Well let's see now, I recently stopped at this fast food restaurant even though I had issues with my order before. I ordered 4 items from the menu drive thru and ended up being charged for 20 items we didn't even receive. I didn't question the amount at first thinking well we ordered items that were in the $5 range and with tax I just assumed it was right. After arriving home we looked at the receipt and that's when we noticed the four items we ordered were not correct. The lady at the window was a little rude to me and handed me my order. I will probably not be returning to this Taco Bell again being this was the Forth time our order wasn't right.

I had a beefy five layer burrito and it was a soft taco wrapped in a larger tortilla. Just meat cheese, two tortillas. Then The little kid flirting with the girls was no help, and the manager and other kid in the back with him were the only two doing their jobs. Nasty experience, I feel bad for the two in the back

Ridiculous got two people working in the store they insist you use the kiosk to order and then you wait there for 30 minutes before just giving up on your food and then you ask him and they haven't even started making it because nothing showed up Taco Bell's losing a lot of money not taking cash from customers and insisting on the kiosk

If I could give zero stars, I would because of the rude service. We left because of it and did not order, so cannot rate food.

The worst service ever..never answer you at the counter..not that busy only 1 customer..and yet here im at the counter for 30min..with no help....yea taco bell has tottaly gone down hill..

I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. Worst service i have ever had. Multiple orders wrong. No meat or sour cream in their crunchwrap supreme or their taco supreme. No beans in the bean burritos with beef added to them. Also no sauce or oniona in the bean burritos. We just paid $32.00 for a meal for 2 which was suppose fto cost 13$. Will not ever order again. Not a single item in the bag was done correctly and when i call the store the manager says he can't hear me. We live miles out of town so will have to make an extra trip to town just to try and make a complaint.

There was a very long hair in my chalupa. By the ti.e I realized it I was choking on it. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at this location. About a year ago my son and i both had food poisoning the day after eating here. Lessons learned.

They need to stop prioritizing the drive thru and get done in orders out quicker, I am tired of waiting 30-40 minutes for my food because everytime I come in. Best part is, is that all these cars that got their orders came AFTER me. Very unprofessional.

I stopped by and ordered from the screen in the lobby. I opted to pay cash. I waited for 20 minutes for my food. I waited at the counter. While other customers got their food and left and many in the drive-through got their food and left. I finally asked a worker to check on my order. She did and told me that they don’t put the order in line to be made until it is paid for. But there was no one to take my money at the counter where I waited forever! Everyone just ignored me standing there. I left very angry. I will never go back. Don’t waste your time either.

Luckily I didn’t encounter any rude people. After reading some of the reviews, I’m kind of surprised, but also glad I didn’t. I really try and give Taco Bell a chance. But I leave disappointed every single time. I spent $23 on food and they really skimp on the ingredients, especially the meat. It’s not just this Taco Bell that does it, but the last 3 I’ve gone to. I’m done with them. I can make these tacos myself at home by buying the seasoning packet and paying 20 cents a taco compared to over $3 per taco. The prices they charge are criminal for what I just got.

We walked inside. Never acknowledge that we were there. Two women working and two just messing around. No one ever took our order. We stood there for over 10 minutes and then walked next door and ate a burger. T

Worst service I've ever had at a Taco Bell. 4 people "working" in the back, on their phones while customers are waiting for their order to be taken. No one acknowledging the folks waiting to order. Instead are just instructions people to use the automated screen which no one gets paid to know how to use. Chalupa shells must've been cooked 3 hours before I showed up cause they were dry and hard, not even a crispiness to enjoy just soggy/chewy hard. I really enjoy Taco Bell normally, but I felt embarrassed for this location and their horrible staff.

My friend and I went on Saturday the 23rd to the Llano location at approximately 1:00 pm. I was unable to get my order correct on the machine. There were several employees and they only had one customer eating in the dining area. Not busy at all. None of the employees would assist me or take my order. My friend and I left. A customer behind us also left. Very poor service.

This is the worst Taco Bell in Texas. The employees were rude, the food was poorly proportioned, and after mentioning that there was cheese on only 3 nachos on the entire tray, I was charged an extra 65 cents for half a container of cheese. I won't be having fourth meal, or any other for that matter, at this establishment.
