Found this great little restaurant while having my water bottles filled. I lived outside Toluca for many years and this place is the real thing. Will definitely be returning.

We have been there yesterday and I ordered the special of the day chicken fajitas for 135 MXN. They tasted super delicious, I can highly recommend. Price for hamburger with fries is around 105 MXN (June 2021)

The burgers are delicious and pizza is tasty. For vegetarian options, I ate one of the best salads of my life here. Mine had seasoned grilled chicken and came with fresh organic lettuce, cucumber, tomato, avocado, and broccoli that much have been blanched. It had the perfect crunch. Vegetarians could also order veggie style pizza. My second third visit I tried the blackened fish tacos and fish and chips 😋delicious! Great spot in Cobo. It's a little off the main area, but it's worth it. I would go back. The food portion was nice and the food was very tasty. The prices were a little high, but it was a good meal. The staff was very nice. I took a long time to get our check and pay. So if you're on a time limit, you might want to ask for it when they deliver your food. Overall it's a nice spot and we enjoy ourselves.

Yummy lunch in beautiful covered deck area. Really enjoyed the mango margaritas, although not very strong. The tortilla chips are delicious and hot, salsa also really good as was our food. My husband is gluten free and dairy free and had no issues finding options to eat. Highly recommended from friends and we'll now recommend as well. The burger and fries at the next table looked delicious!

This restaurant makes very good food for the hungry and thirsty travelers and locals, and they make a wide variety of many delicious meals. A beautiful bar, pool table, indoor/outdoor seating, great variety. El Candil is what many of us consider a “safe choice” unless it comes to the Margaritas (strong). The menu is great and they have some magnificent specials like the “Wet Burrito” , “French Dip” and Pizza on the weekends. A great place to catch a ball game and have a drink or have a family dinner.

We had a late lunch here at the end of December, outside, under the trees. Really pleasant atmosphere, and the food was good: we had some tacos and the ABC burger. The place seems to be tourist-centric, with much of the menu in English, and even the name of the burger (ABC = "avocado, bacon, cheese") is geared towards English speakers. That was slightly disappointing, since we thought we were slightly off the beaten track. Nonetheless, I would go back if I'm ever again in Mulegé.

Me encanta este lugar, en el centro del pueblo, puedes comer en la barra o en las mesas del.lugar, tiene una mesa de villar, cuenta con baños limpios. Sólo atiende una persona, Manuel, el cuál es muy amable. Las hamburguesas son deliciosas en particular la ABC (avocado, bacon & cheese) que son acompañadas con papas, la pizza es también deliciosa, con bastante salsa de tomate, suficiente queso y crujiene, venden también tacos de pescado, aros de cebolla, nachos, etc. La cocina cierra a las 9 pm, ese su mayor defecto y no aceptan tarjeta.

El lugar está limpio, acogedor y su comida es buena, el arroz con apio no lo había probado es muy bueno. Les recomiendo el camarón con coco.

Cool little spot. Got to hear the Local 'Sinatra' belt it out a bit. They have a small kitchen there behind the bar for food. Its not a brick oven for pizza if that's your thing.. I was there for the music & dancing, so can't offer much more on the food..ended up in the pool hall anyway. NICE!!! tables. Good stick to be had there as well..I did sample the food and everything was good and I had no complaints. Good drinks at a grate price. I left the pool hall part in the front, before my lady left me.. The courtyard (dance floor area) is pretty sweet. Nice an open. Good ambience. Would be a grate place to host your event. Keeping in mind the kitchen is small. Only gave 4 stars because I did not really try the food yet and is not an indication on this place, only that my experience is, thus far, incomplete.

Delicious food when they get your order right...no attention to detail. They got my order right 1 out of 3 times while in mulege and 1 of the nights I ordered blackened fish tacos and after 45 minutes got some asada tacos. I was so hungry at that point I just ate what they brought me... tonight I ordered the same(to go) and didn't even get tacos.

Surprising! After traveling the Baja for a month I'm kind of tired of Mexican food and would love some Thai or anything without cheese in it! I love fish tacos though so that's what I ordered and though the fish taco was not to my liking the rice, beans and pico de Gallo was divine!

Ce n'est pas l'endroit que je vous recommande, Le service est bâclé, aucune attention pour vous, La carte n'est même pas à table, vous devez aller à l'entrée pour savoir quoi manger, La qualité des plats est moyenne, sans saveur, tout est jeté dans l'assiette, et à vous de vous débrouiller avec ce qui, devait être des fajitas. Ce n'est pas mauvais, mais c'est insipide. Quant au service, ce qui l'intéresse, c'est que vous ayez payer assez tôt pour qu'il puisse fermer à l'heure. Donc,je vous laisse juger ce genre d'expérience que je ne vous recommande pas.............

Horrible place, we ordered margaritas and they were disgusting made with cheap alcohol, we asked if they could fix the drinks but they refused, after 30 minutes of waiting they told us that they made a mistake with our order and they tried to give us a different pizza but we refused and we left the place. horrible lugar, ordenamos margaritas y estaban asquerosas hechas con alcohol barato, les preguntamos si podrian arreglar las bebidas pero se negaron, después de 30 minutos de esperar nos dijeron que se habían equivocado con nuestra orden y trataron de darnos una pizza diferente pero nos rehúsamos y dejamos el lugar

Estuve más de una hora y media esperando a que me sirvieran mi pizza, después de mí llegaron 2 familia y le sirvieron primero a ellos y cuando pregunté por la mía me dijeron que se había quemado cuando a la familia que llegó después de mí le dieron una pizza igual a la que pedí y ellos pidieron y en menos de media hora ya tenían su comida..

El servicio al cliente fatal, la comida estaba buena, las bebidas regular, una mala experiencia.

Una experiencia horrible. Hemos esperado 50min para 2 pizzas y no había clientes en el restaurante. Los ingredientes para las pizzas no son de calidad y pagar 315 pesos para una pizza es una estafa. Muy caro. No recomiendo. Es mejor ir y comer tacos en la plaza.

¡ EL PEOR LUGAR EN MULEGÉ ! Tienen pésimo servicio, nos hicieron esperar una hora y media una pizza mediana mientras atendían a personas que llegaron después d nosotros y jamás se acercaron a preguntar nada a nuestra mesa. Cuando preguntaron nos dijeron “ya está lista” y después se acercaron a decirnos que se había quemado. Nos esperamos 15 minutos más y decidimos irnos.
