Very nice Del Taco. The cashier was one of the nicest young men I have seen in a very long time. He was very cute, very polite and very helpful. I ordered a coupon item, a bean burrito and one of the little strawberry shakes. The shakes are to die for! I couldn't even use a straw, it was so thick and full of strawberries that I literally just drank it. My only complaint would be the chicken tacos. The taco itself was tough around the edges. The meat Was Juicy and the lettuce was crisp. They also had plenty of cheese. The restaurant appeared to be very clean and well kept up. They had enough employees to be able to get everybody's order done and extremely timely manner. I would go back again! Quiet and nice Del Taco, secluded yet near other shopping areas. Near the Mike Ward park. Friendly staff and a fast drive through. Picture below of the village center.

Del Taco offers a $5 Big Box which includes a Bean and cheese burrito, small fries, a quesadilla, and a drink. That’s a lot of calories for $5! Arrived at the establishment, surroundings were clean, service was fast. No music, so the atmosphere is a bit meh. Unfortunately, so was the food. Nothing to write home about with the burrito, and the quesadilla has no flavor, reminds me of when I was a kid and would nuke a slice of cheese with a tortilla in the microwave. I like Del Taco’s tacos, burritos, and nachos, but can’t recommend this Big Box despite it’s value price.

Snarky remarks by two different members of staff when I simply asked for regular accommodations like a water cup or restroom. I had zero complaints the entire time I ate here however just common courtesy and kindness and overall manners is heavily lacking with the current staff. I’m not even being extreme this is just the facts. And please don’t reply to this with some auto generated thing like “oh we do apologize so much we hope you’ll reconsider la de dah” Point being you have an issue here. I’m not even saying i’m going to stop coming. Just train your staff to be better.

Im never really picky about my fast food but this was a bit too much, the tortilla was also super old tasting like this was made an hour before and then reheated and given to me. All I know is now im gonna have to check my food before I leave the place because this has happened once before.

Worst meal of my life. My fries were cold and soggy. My soda had no syrup. And my chicken soft tacos had way to much white sauce, the lettuce was wet like really wet no crisp what so ever. On top of that my brother got a bean and cheese burrito with both over cooked and undercooked beans. The meat from his two snack tacos was so over seasoned a tiny piece of it fell on his table and so far has permanently stained it. It's just ridiculous that they charge me almost 20 bucks and yet they didn't make one item eatable. I would have been better off just throwing the twenty in the trash. I'm sure I'd still be just as hungry cause we didn't eat any of it. We couldn't even drink th drinks. Just pathetic. Never going here again accept once to get my money back.

We recently went there and had 2 bad experiences. 1st time the order got messed up twice. When we asked for the managers name . He said it's none of our business. Very bad customer service. We called corporate about. She said someone will.call back yet no one has. Plus I went to that location with a brand new debit card and a employee at the drive through had a card reader and hacked my debit card info. Lucky it was a 2nd account I hardly use. Just be careful about coming to this location.
