First time here and was wowed. Crispy wings! Just like other wing places they offer them tossed in delicious sauces, I chose sweet thai chili (the bowl with the most sauce in it?, even dipped wedges in it)and I was not disappointed. Onion rings were really good and we devoured the potato wedges with bacon and cheese! My favourite part of this visit was my alcoholic beverage 🙈! I chose the Buffalo Mary, (Bloody Mary)! It had bacon in it! Some might say 😳🤢 but I was in love 🥰! I love my bloody marys but this is one of a kind! My only complaint was that waitress woukd barely come to check on us so we had to be waving to someone or asking a waitress passing by to send ours.

I came into town for a family gathering. It was about 20 of us..although the food took long (probably because size of group) they were extremely understanding and attentive! PLUS food was A M A Z I N G! Definitely recommend 💖

The perfect atmosphere to watch ALL and any sport. Nothing but cold drinks, yummy food and good service. My favorites are their bone in drum sticks with the buffalo sauce and their Cob Salad. You also have to try their artichoke dip and their bean burger!🤤

Went for Sunday lunch and sat outside at the patio area with several friends. Server was quick to attend us. Even though we spent a long while chatting and catching up, our server was patient and kept checking up on us to take our order. Had wings as an appetizer and buffalo chicken sandwich, and Mexicado burgers for our meals. Food was delicious. Would definitely visit again.

We always wonder why we don't go here more often. Wings were perfect, burgers were fantastic, and the service was spectacular. My kids ate it all up. Great menu selection and the drink specials we're very reasonable. Will be heading back here more often.

Great variety of finger food. Good atmosphere with decent customer service. If you want a Greek Gyro (Pita bread, meat, tomatoes, onions and a garlic tasting yogurt sauce) it is NOT in the menu but you can order it. I like their cheeseburgers as well and enjoy watching soccer there.

We love coming here. The atmosphere is great for talking and catching up with old friends. The servers are always wonderful. Attentive without being pushy. The food is good and prices are comparable to everywhere else. The new chorizo nachos are superb, highly recommend those.

Normally I'm not a fan of buffalo wings, but my family had the lemon pepper wings and they where very good. I got the blue cheese burger and it was nice and juicy. Their potatoe wedges where also really good. 👍

Food was good, decent size wings and appetizers were delicious, we got the nachos, fried pickles, onion rings, and bacon cheese fries. Our waitress was attentive and had a sense of humor. Would only recommend ordering your mixed drinks with double shots, since with one shot you won't taste much of the alcohol.

Didn't like it so much . All they did was pit some powder on the wings . Every time I would take a bite, I would inhale the powder and start to cough. Second, the wages fries tasted like microwave. But the service was great . She helped us so much that I still stand. It was clean.

I can be the first person to say that I'm not a fan of wings. However, Buffalo Wings has a delicious spread for wings that I can't help liking it so much! I ordered the BBQ Fried Boneless Wings with my friends getting Buffalo Fried Boneless Wings and both were delicious. I didn't have a chance to get the fries but the presentation was good. The waiter attending us was very efficient and very friendly. She offered a great service to our table. We enjoyed our meals and left the establishment. The restaurant also followed COVID guidelines with the employees using masks and practicing social distancing. I recommend a visit to Buffalo Wings and Rings to all Wings lover. To all people that don't like wings like me, try the boneless wings. Enjoy a night out in Laredo, everyone!

Great place for wings and beer. Wings have are flavorful and tasty. The recipes and flavors for the wings resemble the other brand places in the city but they taste a little different; this is what makes this place unique. The building is big enough to accommodate a big crowd and can also host a party. There is a patio in case you want to smoke and relax outside the a/c. Beer selection is not great but they do offer specials with their draft selection. Thia place is worth checking out.

Tasty small wing place. They arent exactly my favorite but I wouldnt object to stopping in either. Usually a younger crowd here but not unruly or crazy. Our waitors were happy to help and food came quickly. Wings were hot but the flavor on a couple styles were a bit strong. Good for a family dinner or weekend visit.

As far as a Wing bar food sports bar place, Wings & Rings is good. The Wing options are plentiful and the rest of the menu there are a lot of choices. The wings are good not amazing but they have good sauces and if you get boneless make sure you like EM dripping bc they don’t slack on sauce. The set up inside is good for watching games because they have TV’s all over the inside. The main bar isn’t that big so you might have to settle on a table if that’s your thing. They do have food onion rings and choices of beer. The parking on weekends can be a bit rough so you may have trouble finding a spot late nights and during big games, however during the day it’s not an issue. I would recommend this place for wings or to watch a game.

Great place. The food is consistent. It may not be the best food out there but it’s always good. The wings are done well and the flavors and heat levels are awesome. There’s a good variety of sauces, try the peach habanero. The apps are great. One of the few places where I’ll always order an appetizer. There is a slightly secret menu. The gyro is not on the menu but can still be ordered. Try it and get some extra cucumber yogurt spread. It’s actually good with the pita chips. The spinach dip is so worth trying. The beer selection could grow more though and kinda wish they show more sports than just soccer. But a good place to watch football.

Been here a couple of times now, good atmosphere and food quality its real good. Maybe they could get better waiters but this place gets kinda packed too so it is understandable. Good place to come eat and drink and watch sports games. Bad place if you in a hurry. I recommend the Boneless Lemon pepper with Mild sauce i cant get tired of those.

Good place to eat. We hadn't been here in years. This used to be one of our favorite spots, so it was nice to visit again. The signature chicken salad was great. It was a large portion. I had the fish and chips and asked for the parmesan crusted fries. The fish was great - just like I remembered. I was brought regular fries instead of parmesan crusted fries. I let the waitress know, and she took them back. I was so disappointed to see the "fix." They simply smothered the top with the sauce/cream and cheese. So, I basically had hot fries with cold toppings. Not appetizing at all. Our waitress was attentive. The premises were clean. The restrooms were also clean. There was a soccer game on, so it was lively in there. Overall, it's a good place to eat.

It's my favorite wings restaurant that definitely satisfies the cravings. The onion rings are so crispy, and the flavor is great. Salads are well served & won't disappoint. Shiner Bock draft is always nice and cold. Wings are a good-sized portion. I don't recommend the burger. The beef patty is too thin and didn't taste very good. Cauliflower wings sometimes come out to soggy so they're hit or miss. The waitresses seem pretty busy, so it takes a bit to get their attention, but they were very friendly.

I’ve been here a handful of time and each time the food has been great. This is on the pricier side but the food is good. (Recommendation: Buffalo flavor with lemon pepper; it is delicious)

3 stars is mostly for the bacon mac and cheese. It seems home made and was perfect, took me back to my childhood! The service was fair, the waitress was nice enough but seemed to lack experience. As for everything else, it was mediocre at best. The onion rings were very bland, the wings seemed to be fried to order but then just had the seasoning dumped on them, not even tossed in it. I had a mexacado burger that was pretty good but they forgot to put the aioli on it and the patty was very well done; not having asked how I wanted it seems to lend to the fact that this is just a dressed up fast food joint. Amongst other things that just were not worth the $54 price tag for a burger, wings and an appetizer; this place has left me quite disappointed.

Food overall was ok didn't take long to come out . Waiter was good at the begining but after taking food wasn't checking on us if we needed refill took forever to come so we could ask for the tab, boxes for togo and then told us we could go pay upfront...not excited to come back soon. The food is great. Starters, wings, sauces, sides and else but the services is not the best. Many waitresses just stand chilling around, laughing out loud or on the phone... That needs to improve.

Good service as always. The wings were very good except for onion rings, they were overcooked and a little to hard. Advice: cut the onions thinner and less batter. Three stars because you dont serve dark onion rings.

Love the Cajun wings from here. Maybe it's because of the COVID, but sometimes the orders might take long. They do try to get your order in a hurry. Unfortunately, there are rare times that the order might be wrong. The staff is very helpful and understanding. The major "gripe" I have is now they are charging for any Lemon Pepper seasoning you ask for. I know its a business, but over a dollar charge for a little container, that isn't even filled to the top, of Lemon Pepper seasoning that was free before? If it's about keeping costs low, then limit them to 2 per order, not charge them. Other than that, I would still recommend this place for classic wings. They might be expensive, but the quality is pretty good. There is a place somewhere near Alexander High School where the prices might be slightly the same, but the wings are way bigger. If I find out the name of the place I will edit this post, so you guys can compare for yourselves.

Food always great! Waitress was rude and never checked up on our table , had to call her to ask for a refill which took very long someone else brought it for us. Wasn’t in sight after that so I had to go pay at the front.

Good place to watch sporting events. Good beer selection. Family friendly. The buffalo wing sauce and teriyaki wing sauce was pretty good but the bone in wings themselves seemed a little off. They were too crispy. Not tender. The food was hot and served quickly, our server was polite and attentive.

Our drinks and food came out fast and my wings were just how I ordered them, delicious but only warm, not hot. It took awhile to get drink refills after that, but we have patience with servers during these mid-Covid times and are grateful to be able to eat out at all.

Ordered two sets of five boneless wings. One sweet bbq the other bourbon bbq. When I got those wings they reeked of Buffalo sauce and were swimming in oil.

Used to be my favorite place to get chicken wings and drinks up until a night when the restaurant manager accused me of stealing as I was walking out. I had left my payment in cash, pointed it out and even left a big tip and as my friends and I were walking out she goes “no pagaron” in a very aggressive and condescending tone of voice, when we pointed out we did, she proceeded to cuss us out and call my friend out for a fight. Extremely unprofessional coming from the manager.

The food is marginal, the service is pretty lousy, it is always TOO LOUD in that place with some kind of crazy sports BLARING from the televisions --and be careful with your drink orders. On one occasion I ordered a margarita which was *meh*... but I wanted another one, and the second one was worse than the first. Same thing happened on another occasion when I ordered a Bloody Mary. Absolutely no consistency between the first drink and the second. It is as if they have different bartenders mixing the cocktails, and neither have been trained in one set way of preparing them. I have been much happier with Tyson frozen buffalo wings at home.

Went yesterday to the restaurant, and safe to say this was the worst visit I have had. For starters, hostess never greeted our party, and just made us wait up for her until she finally said we can seat ourselves. Then the waitress came by our table, no greetings either, and simply slid the menu with plastic utensils on the table. Took 15 minutes just for our drinks to get taken, another 10 for them to even ask if we want any starters, and then eventually we ordered. It took around 30 minutes or so just for the food, then when the wings came out, cold and too saucy. Basically what this place does is, have the same cold wings for all flavors, and only add either lemon pepper on top, or douse the wings in too much sauce. Staff was not friendly, never updated us when our food was coming out. Overall, this place prior to this visit was okay, but after this recent visit I will probably never go back to the place.

First visit I ordered a blue cheese burger. After several minutes, waitress returned saying they had no blue cheese to put on burger. They offered to put blue cheese dressing instead. I declined their offer. Second visit ordered two sets of wings. They were plenty hot, but they were swimming in sauce. The wings are served in a bowl. They put too much sauce causing the wings to be drenched taking away from the crispy skin flavor. Oddly enough, the blue cheese dressing I ordered on the side was pretty good.

Place was below average sauce was just dry rub mixed with oil, and garnished on the wings. Floor was super slippery and server didn't even know what was on tap. Paid 28 dollars to try this place and I feel I left with more than a hole in my pocket; but disappointed. Avoid this place if you want a good meal, but come here if you ever want to taste oil and dry rub mixed and are curious about what that tastes like.

Came in on a Friday night, service was slow. Once I was able to place my order it came out surprisingly fast. The boneless wings were chunks of battered chicken breast, internally dry. The Nashville hot is not a Nashville hot style they were covered in sauce, the sweet habanero tasted like all sweet no habanero. Overall I wouldn't eat here again.

1st time Decent music decent staff pretty good had the chicken sandwich ghost pepper ranch w fries - today I don’t know what to say sit where ever you want drop the menus felt kind of rushed waitress was nice tried the tenders wedges were ok still warm but the tenders looked big juicy but! Over cooked flaky rubbery means not thawed long enough and fried too soon if it made it out of the kitchen to me I didn’t see the point of bringing it up so I salvaged what chicken I could and gave it flavor with the ghost pepper ranch

1/2/26 after my visit last night I conclude that I will not be coming back. Our server Romero or Humberto (I don’t remember his name) seemed inpatient taking our order when we were deciding he literally just walked away from us. Didn’t come to Check on us , had to get another server to get our drinks! Likewise with getting his attention to get the check. Music was extremely loud like if we were at a bar or nightclub. Not family friendly here. Fries and appetizer sampler were cold. I’m not spending my hard earned money here again

Food was good. Atmosphere was just like any other sports bar. Service though.. our server was a lady in her 40’s, we asked for a Texas Sweet Tea, she replied that no one ever has asked her for that. We said it was an alcoholic drink, to please ask the bartender about it. She refused to even go ask and instead suggested something else to which we didn’t really want to agree on. We go up to the bartender and bartender agrees to make the drink we requested. Server seeing this, gave us a face and didn’t bother attending to us anymore. The nice bartender was the one coming around our table and tending to us. Horrible service by the server.

The food was decent but the wait staff was terrible, tried waving a waitress down since my buddy wanted some water but she ignored me and ran into the restroom, then we tried waiting for them to see if we needed anything but I had to get up myself after waiting about 10 mins, when I went over there, I saw all the waitresses just making small talk and eating, not a care in the world, same thing when we wanted to pay, had to go up ourselves left no tip obviously for their bad service, then they gave us the stink eye, will NOT be returning

I really hate doing this. Me and my husband would come here twice a week before COVID hit. We came twice after and this time we were left unattended more than 25+ mins!!! I saw the waitress go to RR and didn’t come back until after we were done eating. Other waitresses kept walking past us and none stopped to assist us (they looked straight at us too) We were left without refills and everything. Just horrible on the manager’s part as well. Just lost a costumer!

I was really mad at their attitude. customer service sucks! Nobody greeted us but 3 waitresses were just standing overlooking so fast. Overall mood was indifference and madness about bad day. We ordered born wings. The Garlic roasted and habanara sources were like a cheepest taste ever compared to other restaurant. I can tell everything must be made by junkcan food. Now I got known why few visitors there even around dinner time of their promoting day. I don't know maybe some positive reviews the below could be written by the restaurant workers. The server had no facial expression and very indifferent. She asks like "everything is ok?" with the face like 'please no question'. She cleaned our dishes though we are still eating. Her hand crossed my hand spreading out to food fastly. And she put dishes on the table so laudly. Actually she almost hit trays to the table. It was scratching my nerve. I am so easygoing. I like many restaurants in Laredo. This place was worst ever. I felt regret anout I didn't complain and also about giving her tip. I won't go back there Laredo already has better wing restaurants.

Zero stars my server was so rude. She didn't bother to refill my drink or bring my tab. The food was so bad. My hamburger had the smallest chicken I ever being given. Food is horrible. Not worth paying 12 bucks for mediocre service & food. Server decided not to changed my small hamburger just because she didn't want. They need training. The server never came back I stand for my own tab asking whoever for a simple refill.

Service to say the least was horrible and it was unfortunate as it was my first time there. Our male server was extremely distracted and was not at all attentive to us being the customers. Upon ordering he did not write down our orders which seemed unprofessional and we waited around 37min for a small order. He failed to bring my complete order and only brought out my side of fries which was followed by him saying that "I forgot to put in your order". He then yelled at a coworker to put in my order in front of other customers. Once my five wings came out he proceeded to literally throw my plate on the table and he failed to apologize for the wait or delay. Aside from that, the wings were really good what the restaurant is lacking is good customer service.

They charge me the 20% gratitude when I was alone. Why adding their own tip, without notice I left tip on the side. Last time, they overcharged me an extra salad when it was only one. They refused to refund me. When ask for a manager, the waitress said, "We don't have a manager on site." Check ur receipts. Food is amazing waitresses do whatever they want.

A friend and I ate here cause I love wings and we are from out of town. He ordered 2 different DRY rubs one of them came out covered in sauce. I ordered mild buffalo, no heat. The wings were not tossed in the sauce like a wing is supposed to be.

After being seated, our server literally threw our menus and utensils on the table with an attitude and then walked away. She came back to ask if we were ready to order, to which my friends and I started discussing and my sister says “I don’t know what to get” so I tell her that right now she can order just the drink and the server rudely blurts out “yeah that’s what I said” with a face on hahah to which I answered yes I understood were just discussing thank you. She said oh okay I was just making sure you understood and then she walks away with an attitude once again. Of course after that we asked for our waiter to be switched and they did but then we watched everyone get their food, even people that got there after us, after waiting for what seemed forever and nobody coming to our table we realized they just didn’t want to serve us because the first server we got, the rude one, was actually the bartender as well. Very unprofessional and rude!!! Such a shame the food is so good with such a rude employee. Never stopping here again.

Wow what horrible horrible service!! I had the misfortune of getting sat in a section with the worst server ever! This servers name is Gerardo and wow he really shouldn’t be working as a server. We had waited 10 minutes to be greeted and to get our drink order and nothing. I had to flag down the hostess that sat us to get a drink order. Our actual server Gerardo has the audacity to bring us our drinks but yet just dropped them and took off. Not even asking if we were ready to order or apologize for taking so long. Again we wait to get our order taken for about another 15 minutes. In these 15 minutes I see Gerardo running around taking shots with a table that has a group of women. From there he would go to the other side of the restaurant to talk to his baby momma all while the few tables he had were trying to flag him down and when he didn’t notice; those tables ended up taking their anger out on the hostess. We finally got our food 20 minutes later mind you in the 20 minutes that we were waiting he never checked up on us nor got us our refills just stayed talking to his baby momma or taking shots with the other table. In the end the hostess that helped us “Gigi” helped make the experience bareable. I thank Gigi for taking care of my table even though she was super busy handling other tables and to the hostess as well for having to be yelled at by Gerardo’s tables for being a lazy neglectful server. I don’t see myself ever going back nor recommending this place to anyone.

The food was ok but the service was very subpar. I work in customer service myself and am pretty good about cutting them some slack but this service was truly horrible. There was 1 other table there (so they were not busy). When placing our order the waitress walked away 2 times before we were done actually placing the order. Our server Paola never came back to check on us once the order was placed & we had to ask 2 different waitresses for a refill on drinks. She only came back to the table to bring the check.

We ordered some fried pickles and they were saturated in oil. I know they are fried but they can leave them to drain before they serve them. The wings were also horrible. The oil they were fried in tastes old already and was not the best. I have been to the Weslaco and McAllen locations and the food was way better there for some reason. Gotta make some adjustments

Sadly I must say I wouldn't give any stars if that was an option I've lived in Laredo my whole life moved out and came back for a visit and I usually try to never get out of my comfort zone but today I tried. I even invited a good friend of mine from out of town to go with me. Just in it's self there was no hospitality no welcome greeting just the lady at the entrance saying for 2 and we said yes we went to the table sat there for a good few minutes looked around and by the bar area you had some staff huddled up talking and laughing no one came by to ask us what we wanted to drink or eat or even to breathe I was very disappointed customer service has really gone to Sh$t in Laredo. Ended up at Wingstop great hot food and good customer service by hands down.

Server took so long to come back with drinks and the food. I had a dinner date and we got our food very cold. Dont recommend this place, wing daddy’s was way better. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE

Waitress spilled sprite all over my purse phone and part of our food. She didn’t even apologize or cleaned the mess she made. There was no manager so they said they couldn’t do anything about it at the moment for us to call later that day.

We went to this establishment this evening looking to eat some wings and enjoy some good music. We got there and hostess said to go ahead and sit where we like then proceeded to just toss our menus onto the table without another word. We then spent the next 30 minutes watching waiters and waitresses look at us, then pretend we weren’t there. Still we waited patiently for someone to serve us. We finally decided to leave when a couple came in and were seated behind us and served immediately by whom I assume was supposed to be our waitress as well. Meanwhile we had been waiting for quite a long while. No one ever came to ask if we had been served yet, not even our drink orders were taken. We watched the way the hostess and waiters/waitresses were interacting with one another and the way their attitudes were towards each other it was clear that we would have gotten nowhere had we let someone know how long we had been waiting. This establishment is really going downhill and it’s such a shame that the horrible attitudes and inattentiveness of the waiters/waitresses/hostesses ruins such a good wing place. How is nothing being done? Looking at all of the recent reviews here it’s become clear that costumer service has been terrible as of late. How has buffalo wings and rings not tried to fix this problem? I used to love this place so much but I don’t think I’ll be going back again. Such a shame since it was my favorite wing spot for the longest time..

I was here before the pandemic and everything was good. I went today with a couple of family members I recommended it because they wanted wings. We get there they sat us down right away and then we waited 15min for the waiter another 15 for the sodas then about an HR for our food the waiter didn't keep up with the refills and at the end of the day the food was bad the wings they didn't even toss around in the seasoning they just served us burned wings with tons of salty seasoning overall bad experience. I felt like I let people down because I suggested the place. I'm just saying you could do better

I hada bad experience with my food this past Friday and asked to speak to manager I explained situation to dee dee and told me manager would refund my money on Monday. I waited and no one called, so I called again on Monday and they said he wasn't their and that he would call me i waited and nothing, that's okay. All I really wanted was a burger and not refund I could care less of the money I just wanted a fair exchange. It just shows you that not all people are the same ,but hiding from people isn't gonna solve the problem. If you are the manager then act like a manager and be professional and decent. Your gonna see that if you speak well to people they will respond in a good way too. You have to learn that treating your employees with respect will reflect on the customer s they serve. It's okay buddy I just had a bad dinner but I didn't lose my life. The lord is always with me. God bless you sir.

Horrible experience, wings seem to be days old and appear shriveled and dry, not like before they changed management. Only good ppl in establishment is bartender and person in charge of cleaning.

food quality is down and people are rude, if you have an issue with food they curse at you, they rather chit chat amongst themselves than work. they act like you going in to eat is the biggest inconvenience in the world. everything I ordered tasted mediocre slightly burnt and undercooked at the same time. even the soda tasted like soap. only good thing was the ketchup.

Bad experience! Went to watch NFL season Opener “Cowboys” Wife got a strawberry Margarita .. tasted nothing like alcohol .. .. were waiting for in laws…. When in laws arrived we switched to a bigger booth waiter said she would stay with us still but never really came around after … decided give another try sister ordered another strawberry margarita.. Same Result .. tasted like a “Virgin Margarita “ and complaigned to manager “Amanda” that not only was margarita drinks virgin but we never really never saw the waiter after switching booths … instead of trying to fix the problems she gave me attitude and started just raising her voice in front of customers and call me out and say their drinks were already pre made before serving and that our waiter was busy and that i was wrong and etc .. got my tab and left … never again. FYI : check ur drinks i Guarantee some are virgin …especially frozen Margaritas… They dont bother

I love the food in the place, but it's so hard to order pick up. Online it does not let you order, and they don't pick up the phone. It's very unfortunate.

Just checked out this place again after hearing some recent good reviews, but I have to say, the service is still far from great. It’s been a while since my last visit, and now I remember exactly why I won’t be coming back. Consistency matters, and unfortunately, they’ve missed the mark. Disappointed! 😔
