Worst experience in my life at a McDonald’s. First every employee was cutting up and laughing in Spanish therefore the order took forever. Then they would only give me 1 sweet and sour sauce with my meal. He said he’d have to charge me for the second one. I only had a twenty dollar bill and he put it in his pocket. Never go to this location is my advice.

Great place to get your McDonald's favorites in Belmont/San Mateo I always stop after Zumba or my bank when I come from San Jose. Service is quick, their hash browns are usually cold. Maybe sometimes they are too fast. Not efficient 3 STARS on that. Food is good.

I've been to this particular McDonald's a multitude of times--having good experiences around 92% good experiences, 5% "meh" experiences, and 4% bad experiences (does my percentages seem a tad off? It's because I deemed one visit a bad one, but then the manager stepped in and "heroed" the day! *Food is always consistent so I'm rating experiences based on employee interaction. Service can be slow at times but the people there are nice and professional. The one thing this place gets right is the food is always warm to hot. A plus is I order for my team from here a few times a month and they always get the orders right. Would certainly recommend to others!

This location is pretty good. Their food always seems fresh and this visit was a fairly good one. Despite a couple of things. There wern't any straws or ketchup out in the public area. Not to mention the fountain coke area needed some attention (sticky and trash around on the counters). The first two tables we tried to sit at were sticky from past guests.

Service here is decent and quick. Curbside pickup is efficient. Like most places these days, sometimes items are not available. The typical McDonald's menu is available. Using the app earns rewards, discounts, and free food.

Usually there's different staff in there and I go through the drive thru and they're wonderful. So I am giving them a higher rating than today. But today we went inside... (mistake) No seating inside yet. They have forgotten how to do counter service. They got most of our order wrong, plus didn't give us drinks with our happy meals. We asked for no ice in our sodas - got ice. We asked for no pickle/onion on our double quarter pounders and got both on each. We asked for no onion on our single quarter pounder and got no pickle or onion. We got a diet coke instead of dr pepper. I am allergic so it's bad. Just really poor service.

Efficient and a very respectable McD restaurant. Clean. A little chilly to sit in on this cold day. The radio broadcast over the speakers became rather annoying for trying to concentrate on other things while having some breakfast.

As far as this location goes, its alright. However the service is often very friendly and genuine. Ive been going here for years and they very rarely mess up my order.

Very good but could work on a few things such as, how they take the order, when getting a burger make sure it's wrapped correctly, and if the fries look soggy or gross why serve them to a customer. I would rather tell them that we have to make fresh fries and that I will give them a medium instead of a small for the wait. Plus not all the McDonald's I've noticed season the meat like they are supposed too.

THIS IS THE WORST MCDONALD'S EVER!!!!!! I don't understand how hard it is for a restaurant filled with adults to get out a simple breakfast order in a timely fashion. They didn't ever call our my pick-up number, they just bagged it and kept it on the back counter. I had to call out twice for them to actually acknowledge me at the front counter when my knocking on the counter got no response. Nor do I understand how the manager could possibly let the store run out of all of their drinks. You make the tea on a regular schedule, yet your out of that, and soda, and oh my gosh water too!

McDonald’s is junk food, but it’s tasty junk food that you can tolerate once in a while 🥴 This branch is quite clean. 4 self-order kiosks. Food served fast. They even had a kid playground next door, but that area doesn’t have heat, so it’s quite chilly compared to the actual dining area. But, kids don’t mind. We ordered a Happy Meal for our son, one Cheeseburger and one Mc Double for us, one Iced Latte and one Caramel Macchiato (this one is too sweet). For the toys included in the Happy Meal, always check before leaving. They have this Mariokart toy given to kids >3, but if you don’t check carefully, it could get mixed up with toys for kids under 3. This happened to us before. We went home and my little one was excited for his new Mariokart, but it turned out to be a puzzle toy for younger kids. He was disappointed.

When one thinks of McDonald's, you'd think their food is all the same, as it perhaps most definitely should. But it is my partially "painful" experience, that this isn't always the case. This particular McDonald's is most certainly one of the better prepared and better, fresher tasting food places ! Other places often serve burgers or fries or chicken nuggets, who's expectation/serving window has long closed. Or they give you cold and/or oversalted fries, stale bread buns or dried up products. Often missing an order of fries or partially completed orders, when getting food for larger quantities of people. This McDonald's has always had "up to par food", yummy to devour, the beverages are tasty, hot or ice cold like they should! Ice cream or shakes yummy. For years now I've been going there. The dining area is always clean, but the restrooms, especially the ladies, could use a bit more attention! The staff is pretty friendly, but once in a while you do wait a bit longer then anticipated! But overall a decent experience. And good tasting food is the primary objective here, and that is the most important, is always present! And they are open late! Thank you!

The space devoted to the play area is huge, but 80% of it is seating. The actual playspace is tiny and extremely disappointing. The restaurant area is also huge; I've never seen a McDonald's with so many seats. However, it's not very welcoming for eating in as there's not so much as a napkin to be found. They also charge $1.29 for an ice cream cone you can get for $0.69 at any other McDonald's.

Just wished when you asked for Xtra crispy and they acknowledge it. When you get your order it was. Me no like floppy fries, or anything that should be crispy that's not 😁 don't mess with a fluffy girl food 🤣🤣

We frequent this McDonald’s because it’s in our neighborhood and we have kids who always want happy meals. 3 stars because our orders are wrong pretty much every time, something is forgotten or the order is just wrong. I’m in the habit of always checking my order before I pull away, but if for some reason I don’t check it’s always wrong. If I find something missing and I’m still at the window the staff will give me attitude when I tell them it’s incorrect or something is missing. Also sometimes as we pull up to the windows and the employees don’t greet or even speak to us. They take the card and give it back with no words or they hand the food out of the window without saying anything. We will still go, because kids, and it’s conveniently close. I hope they can get better at checking orders and customer service.

Using the app in the drive thru is so easy. It speeds things along and ensures there's no communication issues with the speaker. Highly recommend. Also, you get points to use for free food and drinks.

Ordered two hamburgers and fries. The fries were excellent as always but the hamburgers lacked flavor.

The guy that took my order either was very spacey or maybe did not understand English very well. I ordered a breakfast burrito and he seemed very confused. And then he spoke to me in very jibberish broken English And I think he was trying to say was my fault I couldn't figure it out. Thank God the woman behind him, who was another employee, help them out.

It's almost ALWAYS a wait in the drive thru. On average I'd say it's more than a 10 minute wait. The workers usually get orders right. The inside playground is nice and newly remodeled a little on the small side buy hey the kids enjoy it. It has self checkout kiosks inside. Overall it's your average McDonalds.

I usually don't review fast food places because they are, for the most part, all the same. If you have been to 1 McDonald's you have been to them all right? Not so much! This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I give it 2 stars only because it is cheap and convenient. I don't expect much from a fast food worker, but I do expect them to have a good attitude, be knowledgeable, friendly, and get my simple order correct. In the time I was waiting for my 10 piece McNuggets, 3 people brought their food back to the counter because the guy at the register got them all wrong. One of the issue is that the workers up front speak English but the workers in the back all speak Spanish. There is a serious lack of communication going on here. By the way, my 10 piece McNuggets finally came out, too bad it was missing a McNugget, I guess someone back there cannot count to 10, must be missing a finger! The manager did hook me up with my missing McNugget and 3 extra ones to boot. Poor guy!

It seems like everything in the kitchen is not working. The drinks are flat, the food could be better and of course the ice cream machine is broken, needs alot of repairs in the kitchen asap, because I do love McDonald's

The service at that's McDonald's is usually pretty slow. This morning and take me 8 minutes in line to get to 2 hashbrowns. However I will say that this app is always super friendly.

You really ought to change the breakfast menu not to include caramel frappes if you dont serve them at breakfast time. The lady was very rude and didnt even bother to give me my total. The guy at the window didnt even give me a total until he had already taken my card. Sucks its the only McDonalds on my route to work.

The front counter service has all but disappeared. Those kiosks that customers use make it to where the people working there dont even want to talk to you. I was in the middle of speaking to a manager and she just straight turned and walked away. I was not complaining, just asking her a question. The staff here is very rude.

It NEVER fails. Tonight I ordered a Large tea, fish sandwich, 2 happy meals with unsweet tea. Tell me why they put Large teas with the happy meals? I have been charged for extra drinks and meals that I didn't order. They also always tend to forget something. This is an issue with their drive-thru. The man taking order was very rude and never gave us our receipt. Didnt get my order correct. Waited for food in drive thru for 8 minutes. I asked for 3 combos. No customers in the store. The staff was loud playing around and obviously not trying to get the food together. Dont go to this McDonald's in the evening.

Almost every time our order is wrong! We order online via the app & 99% of the time we have to send it back through the window. Tonight, we didn't check the bag fit bit us. My daughter's plain burger had 2 slices of cheese on it. This sent her into a full crying fit becsuse lord have mercy, she can't have cheese. BUT... we know this & order a HAMBUGER PLAIN. Come on man, get it right!

We came for large drinks and the worker at the window gave us a drink that wasn't close to being full and argued about filling it up all the way. He said this was because we asked for no ice. He said that the machine fills it so it's not on him, and then forgot what the drink was and asked us what was what. He then made a big deal about being asked to fill up the drink to the proper limit. Really rude and argumentative. Never had such treatment before.

made us wait in lane one for like over 6 minutes (im being fr) and didnt take our order. told my mom they can hear us on the headset and no one gave us confirmation that they were gonna take our order soon, so we pulled up to the back booth, got our mobile orders in, but they didnt use the multi order marker so at the last window they gave us one of the orders and shut the window and walked away from the window since they werent notified of the multi order. there was also a kid on his phone with a headset on, so i can only imagine he was lane 1.. food was fine but service was meh

pretty consistent at messing some part of my order up. I get smoothies sometimes and from here they have huge chunks of ice in them. when i ask for lettuce on my sandwich i get a box full of lettuce literally everywhere but on my sandwich it’s like they threw it in after the fact

Used the kiosk and it didn’t print a receipt, had a digital coupon, so i had to go to the counter to re-do my order but they refused to take the digital coupon because i had already used it at the kiosk. Paid $4 extra. 👎 Tbh nah

Absolutely horrible customer service, I use to come here all the time since I live two blocks away but today is the last time I bring my business here I don't know if management changed or something but, absolutely horrible, this young kid at the window handed us 4 water and sugar teas, lies at the window says the teas come like this already made is a lied due to all the hundreds of teas I have bought here all haved tasted different.. When I arrived at the drive-thru there were two drive-thru windows open I was in line there were cars behind me the manager came out and put two cones in front of my car behind the car in front of me closing the drive-thru Lane I tried to back up and everyone behind me went to the other lane ahead of me so I decided to go inside and Order and I was told sorry we're short-staffed the manager snubbed me the food was awful and they didn't even offer what I wanted any longer which was the breakfast menu I will never eat at another McDonald's ever and this is the worst

I just came from here, has to be the worst customer service I've ever seen. I watched the person in front of me wait 7 minutes for one single drink. Needless to say it took forever as there were more people than that when I first pulled in. When I got to the second window the lady 'working' in that window never said a word to me. There were three people standing in the window and they weren't even talking, just standing there leaning on the counters. When I finally got my order she didn't even look at me and couldn't even be bothered to rattle off my order to make sure it was correct. I was saying thank you as she closed the window on me. I work 5 minutes away and my friend and I had to toss them in the microwave because the biscuits were like little golden bricks and the cheese was cold.

Waited 12 minutes for a sausage biscuit and a hash brown.. Others behind me were served in the mean time. Update. Manager called and apologized. He said he would mail me coupons.. they never arrived. I'm not going back to this location.

We live here in Keller and when we are on the go, this is the location we stop through to grab a drink or a quick bite to eat. When we first moved up to Keller, this McDonald's honestly was one of the best I had ever stopped through. The food was hot, the service was quick and friendly and fairly clean for a fast food joint. The last two months, the staff has changed, and are rude and obnoxious teenagers who are only half paying attention to their job and what you order. I understand the age level that will typically be working here and fully expect mistakes and immaturity to a certain extent, but this group is rude, disrespectful and one mishap from ending up on the news as a location where they catch the staff like spitting in food. That is the best way I can describe the level of immaturity now working at this location. Very disappointing as well as that we have complained a couple times to the Store Manager, and it is now become business as usual. This is low, even for McDonald's and a fast food place. Lets get it together, I hardly eat here....but when I do...it would be nice to see friendly staff and food properly made and hot when delivered. Only reason I even stopped to review, was because I live in Keller and want to know when I stop through here, I am getting a good experience as well as all others coming through Keller..

Poor service and management. In 3 of my last 6 visits, food items were missing from our order when we got home. Even when I asked, "Is this everything?" and they respond "Yes"; when I get home, items are missing. Infuriating. And their management refuses to refund money over the phone for missing items; insisting that you drive all the way back to get your money or missing item. There's a reason the Chick-fil-A across the street gets much more business that this McD's.

I never leave reviews, especially at places like McDonalds, it's fast food and you kinda get what you get. However, avoid this McDonalds for sure! They were rude and refused to take my order because my work vehicle didn't fit through their drive thru and their dining room was closed. I asked if I could order online and then pick it up and the manager just shook her head. So I'm not sure what's going on here but I'd just avoid it.

I always go to this location 6 to 10x a month and at least 2x they make mistakes. Today, they gave me Coke instead of sweet tea again, forgetting straw. they've been consistently making mistakes. And I don't drink soda :(

Finding out that my sons were asked to leave between 10:15-10:30pm from the manager, telling them the lobby was closed, even though the restaurant doesn't close til 11pm. He told them he didn't want to clean again. All this right before two couples walked in, ordered & sat down. I wonder if it was because they're 17 & wearing MAGA hats??

Disappointing experiences time and time again. Pros - it is clean and the location is very accessible. Cons - the appearance of not caring is on the faces of the staff. Orders are consistently incorrect - the wait in the drive thru is interesting considering the absence of people in the lobby, and I tried to connect with mgmt...no response. This is a great place and I hope they turn some corners, but it will start with mgmt caring and that being passed down to the staff. Hopeful bc this place could be great!

Worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. Was advised they don't have large fries. Then when I called back phone just rang. Called 4 times with no answer. On the 4th call they just took the phone off the hook. I would recommend going to somewhere more professional.

This store repeatedly gives me old, cold chicken nuggets, which I admit, I order too regularly. Also, for some reason, even though they have the lobby hours posted on the door as later..they always close it at like 8:30, leaving you to wait in a dismally long, and ineptly ran drive through line.

So great location, said open drive thru till 11 PM waited in line at 9:25 PM got to the order station they shut off the lights and that was that. Staffing issue? Not sure but don’t shut the lights off when people are sitting in the drive thru before closing time. Probably not somewhere to go in the future

The only bad thing about Keller is this McDonald’s specifically, the other locations are so much better. Almost every time I take my kids here to play the playplace has the ac out, burning up hot or frigid cold is what you can expect your kids to play in even with the benefit of being indoors. The staff and management here are so incompetent and terrible even with the cheap prices and quality of the brand this place still is a rip off and not worth spending a single dime here. If you ever have an issue with a staff member they’ll act like they do not understand you at all, playing ignorant shouldn’t be an excuse for awful service.

Avoid the McDonalds on Keller Parkway and Rufe Snow. While the store itself is clean and when I finally got my food it was as good and fresh as a Mickey D's can make, there is no ketchup station or refill machines. But the main reason for the poor rating is the time I waited. Over 30 mins to get my food. They had a system outage and were a bit disorganized. Now, that happens. Computers fail. But no one was communicating. The manager should have been out apologizing and explaining. Instead she was just pacing in the back not helping out while the amount of people waiting kept growing. This store needs new management. Take a stand and avoid.

They remodeled a perfectly good restaurant and removed all the changing tables. If you want to be a kid friendly restaurant, changing tables are a must! The drink fountain was also removed so you cannot refill drinks, and the employees do not want to stop working on online orders to help anyone in person.

Ordered online, to-go order. No customers inside the store but the drive thru line was busy. I watched my food sit on the counter for 10 minutes and asked the manager to please check on my order and she said I had to wait because she's short staffed and taking care of customers in the drive thru. Quite rude and I think she forgot that I was a customer too and had been there a while, and been there before the folks just driving up. It's McDonalds....I get it....but they unfortunately deserve another bad review to add to their bad reputation.

I went in the store to use my McDs app since I seem to get it wrong in the drive thru. I stood at the counter for a good 10 mins. No one looked at me, said “be right there”, or anything. Another customer came up and got his drink refilled- but I remained invisible. What is that? I work in customer sec myself and would NEVER treat a guest like that. I left.

The lady working was upset when I told her I ordered a large. She said you can’t get a large with a meal. I said I didn’t know they changed that rule. I’ve always been able to order a large meal. Then she filled my sprite with water. I asked for sweet and sour sauce and she said you can only get one per customer or it’s an extra $1! She as an older and Hispanic. She sounded like she was on drugs. I’ve never had an employee get upset with me for just ordering.

I sent my 12 year old son in to get a meal and you charged him $17 for it. That is absolutely awful and predatory. He said you kept adding things and upgrades to his meal. You should be ashamed. Will NEVER be back.

It’s impressive how inaccurate they are in the drive thru, and consistently! I can’t speak for inside, but rest assured your order will likely be wrong if you go through the drive through. I would drive a bit further and go to another McD’s - don’t bother going here.

Who ever was taking orders (female) June 15 2023 at 815pm should not be working there. She seemed to hate her job. She was rude. I asked if they had the special buy one get one for 1$. She didn’t even let me finish my sentence when she cut me off saying they didn’t have the special any longer in such a rude way. I asked for buffalo sauce and they’re again answering in a terrible manner. I have never had a bad customer service experience there… this was my first time, and it was very disappointing.

Incompetent Workers, Bad Management. ALWAYS A LONG WAIT with a FULL kitchen staff, 80% of the time my order is incorrect. If the order is correct the food quality is terrible; cold stale fries, old burger, stale nuggets. Staff always looks confused.. I keep trying to give this location a chance, but today was the last straw.. After waiting 15min in the drive thru and another 5min in the wait lane. I saw 6 other cards get their order. I was the only one waiting for a burger and fries only.. I literally watched them give my food to someone else who stuck their hand in the bag and realized it was incorrect.. The person gave the food back and they proceeded to take the food back and then come give me the same food! DISGUSTING!! I was so disturbed I went inside to get my money back, had to wait an additional five minutes just for them to say they had to get a manager and couldn’t find one. Just stood there waiting. In that time I watched two people in front of me who also had issues with their orders. This location is poorly managed. I will not be back.

Food is always good people adequate. The management/owners of this particular location are price gouging people. Charging $.27 per sauce charging $1.29 for a vanilla cone that other locations charge $.69 for when you order a sausage cheese and biscuit without cheese. You pay a dollar more to not have it with cheese. Also charging $.19 up charge on apple juice with a happy meal and when I added shredded lettuce to the cheeseburger on the happy meal they charge me $.50 I’ve never been to a more expensive McDonald’s in the United States than this one. All three McDonald’s within 5 miles of this particular McDonald’s does not charge near the price of this. This will be the last time I ever go to this McDonald’s.

I can’t even give 1 star to this McDonalds. When you sit in the drive through line for 15 minutes before breakfast ends and then are told to wait while they switch the menu to lunch at 1030 and refuse to take a breakfast order, this is unacceptable. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt on the few occasions I have ordered food from them but I am always disappointed. I never get a complete or correct order the few times I have gone to this McDonalds. The employees don’t care and the management wants to argue and never wants to take responsibility. The owners really to reevaluate who they hire, may make a difference! They automatically highlight a star to post anything but I don’t think they are even worth that 1 star

Went through the drive-thru to order two french fries. I was asked to park in one of the designated drive-thru parking spots. I waited for 15 minutes. During this time, I watched car after car getting their order and leaving the drive-thru. I went inside to see what was going on. The manager was at the cash register, ignored me, and then walked away. Another person came up and asked if I needed help. She went over to the fries and quickly bagged my order. It was clear they forgot us after asking me to park.

Manager speaks and understands very little English and fries were cold. Asked for our drinks while waiting for food, manager said okay and she did not give me our 3 drinks. Food was handed to us. I again said, "May we get our drinks", she said "Ranch", and I said "No our drinks" and motioned drinking; she said "Oh" and have us our drinks.

Worst burger patties I've ever gotten. Burnt and thinner than the cheese, literally (and yes I'm using "literally" correctly here). Barely any sauce despite asking for extra. Place used to be okay, but clearly not anymore.

I’ve had and seen several instances where the customer will tell or select what they want and then when the food comes out half the order is missing it always happens on big orders

The drive through might be okay. But if you walk up to the counter to order the service is horrible.

One of the manager there is very rude, she has glasses and is Hispanic, she was screaming at the workers there in front of the clients for a small accident that happened, both workers seemed very embarrassed and she wouldn’t stop screaming and yelling at them. Both workers where very nice, she was the only rude one there.

So I came thru the drive thru tonight. The staff was clearly backed up. They were also goofing off but I blew that off. I watched them send a white suv up to wait, then a blue truck, then a black suv. Now I pull up. 3 cars still ahead of me but here comes my food. Perfect I'm tired. What bothered me I the 2 qtr pounders I ordered were still raw when I got them home. So work a 10 hour day.. in line for 15 minutes b4 my turn at the window to pick up. I'd rather waited and got cooked meat. We won't eat here anymore. I know times are tough but I've had problems with this McDs many times. I had patience, your cook inst trained.

Slow, very slow. I'm in the drive thru with 5 cars ahead of me as I write this and have been for 5 minutes. Only reason I'm staying is to tell everyone how long the process took......13 minutes. unbelievable! The burger was fresh and the fries were old and cold. How does this happen.

Slowest McDonald's I've ever visited. I'm better off driving 2 miles South to the other McDonald's. The drive time there, ordering food, and receiving food and then driving back to this McDonald's would be faster than just waiting for my order here. Worth the drive to the other McDonald's.

They always upscale sale you without telling you. The will always give you a medium instead of a small and charge you for it. Different price every time for the 5 dollar meal. Just got a breakfast meal and again instead of a coffee I asked for a coke no ice. The give me a medium instead of a small. They know.

I've come here a good six or seven times in the last month not for my own personal business, thank goodness, because I would never patronize a place with such extreme poor customer service or lack thereof. They don't acknowledge you at all when you're standing at the counter the counter and that's from crewmembers to shift leaders. The shift leader or manager, looked right at me and did not say anything. It has been this way every time I visited this location. Even if it's just a "Hi we're busy at the moment but we'll get to you in just a few"& find out whether you're an actual customer or are you a courier service. I really feel like their contract should be terminated with courier services because their customer service is nonexistent.

Most of the workers are really rude other then one guy in the drive through who’s great. I waited 20 minutes on a really simple order. I had overheard an order that was before mine and it was almost identical to mine and they got their food right away, but I had to pull forward and wait 20 minutes while 4 cars behind me got their food. Then when I finally did get my food they had forgotten some of it, it was really ridiculous and there’s no reason it should’ve happened. I’ve had many experiences similar to this at this location and would never recommend it to someone. The people who work shifts at night are super sweet tho

Hadn’t eaten here for dinner for a long time. Wife wanted so here I am. Hamburger overcooked. Fish sandwish (wife wanted) was dry. Horrible experience and won’t be back anytime soon. So disappointed.

Employee at the payment window yelled the price of the meal at me after I had said I did not hear them respond when ordering at the intercom. Cannot recommend this location due to the multiple rude employees that I have dealt with recently.

constantly forget food in the drive thru. they don't even give you a receipt which I believe is on purpose. I always order honey mustard and they NEVER put it in the bag, I began asking at the window. Just now my dad came home with what was supposed to be fries and two sandwiches. they forgot a whole sandwich. will not be coming here again. the employees dont care about food service or customer service at all.

Came here yesterday and ordered a SPICY chicken wrap. They gave me one wrapped in regular wrapper so I still bit it thinking they might have wrapped it wrong. It wasn’t spicy. I still had a very nice attitude after I had to turn all the way around and asked them for my spicy wrap and returned the regular one. The lady at the window hands it to me and asks “you didn’t hear me ask you regular or spicy” like??? I said no, you just handed it to me with a smile on my face because she literally did just hand it to me and didn’t ask anything. She shouldn’t have to ask anything because the order on her screen said SPICY chicken wrap because that’s what was on my receipt. Why was I made to feel wrong when yall messed up lol???? could’ve just gave me my wrap that you messed up without the question.

Hello Franchisee, hope all is well. Me, not so much. Happy Meals were not very happy today. Out of McDonalds toys in the HM, how, the program is still running, but we got Elio toys from months ago. Understaffed and use of ‘self-service’ was another treat. Apples were sour in HM. What an unpleasant experience. I could go on and on.

Tried ordering a cheeseburger, a kids cheeseburger and a medium fry and it was too complicated for the lady in the drive-through. She couldn’t get the order right and there was a huge language barrier. I had to just drive away.

What’s the point of having a double drive thru but only taking 1 lane

If you want the worst customer service, especially from the "manager" as well as food that is not fit for a dog then come to this McDonald's. I ordered 2 McChicken sandwiches with extra mayo. It's literally bread, chicken lettuce and mayo. How you mess that up is beyond me. I get home and there is a dab of mayo on the sandwich. I call and ask to speak to the supervisor. She tells me I have to bring the food back for a refund. It's a McChicken sandwich that YOU messed up. She then hangs up on me mid sentence. I drive back up there and she opens up the sandwich and says there's extra mayo on it lol. She even turns to a kitchen staff member to get his expertise. She flipped the chicken over and said "see, there's your extra mayo." No joke it was the size of my thumb. Then expects me to take back the food lol. This manager shouldn't be a manager of ANYTHING. I said if you think that is extra mayo that's insane. At which point she starts arguing over the type of receipt she gave me. They finally "remade" my order, only to come home with two sandwiches that looked like they were put together by a blind person. Mind you, this is all over 2 sandwiches. I threw them away. But my trashcan unfortunately spat them out.

SAN MATEO COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO INSPECT THIS LOCATION (AGAIN) This is extremely unfortunate. There was that recent issue with Listeria on the onions. Yesterday, my wife got the Fish Fillet, and with one hour, once she got home, she was absolutely sick with FOOD POISONING. This is completely NOT ACCEPTABLE. Granted, fast food is risky as it is, but one should not get sick/food-poisoning at ALL. This is UNACCEPTABLE. We will NOT ever return to this location. You have lost our patronage.

First of all. Today 02/04/18 I went To this mcdonalds and I just wanted something quick... long story short!!! I wait in the drive thru for about 25 minutes just to order.... Vietnamese old guy took that long to take my order since he kept saying (one moment) so I order, I get to the window and the old man got my order wrong!!!! So I had to repeat myself 5 times. I get to the second window and I see that this place its disgusting (the lady that it's giving her back. Was grabbing her nose and picking it while I was waiting for my food) I immediately asked for my money back!!! I wasn't gonna eat food where this type of people are working there!!!. The other lady at the register (manager) was grabbing her elbow (it had blood and looked like she had an infection) she was scratching her self all the time while she was waiting for my food to put them in the bag!!!! 🤢🤕 what it's wrong with this people?. If I were you!!! I wouldn't bring my kids or not even come to this place. You don't wanna get any type of disease from this people.☠🤕🤢😷
