didn't have ice tea.. What's the point in being open 24/7 if they don't have anything?!! Really ad service
The place Low Class theirs people sitting at the end of the driveway asking for money it's a MESS. Didn't anything I ordered people sat and ate and left and so did I. Better pick a different McDonald's.
I absolutely hate this Mc Donald’s. There’s always something wrong. If it’s not making the food wrong it’s them not knowing how to count. When you order a tote of cookies, it’s supposed to come with 13 not 12. When u order a twenty piece chicken nuggets it’s supposed to come with 20 not 18 or 19. When you order a hamburger with no onions it shouldn’t have any but yet they still put it in? Like seriously? I never have this problem at any other Mc Donald’s.

Asked for a vanilla iced coffee got an iced creamer instead then I got off my car to tell them, the young guy had good customer service but the the lady was rude and inpatient, I get that they are busy but I simply wanted an iced coffee not an iced creamer day before I ordered other stuff didn’t get half the stuff I hate to give reviews but if that lady wasn’t so rude I wouldn’t have made it.. good customer service is key guys!! ..
Absolutely the worst meal I have ever had. I ordered a double quarter pounder combo. First the bottom bun was so full of grease it poured out when I picked it up. Then I noticed they forgot the cheese. My fries were obviously fried twice. I tried to get the sandwich replaced but the next one had even more grease dripping off it than the first one. I got my money back and left.
11:00pm I was waiting for my food and for some reason my order kept getting skipped over, like 5 times, so after waiting about 10 minutes i went to the counter only to be ignored by the "Manager" i dont know what her name was but she was skinny with blonde hair. After watching this "manager" be very rude to the guy working the counter, he had glasses, I then walked over to him and asked why my order was continuously being skipped over and before he could even answer the blonde haired lady tried to say "we're waiting on your chicken nuggets" why did it take for me to walk away and ask someone else whats wrong for you to acknowledge me? Everytime i go in here this girl has an attitude but tonight was just too much. DONT IGNORE CUSTOMERS BECAUSE YOURE STRESSED. Its now 11:20pm and im leaving with no food. Go to the McDonald's on Hollister theyre faster and nicer.

The order taker and his supervisor where less than friendly jesus seemed like he didnt know how to work the register and when asked about an item menu got a rude attitude back. Took almost 10 minutes for my food and when I got my order the guy had my food thrown in a bag sideways and was missing forks drinks jam I had my order to go and had to go back inside for some of my stuff they forgot. on top of them not serving the 2 sausage egg mcmuffins for 2 for 3.99 whitch is absurd as these locations in Santa Barbara are home of the Mc muffin your staff here need to be retrained
Love three coffee. Occasionally go for kids meals. Went there for breakfast thru dive thru. After waiting in drive truck line for 10 min , Women in car I of me front finally ordered, which took forever. When my turn came up, had to drive up to window to order. As.i came to the pick up window, multiple cars behind me order at the box. My order was not ready and told to go park. Multipal cars behind me got their food. I went I and got my money. Manager was.ni help
Terrible! The guy at the window handed my drink to me with his back to me! When have you ever seen that? After leaving, I learned I did not get a straw and the fries were luke-warm! 01-22-21 3:56pm order #84. I'll never go back!
Waited for more than 20 minutes for my order and the employee said they called my number already. There were lots of people saying they've been waiting 15, 20 minutes or longer I kept hearing the same lame excuse, "We already called your number." They need to get a better system and stop blaming the customers.
Continuing the saga: What a disappointment! We ordered a cheese burger meal with a large soda and large fries, with 1 quarter pounder. What we were handed was another person's meal. Then, the person said, "What did I order?" I handed them the receipt. Got a refund. Then as we were traveling north, hungry, my wife took one bite of the cheese burger - she said it was gross, the worst burger she has ever tasted. So, apprehensive, I dug into the quarter pounder, I was dismayed? What happened to the well seasoned juicy hamburger? What happened to the cheese burger, juicy and well seasoned? What happened to the fries? No salt and not crispy. What is going on, McDonalds? Did you change your beef to a lesser quality? Saving costs to meet demand? I see you're closing several stores. Maybe you should close Goleta, CA, as well. Never going back!..... The McRib was dry. Last year the buns were soft with lots of bbq sauce. Cinnamon Roll was also lacking frosting dry on the outside edges. If your hungry it will fill you up, but they lost my interest due to quality. I ended up tossing 60% of my meal.
update: they start to charge you for the sauce at both goleta locations so check your meal for sure! even though I have been to this location for over 3 yrs I have to write down this comment. CHECK YOUR MEAL!CHECK YOUR MEAL!CHECK YOUR MEAL! Make sure you leave with everything you payed for when you drive thru/pick up. There's an overall 10%-20% chance that they miss something, mostly sauces, but also burgers and else. Everything has a chance to miss. You don't want youself to rush back here when you are hungary. Last but not least, After they remodel the dining room they removed the soda machines so you need to ask for refill. You not only need to wait up to miniutes, but using extra unnessary cups.
Again I ordered 'DINE IN ' and they placed my food in a bag and I had to get my food to go. Today, this morning I ordered on the mobile app @ 7:30am for 2 sausage, egg and cheese mcmuffins and both of them were extremely burnt on the inside. Customer experience is continuously being degraded with every passing order, 'DINE IN ' and drive thru.
There is a reason I don't go to Mac Donald's. I don't know what makes me try it again, I guess it is hope but if there is one thing they are consistent at is being bad. I always end up saying it again...last time and then I do it again years later and that consistency is still there, no matter how much time it passes they are still bad
They have no soda machines for public use, it looks like they tried to set this place up soley for drive threw the parking around the store chained off, if this is the future of McDonald's I rather not give them business
I went this morning to the drive-thru and I order 3 deluxe breakfast and 2 burritos. I asked for 20 Mexican salsas because they never put any or something is missing like today there was this manager!!! He was givenig the orders he was so rude he was going to charge me extra for the salsas. He supposed greet the costumers he never did same with the girl who was making drinks they're were talking . Its really sad that they are managers and they don't do their job. At the end the store manager gave me what I asked for With out problems. This was today around 8:30 am
Been going here a number of times through the drive-thru over the last few years and I don't think once was my order correct as I'm leaving and I don't know if cuz it's a drive-thru. They think they can get away with it, but this is probably the worst service in McDonald's that I've ever been to anywhere. They're always shorting an item when you go through the drive-thru not giving you any sauce or napkins and having to ask and they look at you like you're frustrated when you check your bag there and there's something missing. I've had a lot of bad experiences and I would recommend not going to this one and trying a different McDonald's
Fries are usually cold, always double check what you got charged for and what you got cause this facility is a 10/10 on the hamburglar scale always charged in full but but be prepared to receive half to 3/4 of your order. And when u attempt to correct your order management is very combative. And has only gotten worse last two years honestly haven’t received a order right in months unless all I order is a soda
Not sure how this can even happen lol. Do better McDonalds.
Hello, I wanted to share feedback about my recent experience at your restaurant. I work as a delivery driver, so I understand that orders can sometimes take time, and I always try to be patient and respectful of staff workload. However, during my visit, there were three employees on duty. One was not actively working and was supervising someone else’s child, while another was moving trays with food. I stood at the counter for about fifteen minutes waiting for a very simple order — just ten chicken nuggets. Although staff could clearly see me, no one acknowledged me or asked what I was waiting for. Only after I showed the order on my phone did they check it, and the order was prepared and handed over in about ten seconds. This shows the delay could have been avoided with better attentiveness and communication. I hope management will address staff attentiveness and communication, especially with delivery drivers, as these delays directly affect delivery times and the overall customer experience. Thank you for your attention.
The paper lid and paper spoon for the sundae is the worst thing ever. The hole is too small to barely get the spoon through and if you take the lid off makes a giant mess.
Came here with an app order...they swore up and down that my order wasn't showing up on their monitor. I had the app order as proof...so they told me maybe the money didn't go through my bank...showed them that the charge was made on my bank app..and they still didn't want to give me my food. Eventually she said that my name popped up their screen but not my order ....even then she didn't want to give me my food....when she finally did she told me I had to wait because it was a lot of food. It was only a 20 piece meal and a kids meal. I waited over 30 min. Plus the 30 she had me going back and forth with her. NEVER STOPPING HERE AGAIN
(Asks for 10 creamers in my coffee... reads the review below me vvvv 👀😂😂😂😂) I was about to get some food there last night. I drove through the drive through, when I got to the window The guy never said anything for like a minute.There was a point where they would say, "hi welcome to mcdonald's the one moment please" or something like that but no. When the guy talks he says, "what's up?" I actually thought to myself "is this guy serious?", like it was just a very unprofessional way to greet a customer. I asked about an item on the menu and his response and tone just felt really unprofessional, I decided to just eat somewhere else.
