We use coupons and get great deals on the delicious food at BK. The employees are always nice and they keep the dine-in restaurant and bathrooms very clean.

I went stone than a bone and man the burger just WOWed me, time 9:55 around there 2 /9 2 /10 my wife said to make this review and I give it a 10/10 perfect cook and customer service. Thumbs up!!

This place is, without a doubt, EXTREMELY satisfactory. The people are nice, and the burgers are made with premium meat! I would definitely recommend this for people that want a quick burger. P.S. For you vegetarians, try the impossible whopper.

Absolutely love the staff this visit came in with my service dog manager came up and asked the legal questions turned out an older man was making the complaint and he was calling me a liar and I didn’t get the managers name but I am so appreciative of the way she handled it, knew what she was allowed to ask and defended me. Had to wait a little longer for food due to another customer t stealing it off the counter staff was fast to remake and attitudes were phenomenal would definitely recommend to anyone this is the best service ever

Hit or miss normally but that's normal for fast food. Fries are great every time. And whoppers are on point. Staff normally always ask if you want cheese so there's no forgetting they don't come with cheese. Lol

We always love Burger King. I think they are so much better than most other burger joints. I had to take a trip to Lufkin I could not pass up a chance to go to Burger King. Their service was great food was great no complaints at all.

We always enjoy our burgers, we eat here on a very regular basis. But it seems every time we order the jalapeño bites they burn them. We stopped wasting our money on them.

The reason for me going there this day is between the Father and I. Aside from this, I like Burger King. They have better hamburgers than the supposed closest competitor who I won't eat at.

I order from here very often. I'm hooked on the #2. Texas double with large fries and large Dr Pepper. I usually go through the drive through and the ladies that work the drive through are always polite and smiling. I eat my breakfast, lunch and supper here at times. Good food and service. Can't beat it for a fast food restaurant.

It's okay just some of the employees have a nasty attitude so I don't go there as much because I don't trust everyone wit my food if your attitude is bad I will have to pass because I know mines when act up too so nawl I eats other places

It's Burger King what's there to say. It's ashame that a burger, fries and drink can cost over 12 dollars and it's not a gourmet burger just your typical fast food tasting burger. I will say the burger was nicely assembled and tightly wrapped. Stuff wasn't hanging out from all sides. If you have time go in to a restaurant and have a decent meal. Had to go back twice and just ended up getting my money back. And arguing with the little girl who couldn't do her job of reading what's on the burger wrapper to matching it with the ticket. Maybe she doesn't know how to read. 2 stars for the entertainment.

Placed mobile order, drove the few minutes to pick up, waited in line behind 5 cars for five minutes, had to repeat myself 3 times at ordering station, gave up and pulled to window and had to repeat myself another 3 times and still had to pull forward and wait longer to get meal. 🙄

System was down, could only use cash. No dollar menu, it cost me $8 for a Whopper Jr and a large coke.

What's to say, it's a Burger King? The only thing that Burger King has going for it is the fact that they have Hershey pie. The fries are absolutely horrendous, and the burgers or more less than lackluster. It's no wonder the McDonald's is completely dominating the market.

Last few visits we went through the drive thru and the drinks are covered in coke. It would be nice if the staff would at least clean the sides and tops of the drinks.

Got Bacon and Cheese Biscuit 2 tiny pieces of bacon, stacked, covered with cheese. Could not separate them, cheese already cold and set. I can't eat cheese. Can't Identify Operator or who was working, no receipt. What A Burger Listened!

This place is getting pretty rough. Service was subpar and the dining area looked like they were trying to conserve energy...it was dark in the middle of the day! I was just glad to leave honestly.

I used to love Burger King but now it's like they don't care about the food they are serving. I never get anything fresh anymore and almost always have to take my food back if I order chicken nuggets. I only go here as a last resort.

Almost every table was dirty, but there were no customers. They couldn't be bothered to clean up. The TV was playing some sitcom, but the overhead music was so loud that it didn't matter. The urinal in the men's bathroom looked like it had been out of service for awhile. The neglect was disappointing, but at least my burger was good.

Placed order for whopper combo/meal; was told root beer unavailable so changed order to whopper only. Was told to move up behind vehicle in front of me & they'll bring my burger to me. SO at this time I'm starving so now it's been about 35 min so our fries are cold, drinks watery and still no burgers, So finally her she comes with yhe burgers, he looks at them still not right, but he was pretty hungry and upset for waiting all that time so he just went ahead and came to my work , so anyways. Bad ,bad bad.. But she took his name and number and said next time u come back we will give u 2 free meals. That's a plus if the people can follow orders. But TY WE WILL BE BACK.

Me and my husband came here after getting groceries because we figured it would of been fast! Jokes on us! They pulled us up to wait on our food but everyone behind us started getting there food first. My husband started to walk in and meet the manager half way while she brought us our food. We got home to realize they made all of our food wrong and even added mustard on everything. Our frys were COMPLETELY COLD. Get it together burger King.

I will forget how bad Burger King has gotten until I eat there again. When I make the mistake to eat there I always regret it. The mgr was so busy playing with the cook he ruined my order and with a family of 5 I spend 60$ just to get home 20 miles away and find my food is completely messed up. Used to like ordering here. After a while I came back and what can I say. I’ve been there twice and both times employees just standing doing nothing and talking or playing instead of getting the orders out. One of the two times I was there i was told to pull up and my order will come out. I literally for about 50 minutes, I went around to the lobby and they had my order ready, they just forgot I was there. And my order was still incomplete, my fries were missing. 2nd time I went I thought it was just a one time thing. There were 2 or 3 people ahead and still waited for more than 30 minutes. I had ordered a whopper with fries, 8 piece nugget and medium coke. My order was again incomplete. The fries container was barely half full and the nuggets were missing. Don’t waste your money here and if you really really want Burger King just go to the one next to Walmart or go to nac.

An employee stole my case :/ I set it down for a moment and someone who worked here must have stolen it (I was the only person in the store other than employees). Imagine if it had been my phone! This was just sad, I mean I doubt the case fits their phone either. I hope whoever did it realizes that stealing from people is simply cruel. Would you like that if it was done to you? Ordered a Texas Wooper, A Bacon double cheeseburger, two bacon cheeseburgers plain a regular cheeseburger and chicken fries about 9:58. Recieved Texas Wopper no bacon, two plain cheeseburgers no bacon, a bacon double cheesburger no bacon and chicken fries. They left out the regular cheeseburger and did bot put bacon on amy of the burgers we recieved Try to call no answer. Drove back up there and had to explain the mistakes they made, cause comparing the receipt to what was in the bag was to difficult to understand. It took 30 minutes to get them to understand what the issues were. After the explanation they remade the order and still left off a cheeseburger and the bacon on the double cheeseburger. It is now 11:42 and we finally at least get something to eat.

First time visiting this location. It was 10:45am and only one other customer inside, so it wasn't busy. Yet, it took a very long time to make my burger and they still managed to mess it up. They put onions on it that I told them to hold and they gave it to me in a bag, where I had said I was dining in. The ticket even said my correct order as well as dine in. There were no napkins in the bag either. When I went to the counter for napkins, I told the cashier that it was wrong, she kept telling me they had a new order system and were not used to it yet. I'm not sure if it was just an excuse or if management failed to train the staff. Sad.
