By far the best Del taco I've been to. Everyone who works here is super friendly and I've always gotten everything I ordered no surprises.

The food is always good, correct, fast, and the service is great. Easy to understand attendants. The staff are always very nice.

With coupons I was able to fill up for $2.70. Yesterday I got a breakfast meal at McDonald's for $10 😲

I eat at this Del Taco atleast once a week. Best 🌮's, fresh ingredients and fantastic taste. I usually use the drive thru, fair wait time, but taste of food is worth it and cannot beat the price.

I have been to many Del Taco restaurants and I am always disappointed with under cooked food but your restaurant outshines all the others, the crew that worked on Saturday, 12/10/22 at 1:34pm, gave me the greatest Del Taco experience ever, you guys should teach the other Del Taco restaurants how to cook and provide great service 🎄

Clean and friendly. The order was prepared properly. I have had many locations lately just slap it together and not consistent. I appreciate this so much ..a small act small expectations.

I made an online order through the app and decided on a drive thru pick up. I selected for the food to be made when I arrived. It was a little slow but not too bad. The staff was chill and my tacos and fries came out nice and fresh.

Cashier was excellent, patient with me using new app. Got large order correct 1st. time. She was great!! Late night stop.

Del Taco is usually pretty good no matter where you go. The staff is fast and friendly. They keep the bags organized by combo so it's easy to give everyone their food.

Good, quality food. Fair prices. Quick, professional service. In my opinion Del Taco is several steps above Taco Bell. Have a meal at Del Taco, your taste buds and tummy will thank you.

Rating fast food places can seem a bit cheesy but Del Taco is a safe bet for good food at good prices. Their crispy chicken tacos and Epic Cali Burrito are some of my personal favorites.

Great customer service. However you must be mindful of the times that you choose to go it can be highly busy at times. On the other hand the food is prepared well. Lastly the prices vary so you have an $0.89 option and up.

I love Del Taco especially those new queso fries with some beans and tomatoes added, yummy! Drive thru is usually my mode of ordering so I keep going back through the drive thru because they are pretty efficient.

The Del tacos taco shell was fresh and crisp. Their beer battered Fish Taco was so good with all it's flavoring. It's open 24 hrs. Best after work meals.

11/16/20 as the pandemic ever increases the disgusting attitude of management and certain entitled slaves is painfully obvious.As e regular loyal daily customer for 11 years never before have I experienced such utter disdain and disrespect. Now 66 a senior citizens relegated to sleeping rough disabled American you would expect more from a giant the likes of McDonald's. But sadly they have chosen the low road regarding the bed rock of restraining Customer Service I blame upper management for this. Like Starbucks sensitivity issues in the past and managements immediate actions to correct this critical problem I urge McDonald's management to follow thus example.Issues such as restrooms not being available when open for breakfast when CDC mandated they be open to those needy to stay sanitized protecting individuals and fellow customers alike and completely ignoring the urgency many customers find them selves in during this lock down period. Additionally with no indoor service mandated by CDC only option is car dining in parking lot, to only have management approach patron only to harass

this del taco is the closest one to my house. i never have a bad experience here. tonight my food was the best tasting it had ever been. you guys are amazing that you for satisfying my late night cravings!!!

Been going to this del taco for a decade, basically the same people work there, they are nice and polite. The food is good and unlike other del taco's they get your order right and won't give you a hard time if you need something changed.

While their tacos aren't as large as tacos bell, at least they don't break in half as soon as you remove them from the wrapper. I always get the Del Taco Special on Tuesdays and ask for the cheese to be next to the meat. I've been there so many times they've began to recognize my voice and order, lol

We rather come here than Mc Donald's. My kids love the chicken soft tacos and the macho tacos. The Fries are very good and always super hot. Coke here is very good, never flat at all.

I just tried the Epic Carnitas Torta for the first time, and it was really good. I would definitely recommend this torta for others to try out.

The is one of the cleaner, friendly Del Tacos you'll find. But like most fast food restaurants, the dining room is sometimes neglected.

The lady who works the drive thru window is always so nice and sweet. Usually have a great experience here.

This place is clean with pleasant workers, they move pretty fast and there is a bathroom also it's handicap accessible easy in easy out.

Del Taco used to be one of my go to spots. But ever since they changed out their nacho cheese for Queso it has not been the same. Also they have changed the rice twice. From "Spanish rice" to white rice then to cilantro lime rice which is horrible. It seems like they are catering to a more Anglo side. Bring back those items and I will come back and frequent your restaurants more.

Clean welcoming environment. Staff is courteous and patient. Tons of options and a great alternative for groups who can't decide on tacos or burgers.

All del tacos cheap prices. They allow u to bring in your own drinks if you are discreet about it so u can just order from dollar menu for a 4 dollar full meal without getting a soda

For some reason this Del Taco has a funky smell like it’s not getting the stale air inside out. Food is great compared to other Del Tacos and other fast food around there. I always have a hard time picking going here or Taco Bell down the street. The deciding factor is usually if I want Chili Cheese Fries (Del Taco) or Steak Quesadilla (Taco Bell)

Dining room was clean, spacious, food served warm and good.

Their veggie burrito is awesome. Got the 2 for $5 deal and gave it a try. Great guacamole and fresh vegetables. The combo burrito (beef and beans) which is my standard favorite isn't nearly as good.

This is a clean location for Del Taco. The carnitas is good here but not the taste of a true Mexican restaurant. I found the counter person was not up to the simple job of taking an order.

Food taste is slipping

Usually good but I think they need more employees or more time in the morning to open up. I went there yesterday and it was at least five minutes before someone came to the register to ask what I wanted. Lady was nice but she was hurried and a little distracted.

Sheryl was real rude rushing me in ordering when I was signing up on del app to get the taco deal. 🌮 I didn't end up getting the deal because of the pressure and lack of patience for me to order on her time. I ordered bold and I still had to explain I wanted fries and sour cream in my burrito which was uncalled for. Hope she works on her customer service relations.

Better than Taco Bell, but could be better. Quesadillas are too greasy and at times the drive through takes too long, however the beer batter fish tacos are great fast food.

Del Taco completely meets my expectations for an inexpensive taco shop. When I haven't got much money left in my wallet it's off to Del Taco where I know I can eat to my fill and not spend much money. Not costing much is something I can respect them for, especially on a small fixed income. Their other food items are very nice, but they do tacos, and they do them well.

Their new nacho cheese blend looks very unappetizing. It could just be due to the color being so off-putting without any food coloring but it seemed to not taste as good. They've removed a lot of my favorites from their menu. No more Macho tacos or Macho burritos , and no more bacon and egg quesadillas for breakfast. It seems like every time they make a change to their menu they take a step backwards.

They got my order wrong, but I was so hungry, I ate it anyway. I pulled out of the drive thru and parked under a tree to eat, (my 'office') and saw it was the wrong stuff. The order taker seemed confused, not confident at all. Will I still go back? you betcha!

I didn't get my senior discount, chorizo was way too hot even after she highly recommended it and although they replaced it, the chicken burrito was messy.

I bought 2 Burrito Plates, they were supposed to come with chips and salsa. I get home and there was no chip & salsa let alone napkins. This was a drive thru order, so I feel they took advantage of that.

I come to this location semi often since I live in the area. The worker Brandy has very rude on multiple occasions. Besides that this Del location is decent.

Good food and service. The bathrooms are dirty and nastey. Food places should have very clean bathrooms. It’s unsanitary if they are dirty.

First off, bring back spicy jack cheese. And the only other issue is the chicken is to salty, rice is undercooked sometimes, and something about the guacamole doesn't taste right. You have to try that for yourself to judge.

This used to be my favorite Del Taco but it is consistently poor now. They get the order wrong, very little cheese and hardly any questions sauce (which you pay extra for)! They need new management ASAP.

Came at 4am and they said they are updating their computer which takes 30 min. Said they do it nightly. First question, why does Google say you confirmed your "open 24 hours" two weeks ago when every night you're closed for 30 min to update your computer? Second question, how are people to know you are closed for 30 min nightly when all your signage says you're open including Google? Third question, how do I know when the 30 min has started? Like right when I got there? When I'm finished writing this review? Am I supposed to just wait on the parking lot for 30 min when for all I know it was on minute 27 when I went through the drive through so I'm wasting my time here? Very disappointing

I like their burgers. However on this day the bun was stale and hard. The fries were soggy and limp. No matter what is on the menu every item should be fresh.

Only place with a small drive thru line open at 1AM got all the way home not even 5 minutes away just to eat stale taco shells, warm cheese, didn’t even want to chance it with the cold burrito. The only thing that was decent in the entire order were the fries.

Had a craving for hard shell tacos. Waited in line for almost 20 min just to order.Not a frequent customer, s I looked up the menu online. Ordered 2 value tacos- had no idea it came in 2 options(soft and hard) and was not asked nor confirmed. I also ordered a CRISPY cholula taco and kids meal. What I got: 3 soft tacos with mushy chicken. The only correct order was the kids meal 🤣 called to let them know and person on the phone was questioning my ability to differentiate food texture (crunch and mush) and waaaaaay later into the convo said I could come by to (mumbled not sure what) could be done to fix. All i wantef was crispy tacos. Taco bell next time, no mystery there.

So disappointed. The day I decide to treat myself to fast food, which is about once every 4-6 months, I opt for an all time fave, a Double Del with cheese, which, the way, is the ONLY thing I eat at Del Taco. Burger was cold, thought the tomato was fake it was do tasteles and the bun was so dry, it ell apart onto chunks. No need to waste my treat on Del Taco any longer.

Aweful cashiers lack customer service the hispanic manager rude ask for i ordered all carbon tacos and the wanted to charge me 55 cents if u buy the taco sides should be free,also establishment is run down they don't clean tables after someone leaved watched patrons leave a mess no one came out to clean taco bell is a much better place avoid the stress go elsewhere or go at your own risk can't say u didn't know people in food service should be nice also lucky the have good health and a JOB.

The employee walked away without a word, claiming she was going to assist the drive-through. Unprofessional behavior this place need more employee.

I placed my order at the drive thru at 11:09pm.... there were 3 cars ahead of me. By the time I got to the window to pay for my food it was 11:30pm!!! The staff did not even apologize. When I mentioned this to the attendant he said it's because the lobby and drive thru were busy.... ummm he should thought of a better lie.... the lobby was empty!

Customer service is horrible and slow. The food was subpar. Make sure they don't rip you off on the ingredients in the taco or burrito. They like to give you more shell or tortilla than the fillings. If you have a complaint about customer service or the food they just stare at you. and don't do anything about it.

Poor customer service!!! I placed my order before a big rush and everyone that came in after us was getting their order first. My order was not complicated at all it was Tuesday taco night I ordered that 3 tacos 2 chicken soft tacos and nachos it took nearly 25 mins to receive my order only after I reminded them that I placed an order barely got an apology and received my o re der 2 mins later. Will not be going back to this one.

Just ordered the new BBQ brisket burrito. The brisket was nothing but gristle! Non-edible!! And I paid $9 for it! Would definitely NOT recommend this item!!

I came here last night at 11:01pm paid 32 dollars for food. They forgot a burrito I paid for. I called after driving to downtown long beach. Whoever answered said I can come back anytime. Here I am 1:21 pm the next day. They are saying they can't help me. These people people are pathetic. If you come here check your bag.

WORST experience I’ve ever had at a Del Taco & I visit them all over so cal 3-5 times a week! I used the $1 off coupon (that you get from completing a survey) & they refused to also give me my senior discount. Nowhere does it say the two cannot be combined. THEY ARE STEALING FROM SENIORS! I reported them via the survey & corporate. This is disgusting that the MANAGER refused to give a senior their discount. 😡

11/14 12:20 The two employees working the front counter were rude and indifferent to all the customers. The female was texting on her phone at the register. The male kept touching his face pushing up his glasses. The female went on break and talked extremely loud on her phone at the table. Very obnoxious. The female working the drive thru is amazing. They need to clone her.

I was at the Long Beach Town Center for an afternoon movie to beat the heat. I arrived 30 minutes early, and walked to Del Taco to get a quick meal. The restaurant was dirty. There had sanitizer was empty. There were three people working, and 4 people in the dining space. It wasn't busy. We were ignored for about 5 minutes before someone decided to take our order. We waited for over 20 minutes for our food, as we watched them prioritize the drive through orders. I was late to my movie, and the food was sub par. Will not be going back to this location.

Honestly I’ve came here several times and never had an issue until tonight. I was asked if I was the only one in the car when I said no because there was another couple in the car who wanted to place an order in addition to ours and she said they only do one order per car, I work in the food service industry and this is the dumbest rule I’ve ever heard. There was only one other car behind us so there was no reason as to say it was going to “hold up the line”. Of course on top of that the one who took our order didn’t have their name tag in order to properly ask as to why is this a supposed rule and if their manager enforced it. On top of that the chicken in the chicken rollers were cold. Overall just a bad experience tonight.

Don’t ever order door dash or any food delivery service from this location. I ordered the 2 for 6 spicy chicken burritos with special instructions and when I got my order , it was only one burrito. Not just only one, but the wrong frickin burrito. I worked as a manager for del taco for 2 years, y’all don’t even double check the food before giving it to the pick up driver… not only that, read the screens when you’re making the orders. The spicy chicken burrito comes with rice and chicken not beans and chicken . If I could give 0 stars I would.

Placed my order through mobile app. Selected already here and was instructed by email to let a staff know. I was told to go through drive thru. Waited for 11 cars to get my order. Staff refused to hand me my food unless I go drive thru. This defeated the purpose of my mobile app order. I waited and had no option to cancel my order. I was charged before I got into the store and get inline like everyone else. This store is very slow at handing orders. This is the last time i will use MOBILE APP and definitely last time ordering food at this LOCATION!!! Poor management along with bad customer service.
