I prefer Del Taco over Taco Time or Taco Bell. The food tastes great considering it is fast food. The staff was friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed. The only thing that I could say negative is that they need to be more on top of wiping their tables off. But then, I was there during their peak time so they may not have had time to get to the tables yet. Other than that the place was nice and clean.

Drive thru, order was taken quickly. The staff was friendly, and even put our sauce and napkins in a small bag since our order was a fiesta pack, 1fish taco and 2 mini strawberry shakes. The order was done quick, and our crunchy snack tacos were all intact when we got home. Always have a good experience at this location. Although if you want a receipt be sure to ask for it. They do not give one when paying for your order.

Update: Saturday, January 3rd, 2026. My wife and I figured last time we had great food here,it was on a Saturday that's when their "A" team is cooking. And so we went there again today. Sure enough. Same people and it was delicious. Fries were so hot... I almost couldn't hold them in my hand. Go there right now and you'll have some of the best Del Taco in Antelope Valley. Saturday October 11th 2025, This is probably the best Del Taco I've had in my entire life. You can tell when the cook knows what they're doing, the fries come out as the burgers and burritos are being wrapped up. The timing on my order was perfect, and timing is everything. The portions were generous the staff was friendly. I use to drive from Lancaster to Palmdale for Del Taco, not anymore.

The food was prepared perfectly. The tacos had plenty of lettuce cheese and meat. The restaurant is one of the best around. You will get your money's worth. My meal was. Truly delicious. It was refreshing to get food prepared the old-fashioned way instead of a dime-sized taco filling with a tiny bit of lettuce and cheese. I feel so ripped off when this happens with food orders. This Del Taco has plenty of Shade trees in the parking lot to park under. And it's right off the Interstate 5 freeway.

I dined inside and was impressed right off the bat with the cleanliness of the restaurant and seeing staff actively cleaning the tables and floor. Once up to the counter we were greeted by a very friendly woman who was going above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our order. This is definitely one of the best fast food joints in the antelope valley and highly recommended to everyone who wants a friendly fast clean experience.

This probably the fastest Del Taco in the AV, they always get your oder correctly too. The only critique I have is their lack of crispy fries, and their abundance of vagrants who are known to frequent the location- other than that it's a good place to satisfy your late night itch.

I got the fries at this particular location the other night they were burnt but I still really enjoyed them because they cooked them soft which I enjoy. Shame they got burned but no biggie

I've always loved DEL TACOS breakfast rollers for $1 each. A side of hash brown sticks also $1 per pack. The drive thru was empty as well as the dining room, which could be seen from the drive thru. The grounds looked very well kept, no trash or debris around the facility. His and her restrooms located outside near the drive thru ordering box and menu. Tried the new Birria Ramen. Unfortunately, the sauce came with lots of onions and cilantro, which I really hate. When asked, they said they can serve it plain. I will try it again, the Berria itself. Then I ordered my usual red bean burrito with extra cheese. While they did the open one end roll, which I prefer, something was just off about the beans, which is unusual. It seemed as if they weren't quite done, and there wasn't much flavor. But again, it is highly unusual. I will continue to eat at Del Taco often and may try the other Birria offerings.

Great service; I've never had an incorrect order. Only thing is the speaker is hard to hear and the AV winds do not help. Other than that, great! They follow Covid safety standards.

Food is always good. Staff is pleasant. One particular crew member is always there when I go there and he gives great customer service. The others are ok but this one guy stands out. Wish I knew his name so I could give him proper accolades. Staff can seriously either make or break a business.

Besides loving Del Taco's menu, I love going through the drive-thru and the gal (Mercedes-cashier), completely and confidently repeated my order correctly back to not just me, but the cooks! She super rocks! Thank you Mercedes for inputting/bagging my order correctly and being so friendly to me! Most places don't get order correct and treat customers as if we were a bother.

A little slow in the drive thru sometimes. I am ordering and the car ahead of me was at the pickup window no cars in between us. The cheddar quesadillas here are great my little girls favorite. They put a good amount of cheese on them. Overall pretty good.

Love the Tuesday and Thursday deals. But why is everything spicy even items that were never spicy to begin with? Not everyone likes spicy food. I'd rather be able to taste the Del Taco food I ordered without getting heartburn.

Del Taco in Lancaster is a solid spot when you want something quick and tasty. The food comes out fast, the staff is usually pretty friendly, and the place is clean inside. I especially like that the drive-thru moves pretty quickly, even during busy times. The only downside is the area right outside the restaurant can feel a little uncomfortable at times, with people hanging around outside. It doesn’t affect the food or the service, but it can make the parking lot feel a bit less inviting.

The food is pretty good, though on rare occasions I find one of my items lacking in terms of fillings (inside of the burritos, tacos, and etc.). The employees are very friendly and welcoming for the ones I have meet. They have a relevantly big dining area, but sadly it is not as kept up as I would wish it to be and because it's not in the best area, on rare occasions, some unsavory people may show up. Sat in front of the window waiting for our food in the drive-thru for over 5 minutes. And that's not counting the time before we even got to the window and after we ordered. How does it take 10 minutes to make a Quesadilla? I went to a fast-food place to get it and go, not wait.

This place lags and doesn't listen to your orders. Not even when you're the only one in line. Customer service is 99% of the reason i go out to eat and if I don't feel welcome my business is easily taken elsewhere.

This used to be the best Del Taco in the A.V. I'm a creature of habit and order the same thing, almost every time. Over the past few months my order has been tasting crappier each time. Either they give me Quesadilla's with half melt cheese, too much cheese (still not melted), or they give me taco's that have ground beef that looks and tastes like it's 2 days old. Their quality continues to go down hill. Tonight one of the employees working the last shift actually back talked me. I was very clear and concise and she just couldn't get my order down. I said "I'm sorry, but I don't think you can hear me clearly (drive-thru)". She respond, "I hear you just fine". Then nothing. She would not respond to me. Once I got to the window she still had it screwed up. I refer to this lovely woman as "Lazy Eyes" because she has a lazy left eye. Then on the flip side, there are several employees that are amazing. I just had a really bad experience tonight, on top of the crappy food I was given.

The "drive thru" was odd. The young lady at the service window asked Me back My car up and when I did She told Me to pull back up again, She did not give Me a explanation to of Why She requested to do so. So I seem a safe bet to suppose them 3 stars.

Family hunger, so got good food and okay speed. Sat down to eat and mentioned to family that there was a loud 60Hertz buzz in the music feed, probably bad grounding of the amplifier. They asked me to repeat, as they couldn't hear my comment over the noise. Later, there might have been music, could barely tell over the broken siund system that drowned out all other sound or speech in the eating area. Can't give negative atmosphere stars, have to give one, and that's too generous.

Location had few customers for dine in, but busy drive thru. Dine in area had some uncleaned tables/chairs and we waited a few minutes to order while the register was being counted. Food was out quickly though

Food is good. If you go through the drive thru past 10 at night be prepared to wait. Apparently the employees are only capable of helping 2 cars at a time because they only take 2 cars orders at a time. I guess they get overwhelmed easily. Another thing is if you decide to dine in I think they breed flies in the back or something because they are everywhere. It's gross.

I had a couple shrimp tacos they were very good, plus I had a couple regular tacos also. The problem at the time was they had no Taco sauce of any kind and that kinda kills the extra flavor for me.

Honestly took a long time to have anyone help us up front when we were standing right there. I'm aware it gets busy but at least acknowledge that you see the people waiting at the counter. I don't know what to think. The cashier looked like he wanted to be nicer. I get great fries from other Del Tacos but these were not good. Not fresh. I wanted to take them back but there was a line in the drive thru and I didn't want to be inconvenienced any further by going in. You all should know fresh from not fresh and whether you should serve them to anybody. Smh. I will not be back.

Employee at drive through did not get order correct and when I tried to explain what was missing she got argumentative. I expressed my position to the manager and she apologized said it was there mistake and corrected the issue. When I took a bite of the taco I could tell the taco shell was old or over it's line time. In general none of the food tasted good. Needless to we will never got to this Del Taco station again.😤😠

They took forever to get our order through the drive thru and we went inside to check bc a drive thru should be quick right? We go inside and it sounds like theyre just kicking back having a party in there. We get our order and we couldn’t tell which taco was what bc they didn’t label them. They couldn’t even give us ONE sinde of ranch. Worst del taco so far honestly.

This Del Taco has removed everything - all taco sauce, ketchup, napkins, etc - from the dine-in area. All the other restaurants have post-Covid dining, including other del tacos. When handed my food on a tray, I didn’t even get a napkin much less any sauce. They said it’s because the homeless steal stuff they put out. It’s really gone down hill last few years. Also, the dining area is always freezing cold! This is summer and winter.

This tiny soda (they have regular and large) costs $3.19 this is no longer the affordable place to eat or stop for a snack. This company greed is out of control.

Food was as expected. Didn't take too long. Wasn't happy I had to convince Manager that less then half a cup of rice was NOT worth a $1.49. That was after I had to go ask for a receipt because hubby wasn't given one after he paid. Did get my rice cup back with another small scoop of rice, after being told don't expext it to happen again. Because apparently at this Del Taco less then 1/2 a cup of rice is considered the cup of rice serving. Sad because it didnt use to be this way here. I used to enjoy this location. But recently have been having to take my business to different del tacos in town. The last like at least 3 times I have been to this one they got my order wrong and or forgotten part of our order.

Wouldn’t suggest this location. The food preparation was subpar to the one on I. My burrito was missing the fries from the iconic California style burrito for one and the complete forgot to put the second portion of my meal. I am honestly never going to visit this location again. It’s not milt first time experiencing this from here.

Went through today wanting to try the new Honey Mango Jumbo Shrimp Taco, but also wanted a regular Jumbo Shrimp Taco. The HM was sweet... but alright. The regular one, a favorite of mine, I always get them when they come out, was slathered in what tasted like mayo & not the usual sauce. It was SO thickly covered in this mayo! It was gross & disappointing! I ordered a regular sized Grilled Chicken Nachos for my mom. She ate about 10 jalapenos and picked off another 23 we counted! No one asked for extra jalapenos. This made the nachos nearly inedible. Of course I go to look for my receipt and realize that there isn't one in the bag or wrapped up with my change. Can't even dispute an order or anything! I usually like Del Taco so I'm not happy to have to leave a low rating today.

Monday, April 29, 2019 around 6pm.. Long wait times not customer service friendly. Cashier shouldn't be taking money and getting fries for any order. There was a pile of fries that appears like they had accumulated over a period of time and no one cleaned it up. They acted as if nothing was there. We waited close to 7 minutes at the window in drive thru.

This is the third time in the last 90 days I have gone through their store and had some excuse for poor service. Tonight‘s experience in the drive-through at 11 o’clock was I refuse to do eggs because I just clocked in. I asked for corporate phone number, and I was informed that I would have to look it up Did not receive a receipt for my order. Previous experience at the same store. I was told that they had to shut their computer system down at 12:45 PM to reboot it for the day and it would take 20 minutes for it to come back up. Time before that I went through and I was told they were short staffed, and they were not taking any orders because they were on break! Del taco get it together

Like many restaurants, they've raised prices and lowered quality and selection. A good example is the only cheese they offer for quesadillas is yellow cheddar cheese. The small bits of chicken included in the quesadilla are sad and minimal yey cost a bit over $6

So I got charged $5 for a shake and I didn't get a shake. And then the woman said that I had to call it in and she didn't know the number. Then she changed the story and said that I had to do it on the app. Very unprofessional

My son and I both ordered double cheeseburger value meals. They were burnt to a crisp and tasted like Grease. Fries were overcooked as well. I was the first of four persons to notify the staff the Coca-Cola was predominantly carbonated water with little to no syrup. All four of us were ignored, with no attempts by the staff to correct and/or change out the syrup to the Coca-Cola. I would highly suggest customers to utilize Del Taco on Avenue J and 20th Street east in the Walmart shopping center, or the Del Taco on Avenue N in Quartz Hill. The food on the east side Del Taco is prepared perfectly. The Del Taco on 15th Street West was once great, but is now a greasy spoon dive. I have gone to that Del Taco since they opened, but will never return. Due to improperly cooked food and even worse service. The restroom toilet was plugged full of feces and paper. I have been to cleaner truck stop restrooms. Obviously corporate needs contacted with systemic and process failures across the board. This horrid incident occurred Thursday April 5th at approximately 3:30 to 4 p.m. very sad and pitiful and experience no one should have-!! Ordered three value (hard shell) tacos. What I got was more of a shell and hardly any taco ingredients. There this mexican guy I don’t know if he’s dumb or doing it intentionally. Everytime I go there and if he’s the one taking my order, there’s always something missing, he gives you the wrong sauce, gives you some of the order wrong etc.. if he’s the one taking the order on the drive through, well good luck on that. When you get home and you didn’t check your bag before leaving you’ll be in for a surprise.

Drive thru workers have customers wait to keep their order metrics looking good when each drive-thru order takes about 10 minutes per car. Time of day doesn't matter. You'll wait forever in drive thru. 20 minutes today while writing review.

2:30am the person who served me was Maya, she had a horrible attitude did not listen to my order, I asked for no ice she gave me ice, she tossed my food in my bag and everything was spilled, she needs to be trained probably with customer service. She refused to give me a receipt.

Nasty! Old fries! The salsa on my shrimp tacos was old. The sauce in my shrimp tacos was so much the flour tortilla was falling apart! Also one of our orders was wrong. They gave us 2 chicken soft tacos instead of a chicken soft and a chicken burrito. The place was pretty slow for them to mess up the order and give nasty food. I will not eat at this Del Taco again. I had the worst experienceat the del taco located in Lancaster, Ca. The specific address was 43999 15thSt west Lancaster, Ca 93454. I carefully described my order and repeated my order to the representative, later presented as the"Manager". A man took my payment. I get home and noticed my order was not completed. I was missing 2 jumbo shrimp tacos. There is a current LA alert for a storm and during the storm retract to DelTaco at aforementioned del taco location to retrieve items that were not included in first order. I kindly explained the mishap and paid for the missing items.The personnel responded with many apologies.I asked to speak to the manager for further retribution of missing items. The Manager was very aggressive. She slammed the window on me without offering me any satisfactionin the errors that were made. Mind you there is a state wide emergency in weather conditions and flooding. I was not offered anything as a complimentary gesture despite the money I spent for the missing items. Instead this manager threatened bodily harm to me both physically and verbally when confronted about the fries said member offered in addition to my paid meal that was excluded from the total cost leaving me to retrieve said items and paying for them This is the worst customer service I've ever experience from Del Taco and I do intend to take further action against this manager at this establishment for putting me in not only health concerns of food from Del Taco but also in the aggressive approach by the manager and lack of standard customer service that could have been a hazardous event.My family loves Del Taco but do not appreciate the lack of customer service skills at this location! Almost every cashier here is rude, unprofessional, and unapologetic. With every visit I've noticed they consistently act like you're inconveniencing them by simply asking for good customer service. Honestly, it's worth the extra drive to go to the location on Ave I. I know fast food is rough, but I've never had the received such nasty attitudes from employees.

I order DoorDash from here and two times in a row they have left main items out. A premium burrito the first time and my burger from a combo the second time. Two different dashers so it’s not the delivery stealing. Just incompetent staff. Bags were sealed.

We pull up to the window anyway and she knew she didn’t complete our order cause she remembered what our order was. She got annoyed and very rude towards us. You could tell she has attitude and I didn’t appreciate it.

I placed an order for delivery and I was missing 3 items. I left my home and family to go get my items that I was owed and the guy behind the counter and the cook both looked annoyed that I came back for my item. They weren’t understanding or cool about it and they offered no apology nor a drink or something for the inconvenience. I will not be going back.

I get a 30 min lunch break I spent 20 mins in line at bell taco 😡.

This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced or even heard of out of ANY business. My husband ordered a very large order through the app tonight for himself and some other RN's at his work. He goes to pick up the order and they tell him that someone already picked it up. He politely explains how that is impossible since he is the one that placed the order and was the only person that knew the order. The supervisor named Dinoshka comes to the window and informs him that it has already been picked up. He explains again that that isn't possible, that they must have given it to the wrong person. She then tells him that the person had the order number and all the information. Well not only is that completely impossible, but we have never in the past been asked to give an order number. Instead of her taking any responsibility or even offering to remake the order she just tells him he's out of luck. Wow! Needless to say, we will be calling corporate in the morning. My husband has been a very loyal customer of Del Taco his entire life. It's the only fast food he eats. I've never liked their food and will for sure boycott it forever now.

It appears as if only the drive thru is open. Well I don't drive anymore cuz I'm legally blind!I knocked on the window and employees flat out ignored me.

Not clean, didn't feel safe in the restaurant or the parking lot. I know I was buying fast food, but did not expect to pay luxury restaurant prices. On top of it all was the "lady" sitting in the restaurant yelling the N word non stop while talking on her phone. 6 other customers looked just as horrified as I did. Management should have asked her to quiet down. They ignored her barage of inappropriate slang we all had to listen to while eating our meals.

The morning employee was very rude and rushing us to order. Asking me to drive around in circles through her drive through acting like i'm her employee rather than a customer. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Apparently her time was bad. Not sure how that's my problem. (Not recommended to come during the mornings if this is the kind of people they have working the morning shift)

Worst service ever, had us go around didn’t want us to wait at the window. Just because person behind us wanted an iced coffee , clearly saw that we were waiting for our food didn’t say anything . Went to the door to waive that we were still waiting ignored us. Until we went to the drive thru line again and said oh we were waiting for you. Terrible service. Terrible.

I went to give this place a second chance. The tacos shells had white flakes on them it looks like mold. When I showed them to the Asst manager, she got aggressive and rude. She said all of them are like that. I spoke to her nicely and advised her to contact corporate about that.The ladies working in the back making the food look clueless and were defensive. I went to the Del taco on palmdale Blvd and no White Flakes on corn taco shells.

2 - issues different orders at drive thru First issue - I tried to let it go of her bad treatment towards me Second issue - when I came back and picked up another order - she gave the order without drink and said that cancel the shakes - and immediately closed the window and walked away. To my surprised, sprite is the drink not shake why would I cancel. So, I keep knocking at drive thru window because she left and shouting to get attention- then she came back she said again no shake and grab the order to me and tried to show me and read the receipt no shake - and I said sprite - she looked at the receipt again and realized it was sprite- to her defense wanting to blame me - she said don’t shout - I keep telling sprite she keeps saying shakes not available- she even threatened me to remove and report…

The ladies there are very rude. We asked for more hot sauce because they only gave us four packets when we had a large order,they said they only can only give us four. That's so stupid. I feel like if you spent over $30 dollars you should get more hot sauce. They were really rude too. They should be fired. That's not kind customer service. And I work in the food industry too so I know how it goes. Poor service.

Every time I've tried this place; it's absolutely trash. I ordered 2 of their chicken burritos, the cali grilled one and then the other was just beans and whatever. Supposed to have 50% more chicken. The one I don't think there was more than a tablespoon of diced chicken in. It was JUST beans. The cali grilled spicy is supposed to have lettuce and tomato, had neither. The chicken was a super weird texture. This was the final straw for me, unfortunately everything I've gotten from this place is bad and I wanna like it because my boyfriend seems to enjoy their burgers. But I just can't with it anymore.

Normally I don't have too many issues at this location, other than the normal expected cracked shell, but today i ordered a bean n cheese burrito, with both sauces, i received it no sauce at all , and the beans tasted like water. No flavor no anything, i obviously added my own sauce and more sauce as i usually do, couldn't even eat it. I called to let them know, that maybe whoever made the beans this batch, did not do them the way they are normally done cause they had no flavor.. all that was said was "thanks i will talk to my team".. i wasn't going to write a bad review and wasn't expecting anything or even a refund on my one measly burrito, but the fact that that is all the manager said to me was irritating. No apology no come get a new one dollar burrito, no let me make it right so yea. Now I'm writing this review.. i even told her i just wanted to let you know before you get more complaints and maybe some bad reviews.. anyway.. super disappointed with the lack of concern..

I've been very disappointed in this restaurant the last two times I've come to it. The first time I ordered a spicy jack quesadilla, a del taco and a $1 ice tea. In place if the tea i received a large Hi C and was charged for. Gave it back for a tea but the difference wasn't refunded to me. Today I ordered the same thing but got a chicken quesadilla and tea without ice. I returned the quesadilla for the spicy jack, still wasn't reimbursed the difference. When I got home I found that I was given another chicken quesadilla which I absolutely hate. I'll give them one more try but that restaurant is in trouble. I go here frequently as I work nearby and its really hit or miss with them sometimes you get fast service sometimes you get slow service, once it took 30 minutes to get food with only two cars and another time it took 5 minutes during a lunch rush. Each time they seem kinda lazy n lost and they mess up orders every now and again.
